Entered in 2007, with the aid of the domestic wine industry of high-speed development momentum, China's wine tourism industry has been “warmed with wine.” Wine tourism in China, although nearly 3 years before they started, was suggested that in the last year alone, which has been developed by leaps and bounds. The wine-producing areas winery and distillery have made wine tourism brand, which can be said China's most popular wine industry year in 2006, as well as, it is a new, massive expansion in 2007. Recalling the ups and downs of 2008, wine tourism continues to maintain a time of rapid growth, as in previous years, it does not mean the lack of news. In the New Year 2011, the wine tourism will show what kind of developments which have shown new features.

A simple sample treatment method for the accurate and precise determination of iodine in soil, sediment and biological samples by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) is described. Iodine in samples was extracted in screw top PTFE-lined stainless steel bombs using a 10% v/v ammonia solution at 185 C for 18 hours (overnight), after which the extract was introduced into the ICP-MS for direct measurement. 126Te was employed as the internal standard to compensate for matrix effects and instrument drift. The limit of detection (LOD, three times the standard deviation of the procedural blank solution, expressed as the concentration in the sample solution) was 0.003 ng ml--1. The limit of quantitation (LOQ, ten times the standard deviation of the procedural blank solution, expressed as the concentration in the solid samples, dilution factor DF = 100) was 0.01 μg g--1 (dry mass). The accuracy and precision of the method were demonstrated by analysing different Chinese geological certified reference materials (soils, stream sediments and a hair sample). The measured concentrations were in a good agreement with the certified values indicating that bias in the method was not significant. The precision (n = 10) for different concentrations ranged from 1.82% to 4.32% RSD. Comparison of the ammonia extraction procedure with a “sintering” method indicated that there was no significant difference in results obtained with the two methods for geological soil and stream sediment samples. However, for biological samples, such as hair, kelp, tea etc., the results obtained by the sintering method were far below those of the ammonia extraction method. The ammonia extraction has advantages, as it is simpler than the “sintering” method, and has a lower procedural blank, better detection limits and reproducibility. Due to the simplicity of the method, a high rate of sample throughput is possible. Une methode simple de traitement, basee sur l'analyse par spectrometrie de masse avec plasma induit et permettant la determination precise et juste de l'iode dans les sols, les sediments et les echantillons biologiques est decrite. L'iode dans les echantillons est extraite dans des bombes en acier inoxydable doublees de PTFE, fermees par un couvercle visse, contenant une solution a 10% (v/v) d'ammoniac. Ces bombes sont chauffees a 185 C pendant 18 heures (dont une nuit) apres quoi l'extrait est introduit dans l'ICP-MS pour l'analyse directe. 126Te est utilise comme standard interne pour compenser les effets de matrice et la derive instrumentale. La limite de detection (LOD = trois fois la deviation standard mesuree sur la solution du blanc de procedure, exprimee sous forme de concentration dans la solution) est de 0.003 ng ml-1. La limite de quantification (LOQ = dix fois la deviation standard mesuree sur la solution du blanc de procedure et exprimee sous forme de concentration dans l'echantillon solide, en tenant compte du facteur de dilution DF = 100) est de 0.01 μg g-1 (masse seche). La justesse et la precision de la methode sont demontrees a partir de l'analyse de materiau de reference certifies chinois (sols, sediments de riviere et echantillon de cheveu). Les concentrations mesurees sont en bon accord avec les valeurs certifiees, montrant qu'il n'existe pas de biais significatif avec cette methode. La precision (n = 10) pour des concentrations variees est comprise entre 1.82% et 4.32% RSD. La comparaison de cette procedure d'extraction par l'ammoniac avec la methode d'agglomeration montre qu'il n'y a pas de difference significative entre les resultats obtenus par les deux methodes dans le cas des sols geologiques et des echantillons de sediments de riviere. Par contre, pour les echantillons biologiques, tels que les cheveux, l'algue, le the etc, les resultats obtenus par la methode d'agglomeration sont tres inferieurs en concentration a ceux obtenus par la methode d'extraction. L'extraction a l'ammoniac presente donc des avantages, puisqu'elle est plus simple que la methode d'agglomeration, a des blancs de procedures plus bas, de meilleures limites de detection et reproductibilite. En raison de sa simplicite il est possible d'analyser de longues series d'echantillons.
