Statement of the problem. The development of the airports is performed by the construction of new buildings and structures, as well as the reconstruction and modernization of existing ones. This process requires heavy investments, which in current conditions of Ukraine does not allow for the continuous construction of large-scale structures, including multi-level parking for 2 038 cars at “Boryspil” International Airport. The purpose of the article is to summarize the experience of scientific and technical support (STS) of large-scale infrastructure facilities reconstruction on the territory of “Boryspil” International Airport after a long break and to justify the necessity of a single stage of necessary work activity management and methods, not stipulated by the current norms. The article deals with systematization and analysis of the problems of large-scale infrastructure facilities reconstruction after a long break. The problems of their solutions are described on the basis of scientific and technical support of construction (STS-b) of the 1st parking complex launch at the International Airport “Boryspil” (correction). The results of a number of scientific and technical works are given. Characteristic features of structural wear, deterioration and defects are considered. Planning concepts of the terminal areas during the airport reconstruction are analyzed. The role of multilevel parking in modern technological structure of airport complexes is highlighted. Conclusions. The investigation stage of the facility technical condition is required before a large-scale construction after a long break is completed. Investigation should continue in the course of long-term construction. Apart from the technical condition comformed to design concept, it is necessary to take into account those changes that may occur in the legislation of Ukraine in construction industry with regard to reliability and structural safety of buildings, structures and foundations. Based on the implementation of the research complex, it is necessary to carry out the project to correct real-life parameters of the technical condition and design concepts of the object as a whole. In case of non-compliance with the requirements of architectural and technological standards, it is necessary to update planning and technological decisions of the initial project with further implementation in order to complete construction. The complex of the investigations mentioned should be united by the requirements for reconstruction works, which are not provided by the current norms for scientific and technical support of construction and design. Taking into account specifics of the research conducted, the results obtained, proposed recommendations and decisions, it is advisable to set out the requirements for scientific and technical support for the construction renewal as changes to the existing DBN (SCN).

The accompanying cannon shots, the chemical action of powder gases and high temperatures actively destroy the surface layer of the barrel bore material. This leads to a violation of the geometry of the barrel bore and, as a consequence, a decrease in the accuracy of the aimed firing of the gun. A description of a fundamentally new technology of hardening by surface plastic deformation of the inner working surface of the bore of large-caliber artillery and tank guns is given. This hardening technology is based on riveting the metal of the barrel bore with deforming bodies with a spherical impact surface, which are mounted on a massive cylindrical hardener. During processing from the electric motor, the cylindrical hardener is given a planetary rolling motion along the processed inner surface of the barrel bore. Simultaneously, the hardener is moved along the geometric axis of the processed gun barrel. The result of this hardening treatment is the formation of residual compressive stresses in the thickness of the bore material and an increase in its surface microhardness. This provides an increase in the resistance of the material of the barrel bores to its burning out, as well as to wear during cannon shots. The design of a strengthening device for this treatment has been created. It consists of a cylindrical hardener with deforming bodies, a mechanism for transmitting torque from the motor shaft to the hardener, and a drive motor. During processing, the hardening device is moved along the bore of the gun. Its cylindrical hardener rolls over the inner surface of the barrel to be machined and rivets its material. The ensured thickness of hardening of steel parts is 0.15–0.20 mm. The hardened surface layer of the tool barrel bore material formed during processing has an increased microhardness, due to which it reliably resists the formation of operational microcracks in it. In this case, the compressive stresses formed in the thickness of the hardened metal of the bore of the bore reliably resist the temperature growth of microcracks. This provides an increase in the resistance of the hardened metal of the barrel to operational destruction, thereby increasing the reliability and durability of artillery weapons., Аннотация. Одновременно упрочнитель перемещают вдоль геометрической оси обрабатываемого ствола пушки. Результатом этой упрочняющей обработки является формирование в толще материала канала ствола остаточных напряжений сжатия, повышение его поверхностной микротвердости. Это обеспечивает повышение сопротивления материала каналов ствола его выгоранию, а также износу во время пушечных выстрелов. Создана конструкция упрочняющего устройства для осуществления этой обработки. Она состоит из цилиндрического упрочнителя с деформирующими телами, механизма передачи крутящего момента от вала двигателя к упрочнителю и электродвигателя привода. Во время обработки упрочняющее устройство перемещают вдоль канала ствола орудия. Его цилиндрический упрочнитель обкатывается по обрабатываемой внутренней поверхности ствола и проклепывает его материал. Обеспечиваемая толщина упрочнения стальных деталей 0,15–0,20 мм. Сформированный в процессе обработки упрочненный поверхностный слой материала канала ствола орудия обладает повышенной микротвердостью, благодаря чему надежно противостоит формированию в нем эксплуатационных микротрещин. При этом сформированные в толще упрочненного металла канала ствола напряжения сжатия надежно противостоят температурному разрастанию микротрещин. Это обеспечивает повышение сопротивления упрочненного металла ствола эксплуатационному разрушению, благодаря чему повышаются надежность и долговечность артиллерийского вооружения., Анотація. Циліндричному зміцнювачу в процесі обробки від електродвигуна приводу надають планетарного обкочувального руху по оброблюваній внутрішній поверхні каналу ствола. Одночасно зміцнювач переміщають вздовж геометричної осі оброблюваного ствола гармати. Результатом цієї зміцнювальної обробки є формування у товщі матеріалу каналу ствола залишкових напружень стиску, підвищення його поверхневої мікротвердості. Це забезпечує підвищення опору матеріалу каналу ствола його вигоранню, а також зношуванню під час гарматних пострілів. Створена конструкція зміцнювального пристрою для здійснення цієї обробки. Він складається із циліндричного зміцнювача із деформівними тілами, механізму передачі крутного моменту від валу двигуна до зміцнювача та електродвигуна приводу. Під час обробки зміцнювальний пристрій переміщається вздовж каналу ствола гармати. Його циліндричний зміцнювач обкочується по оброблюваній внутрішній поверхні ствола та проклепує його матеріал. Забезпечувана товщина зміцнення сталевих деталей 0,15–0,20 мм. Сформований у процесі обробки зміцнений поверхневий шар матеріалу каналу ствола гармати володіє підвищеною мікротвердістю, завдяки чому надійно протистоїть формуванню в ньому експлуатаційних мікротріщин. При цьому сформовані в товщі зміцненого металу каналу ствола напруження стиску надійно протистоять температурному розростанню мікротріщин. Це забезпечує підвищення опору зміцненого металу ствола експлуатаційному руйнуванню, завдяки чому підвищуються надійність та довговічність вартісного артилерійського озброєння.

In this article on the basis of research results specific features of roughing and semifinish turning of heavy machinery parts by cutting tools with coated hard-alloy cutting plates are generalized. The factors that have a negative impact on the durability of cutting tools, processing performance and energy efficiency of processing at the roughing and semifinish turning of steel parts on heavy lathes are listed. The results of production tests of cutting tools with coated hard-alloy cutting plates of the world's leading manufacturers at the roughing and semifinish turning of steel mill rolls with large roll barrel diameters are analyzed. On the basis of production tests results of cutting tools with cutting plates SCMT 380932 in coated hard alloys manufactured by Pramet, Korloy, Taegu Tec, Canela, Harditalia and other manufacturers at the longitudinal roughing of mill roll barrels in diameter range from 1120 mm to 1590 mm the best performance characteristics were demonstrated by cutting tools with cutting plates of hard alloy 6635 with MT-CVD coating manufactured by Pramet. On the basis of production tests results of cutting tools with cutting plates CNMG 190616 in coated hard alloys of different grades manufactured by Sandvik Coromant, Pramet, Stellram, Iscar, Toshiba Tungaloy, Mitsubishi at the longitudinal semifinish turning of mill rolls of alloy steels in diameter range of barrel from 521 mm to 1300 mm the best performance characteristics were demonstrated by cutting tools with cutting plates of hard alloys GC4005, GC4015, GC4225 manufactured by Sandvik Coromant and hard alloy 6610 manufactured by Pramet. The choice of grades of hard alloys with coating which are most prospected for use in roughing and semifinish turning of steel parts on heavy lathes is ground. As recommended grades of hard alloys from researched area of turning of heavy machinery parts are offered hard alloys GC4005, GC4015, GC4025, GC4035, GC4225 manufactured by Sandvik Coromant and hard alloys 6610, 6635 manufactured by Pramet; the characteristics of these hard alloys, which determine the effectiveness of their use in the researched area of turning are presented., У статті на основі результатів досліджень узагальнені специфічні особливості чорнової та напівчистової токарної обробки деталей важкого машинобудування різцями з твердосплавними різальними пластинами з покриттям. The study of the efficiency of hardening the parts working in spalling conditions through reeling with rollers were performed with the help of physical simulation and showed the high effect of hardening cast steels (a 10- to 14-fold increase in durability). The depth and degree of work hardening during plastic deformation of the surface layer were studied by the method of regression analysis. It was found that the 95-% confidence intervals for the depth of work hardening calculated from the results of measurements of yield strength make up 11‒36 % of the hardening depth and 32‒75 % by the hardness measurements. Electrography examination has shown that an increase in the degree of work hardening when reeling with a needle roller manifests itself in a higher dislocation density and cell size decrease in the substructure of ferrite grains. Diffusion of chemical elements in the surface layer in the process of surface deformation was studied with an analysis of the change of the surface microhardness. It was established that the content of Cr and C decreased by 20‒30 % in the transition zone and increased to 10‒15 % in the hardened layer. The main mechanism of diffusion during SFW is the dislocation density gradient. The process of the contact friction surface wear during reeling with consideration of slippage was investigated. It was proved that roughness of the friction surfaces affects the coefficient of friction and the rate of tribo-contact wear during reeling with slippage. For example, with a decrease in surface roughness after reeling with rollers, coefficient of friction for the lubricated surfaces decreases.A procedure for determining conditions of reeling with a wedge roller was developed. A method, technology, and a device for reeling the rope blocks with a wedge roller were developed to provide low roughness and high degree of work hardening of the surface. Optimal reeling conditions were found due to experiment planning using the steep convergence method.The obtained results of calculations will serve as initial data in designing working elements of the reeling devices and developing technological processes for strengthening parts. Із застосуванням розробленої методики оцінювання зміни висоти фарбового рельєфу інтагліодруку із використанням оптичної профілометрії визначено зменшення висоти фарбового рельєфу інтагліодруку після штучного зношування. Зменшення висоти фарбового рельєфу після зношування складає біля 30–50 % від висоти до зношування для всіх значень тиску в друкарському контакті інтагліодруку і незначно змінюється залежно від тиску. Більш суттєво впливають параметри основи — зменшення висоти фарбового рельєфу є значно меншим за умови застосування паперу, що має вищу стійкість до зношування, що може бути викликане особливостями формування фарбового рельєфу інтагліодруку. С применением разработанной методики оценки изменения высоты красочного рельефа интаглиопечати с использованием оптической профилометрии определено уменьшение высоты красочного рельефа интаглиопечати после искусственного износа. Уменьшение высоты красочного рельефа после износа составляет около 30–50 % от высоты до износа для всех значений давления в печатном контакте интаглиопечати и незначительно изменяется в зависимости от давления. Более существенно влияют параметры основания — уменьшение высоты красочного рельефа значительно меньше при условии применения бумаги, имеющей высокую устойчивость к износу, что может быть вызвано особенностями формирования красочного рельефа интаглиопечати.

Досліджено трибологічну поведінку сталей 45 та У8 у парі із ПЕО шарами, синтезованими на легких сплавах АМг-6 та Д16Т у мінеральній оливі І-20, із додатком до неї дистильованої води та водного розчину гліцерину. Виявили різницю у фрикційній поведінці ПЕО шарів, синтезованих на алюмінієвих сплавах із підвищеним вмістом магнію (АМг-6) та з підвищеним вмістом міді (Д16Т) за контактування із стальними контртілами. In the case of contact between the plasma-electrolyte layers synthesized on the AMg-6 alloy with the steels under investigation, as a result of tribochemical reactions in the contact zone on the steel surface, a spinel-type oxide layer is synthesized with the general formula FeAl2O4, which protects them from wear by exposure to hydrogen, Loads not exceeding 4 MPa. In the case of contact between the plasma-electrolyte layers synthesized on the D16T alloy, oxygen-free wear of steel counter-bodies occurs and such a contact pair is operable to loads above 10 MPa with a low frictional heating temperature. Investigational tribological behavior of pair of dielectrics – an explorer (ceramics are a metal) glowed on the example of PEO, synthesized on the easy alloys of AMg and D16T in a contact with iron-carbon alloys – steel 45, U8.

Розглянуто сутність фізико-мезомеханічного підходу до виявлення характеру зношування спряжень деталей машин. Враховуючи характер фрагментації поверхневого шару деталей, з'ясовано механізм його зношування. Показано, які зміни відбуваються в поверхневому шарі, якщо він зміцнений потоком енергії та нанесенням покриттів, зазначені їх особливості. На прикладі зношування трибоспряжень за різними схемами виявлено кореляцію між інтенсивністю зношування і формуванням вихрової фрагментації мезовихрової структури. З'ясовано, що зміцнена поверхня деталі блокує зародження в її основі мезовихрові структури і цим сприяє зростанню зносостійкості. Сфор-мульовані основні вимоги до критеріїв зміцнення деталей трибоспряжень. Розроблено рекомендації до створення та вибору ефективних технологій зміцнення сільськогосподарської та автотранспортної техніки. The essence of the physico-mesomechanical approach to revealing the nature of wear of mating of machine parts is considered. Taking into account the nature of the fragmentation of the surface layer of the parts, the mechanism of its wear is clarified. It is shown, what changes occur in the surface layer, if it is strengthened by the energy flow and coatings, their features indicated. On the example of wear of tribocides according to various schemes, a correlation was found between the wear rate and the formation of the vortex fragmentation of the mesovortex structure. It was found out that the hardened surface of the part blocks the nucleation in its base of the mesovortical structure and thereby contributes to the increase in wear resistance. The basic requirements to the criteria for strengthening the details of tribo-conjugates are formulated. Recommendations for the creation and selection of effective technologies for hardening agricultural and road transport equipment have been developed.

Досліджено вплив природи, твердості абразивного матеріалу та тиску абразивної маси на зносостійкість сталі 65Г з різними фізико-механічними властивостями при зношуванні в абразивній масі, що імітує ґрунт. As a result of the research might draw the following conclusions: - increased durability samples at reduced speed, due to the increase of dynamic loads on the surface friction. - surface wear resistance is significantly reduced with increasing pressure on the specific sample is explained by the fact that the increase in pressure may cause such negative processes as mikrorizannya metal surface with abrasive grains. - 65 G enhanced wear resistance of steel during quenching and tempering average of 15 ... 30%, the electrical treatment to 60..80% despite external factors (pressure and speed).

Зроблена спроба втілити випробовану методику розроблену для машинного тертя (яка визначає види зношування) для операції обробки металів тиском. Проведене дослідження поверхонь тертя інструмента, який працює на цій операції, виявлені певні закономірності що впливають на процес зношування штампів. В роботі досліджено можливість використання синтезатора металів "Форсан" в системі важконавантажених пар тертя сільськогосподарських машин з позиції структурно-енергетичної теорії тертя та зношування для управління процесами активації і пасивації. Проведені експериментальні дослідження триботехнічних властивостей пар тертя на стенді МТ-1. Показано, що найбільша ефективність застосування "Форсан" проявляється при введені його в ЛИТОЛ. Визначено причини складного технічного стану ГТС, запропоновані заходи для його покращення, подано проектні рішення результатів технічної реструктуризації. The reasons have been determined of a complicated technical GTS condition. Besides there have proposed methods for its improvement and design solutions of technical restructuring results have been represented.
