Background: Artemisiae capillariae (Yinchen, YC) is a well-known herbal medicine used to treat drug-induced liver diseases, while the bioactive phytochemicals and pharmacological targets of YC remain unclear. Objective: The study aimed to probe the key active components in YC and determine the potential molecular mechanisms of YC protect against DILI Method: In this study, we first delved into the active chemicals and targets of YC, identified potential anti-AILI targets for YC, mapped the components-targets network, performed protein-protein interaction (PPI) analysis, gene ontology (GO) enrichment, and Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes (KEGG) signaling pathway analyses of the action targets. This led to figure out the liver protective mechanism of YC against AILI. Analyzing the molecular docking of key targets, binding domain of ingredients and targets reveals the effective interaction, and the binding energy explains the efficiency and stability of the interactions. Results: Network analysis identified 53 components in YC; by systematic screening 13 compounds were selected, which were associated with 123 AILI-related genes. The core ingredients were quercetin, capillarisin and Skrofulein, and the identified crucial genes were AKT1, TNF, and IL6. The GO and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis results indicated that the anti-AILI targets of YC mainly take a part in the regulation of oxidative stress and immune, with related signaling pathways including PI3K/AKT and IL17. Furthermore, the binding pockets of YC bioactive ingredients and key targets were revealed, and the binding ability was proved by molecular docking analysis. Conclusion: This study has revealed the potential bioactive molecules and mechanism of YC in AILI and provided a possible strategy for the identification of active phytochemicals against drug-induced liver injury.

Objective: This study aims to provide an overview of meta-analyses and systematic reviews on the effectiveness and safety of immunosuppressive drug therapy for neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders (NMOSD) by evaluating the methodological quality and reporting quality of reviews. Methods: The Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), WanFang Data, China Science and Technology Journal Database, Web of Science, the Cochrane Library, PubMed, and Embase databases were searched to collect systematic reviews or meta-analyses on the effectiveness and safety of immunosuppressive therapy for NMOSD from inception to December 2, 2021. Two researchers independently screened reviews and extracted data. Any differences in the procession of review assessment between the two researchers were re-evaluated, and the disagreement was resolved by discussion with other researchers. The following data were extracted: author, year of publication, the country where the study was conducted, study type, the number of included studies, sample size, risk bias tools, medication of immunosuppressive therapy, and main outcomes. Then, the AMSTAR-2, which is a critical appraisal tool for systematic reviews (2nd edition), and Grades of Recommendation, Assessment, Development and Evaluation (GRADE) were used to evaluate the methodological quality and reporting quality of evidence. A comprehensive analysis was conducted on the outcomes for all included reviews. Results: A total of 15 reviews were included. Of the included reviews, 3 were systematic reviews, 7 were meta-analyses, and 5 were systematic reviews and meta-analyses. According to the AMSTAR-2 criteria, 6 studies had high quality, 1 study had moderate quality, 4 studies had low quality, and 4 studies had critically low quality. Based on the GRADE, neither evidence quality for effectiveness nor safety was high. Conclusions: Immunosuppressive drug therapy is effective for patients with NMOSD, but its safety is controversial. Due to the poor quality of evidence, reliability needs to be considered. Thus, large sample, multi-center, double-blind, randomized controlled studies are still needed in the future.

Background: In abdominal magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), the late hepatic arterial phase is particularly important for the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). However, poor patient compliance with breath-hold imaging acquisition protocols and the administration of the liverspecific contrast agent gadolinium ethoxybenzyl-diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (Gd-EOB-DTPA) increases the motion artifacts that degrade the quality of the images making it more difficult to interpret the images. Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the role of adaptive respiratory training in improving the quality of the MRI by reducing the motion artifacts and improving the signal intensity from the regions of interest (ROI) in the late hepatic arterial phase. Methods: A total of 120 patients who underwent an abdominal MRI between 2021 to 2022 to assess for the liver disease were included in the study. These patients were divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group. The patients in the experimental group received adaptive training. The incidence of motion artifacts and the signal intensity in the late hepatic arterial phase within the abdominal aorta, hepatic artery, splenic artery, and hepatic parenchyma between the experimental group and the control group were compared. Results: The incidence of motion artifacts in the experimental group was significantly reduced by 28.3% (p = 0.001, Chi-square value = 12.079). In the late hepatic arterial phase, the signal intensity of the abdominal aorta, the hepatic artery, the splenic artery, and the hepatic parenchyma increased by 7.3%, 27.4%, 29.5%, and 6.9%, respectively. Conclusion: Adaptive respiratory training reduced the incidence of motion artifacts and improved the signal intensity for various ROI. The improved image quality could potentially facilitate image interpretation and reduce the number of repeat MRI scans.

Aiming at the problems of high time-consuming and insufficient guarantee of high-priority task completion in the large-scale multi-satellite multi-observation mission planning application, a multi-satellite multi-mission planning model based on preemptive priority model is proposed. Combined with the whole-neighborhood greedy search strategy, an improved tabu search algorithm is designed, taking the combination of satellite observation windows as the decision variables. The designed algorithm realizes an efficient solver to the proposed mission planning model. The simulation results show that the average solving time of the algorithm is 144s under the problem scale of 100 satellites and 3000 tasks. Compared with the existing algorithm, the calculation time is shortened by at least 75% under the premise that the total number of planning tasks is comparable, which is more in line with the high time efficiency requirements for satellite mission planning in engineering applications. &nbsp

Background: Liver cancer is a major medical problem because of its high morbidity and mortality. Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the most common type of liver cancer. Currently, the mechanism of HCC is unclear, and the prognosis is poor with limited treatment. Objective: The purpose of this study is to identify hub genes and potential therapeutic drugs for HCC. Methods: We used the GEO2R algorithm to analyze the differential expression of each gene in 4 gene expression profiles (GSE101685, GSE62232, GSE46408, and GSE45627) between HCC and normal hepatic tissues. Next, we screened out the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) by corresponding calculation data according to adjusted P-value < 0.05 and | log fold change (FC) | > 1.0. Subsequently, we used the DAVID software to analyze the DEGs by GO and KEGG enrichment analysis. Then, we carried out the protein-protein interaction (PPI) network analysis of DEGs using the STRING tool, and the PPI network was constructed by Cytoscape software. MCODE plugin was used for module analysis, and the hub genes were screened out by the Cyto- Hubba plugin. Meanwhile, we used The Kaplan-Meier plotter, GEPIA2 and HPA databases to exert survival analysis and verify the expression alternation of hub genes. Furthermore, we used ENCORI, TargetScan, miRDB and miRWalk database to predict the upstream regulated miRNA of hub genes and construct a miRNA-hub genes network by Cytoscape software. Finally, we selected potential therapeutic drugs for HCC through DGIdb databases. Results: A total of 415 DEGs were screened in HCC, including 196 up-regulated DEGs and 219 down-regulated DEGs. The results of KEGG pathway analysis suggested that the up-regulated DEGs can regulate the cell cycle, and DNA replication signal pathway, while the down-regulated DEGs were associated with metabolic pathways. In this study, we identified 11 hub genes (AURKA, BUB1B, TOP2A, MAD2L1, CCNA2, CCNB1, BUB1, KIF11, CDK1, CCNB2 and TPX2), which were independent risk factors of HCCand all up-regulated DEGs. We verified the expression difference of hub genes through the GEPIA2 and HPA database, which was consistent with the results of GEO data. We found that those hub genes were mutations in HCC according to the cBioPortal database. Finally, we used the DGIdb database to select 32 potential therapeutic targeting drugs for hub genes. Conclusions: In summary, our study provided a new perspective for researching the molecular mechanism of HCC. Hub genes, miRNAs, and candidate drugs provide a new direction for the early diagnosis and treatment of HCC.

To improve the surface micropores and high-temperature oxidation resistance of micro-arc oxidation (MAO) coatings on TC4 titanium alloy, cerium dioxide (CeO2) particles were introduced into the electrolyte to prepare MAO composite coatings with different cerium dioxide contents. An X-ray diffractometer, a scanning electron microscope and a multifunctional material surface performance tester were used to analyze the phase composition, surface morphology and bonding force of the samples, respectively. The TC4 substrate, undoped MAO sample and optimally doped MAO sample were oxidized at 650, 750 and 850°C, respectively. The results show that the best-doped MAO samples show excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance at the three temperatures. Compared with the maximum oxidation weight gain per unit area of the undoped MAO sample, that of the optimally doped MAO sample decreased by 10.8, 19.6 and 22.1%, respectively. This is mainly because the thickness, hardness and adhesion of MAO coatings are all increased by doping cerium dioxide particles, and a dense protective layer can also be formed on the surface of the TC4 substrate. The invasion of the oxygen medium is effectively prevented. In this research work, the optimal addition amount of cerium dioxide is 6 g/l.
