OBJECTIVES: To report the recommendations of an expert panel to reorganize Neurourology units and to prioritize examinations and both conservative and surgical treatments during the COVID-19 pandemic. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Non-systematic review of the literature and national experts' opinion summarizing the recommendations in the diagnosis, management, and follow-up of neurourological patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. A modified nominal group technique was used due to extraordinary meeting and mobility restrictions during COVID-19 pandemic. RESULTS: Neurourological patients have special physiological and pathological characteristics that make them more vulnerable to SARS-CoV-2 infection. For prioritization purposes, they encompass in Functional Urology patients and their management is considered non-urgent or delayable with no specific deadline of recovery from normality. However, it is important to identify individual situations jeopardising the upper urinary tract, urinary retention or predisposing to urinary infections/sepsis. A classification is provided prioritizing conservative/outpatient management and the surgical treatment of the events occurring in neurourological patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. CONCLUSIONS: In neurourological patients we can find exceptional clinical situations in which a delayed treatment could develop irreversible changes in the upper urinary tract, advocating a more urgent treatment in specific scenarios.

We report synthesis, structural characterization, and magnetic measurements of amorphous Mn$_{12}$-acetate ribbons with a triclinic short-range crystal order not previously seen in experiment. The ribbons exhibit the same structure of Mn$_{12}$ molecules and the same positions of tunneling resonances on the magnetic field as a conventional tetragonal Mn$_{12}$-acetate crystal. However, the width of the zero-field resonance is by at least one order of magnitude smaller, indicating very small inhomoge- neous broadening due to dipolar and nuclear fields. We clarify questions related to the convergence of the OPE and conformal block decomposition in unitary Conformal Field Theories (for any number of spacetime dimensions). In particular we explain why these expansions are convergent in a finite region. We also show that the convergence is exponentially fast in the sense that the operators of dimension above Delta contribute to correlation functions at most exp( a Delta). Here the constant a>0 depends on the positions of operator insertions and we compute it explicitly.

GEYSERS aims at defining an end-to-end network architecture that offers a novel planning, provisioning and operational framework for optical network and IT infrastructure providers and operators. In this framework, physical infrastructure resources (network and IT) are dynamically partitioned to virtual resources and then composed into a Virtual Infrastructure offered to operators as a service. The operator will be able to operate a virtual infrastructure with an enhanced Network Control Plane (NCP) able to offer coupled, optimized and dynamic on-demand Network and IT provisioning services (i.e., interconnections between multiple IT resources and end-users). The scope and novelty of the GEYSERS architecture is focused on the functional definition and description of two innovative layers, the enhanced Network Control Plane (NCP) and the Logical Infrastructure Composition Layer (LICL). The Service Middleware Layer (SML) and the physical layer (PHY) are part of the overall GEYSERS architecture but are based on existing developments that will be appropriately adapted or extended.
