In this paper we will demonstrate the originality of the work of Edoardo Robino, an Italian artist which thought can’t be considered without his artistic production: sculpture and writing must be considered as a unity, as two sides of the same path of interpretation of reality. In the same way, in the thought of Robino nature and culture are not separate, but represent the two faces of a process in which man is involved from the start. Identity is also difference, and therefore is not suitable to deny the unity of nature and culture. This unity in difference has been investigated by the author from a structural point of view and forma the contemporary Philosophy of language, producing a procedure that can be interesting for the contemporary Aesthetics. En este artículo pretendemos demostrar la originalidad de la obra de Edoardo Robino, artista italiano cuyo pensamiento no se puede separar de su producción artística: escultura y escritura tienen que considerarse en su unidad, como dos aspectos del mismo camino de interpretación de la realidad. En el mismo sentido, en el pensamiento de Robino, naturaleza y cultura no van separadas, sino que representan las dos caras de un proceso en que el hombre está implicado desde el principio. La identidad es también diferencia, y es por lo tanto irrazonable negar la unidad de naturaleza y cultura. Esta unidad en la diferencia ha sido estudiada por el autor a partir del Estructuralismo y de la filosofía del lenguaje contemporánea y ha dado lugar a un procedimiento del pensar que tiene mucho interés para la Teoría estética actual.

The work of Pierre Legendre is a valorous intent to rethink the normative from lacanian Psychanalysis and the history of Dogmatic. In this perspective, the Right is indissociable from the institution of language as ground of the arquitecture of Societies. Tha symbolic dimension of language is rooted in the originary division that permits to the humanity the representation of the Other as image. Otherwise, the post-industrial Societies have occulted then relationship of the politics of Management to the dogmatic Order and the linguistic Institution of the Risk consists on the possibility that humanity losts the distance to the the consequence will be the madness of Institutions and the destruction of Society in the absence of limits in individual agency. La obra de Pierre Legendre constituye un cabal intento de repensar el principio normativo desde el psicoanálisis de Lacan y la dogmática jurídica, y de aclarar así el origen del Derecho en Occidente. En su perspectiva, el Derecho es indisociable del fenómeno de la institución del lenguaje que define la arquitectura de las sociedades. La dimensión simbólica del lenguaje está fundamentada en la división originaria que permite al hombre representarse al Otro, tener una imagen suya. Sin embargo, las sociedades post-industriales han ocultado la relación de las políticas del Management con el orden dogmático y con la institución lingüística del hombre: el riesgo consiste en que se abra la posibilidad de una coincidencia con el Otro, cuya consecuencia sería el enloquecer de las instituciones y la destrucción de la sociedad por falta de limites a la actuación de los individuos.

The last manuscripts of Antonin Artaud would demonstrate the necessity of a critique of the spiritualism and idealism of western Metaphysics, in order to attempt a better understanding of the Body as fundamental being of man. In this short essay, we will interpreting the thexts of Artaud whith the notion of “Originary” invented by the french psychanalist Piera Aulagnier, to investigate the Artaud’s critique of language and his relationship wiyh a theory of body and gesture. Los últimos escritos de Artaud intentan demostrar la necesidad de desmarcarse del espiritualismo y de la metafísica occidental para poder entender lo que significa realmente el ser-cuerpo del hombre. En este pequeño ensayo intentamos aplicar de forma crítica la noción de «originario», acuñada por la psicoanalista francesa Piera Aulagnier, a los textos de Artaud para ver si es posible aclarar su intento de una refundación del lenguaje en relación con la corporeidad y el gesto.

The french philosopher Jacques Rancière has developed an interesting thesis about the nature of images. In Rancière’s thought, the sense of images are the effect of a dialectical mouvement, an immanent process that has no reference to a metaphysical ground (Grund). Rancière’s critique of the concept of sublime, applied by Lyotard to some issues of contemporary art, denonces the ambiguity of the concept of «irrepresentability»; the thesis of Lyotard remains in fact an hegelian one and finally submits the aesthetics to ethics.

In Cotonou (Benin), growth of the population leads to an excessive use of natural resources, inducing organic contaminations. Surface soils collected in the town, were extracted and fractionated by liquid chromatography in three families: aliphatic, aromatic hydrocarbons and polar fractions. Each fraction was characterized by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. All the results show that an anthropogenic input exists (waste oils). Indeed, aliphatic hydrocarbons have specific markers emphasizing the presence of petrogenic products: UCM (unresolved complex mixture), specific distribution of pentacyclic triterpane. However, specific molecular biomarkers reveal also natural input. Nevertheless, samples from similar origins do not always have the same pattern. This fact underlines that organic sources are numerous in theses soils and imply a mixture of fingerprints. Moreover, modifications of the organic matter fingerprints with time (alteration, lixiviation…) complicate correlation between organic sources and contaminated soils.
