Sex identification plays an important role in avian production. Hitherto, it is difficult to distinguish the sexes of monomorphic birds based on their external features. The chromo-helicase-DNA-binding genes contain CHD-W gene and CHD-Z gene, which are located on the W chromosome and Z chromosome, respectively. Since CHD-W gene is unique to females, the polymerase chain reaction can be used for sex identification. However, extracting DNA procedures for verifying the sex is tedious and expensive. To address these disadvantages, the objective of this study was to develop a simple DNA extraction assay to efficiently process blood, liver, and feather samples. The results showed that 2% dimethylsulfoxide was suitable for processing blood, and phosphate-buffered saline was suitable for processing liver and feather samples. The specific primers were designed, and the length of the targets is 474 bp on Z chromosome and 319 bp on W chromosome. The pigeons were identified as females based on the presence of two bands on the gel, and as males based on the presence of one band. Taken together, our results suggested that feather samples were more appropriate than blood or liver for sex identification of pigeons. Compared to the traditional DNA extraction, this method shortened the assay time and reduced the cost.

For the model parameters of RSSI signal intensity location algorithm in wireless sensor networks are susceptible to environmental impact, the positioning accuracy cannot meet the needs of high-precision indoor positioning in specific scenarios. This paper presents a Zigbee indoor location algorithm based on improved neural network optimization algorithm. Quantum particle swarm optimization (QPSO) is used to optimize the smooth parameters of the generalized neural network. The root mean square error between the predicted coordinates and the actual coordinates of the location node is selected to construct the fitness function. With the help of MATLAB software, the simulation comparison between the QPSO-GRNN localization algorithm and the non-optimized GRNN localization algorithm is established. The experimental results show that the average error of the non-optimized GRNN localization algorithm is 1. 0143m, and the average error of the QPSO-GRNN localization algorithm is 0. 5683m. The improved positioning algorithm has high accuracy, strong robustness and anti-jamming ability. Zigbee indoor positioning technology based on improved neural network optimization algorithm has high positioning accuracy and good stability, and has certain application value and development prospects.

With the development of society, the automobile industry is increasing day by day, and the demand for automobile tires is increasing. In the production process of rubber tire tread winding, the width control before the rubber strip is particularly important, but the transmission speed of each AC motor group is difficult to be uniformly matched so that the production line needs to process stronger speed setting ability. This paper introduces the process flow and control requirements of tread winding production, takes PLC and frequency converter as the core, and combines the width measurement sensor to propose a fuzzy PID control system that based on traditional PID adjustment, and carries out simulation and verification in Matlab software. The result shows that fuzzy PID control speed regulation is superior to traditional PID control. It has certain reference value for the quality of tread wrapping and the stability of strip width in the wrapping line.

In chemical industry, metallurgy, petroleum and other industrial production processes, due to the existence of time delay, it is easy to cause the control quality of the control system to deteriorate or even become unstable. In this paper, the common equipment in the industrial process control system - heat exchanger as the controlled object, to study the control algorithm of systems with long time delay. We discuss the conventional PID control algorithm and the control algorithm based on Smith predictive control. The Matlab software is used to simulate the controlled object. The results show that compared with the conventional PID control, Smith predictive control effectively reduces the overshoot and adjustment time of the system and improves the response speed of the system, but it is only suitable for occasions with high control precision. Gain-adaptive smith predictive control still has a good control effect in the case of changed gain. The system of modified Smith predictive with regulator responds quickly and maintains good control performance in the case of changed time delay.

Two novel series of sixteen aminoalkyl-substituted polymethoxychalcone derivatives 2a―2h and 3a―3h were synthesized from 2′-hydroxy-3,4,5,4′,6′-pentamethoxy chalcone(1) through extending alkoxy side chain at the 2′-position, and introducing amine hydrogen bond receptor at the end of the side chain. The structures of all the synthesized compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and MS techniques. Furthermore, all the compounds were tested for antiproliferative activities in vitro against a panel of three human cell lines(HeLa, HCC1954 and SK-OV-3) via CCK-8 assay. The results show that all the target compounds exhibit antiproliferative activities against the three human cancer cells with IC50 values of 4.62―48.21 μmol/L, except compound 2h against SK-OV-3 cells. Most of these compounds were more active when compared to the positive control cis-Platin.

The “two sessions” of the company in 2019, the company’s chairman, Comrade Kou Wei, put forward the strategic goal of “three-type two networks, world-class”, making it clear that the 2021 will initially become a world-class Energy Internet company with Global Competitiveness It has also laid out key tasks in the distribution sector, including the strategy for vigorously fighting poverty through services and rural revitalization, making continuous efforts to improve the business environment for electricity generation, upgrading the construction of power distribution networks, and establishing standards and demonstration zones for power distribution networks. The company proposed the “1135” New Era Power Distribution Management Strategy: customer-centered, to improve power supply reliability as the main line, to strengthen standardized construction, lean operation and maintenance, intelligent management and control, we will endeavor to build a first-class modern distribution network with good structure, equipment, technology, management and service. By improving the distribution network’s ability of intelligent perception, data fusion and intelligent decision-making, a “clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient” intelligent distribution network energy system is constructed. The comprehensive error of electric energy measurement in distribution network is composed of voltage transformer error, current transformer error, watt-hour meter error and voltage drop of secondary circuit of voltage transformer. The measurement error caused by the voltage drop of the secondary circuit of the voltage transformer accounts for a large proportion of the total errors of electric energy measurement. Because the voltage drop is too large, causes the little electricity quantity as well as the generation and supply quantity imbalance, the line loss gives the negative number the example all to appear.

Since the beginning of the twenty-one th century, with the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous progress of China’s power industry, it has contributed an indelible force to the development of China’s socialist undertakings The construction of power grid is very important to the development of society. The normal operation of the power grid can not be separated from regular inspection of power grid equipment and lines, so as to keep abreast of and understand the operation of power transmission lines and changes in the surrounding environment and Line Protection Areas Is the power supply enterprise a heavy daily work. Manual inspection is a traditional inspection method, but also the main way of transmission line inspection. Due to the complex terrain of the transmission line corridor, there are almost no patrol roads in some sections along the route in some harsh conditions such as river-crossing or high mountains and steep mountains. This patrol method has great labor intensity and difficult working conditions Transmission lines can not get timely feedback, and can not observe the real-time intuitive operation of lines and equipment. In this case, in response to the national “Internet +” strategic thinking, we initiated the “Internet +”, “UAV +” and “VR +” all-ecological power grid patrol mode Realize the power network equipment long-distance inspection, all-round inspection, real-time simulation inspection, inspection in bad environment, so that the cause of power inspection can take off.

With the improvement of ecological environment and the expansion of the scale of power grid construction, “bird damage” has brought great hidden dangers to the safe and stable operation of power grid. On the one hand, human awareness of natural protection has been enhanced, the speed of bird reproduction has been accelerated, and the threat of birds to the line has gradually increased. On the other hand, bird damage prevention measures were not considered in the early design of power grid. Bird damage was prevalent in operation. After bird damage, the response measures were not timely, the treatment efficiency was low, and the number of line trips and non-outages increased. Especially in some backward areas, once the power grid loses contact with the provincial network, it will cause large-scale blackouts in the county (township) often occur, which directly affects the safe, stable and reliable operation of the power grid. It is urgent to prevent bird damage on the line.

The intake of food containing deoxynivalenol frequently causes damage to the intestine, the renewal of which is driven by intestinal stem cells (ISCs). Nevertheless, the toxicity of deoxynivalenol on ISCs and its underlying mechanisms remain to be elucidated. As pigs are the most sensitive animals to deoxynivalenol, we used piglets for investigation in this study. Here, we show that intestinal epithelial cell activity, B cell-specific Moloney murine leukemia virus insertion site 1 (Bmi1) protein level, and Wnt/β-catenin pathway activity were suppressed with acute expose to deoxynivalenol. We further established a novel system for porcine crypt isolation and ex vivo cultivation. Crypts and crypt cells expanded and budded with typical enteroid morphologies under this system. Our results show that both acute in vivo and in vitro administration of deoxynivalenol significantly decreased enteroid activity. Simultaneously, protein levels of β-catenin and leucine-rich-repeat-containing G-protein-coupled receptor 5 (Lgr5) in enteroids were reduced by deoxynivalenol exposure. In conclusion, we established a reliable culture system for porcine enteroids and demonstrated for the first time that the activity of ISCs and the Wnt/β-catenin pathway is sensitively suppressed by acute deoxynivalenol exposure.

The vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on sliding mode observer (SMO) is studied in this paper. On the basis of analyzing the traditional sliding mode observer, an improved sliding mode observer is proposed. Firstly, by using the hyperbolic tangent function instead of the traditional symbol function, the chattering of the system is suppressed. Secondly, a low pass filter which has the variable cutoff frequency along with the rotor speed is designed to reduce the phase delay. Then, by using Kalman filter, it could make back EMF information more smoothly. Finally, in order to obtain accurate position and velocity information, the method of phase-locked loop (PLL) is proposed to estimate the position and speed of the rotor. The simulation results show that the new algorithm can not only improve the accuracy of the position and speed estimation of the rotor but reduce the chattering of the system.

The objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between gene expression of nutrient (amino acid, peptide, sodium and proton) transporters in the small intestine and embryonic growth in domestic pigeons (Co- lumba livia). One hundred and twenty-five fertilized eggs were randomly assigned into five groups and were incubated under optimal conditions (temperature of 38.1 °C and relative humidity of 55%). Twenty embryos/birds from each group were sacrificed by cervical dislocation on embryonic day (E) 9, 11, 13, 15 and day of hatch (DOH). The eggs, embryos (without yolk sac), and organs (head, brain, heart, liver, lungs, kidney, gizzard, small intestine, legs, and thorax) were dissected, cleaned, and weighed. Small intestine samples were collected for RNA isolation. The mRNA abundance of intestinal nutrient transporters was evaluated by real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain re- action (RT-PCR). We classified these ten organs into four types according to the changes in relative weight during embryonic development. In addition, the gene expression of nutrient transporters was differentially regulated by em- bryonic day. The mRNA abundances of b 0,+ AT, EAAT3, y + LAT2, PepT1, LAT4, NHE2, and NHE3 increased linearly with age, whereas mRNA abundances of CAT1, CAT2, LAT1, EAAT2, SNAT1, and SNAT2 were increased to higher levels on E9 or E11 and then decreased to lower levels until DOH. The results of correlation analysis showed that the gene expressions of b 0,+ AT, EAAT3, PepT1, LAT4, NHE2, NHE3, and y + LAT2 had positive correlations with body weight (0.71

UNLABELLED Thermotolerant strains of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) were screened for their suitability for silage making at high temperatures. Four selected strains were identified by 16S rRNA sequencing analyses and added to unwilted and wilted Italian ryegrass for ensiling at 45°C. All four strains (HT1, HT2, HT3 and HT4) grew at 50°C and pH 4·0. Strains HT1 and HT2 were identified as Lactobacillus rhamnosus; HT3 and HT4 were identified as Lact. fermentum. Strains HT1 and HT2 were the most effective at improving the fermentation quality of Italian ryegrass silage, irrespective of wilting, as indicated by lower pH values, less NH(3) -N, and more lactic acid. In contrast, strains HT3, HT4 and a commercial inoculant consisting of Lact. plantarum and Pediococcus acidilactici conferred no or reduced benefits. Wilting alone did not improve the fermentation quality of Italian ryegrass at 45°C. Inoculating with thermotolerant Lact. rhamnosus HT1 and HT2 could improve the fermentation quality of silage at high temperatures. Lactobacillus rhamnosus HT1 and HT2 can be used as inoculants for silage making in the tropics and subtropics and could play an important role in developing silage production in such regions. SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPACT OF THE STUDY Grasses are often difficult to ensile in the tropics and subtropics because of the high temperatures there. To solve this problem, we screened for thermotolerant lactic acid bacteria and obtained two valuable strains of Lactobacillus rhamnosus, HT1 and HT2, which proved to be beneficial to silage fermentation at high temperatures. Lactobacillus rhamnosus HT1 and HT2 can be used as inoculants for silage making in the tropics and subtropics, and will play an important role in developing silage production in such regions.
