Electrochemical conversion of CO2 into formate is a promising strategy for mitigating the energy and environmental crisis, but simultaneously achieving high selectivity and activity of electrocatalysts remains challenging. Here, we report low-dimensional SnO2 quantum dots chemically coupled with ultrathin Ti3C2Tx MXene nanosheets (SnO2/MXene) that boost the CO2 conversion. The coupling structure is well visualized and verified by high-resolution electron tomography together with nanoscale scanning transmission X-ray microscopy and ptychography imaging. The catalyst achieves a large partial current density of -57.8 mA cm-2 and high Faradaic efficiency of 94% for formate formation. Additionally, the SnO2/MXene cathode shows excellent Zn-CO2 battery performance, with a maximum power density of 4.28 mW cm-2, an open-circuit voltage of 0.83 V, and superior rechargeability of 60 h. In situ X-ray absorption spectroscopy analysis and first-principles calculations reveal that this remarkable performance is attributed to the unique and stable structure of the SnO2/MXene, which can significantly reduce the reaction energy of CO2 hydrogenation to formate by increasing the surface coverage of adsorbed hydrogen.

Objective: To explore genes potentially co-expressed with cyclin E in gastric cancer and discover possible targets for gastric cancer treatment. Methods: The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) stomach adenocarcinoma sequencing data were used to predict genes co-expressed with cyclin E. Co-expression genes predicted by cBioPortal online analysis with Pearson correlation coefficient ≥0.4 were analyzed by gene ontology (GO) enrichment annotation using the PANTHER online platform (Ver. 7). Interactions between proteins encoded by these genes were analyzed using the STRING online platform (Ver. 10.5) and Cytoscape software (Ver. 3.5.1). Genes displaying a high degree of connection were analyzed by transcription factor enrichment prediction using FunRich software (Ver. 3). The significant transcription factor and cyclin E expression levels and their impact on gastric cancer progression were analyzed by Western blotting and Kaplan-Meier survival curve analysis. Results: After filtering the co-expression gene prediction results, 78 predicted genes that included 73 protein coding genes and 5 non-coding genes with Pearson correlation coefficient ≥0.4 were selected. The expressions of the genes were considered to be correlated with cyclin E expression. Among the 78 genes co-expressed with cyclin E, 19 genes at the central of the regulatory network associated with cyclin E were discovered. Nuclear transcription factor Y subunit alpha (NF-YA) was identified as a significant transcription factor associated with cyclin E co-expressing genes. Analysis of specimen donors’ clinical records revealed that high expression of NF-YA tended to be associated with increased cyclin E expression. The expression of both was associated with progression of gastric cancer. Western blotting results showed that compared with normal tissues, NF-YA and cyclin E were highly expressed in tumor tissues (P < 0.001). Survival curve analysis clearly demonstrated relatively poor overall survival of gastric cancer patients with high cyclin E or high NF-YA expression level, compared to patients with low cyclin E or NF-YA expression (P < 0.05). Conclusions: NF-YA may promote gastric cancer progression by increasing the transcription of cyclin E and other cell cycle regulatory genes. NF-YA might be a potential therapeutically useful prognostic factor for gastric cancer. Key words: Cyclin E; Nuclear transcription factor Y subunit alpha; Oncogene; Gastric cancer

Background: Cervical cancer is a very common gynecological malignancy. The incidence of cervical cancer in Beijing increased rapidly, the local government launched free cervical cancer screening in 2008 as a pilot, and then the program covered all register eligible women in 16 districts since 2009. Our study assessed the free screening program in Beijing from 2008 to 2018. Methods: Analyzed the data of all women aged 35-64 years old who received free cervical cancer screening in Beijing from January 2008 to December 2018. Results: Since 2008, Beijing has conducted five cycles of cervical cancer screening among 35-64 years old women. During the period, target population has adjusted and service management kept on improved. Totally 2,624,129 person times have received the services. The average detection rate of abnormal cervical cytology was 2.3%, the rate of colposcopy referral was 1.8%, and the rate of abnormal colposcopy result was 63.5%. The detection rate of CIN2+ and cervical cancer was 208.5 / 100,000, of which 5228 cases of CIN 2+ were detected, the detection rate of 199.2 / 100,000; 244 cases of cervical cancer were detected and the rate was 9.3 / 100,000. Conclusions: Free cervical cancer screening can effectively serve the grassroots women, improve women's health awareness, and realize the early detection and early treatment of cervical cancer. The coverage of the screening population and the screening strategies need to be further explored to achieve the goal of decreasing cervical cancer incidence and mortality in the future.

In order to solve the impact of the impulse noise in the universe on the long time epoch folding of X-ray pulsar profile, an innovative denoising method using the wavelet packet transformation is proposed. First, the system model containing noisy signal for X-ray pulsar is established. The time series of X-ray pulsar are sampled as certain time interval and folded as its rotational period. Secondly, the signal transformed by wavelet packet is computed according to the given entropy, aiming to obtain the optimum basis. Finally, the impulse noise is filtered with the proper threshold. The experimental results show that the impulse noise can be filtered by the proposed method, and the algorithm improves the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) by about 40% compared with other methods under low SNR conditions.

Viruses are the most abundant biological entities on the planet, and can reach 1010 viral particles per gram of soil. Viruses affect the composition of microbial communities, mediate soil biogeochemical cycles, regulate soil microbial evolution, and threaten the health of plants and animals, including humans. However, there is limited knowledge on the abundance and distribution patterns of viruses and the manner in which they affect ecological processes. This study focuses on the comparative approaches to study soil viruses, including their extraction, purification, quantification, and methods pertaining to molecular ecology. The development of reliable and highly efficient methods to evaluate soil viral particles is desirable, because it aids the study of soil virus diversity and distribution. Therefore, these methods will improve our understanding of viral propagation mechanisms in soils, and will provide information on how to control viruses to ensure adequate public health and safety.

The Regorafenib is a broad-spectrum kinase inhibitor that has been approved to treat colorectal cancer (CRC). However, evidences have shown that the agent is also implicated in drug interaction with microRNA-21 (miR-21), an oncogenic miRNA which plays a key role in resisting programmed cell death in CRC cells. Here, we supposed that, instead of kinase inhibition, Regorafenib can directly bind to and then stabilize miR-21 pre-element, thus preventing RNase Dicer-meditated cleavage of the pre-element to mature miR-21. In order to verify the notion, an in silico-in vitro integrated investigation of the direct intermolecular interaction between Regorafenib and miR-21 pre-element was performed by using active pocket identification, RNA-ligand docking, molecular dynamics (MD) simulation, binding energetic analysis, and fluorescence-based assay. It was revealed that the Regorafenib can bind at the major groove-like stem region of miR-21 pre-element through three geometrically satisfactory hydrogen bonds (H-bonds) as well as a number of hydrophobic forces and π-π stacking, conferring strong specificity and high stability to the RNA-ligand complex system (Kd=0.73μM). Separate inversion mutation of two base pairs (G6C, C12G) and (A13U, U4A) that are involved in the H-bonding can considerably impair the affinity of Regorafenib to miR-21 pre-element, with Kd increase to 27 and 96μM, respectively. All these supported that Regorafenib can directly bind to miR-21 pre-element at molecular level and the binding mode can be properly modeled by using the proposed integrated strategy. This study would provide a potential, alternative mechanism for anti-colorectal cancer chemotherapy with Regorafenib.

With the rapid development of permanent magnet materials, power electronics and control theory, based on vector control of PMSM its excellent control performance, high power density and high efficiency, more and more used in a variety of high-performance servo systems and other fields of industrial production[1-2]. In recent years, the development of vector control theory and methods become mature gradually, the progress of integrated circuits and computer technology, the PMSM vector control system has been a great development. The vector control of PMSM based on the mathematical model in the dq coordinate system, through conversion of vector model, realize that it has completely decoupled control of stator current. It has like a DC motor control performance, and thus more widely applied[3]. This paper introduces the mathematical model of PMSM in the dq coordinate system, modeling and analysis of PMSM vector control strategies based on the 0 d i  , for DSP TMS320F2812 as controller core, built a power-driven circuit, control circuit, feedback circuit and the main auxiliary circuit. The algorithm of control program was completed based the hardware platform, and presented its software processes. Constitute a high-performance PMSM vector control system, and through experimental results demonstrate the superiority of the system.

To solve the large torque ripple and current harmonics, low DC bus voltage problems, a new control strategy is proposed for AC induction motor by using space vector pulse width modulation, so that the static and dynamic performance are improved. The system simulation experiment mode was established based on SVPWM to verify the effectiveness of the system control mode. It is showed that it can reduce the current ripple and torque ripple, improve the utilization of DC bus voltage. It means that the control strategy based SVPWM can improve dynamic and static performance effectively for the ACIM servo system.

Fifty rhizobial isolates of Lathyrus and Oxytropis collected from northern regions of China were studied in their genotypic characterization based upon analyses of ARDRA, 16S-23S IGS PCR-RFLP, TP-RAPD, MLEE, sequences of 16S rDNA gene and housekeeping genes of atpD, recA and glnII. The results demonstrated that most of the Lathyrus rhizobia belonged to Rhizobium and most of the Oxytropis rhizobia belonged to Sinorhizobium. A novel group of Rhizobium sp. I and S. meliloti were identified as the main microsymbionts respectively associated with Lathyrus and Oxytropis species in the collection area, which were new associations between rhizobia and the mentioned hosts. This study also provides new evidence for biogeography of rhizobia.

For the high power density of PMSM, designed the corresponding drive controller to improve the servo efficiency of PMSM servo system. According to the theory of math model of PMSM under the dq coordinate system, applied i d = 0 vector control method as a PMSM control strategy, established PMSM controller model based on vector control. Taking DSP TMS320F2812 as controller core, built a power-driven circuit, control circuit and the main detection protection circuit. The algorithm of control program was completed on the hardware platform to present its software processes. The simulation results show that: the control system response is fast, can track the given speed and position quickly and accurately. The speed fluctuation, overshoot and steady state error are very small. The designed controller is reasonable, which has better dynamic and static characteristics, and be benefit to improve the efficiency of PMSM servo system.

The aim of this paper is to study the consistency of a fuzzy comparison matrix. A sufficient and necessary condition in terms of the kernels of fuzzy numbers is given to judge the consistency of a fuzzy comparison matrix, which can help the decision makers interpret the consistency of the fuzzy comparison matrix more directly. Then a notion of the satisfactory consistency for a fuzzy comparison matrix is introduced, and a mathematical programming model is also proposed to judge whether or not the fuzzy comparison matrix is of satisfactory consistency. Two examples are examined to show the feasibility and the validity of the test method.

Objective Myeloperoxidase (MPO) and CD11b/CD18, markers of leukocyte activation, are involved in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis. The aim of the study was to investigate the plasma MPO level and CD11b/CD18 expressions on leukocytes in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods This case-control study included 157 patients with angiographically proven CHD (cases). Controls included 78 subjects with normal coronary angiograms. MPO was measured using an enzyme immunoassay. The method of immunofluorescence flow cytometry was performed for measuring CD11b/CD18 expression on leukocytes in all subjects. High sensitivity- Creactive protein (hs-CRP), WBC and PMN were also measured and analysed. Results Plasma level of MPO in CHD group was much higher than that in controls [(332.05±167.56) pg/ml vs (277.81±142.68) pg/ml, p Conclusion In conclusion, the levels of MPO, CD11b/CD18, hs-CRP and WBC are elevated in patients with CHD. Inflammation may be one of important reasons for ACS occurrence and MPO, leukocytes and their CD11b/CD18 expressions and hs-CRP were involved in the occurrence of ACS together. MPO may be an inflammation marker independent of hs-CRP.

Background The aim of this study was to retrospectively evaluate assessment of ischaemia-modified albumin (IMA) levels for early diagnosis of acute myocardial ischaemia particularly for patients admitted in emergency room. Methods The following patients were studied: 492 with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) including 133 with acute chest pain as presented to the emergency room (ER), 74 with high blood pressure and 78 with viral myocarditis (VMC). Eight hundred and thirty healthy controls were studied. Blood samples were obtained shortly after presentation and at various times thereafter. IMA and cardiac troponin I (cTnI) levels were measured, and ECGs obtained. Results IMA concentrations were significantly higher in the ACS (0.55±0.11 ABSU) and VMC groups (0.38±0.11) compared to the control group (0.34±0.08 ABDU, p Conclusions We support the notion that IMA may be a useful biochemical marker for the early diagnosis of acute myocardial ischaemia, particularly for patients with acute chest pain presenting to the ER.

Objective Ischaemia-modified albumin (IMA) has been demonstrated to be a biomarker of ischaemia associated with myocardial and skeletal muscle ischaemia, pulmonary embolism and stroke. However there is limited information on the formation mechanism of IMA. The aim of the study was to investigate the primary and secondary protein structure of IMA. Methods This study included 29 acute coronary patients (IMA level>0.8 absorbance units) and 22 healthy controls (IMA level Results Protein sequences showed that the first 10 N-terminal amino acid residues of IMA were identical with those of albumin in healthy persons. The result of CD spectra measurement revealed that the average percentages of α-helixes and random coil decreased and the average percentages of β-turn and β pleated sheets increased a bit in ACS patients, but there is no significant difference between groups. Conclusion Compared with the normal human albumin, no changes take place in the N-terminal protein sequence of IMA, and the secondary structure of IMA was also not significantly changed. Increasing percentage of β-turn and β pleated sheets in IMA may correlate with its formation mechanism.

Objective The aim of this study was to investigate whether myeloperoxidase gene polymorphism and its plasma levels were associated with risk of coronary artery disease (CAD) in Chinese population. Methods A case-control study was conducted in Fujian provincial hosipital, 157 patients with established CAD (cases) and 78 individuals without angiographically significant CAD (controls) were enrolled. Blood samples were collected to identify the MPO polymorphism and its plasma levels. Results Genotypes were determined in all individuals. The frequencies of three genotypes were significantly different in both group (p 0.05). Plasma MPO levels correlated with its genotype. Conclusion We found association between MPO polymerase and its plasma levels with CAD risk in Chinese population. These findings provide new sights for atherosclerosis diagnosis and risk assessment.
