In view of the problem of “information island” caused by the lack of collaborative management of application software in the current design and manufacturing process of ship shop, this paper puts forward a scheme of building application collaboration of ship shop design and manufacturing on the basis of private cloud platform. All kinds of resources needed in the whole life cycle of ship design and manufacturing are packaged together. Ship design and manufacturing units distributed in different places connect the private cloud platform, utilize the design and manufacturing resources on the cloud, realize business collaboration between design and manufacturing applications, and make the seamless flow of design and manufacturing data through.

DARTS is a popular algorithm for neural architecture search (NAS). Despite its great advantage in search efficiency, DARTS often suffers weak stability, which reflects in the large variation among individual trials as well as the sensitivity to the hyper-parameters of the search process. This paper owes such instability to an optimization gap between the super-network and its sub-networks, namely, improving the validation accuracy of the super-network does not necessarily lead to a higher expectation on the performance of the sampled sub-networks. Then, we point out that the gap is due to the inaccurate estimation of the architectural gradients, based on which we propose an amended estimation method. Mathematically, our method guarantees a bounded error from the true gradients while the original estimation does not. Our approach bridges the gap from two aspects, namely, amending the estimation on the architectural gradients, and unifying the hyper-parameter settings in the search and re-training stages. Experiments on CIFAR10 and ImageNet demonstrate that our approach largely improves search stability and, more importantly, enables DARTS-based approaches to explore much larger search spaces that have not been investigated before., Comment: 22 pages, 12 figures, submitted to ICML 2020, updated experiments on Penn Treebank

In former researches, the constructions of cross-system collaboration model of e-government are mostly limited to some specific technical architecture. To resolve this problem, we constructed a general conceptual model of cross-system collaboration from the perspective of the e-government system elements. Accordingly, the decomposed sub models are discussed, including the resource sharing model, the technology fusion model and the service collaboration model. Each of these sub models are constructed based on the conclusion of general characteristic of former models.

The paper builds the influential factor model of virtual community knowledge sharing behavior from the four dimensions. By using structural equation model, the paper makes an empirical research on the key factors of promoting the college students' knowledge sharing behavior in the virtual community and the impact of knowledge sharing behavior of virtual community members on the community loyalty.

In the first half year of 2011, PFC investigation has been conducted on five potlines whose line currents are at the range of 200~350kA. The total aluminum output is 1.35 million tons per year. Both PFC caused by anode effects and PFC unrelated to anode effects were monitored and calculated. C3F8 was observed during anode effects for the first time and its peaks were at the same location as C2F6 and CF4 at the timetable. The weigh ratio of C3F8/CF4 was 4.19%, and that of C2F6/CF4 was 11.61%. C3F8 was observed only in the monitoring of two potlines and no C3F8 in the other three potlines. Concentration curves of C3F8 were plotted with C2F6. Percentage of Non Anode Effect PFC (NAE-PFC) of five potlines was calculated. The highest was 92.8% while the potline has the lowest anode effect frequency (AEF) and its AEF is 0.01 AEs/cell-day.

The paper refers to the construction and practice of Web-based teaching platform for Information management subject based on the course of "information service and user" (IS&U) , which using interactive theory that among teaching, practice and research to realize the construction of the platform. The frame of platform is based on teacher-student interactivity on B/S. The Web site of the course uses ASP technology based on Microsoft and program language such as VBScript5.50 , JavaScript 5.6. We summarize the experience of the opening teaching platform as to deepen the further teaching reform.

Objective To determine the role of Vascular peroxide 1(VPO1), a newly identified haem-containing peroxidases in vascular remodelling in hypertension. Methods The carotid arterial intima-media thickness in patients with essential hypertension and the Media thickness, lumen diameter, media thickness/lumen diameter ratio, mean nuclear area in artery media in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs) were assessed while the plasma level of VPO1 in patients and the expression of VPO1 in arterial tissues was measured. Cultured human aorta vascular smooth muscle cells were treated with ANGII, and the proliferation activity, VPO1 expression, H 2 O 2 and HOCL level were examined. The effect of VPO1 RNA interference, apocynin, catalase and PD98059 on VPO1 expression and the proliferation activity of cells were observed. Results The VPO1 level/expression was significantly increased in patients with essential hypertension and in spontaneously hypertensive rats concomitant with definite vascular remolding by evaluating the intima-media thickness, pressure-strain elastic modulus and stiffness index of carotid artery in patients, as well as the media thickness, lumen diameter, media thickness/lumen diameter ratio and mean nuclear area in artery media in spontaneously hypertensive rats. The angiotension II-stimulated cell proliferation of human aorta smooth muscle cells was inhibited by knockdown of VPO1 using small hairpin RNA. Moreover, the NADPH oxidase inhibitor, apocynin, the hydrogen peroxide scavenger, catalase, but not the ERK1/2 inhibitor, PD98059 attenuated Ang II-mediated upregulation of VPO1 and generation of hypochlorous acid. Conclusions VPO1 is a novel regulator of vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation via NADPH oxidase/H 2 O 2 /VPO1/ERK1/2 pathways and plays an important role in vascular remodelling during hypertension.
