The total frequencies of resistance alleles (* 11, * 23, * 28) were 0,18 in the Holstein breed, and 0,29 in the Russian Black-and-White breed, which, along with other traits, is important characteristics of the breeds. The proportion of animals resistant to leukemia was estimated as 0,308 and 0,445, respectively (p
