Squamous cell lung carcinoma (LUSC) originates from squamous cells and has a high rate of metastasis and recurrence. The lack of effective genetic targets and specific therapies has resulted in a poor prognosis for patients with LUSC. Gastrointestinal metastasis of LUSC is a rare occurrence in clinical practice. Patients with gastrointestinal metastasis usually have worse overall survival and the process of diagnosis is more complicated than those with metastasis elsewhere. What’s more, there are no helpful guidelines for treating patients with a clinically confirmed diagnosis of gastrointestinal metastasis, which means the treatment method is limited. Here, we review the clinical features, diagnosis, and treatment of LUSC patients with gastrointestinal metastasis and report a rare case of LUSC accompanied by gastrointestinal metastasis. The patient was admitted to the hospital with coughing and hemoptysis. A tumor was found in his lung, and lesions were initially controlled with standard treatment. The patient’s tumor re-occurred again shortly for which treatment was lacking. Without effective treatment methods, the disease was difficult to control. Our learnings from the case demonstrate that LUSC metastasizes to secondary lymphoid organs of the gastrointestinal tract, usually with a poor prognosis.

Anomaly detection based on system logs plays an important role in intelligent operations, which is a challenging task due to the extremely complex log patterns. Existing methods detect anomalies by capturing the sequential dependencies in log sequences, which ignore the interactions of subsequences. To this end, we propose CSCLog, a Component Subsequence Correlation-Aware Log anomaly detection method, which not only captures the sequential dependencies in subsequences, but also models the implicit correlations of subsequences. Specifically, subsequences are extracted from log sequences based on components and the sequential dependencies in subsequences are captured by Long Short-Term Memory Networks (LSTMs). An implicit correlation encoder is introduced to model the implicit correlations of subsequences adaptively. In addition, Graph Convolution Networks (GCNs) are employed to accomplish the information interactions of subsequences. Finally, attention mechanisms are exploited to fuse the embeddings of all subsequences. Two-phase-commit (2PC) has been widely adopted for distributed transaction processing, but it also jeopardizes throughput by introducing two rounds of network communications and two durable log writes to a transaction's critical path. Despite the various proposals that eliminate 2PC such as deterministic database and access localization, 2PC remains the de facto standard since the alternatives often lack generality (e.g., requiring workloads without branches based on query results). In this paper, we present Primo, a distributed transaction protocol that supports a more general set of workloads without 2PC. Primo features write-conflict-free concurrency control that guarantees once a transaction enters the commit phase, no concurrency conflict (e.g., deadlock) would occur when installing the write-set -- hence the prepare phase is no longer needed to account for any potential conflict from any partition. In addition, Primo further optimizes the transaction path using asynchronous group commit. With that, the durability delay is also taken off the transaction's critical path. Empirical results on Primo are encouraging -- in YCSB and TPC-C, Primo attains 1.42x to 8.25x higher throughput than state-of-the-art general protocols including Sundial and COCO, while having similar latency as COCO which also employs group commit., Comment: Technical Report

Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive breast cancer has a high metastatic potential. Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) that target HER2, such as trastuzumab and pertuzumab, are the cornerstone of adjuvant therapy for HER2-positive breast cancer. A growing body of preclinical and clinical evidence points to the importance of innate immunity mediated by antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) in the clinical effect of mAbs on the resulting anti-tumor response. In this review, we provide an overview of the role of natural killer (NK) cells and ADCC in targeted therapy of HER2-positive breast cancer, including the biological functions of NK cells and the role of NK cells and ADCC in anti-HER2 targeted drugs. We then discuss regulatory mechanisms and recent strategies to leverage our knowledge of NK cells and ADCC as an immunotherapy approach for HER2-positive breast cancer.

The production of curdlan oligosaccharides, a multifunctional and valuable carbohydrate, by hydrolyzing polysaccharides is of great interest. The endo-β-1,3-glucanase derived from Trichoderma harzianum was expressed in Pichia pastoris with three commonly used promoters (AOX1, GAP and FLD1). The purified recombinant endo-β-1,3-glucanase expressed by Pichia pastoris with GAP promoter displayed high specific activity at pH 5.5 and 50 °C. Thereafter, a co-culture system of Pichia pastoris GS115 (GAP promoter) and Agrobacterium sp. was constructed in which Agrobacterium sp.-metabolized curdlan can be directly hydrolyzed by Pichia pastoris-secreted endo-β-1,3-glucanase to produce functional curdlan oligosaccharides. The co-culture conditions were optimized and the process was carried out in a 7-L bioreactor. The maximum yield of curdlan oligosaccharides reached 18.77 g/L with 3–10 degrees of polymerization. This study presents a novel and easy curdlan oligosaccharide production strategy that can replace traditional sophisticated production procedures and could potentially be implemented for production of other oligosaccharides.

Configuration knobs of database systems are essential to achieve high throughput and low latency. Recently, automatic tuning systems using machine learning methods (ML) have shown to find better configurations compared to experienced database administrators (DBAs). However, there are still gaps to apply the existing systems in production environments, especially in the cloud. First, they conduct tuning for a given workload within a limited time window and ignore the dynamicity of workloads and data. Second, they rely on a copied instance and do not consider the availability of the database when sampling configurations, making the tuning expensive, delayed, and unsafe. To fill these gaps, we propose OnlineTune, which tunes the online databases safely in changing cloud environments. To accommodate the dynamicity, OnlineTune embeds the environmental factors as context feature and adopts contextual Bayesian Optimization with context space partition to optimize the database adaptively and scalably. To pursue safety during tuning, we leverage the black-box and the white-box knowledge to evaluate the safety of configurations and propose a safe exploration strategy via subspace adaptation.%, greatly decreasing the risks of applying bad configurations. We conduct evaluations on dynamic workloads from benchmarks and real-world workloads. Compared with the state-of-the-art methods, OnlineTune achieves 14.4%~165.3% improvement on cumulative performance while reducing 91.0%~99.5% unsafe configuration recommendations.

Recently, the success of pre-training in text domain has been fully extended to vision, audio, and cross-modal scenarios. The proposed pre-training models of different modalities are showing a rising trend of homogeneity in their model structures, which brings the opportunity to implement different pre-training models within a uniform framework. In this paper, we present TencentPretrain, a toolkit supporting pre-training models of different modalities. The core feature of TencentPretrain is the modular design. The toolkit uniformly divides pre-training models into 5 components: embedding, encoder, target embedding, decoder, and target. As almost all of common modules are provided in each component, users can choose the desired modules from different components to build a complete pre-training model. The modular design enables users to efficiently reproduce existing pre-training models or build brand-new one. We test the toolkit on text, vision, and audio benchmarks and show that it can match the performance of the original implementations.

Photonic topological phases offering unprecedented manipulation of electromagnetic waves have attracted much research interest which, however, have been mostly restricted to a single band gap. Here, we report on the experimental discovery of hybrid topological photonic crystals which host simultaneously quantum anomalous Hall and valley Hall phases in different photonic band gaps. The underlying hybrid topological phase manifests itself in the edge responses as the coexistence of the chiral edge states and valley Hall edge states in different frequency ranges. We experimentally verify such an emergent phenomenon and show that such a feature enables novel multiplexing of photon transport in the edge channels. Our study reveals a situation with coexisting topology of distinct nature in a single photonic system that may enable frequency-dependent filtering and manipulation of topological edge photons.

Background This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to compare the effects of high-intensity interval exercise (HIIE) with different recovery modes versus moderate-intensity continuous exercise (MICE) on cardiac troponin (cTn) elevation. Methodology A literature search was conducted in four databases: Scopus, PubMed, EBSCO and Web of Science from January 2010 to June 2022. The articles were screened, evaluated for quality before data were extracted. The review protocol was registered at PROSPERO (CRD42021245649). Standardized mean differences (SMD) of peak cTn were analyzed with a 95% confidence interval (95% CI) using Revman 5.4 software. Results Six studies satisfied the inclusion criteria with a total of 92 and 79 participants for HIIE and MICE, respectively. Overall, there was no significant difference between HIIE and MICE in the elevation of cardiac troponin T (SMD: 0.41 [95% CI [−0.21, 1.03]], p = 0.20, I2 = 77%, p for heterogeneity p I2 = 32%, p for heterogeneity = 0.22). Changes of cardiac troponin T (SMD: 0.41 [95% CI [−0.21, 1.03]], p = 0.20, I2 = 77%, p for heterogeneity < 0.01) after HIIE with active recovery were not significantly different from those of MICE. Conclusions There was no significant difference between HIIE and MICE in the elevation of cardiac troponin T. However, HIIE with passive recovery elicited more cardiac troponin T elevation than MICE, which should be considered when developing exercise programs.

Purpose: TFEB is a key regulator of autophagy-lysosomal biogenesis pathways, while its dysregulation is highly prevalent in various human cancers, but the specific contribution to breast cancer remains poorly understood. The main purpose of this study is to explore the role of TFEB in breast cancer proliferation, metastasis and maintaining breast cancer stem cells (BCSCs) traits, thus uncovering its underlying mechanism.Methods: Bioinformatics, western blotting and immunohistochemical staining were applied to analyze the expression of TFEB in breast cancer. Stable down-regulation TFEB cells were established in MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cell lines. MTT, clone formation, wound healing, transwell and 3D tumor invasion assays were used to evaluate the proliferation, migration and invasion ability of breast cancer cells. Mammosphere formation, immunocytochemical (ICC) staining were used to detect the effect of down-regulating TFEB on breast cancer stem cells. Results: we demonstrated that higher expression of TFEB was found in breast cancer. TFEB depletion had inhibitory effects on cellular proliferation, migration and invasion of breast cancer cells. Moreover, knockdown TFEB decreased mammosphere formation ability of BCSCs and expression of cancer stem cell markers. Autophagy-lysosomal related proteins were decreased by down regulation of TFEB. Conclusion: we uncovered a critical role of TFEB in breast cancer proliferation and metastasis, and BCSCs self-renewal and stemness. The underlying mechanisms involve in maintaining BCSCs traits, and dysregulating lysosome functions.

The Mars Mineralogical Spectrometer (MMS) is a hyperspectral imager onboard the Mars orbiter of Tianwen-1, China’s first Mars exploration mission. MMS consists of 4 subassemblies: an Optical Sensor Unit (OSU), an Electronics Unit (EU), a Calibration Unit (CU), and a Thermal Control Accessories (TCA). With a 0.5 mrad IFOV and a 416-sample cell array for nadir observation, MMS can map the spectral and spatial information of the Martian surface through push-broom scanning, and it can transmit scientific data by hyperspectral mode or multispectral imaging mode through spatial and spectral combination. MMS can perform multi-sample hyperspectral imaging at full spectral resolution (0.379–1.076 μm with 2.73 nm/band, 1.033–3.425 μm at 7.5 nm/band, both spectral ranges at 2.1 km/pixel at 265 km). For the wavelength region of interest, the multispectral mapping mode provides additional options, a subset of 72 bands that are binned to minimum pixel footprints of 265 m/pixel. The major objective of the MMS is to analyze the compositions and distributions of the minerals on Martian surface, in order to characterize its evolution.

Unlike traditional central training, federated learning (FL) improves the performance of the global model by sharing and aggregating local models rather than local data to protect the users' privacy. Although this training approach appears secure, some research has demonstrated that an attacker can still recover private data based on the shared gradient information. This on-the-fly reconstruction attack deserves to be studied in depth because it can occur at any stage of training, whether at the beginning or at the end of model training; no relevant dataset is required and no additional models need to be trained. We break through some unrealistic assumptions and limitations to apply this reconstruction attack in a broader range of scenarios. We propose methods that can reconstruct the training data from shared gradients or weights, corresponding to the FedSGD and FedAvg usage scenarios, respectively. We propose a zero-shot approach to restore labels even if there are duplicate labels in the batch. We study the relationship between the label and image restoration. We find that image restoration fails even if there is only one incorrectly inferred label in the batch; we also find that when batch images have the same label, the corresponding image is restored as a fusion of that class of images. Our approaches are evaluated on classic image benchmarks, including CIFAR-10 and ImageNet. The batch size, image quality, and the adaptability of the label distribution of our approach exceed those of GradInversion, the state-of-the-art.

China has abundant of local citrus resources, which had many seeds. The Seedless is the aim of the local citrus breeding. Triploid citurs resources usually obtained by crosssing breeding between the diploid and tetraploid plants. However, the resources of tetraploid citrus are limited. It has been reported that the hybrid between diploid and diploid plants can produce triploid citrus, which not only saves the breeding time, but also shortens the breeding cycles. In this project, flow cytometry detection assisted by embryo rescue system and SSR identification technology were used to improve the probability of obtaining polyploidy from the hybrid offspring, and provide technical support for obtaining polyploidy from large-scale hybridization between diploid and diploid. plants. Three diploid pollen cultivars were crossbred with Hunan local cultivar 8306, immature seeds were collected for embryo rescue to obtain regenerative plants, plant ploidy was detected by flow cytometry and stoma electron microscope, and offspring genotypes were identified by SSR. After 100 d hybrid between three diploid pollens and Ponkan 8 306, 405 plants were obtained by embryo rescue technique. And 70 plants survived in the greenhouse after transplantation. Through flow cytometry instrument and stomatal electron microscope inspection, the results showed that SSR analysis validated that there are 13 polyploid plants, including 1 tetraploid plant and 12 triploid plants. The ratio of polyploidy was 18.57%. This study is obtained triploid and tetraploid plants by Ponkan embryo rescue from diploid interspecific hybridization. In this study, the embryo rescue technology system and the early identification system for polyploid hybridization were established, and a lot of new polyploid germplasm were obtained.

Calibration of weather radar is the foundation of data quality. Internal calibration, weekly maintenance, monthly maintenance and yearly maintenance ensure that stations of weather radar keep long-term stability. In fact, it shows that the echo intensity is not same between different stations of weather radar for same target, since the parameters obtained from the method of traditional calibration via theoretical calculation and measurement of radar subsystem. According to echo intensity calculation of weather radar equation, radar constant includes some parameters such as transmitted power, pulse width, antenna gain, beam width, system loss and so on. Accumulation of error from radar measurement causes the error between different weather radar stations. This paper researches a method that far-field calibration of weather radar based on the combination of objective truth value and simulating target, which combines far-field test, echo intensity calibration of standard metal ball, and calibration of simulating target. This method uses a device in far-field to receive radar signal to measure some parameters such as beam width, transmitted power, transmitter pulse width and so on; using the character of objective truth value of standard metal ball accurately calibrate that echo intensity and simulating target; and meanwhile, using simulating target generate an accurate and controlled signal in far-field to calibrate weather radar echo intensity, velocity, spectrum width, differential reflectivity factor, and differential propagation phase shift to make calibration of weather radar objectively and accurately.

According to X-band dual-polarized radar data from Beijing area, the authors analyzed the radar echo characteristics of a strong convective hail cloud which used the algorithm for identifying hail and polarization characteristics. The results show that the convective cloud has a distinct V- shaped gap, and the vertex of the gap is facing the radar station. The strong echo structure at the vertex of the gap is compact. The echo top is 13 km, and the maximum reflectivity factor is 57.5 dBZ. Around the V-shaped gap, the differential reflectance factors which are far from the radar station show negative value, indicating that this area is a hail area; the differential reflectance factors which are near the radar station show positive value, indicating that this area has a heavy raindrop. The reflectivity factors at 19:18, 19:48, 20:09, and 20:30 were selected, and the vertical profile was made along the lower inflow direction and the core of strongest reflectance factor. The vertical profile exhibits typical echo characteristics such as WER, BWER and echo overhang. The differential reflectivity factors and correlation coefficients have obvious stratification characteristics, which reflect the precipitation particles within clouds rising continually under the influence of low-level inflow airflow and the upper ice particles moving to the right side of the WER with the upper horizontal airflow and then dropping gradually. This process verifies the evolution of hail rising and falling.

With the rapid socioeconomic development of China, mega-cities with a population of more than 10 million have gradually emerged, with frequent urban floods and atmospheric pollution as well as other disasters. For better weather forecast and disaster prevention and mitigation in mega-cities, in 2016, China Meteorological Administration organized the " MegaCity Experiment On Integrated Meteorological Observation in China (MEMO)", in which continuous and quantitative observation of aerosol profiles in mega-cities by aerosol lidar is one of the important parts. To ensure the quantitative comparability of the aerosol lidar data, the Meteorological Observation Center of China Meteorological Administration launched the first calibration experiment of aerosol lidar network in MEMO at the Beijing Southern Suburb Observatory in September 2017. 6 lidars participated in the calibration and statistical analysis was used for the calibration of key subsystems such as transmit/receive channel, data acquisition. After calibration, the relative standard deviation of backscattering coefficient in 532nm channel is reduced from 90.8% to 20.4% in height range of 1-2 km, and from 244.3% to 35.9% in height range of 2-5 km.

In 2016, the China Meteorological Administration organized the “Megacity Experiment on integrated Meteorological Observation in China” to realize the continuous quantitative observation of aerosol profiles in megacities by using aerosol lidar. In order to ensure the quantitative comparability of the observed data of aerosol lidar, in September 2017, the CMA Meteorological Observation Centre carried out the first megacity experiment in the South suburb Observatory of Beijing. In the calibration test of aerosol lidar, the hardware system calibration of six lidars and the calibration of 2km-5km are completed by using the method of statistical analysis. This is the second aerosol calibration test of the Megacity Experiment in 2018. For the first time, the standard aerosol lidar developed by the University of Naples in Europe is introduced as the standard source, and 10 lidars from different manufacturers participating in the joint test are calibrated and compared at the same site at the same time. The results show that: REAL LIDAR as a reference source is equivalent to the calibration results using statistical methods. In the future, REAL LIDAR can be used as a standard to calibrate other lidar by means of quantum transfer. In this paper, the system deviation and standard deviation of backscatter coefficient of 1-8 km are obtained, and the results meet the calibration requirements of European EARLINET. This work promotes the improvement of the data quality of aerosol lidar, ensures the reliability and consistency of the data when multiple lidar network observation, and provides the basis for lidar to enter the real-time business NET.

In 2019 CMA is still working on upgrading the weather radars to dual polarization as scheduled, dozens of polarimetric radar have been deployed and put into operation, but proper ZDR bias calibration procedures for operational radar are still absent. The accuracy of quantitative precipitation estimators(QPE) and hydrometeor classification algorithm depends heavily on the accurate estimation of ZDR. Continuously monitoring and measurement of system ZDR bias is the key calibration technique for polarization radar, and it’s also one of the biggest challenges in radar operation and maintenance. In order to solve the key technical problems of ZDR calibration for operational radar, this paper proposes a method of ZDR deviation monitoring and calibration using light rain echoes from volume scan data. Both theorical analysis and observation prove that the intrinsic ZDR of light rain is between 0.25-0.35dB. We select light rain echo from every volume scan filtered by range, elevation, signal-to-noise ratio(SNR), correlation coefficient(phv) and the melting layer height.After several volume scans, the system ZDR bias is estimated and calibrated in real time through statistical analysis of light rain ZDR distribution mode. Two precipitation processes in 2016 and 2017 are used to verify and evaluate this method, we can conclude from the test data: (1) the histogram of ZDR is more reasonable after filtered. With the change of ZDR, the change of sample data is close to normal distribution, which proves the rationality of data screening.(2) the system bias ZDR estimated from two precipitation processes is between 0.3-0.5dB, the 0.2dB error meets the accuracy requirements of ZDR (0.1-0.2dB).(3) The new method can estimate and calibrate the ZDR bias along with routing volume scan, which is suitable for operational radar.

Since 2015, the first batch of domestic dual polarization radars have been upgraded and put into operation in Yangjiang, Meizhou, Shaoguan and Guangzhou. In the early stage of polarization radar operation, due to the limitation of technology level, the polarization parameters are not stable, so it is necessary to make a preliminary analysis of the polarization parameters before using data. In this paper, the correlations of reflectivity (ZH), Signal-to-noise ratio(SNR), correlation coefficient (CC), differential reflectivity (ZDR), specific differential phase shift rate (KDP) are quantitatively evaluated by statistics and analysis of a typical stratiform cloud precipitation process observed by dual polarization radar. The results show that: (1) The system ZDR bias by using light rain is stable at about 0.1dB, which meets the accuracy requirements of ZDR (0.1-0.2dB) (2) When SNR 40 dBZ, ZDR and ZH have a positive correlation; (4) when ZH 40 dBZ, KDP has a strong sensitivity, and its growth rate is faster, which shows that KDP can better reflect the characteristics of heavy rainfall. Finally, three typical processes are analyzed according to the above characteristics. Compared with traditional weather radar, dual polarization radar:(1) It is more intuitive and accurate to recognize the echo type with dual polarization radar; (2) it can directly and effectively judge the hail area in the cloud; (3)The corresponding relationship between KDP and rainstorm warning level can be established. These preliminary analysis and results can better reflect the detection performance advantage and data quality of polarization radar, and have certain reference significance for the application of S-band dual polarization radar data.

Camelina [Camelina sativa (L.) Crantz], a member of Brassicaceae family, is a relatively new oilseed crop in China. It is a highly adaptable cool season crop species that can be grown in a wide range of environment with low input, making it potentially suitable for growing in northern China. A five-year (2010–2014) field experiment was conducted to evaluate the seed yield and quality of two camelina cultivars across three different locations in China. The study showed camelina can be cultivated successfully in a relatively short growth period of 1308−1920 °C d (base temperature: 4 °C) across a wide range of environmental conditions. Overall, camelina cv. ‘Xiaoguo’ displayed a satisfactory high seed yield dry matter (d.m.) (mean: 1946 kg ha−1, range: 1274−2650 kg ha−1) and oil yield (mean: 598 kg ha−1, range: 387−778 kg ha−1) across three different locations over the 5-year field trial, indicating the potential commercial production of camelina in northern China. The average contents of saturated, monounsaturated, and polyunsaturated fatty acids in camelina oil across locations and years varied from 10−21% (mean: 13 %), 24−38% (mean: 33 %), and 47−63% (mean: 56 %), respectively. In the present study, a variety of polyunsaturated fatty acids, particularly C22:6 (DHA) which is commonly presented in aquatic ecosystem were detected in camelina oil, making camelina an attractive oil crop for its peculiar fatty acid composition. This is the first study evaluating the agronomic performance of camelina in different growing environments in China and the relatively short growing cycle and high seed yield make camelina as a suitable oilseed crop in northern China.

In order to realize the intelligent control of the agricultural facility greenhouse environment cluster, the paper designs and implements an agricultural facility greenhouse environment cluster monitoring system based on RS485 bus and Modbus protocol. The system consists of on-site data acquisition and control part, remote monitoring centre monitoring software part and communication protocol part. We use the RS485 bus with Modbus protocol to realize the communication between the monitoring centre host and the microcontrollers of each greenhouse. The paper uses the BP neural network PID control algorithm to achieve the intelligent control of the agricultural greenhouse environment. Use Qt software to design a human-computer interaction interface to realize remote control of the greenhouse cluster. The experimental results show that the system can correctly collect the temperature, humidity and light intensity of the agricultural greenhouse environment, and can effectively control the environmental parameters of each greenhouse through the action of the control relay.

The application of ether-functionalized ionic liquids (ILs) as alternatives to conventional organic solvents in liquid-liquid extraction of hordenine was investigated. The parameters affecting the extraction ability of ILs such as the pH of the aqueous phase, the chemical structures of the IL cation and anion, the phase volume ratio and the hordenine concentration were evaluated. Experimental results indicate that the ether-functionalized ILs possess stronger extraction ability than the dialkylimidazolium-based ones. The extraction efficiency is highly dependent on the pH of the aqueous phase. Driving forces underlying the extraction processes include hydrogen-bonding interaction, hydrophobic interaction and steric hindrance effect. The recovery of hordenine from the IL phase and the recycling of the IL phase can be realized by using the pH swing effect. These results suggest that the ether-functionalized ILs are ideal alternatives to the conventional organic solvents for the extraction of hordenine from aqueous phases.

Two independent field trials were performed in Guizhou and Hunan, China in 2013 to investigate the dissipation and residue levels of saisentong in tobacco and soil. A novel and accurate method using high-performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection was developed and validated to determine saisentong levels in tobacco and soil. The average recovery of saisentong at fortification levels of 0.5, 2.5, 5.0 and 50.0 mg kg−1 in fresh tobacco ranged from 75.92 to 107.40% with a relative standard deviation (RSD) of 0.94 to 7.55%, that at fortification levels of 0.5, 2.0 and 5.0 mg kg−1 in tobacco powder ranged from 74.96 to 94.43% with a relative standard deviation (RSD) of 4.38 to 8.14%, and that at fortification levels of 0.1, 0.5 and 5.0 mg kg−1 in soil ranged from 86.90 to 100.0% with an RSD of 1.38 to 4.62%. Based on the traditional user portrait technology and concept, this paper extracts various indicators that reflect the characteristics of grid operation state from the main aspects of grid operation to construct the grid state portrait label system and label generation method, establishes the grid state portrait analysis model, and evaluates the grid state trend. On this basis, the grid state portrait application system is designed and implemented, and the in-depth analysis of the grid state portrait and operation data is realized by means of an intuitive comprehensive display method. The practical application results show that the system can intuitively reflect the grid operation situation from multiple dimensions, discover and display data rule related to equipment or grid, which can provide technical support for power grid operators to conduct monitoring, take preventive measures and make decision for power grid operation.

Nevertheless, the influence of tRFs on HGSOC remains unknown. This study aimed to identify HGSOC-associated tRFs and to investigate the function and mechanism of key tRFs in SK-OV-3 ovarian cancer cells.Methods: The tRF profiles in HGSOC patients and controls were investigated using small RNA sequencing. Differentially expressed tRFs were verified by real-time PCR, and a key tRF was evaluated in function study.Results: A total of 27 tRFs were differentially expressed between HGSOC patients and controls. Differentially expressed tRFs were mainly involved in the functions of protein phosphorylation, transcription and cell migration and the pathway of cancer, MAPK and Wnt signaling pathways. Real-time PCR verified that tRF-03357 and tRF-03358 were significantly increased in the HGSOC serum samples and SK-OV-3 cells compared to their expression levels in the controls. Importantly, tRF-03357 promoted SK-OV-3 cell proliferation, migration and invasion. Esta disertación tiene como objetivo investigar experimentalmente la interpretación de la negación en chino mandarín (MC), a saber, cuando se combinan múltiples expresiones negativas en una oración, cuando las expresiones negativas se usan como respuestas fragmentarias a preguntas negativas, y cuando los hablantes nativos muestran desacuerdo respecto a una afirmación negativa o a una pregunta polar negativa. Primeramente se examina si existen circunstancias que posibiliten una lectura de negación única (SN) a pesar de que el MC se caracterice por ser una lengua en la que, dentro de los límites de un único dominio sentencial, dos expresiones negativas se cancelan entre sí para producir una lectura positiva . Para testar esta hipótesis, se realizó un experimento de percepción en línea con hablantes nativos de MC . Los resultados mostraron que la lecturas de SN era efectivamente posible, particularmente cuando la primera de las dos expresiones negativas era un complemento (es decir, cóngláibù / cóngláiméi(yǒu) 'nunca') o cuando había tensión en la segunda expresión negativa (es decir, los marcadores negativos méi(yǒu) 'no' y bù 'no'). This dissertation aims to experimentally investigate the interpretation of negation in Mandarin Chinese (MC), namely, when multiple negative expressions combine in a sentence, when negative expressions are used as fragment answers to negative questions, and when native speakers express rejection to a negative assertion or a negative polar question. It first examines whether a single negation (SN) reading may be possible under certain conditions, despite the fact that MC has been characterized as a language in which two negative expressions within the boundaries of a single sentential domain cancel each other to yield a positive reading. To test this hypothesis, an online perception experiment was conducted with native MC speakers. The results showed that SN readings were indeed obtained, particularly when the first of the two negative expressions was an adjunct (i.e., cóngláibù/cóngláiméi(yǒu) 'never') or there was stress on the second negative expression (i.e., the negative markers méi(yǒu) 'not' and bù 'not'). Next, this dissertation explores the mismatches in the interpretation of MC argumental negative expressions (namely, méi(yǒu)rén 'no one' and méi(yǒu)shénme 'nothing') when they are used as fragment answers to negative wh-questions. The results of our production experiment showed that the acoustic correlates that characterize these fragment answers are identified when they convey not only double negation (DN) but also SN meanings. More specifically, DN readings show shorter duration, more pitch variation, higher maximum pitch, and larger rising pitch excursion. The results of our audio perception experiment further showed that native speakers of MC perceive these prosodic correlates and reliably use them to distinguish between DN and SN readings of argumental negative expressions used as fragment answers. Finally, this dissertation addresses the central question of whether MC is a canonical truth-based language. The results showed that MC speakers convey confirmation/rejection by relying on a combination of lexico-syntactic strategiestogether with prosodic and gestural strategies. Importantly, the use of a positive or a negative particle, which was the expected outcome in truth-based languages, only appeared in 82% of the confirming answers and in 52% of the rejecting answers, respectively. Our results bring into question the macroparametric division between truth-based and polarity-based languages and calls for a more general view of the instantiation of a CONFIRM/REJECT speech act that integrates lexical and syntactic strategies with prosodic and gestural strategies. Consequently, this dissertation provides a new understanding of the interpretation of negation in MC as a so-called DN language and as a so-called truth-based language.

Zinc niobate ZnNb2O6, with a columbite-type structure, is a promising dielectric, photocatalytic and luminescent material, but the crystal structure has not been studied in detail. For the first time, we re-determined the crystal structure using single crystal X-ray diffraction and established the commensurately modulated structure model through high-dimensional formalism. The structure features a (3 + 1)-dimensional superspace group Pbcn(α00)00s with the modulation vector q = 1/3a*. At the same time, calculations of the band structure and the density of states were performed using density functional theory to reveal the electronic origins of the optical transitions. In addition, the photoluminescent properties of ZnNb2O6 were studied, showing that a broad emission band at approximately 470 nm can achieve a high quantum efficiency of up to 64% with an optimal sintered temperature of 950 °C.
