As an ancient plant from thousands of years ago, Hemp has been used as the most prominent sustainable material in buildings and other fields. Hemp has great potential to be used as a building material and can be grown in Cyprus weather with less cost than other imported building materials. Hemp’s initial cost is mostly cheaper than the other insulation materials; in the long term can save almost 50% of the total energy cost. It is being used as a load-bearing construction material, the best insulator. This study proposed a detached house where Hemp can be used for walls as structure (load-bearing) and floors and roofs as plastering layers.

Energy consumption, monitor, and the control are key prerequisites for an energy conservation process. When energy consumption occurs is known by the users and exactly where it takes place and able to make more informed decisions about how to lower their energy consumption. Renewable energy and optimization of energy are integrated and these are the key enablers of sustainable energy transitions and mitigating. Integration of advances in building design, importance of energy efficiency and VR technology have led the research to focus on thermal simulation which results in a virtual environment for the optimization of building design. In order to reduce building energy consumption in our country, the influence of building an online key technology of virtual reality scene based on Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML) technology. The combination of Extensible Markup Language (XML) and Active Server Pages (ASP) programming method puts forward the online virtual scene. The energy conservation and environmental protection building design reality used for online virtual reality environment of green building prototype. Through online and virtual reality technology and VRML combination design of the system, the implementation of green building in the most intuitive way to show in front of a remote (network) user, a performance on the Internet which can interact with the user and can be designed by the user via the extensible platform. The proposed model is useful to meet people's living and working environment and also useful to promote the sustainable development of the country.

Structures create interior spaces. However, the sense of every space depends on the type of structure used. This paper tries to evaluate structural systems apply in architecture and then analyse space identity given by different structures. The method of this study mainly depends on a survey in the current literature and case study which the colour building in the department of architecture in EMU-North Cyprus has taken as the case study. Frame concrete (column and beam) is used in the building, which has made the interiors compacted in the structure's boundary. At the same time, inside spaces have some freedom as partition walls separate them. In this case, the structure proliferates visual focal points, corners and angles, to the main space. These visual definitions lately make the spaces to be more defined.

To solve the problem of large difference degree in multi-dimensional urban landscape design, a multidimensional urban landscape design method based on nonlinear theory is proposed. Research on multidimensional nonlinear landscape design methods in improving the rationality of architectural landscape design and improving the living environment is important for optimizing the structure of multidimensional nonlinear landscape design and improving the effect of urban landscape design. Firstly, according to the input and output data of the system, the multidimensional nonlinear landscape image is sampled, the virtual scene space visual planning method is used to simulate the parameters of the multidimensional nonlinear landscape design, and the block detection method is used to reconstruct the region of the multidimensional nonlinear landscape image. Combined with RGB feature decomposition method, the parameter vectorized feature extraction of multidimensional nonlinear landscape design was carried out, and the parameterized model of multidimensional nonlinear landscape view was extracted. Based on the parameterized model method, the multidimensional nonlinear landscape design is realized, and the quantitative analysis ability of multidimensional nonlinear landscape design is improved. The simulation results show that the mean of regression standard deviation is 0.567, the standard value is 0.753, and the F-test value is 0.655. Therefore, the visual feature expression ability of multidimensional nonlinear landscape design using the proposed method is better and the effect of landscape design is improved.

The research work presented in this paper is focused on the investigation of dynamic characteristics and optimum design of rotating laminated composite multi-walled carbon nanotubes-reinforced magnetorheological elastomer (MWCNT-MRE) sandwich plate. Higher-order shear deformation theory (HSDT) and finite element (FE) formulations are employed to derive the governing equations of the composite MWCNT-MRE sandwich plate. The performance of the derived numerical model is validated by comparing it with the results available in the published literature. The free and forced vibrations of the composite MWCNT-MRE sandwich plate are examined at different magnetic fields and rotating speeds. Also, the optimal ply orientations of the MWCNT-MRE sandwich plate are identified using the developed numerical model coupled with a genetic algorithm (GA) to enhance the natural frequencies and loss factors.
