It is proved that a mandatory infrastructure element for international transport corridors, as well as for any large enterprise, is the availability of logistics complexes (warehouse). The expediency construction of logistics complexes with the help of modern metal structures and sandwich panels has been proved. The concepts of “logistics complex,” “distribution center” and “logistics center” are analyzed. Classification of logistics centers by functional purpose and types of the most popular fast-growing logistics complexes by classes are given. Types of production processes in construction (design with the latest standards; professional approach combined with years of experience and availability of advanced construction technologies, modern equipment and advanced equipment; warranty obligations; free consultations) with management functions are characterized. Project management system for the construction of logistics complexes is substantiated, which takes into account the management functions (planning, organization, motivation, control) and includes such estimation indicators as construction costs and optimal location of the complex (by the criterion of minimum logistics costs). The logistics complex is characterized by the following criteria: main purpose; localization factor; warehouse processing conditions of inventories; stored goods; degree of ownership. It is suggested to calculate the optimal localization of logistics complex using the coordinate method.

У статті досліджено та узагальнено характерні особливі розвитку суспільного сектора в умовах інноватизації та цифровізації економіки України. Встановлено, що до основних показників оцінки ефективності суспільного сектору економіки України інноваційного типу варто відносити: якість суспільної інфраструктури, якість освіти та науки, якість адміністрування, економічна продуктивність, стабільність. Розкрито сучасні особливості та основні завдання суспільного сектору економіки інноваційного типу. Представлено характеристику концепцій оцінки діяльності суспільно сектора та показників оцінки ефективності суспільного сектору економіки України інноваційного типу. Здійснено аналіз видів та змісту суспільного сектора економіки інноваційного типу. Обґрунтовано і розкрито основні структурні елементи суспільного сектора України економіки інноваційного типу в умовах цифровізації. Зроблено висновок про те, що на особливу увагу в ході реалізації стратегії інституціонально-структурних змін у суспільному секторі економіки заслуговує політика формування соціального капіталу, адже індикатори його розвитку в Україні є недостатніми, що не дозволяє належним чином підвищити ефективність реформ у суспільному секторі економіки інноваційного типу в умовах цифровізації.

У статті досліджено та узагальнено характерні особливі впливу досліджень та інноваційних розробок на трансфер технологій. Використовуючи світову статистичну інформацію представлено місце України у глобальному та цифровому рейтингах конкурентоспроможності країн. Встановлено, що до основних організаційно-економічних форм здійснення трансферу технологій доцільно відносити такі, як: філія, спільні підприємства, підприємство “під ключ”, партнерство (стратегічний альянс), ліцензування, франчайзинг, контрактне співробітництво, лізинг. Засвідчено статистичними даними, що майже всі ліцензійні технології не належали до останніх досягнень у науково-технологічній сфері та надходили в середньому з 10-річним запізненням. Аргументовано, що серед основних інструментів державного стимулювання RD правила патентування технічних ідей, винаходів, отримання авторських прав та їх захист, оформлення і проведення RD правила фінансового забезпечення нової ідеї, її реалізація на виробництві, комерціалізація, можливості тиражування, запозичення технічних рішень, розповсюдження технологічних досягнень, визначення взаємодії нової технології із застарілою.

A method for simulating spot-scanned delivery to a moving tumour was developed which uses patient-specific image and plan data. The magnitude of interplay effects was investigated for two patient cases under different fractionation and respiratory motion variation scenarios. The use of volumetric rescanning for motion mitigation was also investigated. For different beam arrangements, interplay effects lead to severely distorted dose distributions for a single fraction delivery. Baseline shift variations for single fraction delivery reduced the dose to the clinical target volume (CTV) by up to 14.1 Gy. Fractionated delivery significantly reduced interplay effects; however, local overdosage of 12.3% compared to the statically delivered dose remained for breathing period variations. Variations of the tumour baseline position and respiratory period were found to have the largest influence on target inhomogeneity; these effects were reduced with fractionation. Volumetric rescanning improved the dose homogeneity. For the CTV, underdosage was improved by up to 34% in the CTV and overdosage to the lung was reduced by 6%. Our results confirm that rescanning potentially increases the dose homogeneity; however, it might not sufficiently compensate motion-induced dose distortions. Other motion mitigation techniques may be required to additionally treat lung tumours with scanned proton beams.
