Health is an expensive thing, so keeping it healthy is one of our obligations. To improve health, mastery of technology must increase, and if used correctly, technology use can be steered. For this reason, technology is used to analyze a patient or a patient's disease so that the hospital or clinic can serve it well. One way to solve this problem is to search for patterns or association rules (association rules) in the database whose owner has a relationship with data mining to find specific rules. A priori algorithmic approaches can perform searches on historical data to identify data patterns based on previously identified features. In this study, the approval rating was 20% and the trust rating was 80%. Among them, support is the percentage value of the combination of complaint items in the database, and confidence is the certainty of the relationship between items in the rules generated and processed by Excel and Tanagra software. PT BPR Serang (Perseroda) Kasemen Branch is one of the banks whose share ownership is partially owned by the local government of Serang Regency and has the main activity in the form of lending aimed at the community in the Serang Regency area. One of the credit products provided by PT BPR Serang (Perseroda) Kasemen Branch is the Banten Microcredit. The credit is a loan aimed at micro, small and medium enterprises to increase the business capital of these business actors. During the Covid-19 pandemic, PT BPR Serang (Perseroda) Kasemen Branch has temporary stopping micro-credit to minimize credit risk during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research conducts a case study of PT BPR Serang (Perseroda) Kasemen Branch and finds out whether it is true that the termination of microcredit can minimize credit risk or even have a negative impact on the business operations of Serang (Perseroda) Kasemen Branch

In Indonesia, tolerance of religious life has become a special concern because until now there are many cases that show the frequent occurrence of conflicts in the name of religion in various regions. This diversity can be seen in Pijor Koling Village where there are 2 formal religions, namely Islam and Christianity, which can coexist for quite a long time. This research was carried out in Pijor Koling Village, Dolok District, North Padang Lawas Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. The data collection was carried out by means of observation and in-depth interviews with a number of informants. The results obtained were that the people of Pijor Koling Village respected and respected each other without discriminating against each other. The mutual support among the people of Pijor Koling is very real. In major religious holidays, the people of Pijor Koling stay in touch with each other, keep each other safe when worshiping in celebration of the holiday. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of micro, small and medium scale (MSMEs) growth on Indonesian economy. The data has been taken from the data secunder of Biro Pusat Statistik (BPS) and Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM (Kemenkop UKM). The data analyze using regression analyze to determine the role of micro, small and medium scale (MSMEs) growth on Indonesian economy. The results show that a micro, small and medium scale (MSMEs) growth on Indonesian economy have a role but does not have much impact because there are a lot of a factors which have an impact on Indonesian Economy. This result has an implication that the increasing Indonesia’s economic growth on various factors including the increase the number of MSMEs if the increasing of quality products for MSMEs in Indonesia

BACKGROUND: Stroke has been the second leading cause of death and the third cause of disability worldwide. A record of hypertension and an increase in diastolic blood pressure (DBP) after the first stroke were associated with an increased risk of a second stroke. DBP has historically been considered as the leading cause of cardiac arrest in adults with hypertension. In the previous studies, it was found a relationship between DBP with stroke and functional outcomes. AIM: This research was carried out to determine the relationship between DBP and the event of ischemic stroke for the 1st time in hypertension patients. METHODS: This research is a case–control that was selected using a consecutive sampling technique, where 47 hypertensive patients with ischemic stroke as the case group were matched with 47 hypertensive patients without stroke as the control group. The research was conducted at H. Adam Malik Hospital, Medan and a network hospital. RESULTS: In this research, most samples in the case and control groups were men with 30 subjects (63.8%) with a mean age value of 58.11 ± 10.85 years. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi environmental disclosure pada perusahaan tambang peserta PROPER yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2019. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 11 perusahaan dengan menetapkan teknik purposive sampling yang berarti teknik pengumpulan data secara karakteristik. Berdasarkan sampel maka data yang diambil yaitu 33 data dalam jangka 3 periode. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Environmental Performance berpengaruh positif terhadap Environmental Disclosure dengan hasil signifikansi 0.00000.05. Variabel Leverage (DER) berpengaruh negatif terhadap Environmental Disclosure dengan taraf signifikansi 0.00520.05.

Technological developments can make it easier for consumers to give an assessment or review of the products they buy and the results of these reviews can influence consumers to be interested or not buy, buying products after knowing information from consumers directly or indirectly through online reviews. This study aims to determine other people's recommendations and social media facilities on the interest in buying a CV. Consina Sagara Alam backpack product. The research method used is descriptive and verification with a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques used are observation questionnaires and literature studies. The statistical analysis method used is path analysis with partial hypothesis testing (t-test) and simultaneously (f-test). The results of the t-test show that there is a significant positive effect between other people's recommendations and purchase interest and there is a significant positive effect between social media facilities and purchase interest. While the results of the f-test showed that there was a significant influence between other people's recommendations and social media facilities on purchase interest.

The research aims to determine whether there are effects between managerial ownership and profitability on companyvalue, by using debt policy as intervening variable. The type of research used descriptive and associative research.The research population was manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period of 2011-2015 as many as 80 companies. By using purposive sampling method, 25 companies as sample were obtained. The data used secondary data. Dataanalysis used classical assumption test, path analysis and partial test (t-test), using SPSS (Statistics Product andService Solution) 17 for windows. The results indicate that there are no effects of managerial ownership on companyvalue, there are positive and significant effects of profitability on company value, there are no effects of debt policy on company value, there are positive and significant effects of managerial ownership on debt policy, there are negativebut not significant effects of profitability on debt policy, there are no effect of managerial ownership on company value with Debt Policy mediated, there are negative effects of profitability on company value with Debt Policy mediated

The research aims to examine profitability as an antecedent factor in the influence of size and growth on firm value. The population in this study, namely the financial institutions sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 amounted to 17 companies. While the research sample used 12 companies. The analysis technique uses descriptive statistics and inferential statistics which included classical assumption test, multivariate regression, hypothesis test and antecedent test. The results showed that size has a positive and insignificant effect on profitability, growth has an insignificant negative effect on profitability, profitability has a non-significant positive effect on firm value, and profitability was an antecedent factor in the influence of size and growth on firm value.

Pendidikan kewirausahaan mendidik peserta didik untuk memiliki karakter yang mandiri dan tidak bergantung pada orang lain untuk menjadi pekerja di perusahaan atau bisnis orang lain. Siswa yang memiliki karakter berwirausaha pun akan dapat memandang sesuatu dengan kritis dan kreatif sehingga selalu dapat melihat peluang dari suatu permasalahan yang terjadi. Penelian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji mengenai penumbuhan karakter kewirausahaan melalui pengimplementasian pendidikan kewirausahaan di SD Negeri Margaluyu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah kualiatif deskriptif dengan teknik penelitian wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan pendidikan kewirausahaan di SD Negeri Margaluyu melalui pengembangan diri dengan menerapkan karakter kreatif, mandiri, mampu memecahkan masalah, pantang menyerah, pengelolaan keuangan yang baik, dan bersosialisasi dengan orang banyak.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) sebagai pedoman bagi guru dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran di SMK Swasta Nusantara Sahkuda Bayu Kecamatan Gunung Malela Kabupaten Simalungun. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk memecahkan masalah yang terjadi pada saat sekarang sehingga diperoleh gambaran yang jelas mengenai penelitian yang dilaksanakan dan alat pengumpulan data digunakan wawancara dan penyebaran angket. Data-data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui proses wawancara dan interview dengan guru-guru di SMK Swasta Nusantara Sahkuda Bayu, khususnya dengan guru yang mengajar Pendididkan Kewarganegaraan. Di samping itu, penulis juga mengedarkan angket untuk mengetahui sejauhmana RPP berperan dalam proses belajar mengajar PPKN. Data-data yang diperoleh kemudian akan diolah sedemikian rupa dan hasilnya dapat dikaitkan sesuai dengan rumusan masalah yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya pembuatan dan penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelejaran oleh guru-guru bidang studi PKn di SMK Swasta Nusantara Sahkuda Bayu dapat mendukung proses belajar rnengajar dengan baik sehingga tercapai interaksi edukatif dan penggunaan metode pengajaran yang tepat dapat juga meningkatkan kegairahan belajar siswa-siswi di SMK Swasta Nusantara Sahkuda Bayu

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan proses teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah obsevasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa PT. Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia memberikan kompensasi secara langsung yang meliputi (upah, tunjangan, insentif, penghargaan) dan kompensasi tidak langsung yang meliputi (bantuan sosial dan kesejahteraan, pemeliharaan kesehatan) serta penerapan kompensasi islami pada PT. Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia sudah sesuai dengan kompensasi islami di lihat dari upah (penetapan dan pembayaran), bantuan sosial, pemeliharaan kesehatan, gaji, insentif, bonus, tunjangan dan fasilitas sesuai dengan kaidah dan dasar hukum kompensasi islami.

This research aimed to investigate wether the profitability and capital structure to the firm value by dividend policy and firm size as moderating variabel in the LQ 45 company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchanged periode 2013-2017. In this research, profitability measured by return on asset, capital structure measured by debt-to-equity ratio, firm value measured by price to book value, dividend policy measured by dividend payout ratio and firm size measured by logaritma natural of totasl asset. The population used in this research is the entire of LQ 45 company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchanged periode 2013-2017. The research sample amounted to 30 companies out of a total population of 73 companies. Sampling used purposive sampling. Data analysis tool used in this research is moderated regression analysis (MRA). The result of this research showed that : (1) Capital structure (DER) is positive signifikan impact on the firm value (2) Firm size negative and not significant impact on the firm value, (3) Firm size can’t moderate the relationship of capital structure with the firm value

Indonesia is an emerging country which will be develop to industrial country. This paper examines the main implications about foreign bank presence on the Indonesia’s economy. We find that the Foreign Bank Presence has negative effect on Indonesia’s Economy. The determinant factor of foreign bank presence is Foreign Number and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) can be used to confirm determinant factors of Foreign Bank Presence but Foreign Shares cannot be used to confirm determinant factors of Foreign Bank Presence. While, Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and Inflation Rate can be used to confirm determinant factors of Indonesia’s Economy. But direct effect of foreign number on Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is positive effect, and direct effect of capital adequacy ratio on inflation rate is negative effect.

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah untuk meningkatkan dan melatih kemampuan guru dalam pembuatan media video presentasi berbasis Canva. Sasaran kegiatan adalah guru-guru SD Negeri 8 Pemali sebanyak 9 guru, dan pelaksanaan pengabdian di ruang SD Negeri 8 Pemali. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah sosialisasi tentang pembuatan video presentasi berbasis Canva, pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan dan pengaplikasian Canva dalam pembuatan video presentasi. Hasil akhir dari pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dalam hal wawasan guru tentang aplikasi Canva dan pembuatan video presentasi dan pelatihan ini akhirnya memberikan gambaran bagaimana membuat video pembelajaran dimasa pandemi seperti ini sehingga sangat membantu guru dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai video pembelajaran khususnya video presentasi berbasis Canva.

Based on the preliminary analysis, one of the things needed in learning is a learning media that describes the material clearly, briefly, easily understood, and fulfills offline and online learning. This research aims to develop a digital comic learning media on the concept of the human excretory system. This study uses the R&D (Research and Development) method with the ADDIE model. The instruments in this study include a validation questionnaire, practicality test sheets, readability questionnaire, and student response questionnaire sheets to the developed digital comic learning media. The research data were analyzed quantitatively by calculating the percentage. The results showed that the digital comics learning media was valid and feasible to be used as learning media (combined average of 83%). The results of the student response test showed a very good response to the digital comic learning media with a percentage of 84%

Aims Patients with cardiac disease are considered high risk for poor outcomes following hospitalization with COVID-19. The primary aim of this study was to evaluate heterogeneity in associations between various heart disease subtypes and in-hospital mortality. Methods and results We used data from the CAPACITY-COVID registry and LEOSS study. Multivariable Poisson regression models were fitted to assess the association between different types of pre-existing heart disease and in-hospital mortality. A total of 16 511 patients with COVID-19 were included (21.1% aged 66–75 years; 40.2% female) and 31.5% had a history of heart disease. Patients with heart disease were older, predominantly male, and often had other comorbid conditions when compared with those without. Mortality was higher in patients with cardiac disease (29.7%; n = 1545 vs. 15.9%; n = 1797). However, following multivariable adjustment, this difference was not significant [adjusted risk ratio (aRR) 1.08, 95% confidence interval (CI) 1.02–1.15; P = 0.12 (corrected for multiple testing)]. Associations with in-hospital mortality by heart disease subtypes differed considerably, with the strongest association for heart failure (aRR 1.19, 95% CI 1.10–1.30; P Conclusion Considerable heterogeneity exists in the strength of association between heart disease subtypes and in-hospital mortality. Of all patients with heart disease, those with heart failure are at greatest risk of death when hospitalized with COVID-19. Serious cardiac complications are rare during hospitalization.

This study examines the optimization of teacher performance by measuring the effect of teacher competence and principal leadership on economic teacher performance. The method used is survey method and total sampling. The research subjects consisted of 55 high school economics teachers in the city of Tasikmalaya. Conclusion, teacher competence and principal leadership have a positive influence on teacher performance where the higher the teacher competence and the more effective the principal's leadership, it will improve the quality of teacher performance. Pregnancy marks a unique milestone in woman’s life cycle enriched with an array of physical, psychological, social and even spiritual needs. In this context, an optimal level of oral health status has become fundamental to overall health and well-being of a pregnant woman. This is evident more than ever before, for preventing exacerbation of poor oral health in pregnancy, possible control of adverse pregnancy outcomes whilst ensuring low risk for early childhood dental caries for the offspring. Nevertheless, pregnancy renders special oral health needs for a woman compounded by changes in dietary habits, oral hygiene practices and hormonal changes thereby increasing the risk of dental caries and periodontitis. The possible link between Periodontitis and adverse outcomes in pregnancy is well known. The pandemic caused by acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) compounded by emergence more virulent strains not only indelibly impacted on population, countries, economies and health systems across the globe but exposed vulnerable population groups to pervasive health catastrophes. There is accumulating concerns on periodontitis linking with severe complications of Covid-19 attributed to commonalities of exacerbated inflammatory responses. Moreover, adverse Covid-19 induced maternal and fetal outcomes has garnered attention of researchers based on the previous knowledge indicating adverse outcomes attributed to epidemics of human corona viruses. However, it is not known how maternal oral hygiene status and burden of periodontitis impact on Covid-19 induced adverse outcomes in pregnancy. However, it could be rational to argue that poor oral health of a pregnant woman could elevate her risks for adverse health outcomes. Oral health care in pregnancy has received recognition as an essential element of comprehensive antenatal health care provision. However, the persistent global public health emergency of Covid-19 has profoundly impacted on availability of and accessibility to routine oral health care services. Therefore, accessing routine oral health care services poses serious causes for concern among pregnant women. Against this backdrop, present opinion attempts to explore and expound the potential of preventive oral health care could offer to mitigate the potential risks of Covid-19 induced adverse maternal outcomes embracing the context of Sri Lanka: a developing lower middle-income country.

The continuous use of fossil fuels are destined to run out and by definition are the nonrenewable resource. Economies forces change with the depletion of fossil fuels. Renewable energies are increasingly competitive energy, sources of clean, and inexhaustible. Differing from fossil fuels principally in the abundance, diversity, and potential for use on the planet, but produces neither greenhouse gases that cause climate change and polluting emissions. The objective of our research is to create a hybrid solar and wind renewable energy. Used as a source of electrical power to supply a charging station will be implemented in High Education institution. This will solve the problem of students using school electricity and adding convenience outlets that will use renewable energy and for the method, using a Mono-crystalline Solar panel and Vertical-Axis Wind Turbine to generate a total of 250 W being hybrid. The results of the research that we have conducted give us the maximum output of our hybrid solar and wind which is 250 W and the discharge time of the battery maximum of 5 hrs having a load of 250 W and the charge rate is 24 Ampere-hour. This Hybrid device will run and charge 24 hours due to an optimum combination, the impact of the variable nature of solar and wind resources is partially resolved, and the overall system becomes more reliable and economical to run. The role of this renewable energy-based hybrid power systems play in meeting the increased demand for clean electricity.

Ibu menyusui sering mengalami masalah putting susu lecet, dimana bayi hanya menyusu pada puting, maka bayi akan mendapatkan ASI sedikit karena gusi bayi tidak menekan pada sinus laktiferus. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan nyeri atau lecet pada puting ibu. Dampak dari puting lecet ini bukan hanya bagi ibu akan tetapi bagi bayi juga sehingga bayi tidak mendapatkan ASI penuh dari ibunya. Masalah yang sering terjadi dalam menyusui adalah puting susu lecet. Sekitar 57% dari ibu yang menyusui dilaporkan pernah mengalami lecet pada putingnya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional, populasi dalam penelitian ini ibu menyusui pada bulan Mei 2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel Total Sampling, dengan jumlah 60 orang instrument menggunakan lembar ceklis, analisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian univariat menunjukkan ibu yang memberikan ASI secara langsung 40,%, yang memberikan ASI Perah 60%, dan yang mengalami putting lecet 43,3%. Kendala yang terjadi pada saat mengajar yaitu kurangnya media untuk diperlihatkan ke siswa tentang materi sel dan kurangnya sumber daya dalam pemanfaatan fasilitas yang tersedia di MA Pondok Quran di era pandemi seperti sekarang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan desain media, mengetahui kelayakan dan respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Articulate Storyline pada materi sel. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (RD) dengan model penelitian 4D dimodifikasi menjadi 3D yang dikembangkan oleh Sivasailam Thiagarajan, Dorothy S. Semmel dan Melvyn I. Semmel. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah validator yaitu ahli media dan ahli materi, guru bidang mata pelajaran biologi dan siswa kelas XI IPA MA Pondok Quran. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar validasi ahli media, lembar validasi ahli materi dan angket respon siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan validasi ahli media, validasi ahli materi dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji kelayakan dan respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Articulate Storyline. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Articulate Storyline dengan link akses https://bit.ly/MediaInteraktifSelXI. Uji kelayakan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Articulate Storyline pada materi sel diperoleh hasil 85,28%. Respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran mendapat hasil 83,6% dengan kriteria sangat positif. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Articulate Storyline sangat layak digunakan sebagai media belajar yang efektif untuk siswa kelas XI MIPA MA Pondok Quran.

This study aims to investigate the impact of COVID-19 on the increase in bad credits at conventional commercial banks in Indonesia. The data used in this study are secondary data sourced from the Ministry of Health and from the Financial Services Authority (OJK), each of which consists of 50 data samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple regression analysis to determine the magnitude of the influence of COVID-19 on non-performing loans. The results of the data analysis show that COVID-19 has a significant effect on non-performing loans, and the COVID-19 variable can be used as an external indicator of the increase in non-performing loans for commercial banks in Indonesia. The implication of the research is that other researchers can make COVID-19 an external indicator of an emergency beyond human ability that can affect the level of non-performing loans. For banking, this study can be used as a reference when considering credit risk management policy during the COVID-19 pandemic. The sulfosugar sulfoquinovose (SQ) is produced by essentially all photosynthetic organisms on Earth and is metabolized by bacteria through the process of sulfoglycolysis. The sulfoglycolytic Embden–Meyerhof–Parnas pathway metabolizes SQ to produce dihydroxyacetone phosphate and sulfolactaldehyde and is analogous to the classical Embden–Meyerhof–Parnas glycolysis pathway for the metabolism of glucose-6-phosphate, though the former only provides one C3 fragment to central metabolism, with excretion of the other C3 fragment as dihydroxypropanesulfonate. Here, we report a comprehensive structural and biochemical analysis of the three core steps of sulfoglycolysis catalyzed by SQ isomerase, sulfofructose (SF) kinase, and sulfofructose-1-phosphate (SFP) aldolase. Our data show that despite the superficial similarity of this pathway to glycolysis, the sulfoglycolytic enzymes are specific for SQ metabolites and are not catalytically active on related metabolites from glycolytic pathways. This observation is rationalized by three-dimensional structures of each enzyme, which reveal the presence of conserved sulfonate binding pockets. We show that SQ isomerase acts preferentially on the β-anomer of SQ and reversibly produces both SF and sulforhamnose (SR), a previously unknown sugar that acts as a derepressor for the transcriptional repressor CsqR that regulates SQ-utilization. We also demonstrate that SF kinase is a key regulatory enzyme for the pathway that experiences complex modulation by the metabolites SQ, SLA, AMP, ADP, ATP, F6P, FBP, PEP, DHAP, and citrate, and we show that SFP aldolase reversibly synthesizes SFP. This body of work provides fresh insights into the mechanism, specificity, and regulation of sulfoglycolysis and has important implications for understanding how this biochemistry interfaces with central metabolism in prokaryotes to process this major repository of biogeochemical sulfur., Sulfoglycolysis is a pathway for metabolism of the sulfosugar sulfoquinovose. We illuminate how sulfoglycolytic enzymes bind and turnover their substrates, and identify a new transiently produced intermediate, sulforhamnose.

Buchholzia coriacea is a plant of the Congolese pharmacopeia. Her barks of trunk were the subject of aphrodisiac study in our laboratory. But her effect on the arterial pressure, the cardiac frequency and on the contractions of the heart, remain even unknown. This is how the present work aims the assessment of the cardiovascular potential of the barks of trunk of this plant at the albino male rat. The effects on the mean arterial pressure and the cardiac frequency at the rat normotended have been valued by the method invasive whereas the classic model of drip of isolated heart of batrachian has been used to value the effects on the heart isolated of toad. The administration of the aqueous extract of the barks of trunk of B. coriacea (10, 20 and 40 mg/kg, i.v) decreases the mean arterial pressure and the cardiac frequency as the yohimbine(1mg/kg, i.v) and the µg acetylcholine (50 µg / Kg, i.v).This effects hypotensor and negative chronotrope are raised completely by the atropine (1 mg / kg. i.v), ce that conrms the implication of the receiving muscarinics in the mechanism of action of this extract. To the concentrations of 2; 2,5 and 3 mg / ml extracts it aqueous of the barks of trunk of B. coriacea decreases strength and the frequency of the contractions of the heart isolated of toad and to 4 and 5 mg/ml, it drags to a reversible stop of the contractions of the heart isolated of toad.

Nowadays there are numerous studies on the occurrence of cognitive dysfunction in late-life depression (LLD). The role of executive dysfunctions in the psychopathology of depression is particularly emphasized and needs further examination. The aim was to assess cognitive functions and their relation to depressive symptoms in elders with LLD, previously depressed, and patients without the history of depressive episodes. The study consisted of 824 older adults who underwent a neuropsychological evaluation (97 currently depressed, 114 previously depressed and 613 patients without the history of depressive episodes). LLD patients performed poorer in ACE-III and AVLT and poorer in TMT-B than those previously depressed and never depressed. The LLD group also performed significantly poorer than the previously depressed on Digit Span Forward. Results of a multiple regression analysis indicated that performance on measures of executive functioning was associated with depression severity in LLD (β =.227, P =.024). The results of this study suggest that executive functions are the most impaired in the elderly with LLD. Furthermore, there is a relationship between executive dysfunction and the severity of depression in LLD. Executive dysfunction appears to be the core neurocognitive deficit in LLD.

This paper to analyze about muhallil marriage, which is carried out as a requirement to be allowed remarry between ex-husband and ex-wife, that has been talaq bain ( divorced three times) in Padarincang District, Serang Regency, Banten Province, West Java. This juridical empirical research uses qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation studies. The analysis technique uses an interactive model. The results show that the practice of muhallil marriage in Padarincang District was different from the existing provisions, because the ex-husband had to find the penyelang to ex-wife, then agreed by paying the penyelang and limiting the time of marriage. The ex-husband also forced the penyelang to divorce his wife, so that he could immediately remarry his ex-wife without waiting for the iddah period to end. According to Islamic law, marriage is haram and illegitimate, except it is carried out in earnest by Islamic law. Based on these facts, socialization and awareness should be carried out in the community about muhallil marriage, so that there is no violation of Islamic law and positive law.

Background Australian hospital data on hyperglycaemia without previously known diabetes are lacking. Aims To determine the prevalence of hyperglycaemia without previously recognised diabetes among all patients screened in the emergency department (ED). Secondary aims are to describe the extent of haemoglobin A1c testing for evaluation of new diabetes, adequate glucose monitoring, treatment of significant hyperglycaemia and documented follow-up plans. Methods Patients presenting to ED at the Alfred (tertiary hospital in Melbourne) have undergone screening random plasma glucose (RPG) with their first plasma biochemistry since 2015. Of the 16 268 adults screened from July to December 2015, a retrospective, cross-sectional study was undertaken evaluating those with hyperglycaemia (RPG >7.8 mmol/L) but without previously recognised diabetes as determined from coding data. After patient records were reviewed to correct for coding errors, a nested cohort of 200 such patients were further evaluated. Glucose monitoring was deemed adequate if undertaken for ≥48 h. Significant hyperglycaemia (RPG >11 mmol/L) was considered appropriately treated if insulin/hypoglycaemic agents were prescribed. Documented follow-up plans were acceptable if found in the discharge summary. Results Among all patients screened, 1178 had hyperglycaemia without coded diabetes. After adjusting for coding errors, the prevalence was 5.2%. Within the nested cohort, only 7.5% had a follow-up haemoglobin A1c ordered, 9.5% underwent adequate glucose monitoring, 6.5% had appropriate treatment of significant hyperglycaemia and 2% had documentation of a follow-up plan. Conclusions Hyperglycaemia without previously recognised diabetes is commonly seen and justifies ED screening. However, management of newly detected hyperglycaemia in these patients is suboptimal and requires improvement.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur E-Readiness Kabupaten Mamberamo Tengah Dalam Penerapan E-Planning. Kabupaten Mamberamo Tengah secara geografis termasuk daerah yang memiliki keterbatasan akses, namun Di sisi lain harus melakukan inovasi yang tidak biasa untuk mengejar ketertinggalan dari daerah lainnya. Penelitian ini akan membahas eksisting kondisi serta syarat-syarat apa saja yang harus disiapkan oleh Kabupaten Mamberamo Tengah untuk menerapkan pelaksanaan perencanaan berbasis elektronik. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengukur e-readiness yaitu metode e-readiness yang dikembangkan dari model hubungan variabel e-readiness menurut Musa (2010). Indikator-indikator yang diintegrasikan ke dalam kerangka pengukuran e-readiness dalam tool dipetakan ke dalam tiga faktor penting yang memengaruhi e-readiness yaitu faktor teknologi, faktor manusia dan faktor institusional khususnya di tingkat lokal (pemerintah daerah). Hasil pengukuran e-readiness menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah Kabupaten Mamberamo Tengah belum siap dalam menerapkan e-planning baik diukur dari faktor teknologi, faktor manusia maupun faktor institusional, sehingga ini menjadi perhatian khusus bagi pemerintah daerah agar lebih serius dalam mempersiapkan pembangunan infrastruktur dan juga pemerintah daerah perlu membangun kerja sama antarpemerintah, pihak swasta dan juga masyarakat serta perlu adanya regulasi yang secara khusus berbicara tentang Sistem Informasi Perencanaan Daerah (SIPD) agar lebih baik ke depannya dan pelaksanaan e-planning dapat berjalan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku secara efektif dan efisien.

L’helminthosporiose est l’une des maladies fongiques majeures, à l’origine des pertes de production rizicole en Côte d’Ivoire. Dans le but de réduire ces pertes, une étude portant sur l’évaluation de l’efficacité du fongicide ANTRACOL 70 WP (Propineb 70%) a été réalisée sous pression naturelle de maladie. Trois doses du fongicide ANTRACOL 70 WP (1,5 kg ha-1, 2 kg ha-1, 2,5 kg ha-1) et une dose du fongicide de référence COGA 80 WP (mancozèbe, 800 g/kg) à 2 kg ha-1 ont été évaluées. Les résultats obtenus ont montré que les gains de rendement dus à l’utilisation du fongicide sont en moyenne de 80,05%. La note de sévérité (2) enregistrée dans la parcelle traitée avec l’ANTRACOL 70 WP a été identique à celle obtenue dans la parcelle traitée au COGA 80 WP. Ce résultat montre que l’ANTRACOL 70 WP a été efficace contre l’helminthosporiose du riz. Les rendements en paddy acquis sous les différents traitements fongicides ont montré qu’à la dose de 2,5 kg ha-1, l’ANTRACOL 70 WP a permis de doubler au moins le rendement en paddy (2,72 t ha-1) par rapport aux parcelles traitée au COGA (1,36 t ha-1) et non traitée au fongicide (0,89 t ha-1).Mots clés : Riz pluvial, helminthosporiose, sévérité, ANTRACOL 70 WP, Côte d’Ivoire. In order to reduce those losses, a study to assess the effectiveness of the fungicide ANTRACOL 70 WP (propineb 70%) was carried out under disease natural pressure. Three doses of the fungicide ANTRACOL 70 WP (1.5 kg ha-1, 2 kg ha-1, 2.5 kg ha-1) and a recommended dose of a reference fungicide COGA 80 WP (mancozeb, 800 g / kg) at 2 kg ha-1 were evaluated. The results obtained showed that the average yield gains due to the use of this fungicide was 80,05%. The severity score recorded in the plot treated with ANTRACOL 70 WP (note = 2) was identical to that obtained in the plot treated with COGA 80 WP. This result shows that ANTRACOL 70 WP was effective against brown spot disease of rice. The paddy yields recorded under the various fungicidal treatments have shown that at a dose of 2.5 kg ha-1, the ANTRACOL 70 WP allowed to at least double the paddy yield (2.72 t ha-1) compared to plots treated with COGA (1.36 t ha-1) and not treated with fungicide (0.89 t ha-1).Keywords: Rainfed rice, brown spot disease, severity, ANTRACOL 70 WP, Côte d´Ivoire.

After the proclamation of Indonesian independence in 1945, Indonesia was not yet fully independent. The Dutch returned and wanted to dominate Indonesia. There was a conflict between Indonesia and Dutch caused them confront to the negotiating table. Through the Round Table Conference, Indonesia was recognized as an independent country both de facto and de jure. The full independence was obtained with several agreements whereas other was harmed. The agreement is about the problems of debt, the Union, and West Irian. These problems caused controversy at later time. The Union problem in 1956 which Indonesia unilaterally canceled the Indonesia-Dutch Union. Also, the West Irian problem between the Indonesia and Dutch conflict was difficult to resolve. Based on the results of researches, the emergence of the problem of West Irian was motivated by different views in assessing the status of West Irian. It refers to the conviction of each country to entitled West Irian into its territory. Finally, the problem of West Irian could be resolved through act of free choice (PEPERA), but it caused new complex problems. The problems were the Free Papua Organization (OPM), the Freeport case and Special Autonomy (Otsus).

Fishpond is one of the habitats from organisme such as plankton which is have a role as main food resources for organisms with high trophic level (such as fish). This objectives of the study were to determine the condition of plankton in grouper fishponds in Mesjid Lama Village, Talawi District, Batu Bara District. Plankton sampling and water quality measurements were carried out from February to June 2019. The abundance of phytoplankton in grouper fish ponds varied between 1,765-4,113 ind/L. The composition of phytoplankton species found during observation was dominated by diatom groups or Bacillariophyceae classes. The abundance of zooplankton in grouper ponds varied from 330-1,165 ind/L with the lowest abundance found at station 6 with a total of 330 ind/L and the highest abundance was found at station 4 with a number of 1,165 ind/L. This paper aims to examine the effect of leverage on dividend policy, leverage on profitability, and profitability on dividend policy. The number of samples was collected 8 out of 36 companies of the Consumer goods industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period of 2008 - 2014. The Statistical method is analyzed by using Path Analysis. We found that the direct effect of leverage on dividend policy is negative (-0.648); it might be happening because the degradation of leverage could be the management of Consumer goods industries more focused on holding on their profit rather than increasing their leverage. On the other hand, leverage has a positive effect (0.872) on profitability. Then, profitability has a positive effect (1.004) on dividend policy. When the dividend payout ratio’s tendency falls down, the number of investors who want to invest in the consumer goods industries decreases. It was predicted because several firms of the consumer goods industry prefer to reinvest their profits. Therefore, this result implies that the companies must be serious attention to dividend policy to attract investor attention.

We present a case of an obese 22-year-old man with activating GCK variant who had neonatal hypoglycemia, re-emerging with hypoglycemia later in life. We investigated him for asymptomatic hypoglycemia with a family history of hypoglycemia. Genetic testing yielded a novel GCK missense class 3 variant that was subsequently found in his mother, sister and nephew and reclassified as a class 4 likely pathogenic variant. Glucokinase enables phosphorylation of glucose, the rate-limiting step of glycolysis in the liver and pancreatic β cells. It plays a crucial role in the regulation of insulin secretion. Inactivating variants in GCK cause hyperglycemia and activating variants cause hypoglycemia. Spleen-preserving distal pancreatectomy revealed diffuse hyperplastic islets, nuclear pleomorphism and periductular islets. Glucose stimulated insulin secretion revealed increased insulin secretion in response to glucose. Cytoplasmic calcium, which triggers exocytosis of insulin-containing granules, revealed normal basal but increased glucose-stimulated level. Unbiased gene expression analysis using 10X single cell sequencing revealed upregulated INS and CKB genes and downregulated DLK1 and NPY genes in β-cells. Further studies are required to see if alteration in expression of these genes plays a role in the metabolic and histological phenotype associated with glucokinase pathogenic variant. There were more large islets in the patient’s pancreas than in control subjects but there was no difference in the proportion of β cells in the islets. His hypoglycemia was persistent after pancreatectomy, was refractory to diazoxide and improved with pasireotide. This case highlights the variable phenotype of GCK mutations. In-depth molecular analyses in the islets have revealed possible mechanisms for hyperplastic islets and insulin hypersecretion.

Dysregulation of cholesterol homeostasis is associated with many diseases such as cardiovascular disease and cancer. Liver X receptors (LXRs) are major upstream regulators of cholesterol homeostasis and are activated by endogenous cholesterol metabolites such as 27-hydroxycholesterol (27HC). LXRs and various LXR ligands such as 27HC have been described to influence several extra-hepatic biological systems. However, disparate reports of LXR function have emerged, especially with respect to immunology and cancer biology. This would suggest that, similar to steroid nuclear receptors, the LXRs can be selectively modulated by different ligands. Here, we use RNA-sequencing of macrophages and single-cell RNA-sequencing of immune cells from metastasis-bearing murine lungs to provide evidence that LXR satisfies the 2 principles of selective nuclear receptor modulation: (1) different LXR ligands result in overlapping but distinct gene expression profiles within the same cell type, and (2) the same LXR ligands differentially regulate gene expression in a highly context-specific manner, depending on the cell or tissue type. The concept that the LXRs can be selectively modulated provides the foundation for developing precision pharmacology LXR ligands that are tailored to promote those activities that are desirable (proimmune), but at the same time minimizing harmful side effects (such as elevated triglyceride levels).

BackgroundU.S. women recently released from incarceration experience significantly higher rates of trauma and exacerbation of mental health conditions, and the period following release has been identified as a window of heightened risk for mental health distress and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), sexually transmitted infections (STI) and hepatitis C (HCV) transmissions. Despite these vulnerabilities, and an urgent need for supports, optimal engagement strategies remain unclear. WORTH Transitions is a program made up of two evidence-based interventions focused on improving the health of women returning to the community from incarceration with substance use disorders. Combining the two was designed to reduce HIV/STIs/HCV risks and increase overall health treatment engagement using a community health worker led intervention.MethodsWe examined associations between trauma, mental health symptomology, and HIV/STI/HCV outcomes among women who engaged in the WORTH Transitions intervention (N = 206) Specifically, bivariate and longitudinal multivariate models were created to examine associations between trauma and mental health distress (defined as depressive and PTSD symptoms), on (1) types of engagement in HIV/STIs/HCV prevention and behavioral health services; and (2) HIV/STIs/HCV risk outcomes. The women who engaged in the intervention were 18 years and older and some were White, Black and other racial or ethnic minority.ResultsPTSD symptomology and being a Black or indigenous woman of color was significantly (p = 0.014) associated with individual or group session engagement. Neither trauma nor PTSD symptoms were associated with higher HIV/STIs/HCV risks. Instead, relative to those who did not engage in HIV/STI/HCV risky behaviors, PTSD symptomology (p = 0.040) was associated with more than 3-fold increase in the probability of being lost to follow up (relative risk ratio = 3.722).ConclusionGiven the impact of PTSD-related symptoms on driving both engagement in HIV/STIs/HCV prevention services and intervention attrition among women leaving incarceration, physical and behavioral health interventions must be both overtly trauma- and mental health-informed. As was the case with WORTH Transitions, physical and behavioral health services for this population must include intentional and active support of the forms of treatment participants endorse to ensure maximal engagement.

Breast cancer remains the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths among women. In recent years, immunotherapy has been tremendously successful in some metastatic cancers such as melanoma. However, a majority of breast cancer patients do not benefit from existing immunotherapy treatments, leaving many with an unmet need. Although undoubtedly multifactorial, one major obstacle to anti-cancer therapies, is the highly immunosuppressive breast tumor microenvironment. This phenomenon is strongly maintained by myeloid immune cells and immunosuppressive regulatory T cells (Tregs), which hinder anti-tumor immunosurveillance and promote tumor progression. Thus, strategies to ‘re-educate’ myeloid cells to inhibit Tregs is a potentially promising anti-cancer strategy. Mining clinical data, we have found that elevated mRNA expression of the nuclear receptor, NR0B2 within breast tumors is associated with an increased time to recurrence. Single cell RNA-sequencing indicates that NR0B2 is expressed within the macrophage populations of normal breast tissue, and various dendritic cell (DC) types in PBMCs. Overexpression of NR0B2 or activation with a small molecule agonist in murine bone marrow derived macrophages (BMDMs) or DCs resulted in a dichotomous T cell expansion - away from Tregs. Conversely, Treg expansion increased when NR0B2 was knocked-down. Tumor growth was markedly increased in mice lacking myeloid specific NR0B2 expression. We further investigated the downstream targets of NR0B2 mediating this anti-tumor phenotype and identified that NLRP3 inflammasome-IL1β activity is a likely modulator in re-educating myeloid cell-Treg function. Importantly, a putative small molecule agonist decreased established metastatic lesions and increased the efficacy of αPD-L1. Subsequent medicinal chemistry was used to develop a novel NR0B2 agonist with strong anti-metastatic properties when used as a single agent in a preclinical mouse model. Collectively, our data implicates NR0B2 within myeloid cells as a modulator of Tregs, a cell population that has thus far been therapeutically intractable. Therefore, NR0B2 may prove to be a promising therapeutic target to reshape the tumor microenvironment and improve breast cancer immunotherapy. Background: Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women in the United States, with elevated circulating cholesterol as an established risk factor for the onset and progression to metastatic disease. The cholesterol metabolite, 27-hydroxycholesterol (27HC) has been identified to establish an immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment via Liver X Receptor (LXR) in myeloid immune cells. Interestingly, 27HC treatment of different myeloid immune cell types results in increased secretion of extracellular vesicles (EVs) with altered cargo. Importantly, EVs from 27HC treated myeloid cells promote tumor growth and metastasis in murine models of breast cancer. Given that these altered EVs are involved in cancer progression, it is imperative that we understand how their biogenesis and secretion are regulated. Methods and Results: Immunofluorescence microscopy experiments revealed that 27HC increases the size and number of CD63+ multivesicular bodies (MVBs) but not EEA1+ endosomes in RAW 264.7 cells. Quantitative PCR analysis revealed no significant changes in mRNA expression of genes associated with EV biogenesis machinery. However, we did observe that 27HC increased the size and number of LAMP1+ lysosomes. This led to the hypothesis that 27HC increases EV secretion by skewing MVBs away from lysosomal degradation and towards secretion as EVs by i) impairing lysosomal integrity, and/or ii) altering the post-translational modifications on the MVBs. To study the effect of 27HC on lysosomal function, we stained the lysosomes with a pH sensing fluorescent dye and observed a decrease in fluorescent intensity, indicating an increase in lysosomal pH. In addition, treatment with 27HC increased levels of cathepsin B in cells. Treatment of cells with Bafilomycin A1, a lysosomal proton pump inhibitor phenocopies the 27HC mediated increase in EV secretion and co-treatment of cells with Bafilomycin A1 and 27HC has the same effect. Post-translational modifications such as ISGylation and NEDDylation have been previously implicated in modulating EV secretion and cargo, and we have observed that 27HC decreases overall ISGylation and NEDDylation of proteins in cells. Conclusion: 27HC increases the size of multivesicular bodies, impairs lysosomal integrity, and alters levels of ISG- and NEDDylated proteins in cells. These data suggest that a combination of these modulations leads to the increase in EV secretion. Collectively, our studies reveal novel mechanisms by which EV secretion is modulated by 27HC. By extension, this axis represents a novel avenue for intervening in EV secretion and ultimately in the development of breast cancer therapeutics. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi pemasaran personal selling pengrajin Bongsang Desa Cijeruk untuk mempertahankan konsumen dalam menghadapi perubahan ekonomi selama pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, teknik pengambilan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi, teknik analisa data menggunakan tri angulasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu, 1) komunikasi personal selling berperan penting dalam proses komunikasi pemasaran bongsang tahu bagi pengrajin di Desa Cijeruk. 2) kegiatan personal selling dilakukan pengrajin bongsang tahu karena dianggap mudah, praktis, murah dan terhindar dari penipuan. 3) Pengrajin Bongsang mempertahankan konsumen di masa Pandemi Covid-19 dengan menjaga kualitas bongsang, dan menstabilkan waktu produksi. 4) Kelebihan komunikasi personal selling yaitu proses komunikasi pemasaran berjalan lancar tanpa hambatan, biaya yang dikeluarkan murah, tidak akan terjadi penipuan karena dapat memahami karakter konsumen. Sedangkan kekurangannya yaitu minimnya proses promosi dalam proses komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan pengrajin bongsang tahu di Desa Cijeruk.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the Paluta community's opinion on the factors that influence people's interest in investing in the capital market, of the 28 respondents who filled out the questionnaire, the Paluta community knew what investment in the capital market was. Development of targeted therapies will be a critical step towards reducing the mortality associated with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). To achieve this, we searched for targets that met three criteria: (1) pharmacologically targetable, (2) expressed in TNBC, and (3) expression is prognostic in TNBC patients. Since nuclear receptors have a well-defined ligand-binding domain and are thus highly amenable to small-molecule intervention, we focused on this class of protein. Our analysis identified TLX (NR2E1) as a candidate. Specifically, elevated tumoral TLX expression was associated with prolonged recurrence-free survival and overall survival for breast cancer patients with either estrogen receptor alpha (ERα)-negative or basal-like tumors. Using two TNBC cell lines, we found that stable overexpression of TLX impairs in vitro proliferation. RNA-Seq analysis revealed that TLX reduced the expression of genes implicated in epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), a cellular program known to drive metastatic progression. Indeed, TLX overexpression significantly decreased cell migration and invasion, and robustly decreased the metastatic capacity of TNBC cells in murine models. We identify SERPINB2 as a likely mediator of these effects. Taken together, our work indicates that TLX impedes the progression of TNBC. Several ligands have been shown to regulate the transcriptional activity of TLX, providing a framework for the future development of this receptor for therapeutic intervention.

Parasites are ubiquitous in modern ecosystems, occupy one of the most successful life modes, promote ecosystem stability, and, despite their typically diminutive size and lack of a mineralized skeleton, are commonly identifed in the fossil record. Bivalve mollusks have occupied marine aquatic environments since the Cambrian, comprise an excellent fossil record, and often preserve traces of interactions with their parasites. Here we review parasite-host interactions of living bivalves and the record of parasitism of bivalves that reaches as far back as the Silurian. Escalation in parasite-host bivalve interactions seems to have occurred in both the middle Paleozoic and the late Mesozoic to Cenozoic, similar to trends documented in other antagonistic interactions.

Catabolism of sulfoquinovose (SQ, 6-deoxy-6-sulfoglucose), the ubiquitous sulfosugar produced by photosynthetic organisms, is an important component of the biogeochemical carbon and sulfur cycles. Here, we describe a new pathway for SQ degradation that involves oxidative desulfurization to release sulfite and enable utilization of the entire carbon skeleton of the sugar to support the growth of the plant pathogen Agrobacterium tumefaciens. SQ or its glycoside sulfoquinovosyl glycerol (SQGro) are imported into the cell by an ABC transporter system with an associated SQ binding protein. A sulfoquinovosidase hydrolyses the SQ glycoside and the liberated SQ is acted on by a flavin mononucleotide-dependent sulfoquinovose monooxygenase, in concert with an NADH-dependent flavin reductase, to release sulfite and 6-oxo-glucose. An NADPH-dependent oxidoreductase reduces the 6-oxo-glucose to glucose, enabling entry into primary metabolic pathways. Structural and biochemical studies provide detailed insights into the recognition of key metabolites by proteins in this pathway. Bioinformatic analyses reveal that the sulfoquinovose monooxygenase (smo) pathway is distributed across Alpha- and Betaproteobacteria and is especially prevalent within the Rhizobiales order. This strategy for SQ catabolism is distinct from previously described pathways as it enables the complete utilization of all carbons within SQ by a single organism with concomitant production of inorganic sulfite.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat literasi informasi peserta diklat sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti diklat serta tingkat signifikansi pengaruh diklat terhadap kemampuan literasi informasi peserta. Metode survei digunakan pada sampel 30 orang peserta Diklat Teknis Substantif Publikasi Ilmiah. Instrumen kuesioner berskala likert dikonstruk dari tiga aspek model Empowering-8, yaitu identifikasi, organisasi dan membuat/menciptakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rerata skor tingkat literasi informasi peserta di awal diklat termasuk kategori “baik” hanya pada aspek kemampuan organisasi sedangkan aspek kemampuan identifikasi dan aspek kemampuan membuat/menciptakan serta secara global termasuk kategori “kurang/rendah”. Kemudian setelah mengikuti diklat, skor tersebut meningkat menjadi “baik” pada ketiga aspek, yaitu aspek kemampuan identifikasi, aspek kemampuan organsiasi dan aspek kemampuan membuat/menciptakan. Hasil uji-t pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% diperoleh nilai Sig-2 tailed = 0,00 < 0,05, menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kemampuan literasi informasi peserta diklat sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti diklat. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa diklat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan tingkat literasi informasi peserta diklat.
