ObjectiveThe present study aimed to explore the value of a digital management system based on micro digital imaging technology for the medical records of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.MethodsA total of 540 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage diagnosed and treated in the hospital from November 2016 to November 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study. A digital management system based on micro digital imaging technology was used to establish how to handle the medical records of these patients.ResultsThe medical record management process of patients with cerebral hemorrhage comprises five modules: medical record editing, medical record querying, medical record borrowing management, statistical analysis, and system maintenance. The purpose of these is to manage and store digitalised medical records for patients, present the most useful information on the first page of the medical records, monitor the safety of the medical records, and enable real-time data sharing.ConclusionEstablishing a digital management system based on micro digital imaging technology for the medical records of patients with cerebral hemorrhage can effectively enable the preservation and use of these documents. It improves information management, such as data sharing, security, and the overall level of information. This is worth promoting.

The peculiar velocities of dark matter halos are crucial to study many issues in cosmology and galaxy evolution. In this study, by using the state-of-the-art deep learning technique, a UNet-based neural network, we propose to reconstruct the peculiar velocity field from the redshift-space distribution of dark matter halos. Through a point-to-point comparison and examination of various statistical properties, we demonstrate that, the reconstructed velocity field is in good agreement with the ground truth. The power spectra of various velocity field components, including velocity magnitude, divergence and vorticity, can be successfully recovered when $k\lesssim 1.1$ $h/\rm Mpc$ (the Nyquist frequency of the simulations) at about 80% accuracy. This approach is very promising and presents an alternative method to correct the redshift-space distortions using the measured 3D spatial information of halos. Additionally, for the reconstruction of the momentum field of halos, UNet achieves similar good results. Hence the applications in various aspects of cosmology are very broad, such as correcting redshift errors and improving measurements in the structure of the cosmic web, the kinetic Sunyaev-Zel'dovich effect, BAO reconstruction, etc., Comment: 15 pages, 13 figures, 4 tables

The accuracy of Bayesian inference can be negatively affected by the use of inaccurate forward models. In the case of gravitational-wave inference, accurate but computationally expensive waveform models are sometimes substituted with faster but approximate ones. The model error introduced by this substitution can be mitigated in various ways, one of which is by interpolating and marginalizing over the error using Gaussian process regression. However, the use of Gaussian process regression is limited by the curse of dimensionality, which makes it less effective for analyzing higher-dimensional parameter spaces and longer signal durations. In this work, to address this limitation, we focus on gravitational-wave signals from extreme-mass-ratio inspirals as an example, and propose several significant improvements to the base method: an improved prescription for constructing the training set, GPU-accelerated training algorithms, and a new likelihood that better adapts the base method to the presence of detector noise. Our results suggest that the new method is more viable for the analysis of realistic gravitational-wave data.

A tri-band dual-polarized shared-aperture antenna module with easy-to-assemble and compact size characteristics by integrating magneto-electric dipole into electric dipoles is proposed in this paper. The complete antenna module consists of three parts. The first part is a low-band (LB) dual-polarized antenna unit employing two pairs of folded dipoles operating from 0.82 GHz to 0.99 GHz. The second part is a middle-band (MB) antenna unit working in the band of 1.7-2.2 GHz in the form of pairs of magnetic dipoles. The last part is a high-band (HB) antenna unit with a pair of cross-dipole that covers bandwidth from 3.3 GHz to 3.6 GHz. Combining the advantages of the three antenna units, the proposed trip-band antenna module shows good radiation performance for wideband application.

It was 11 March 2020 when the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the name COVID-19 for coronavirus disease and also described it as a pandemic. Till that day 118,000 cases were confirmed of pneumonia with breathing problem throughout the world. At the start of New Year when COVID-19 came into knowledge a few days later, the gene sequencing of the virus was revealed. Today the number of confirmed cases is scary, i.e. 9,472,473 in the whole world and 484,236 deaths have been recorded by WHO till 26 June 2020. WHO's global risk assessment is very high [1]. The report is enlightening the lessons learned by India from the highly affected countries.

The diagnosis of mediastinal space-occupying lesions largely relies on X-ray and computed tomography. However, thanks to technological progress, transthoracic echocardiography can clearly display the mediastinal structures surrounding the heart and great vessels, thereby improving the detection rate of mediastinal space-occupying lesions. Primary mediastinal teratoma is relatively rare, and removal of giant mediastinal teratoma by thoracoscopic surgery has rarely been reported. Here, we report a case of giant mediastinal teratoma diagnosed by transthoracic echocardiography, which was treated by complete thoracoscopic resection and confirmed by histology.

Precise cosmic web classification of observed galaxies in massive spectroscopic surveys can be either highly uncertain or computationally expensive. As an alternative, we explore a fast Machine Learning-based approach to infer the underlying dark matter tidal cosmic web environment of a galaxy distribution from its $��$-skeleton graph. We develop and test our methodology using the cosmological magnetohydrodynamic simulation Illustris-TNG at $z=0$. We explore three different tree-based machine-learning algorithms to find that a random forest classifier can best use graph-based features to classify a galaxy as belonging to a peak, filament or sheet as defined by the T-Web classification algorithm. The best match between the galaxies and the dark matter T-Web corresponds to a density field smoothed over scales of $2$ Mpc, a threshold over the eigenvalues of the dimensionless tidal tensor of $��_{\rm{th}}=0.0$ and galaxy number densities around $8\times 10^{-3}$ Mpc$^{-3}$. This methodology results on a weighted F1 score of 0.728 and a global accuracy of 74\%. More extensive tests that take into account lightcone effects and redshift space distortions (RSD) are left for future work. Subaortic stenosis (SAS) is a congenital heart disease, and its association with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is very rare and clinically underappreciated. We report here a case of a 45-year-old female who was admitted to our hospital with chest tightness and shortness of breath. Both transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography revealed asymmetric left ventricular hypertrophy and a membrane-like echo below the level of the aortic valve. This patient was diagnosed with membranous SAS with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Screening of her immediate family members revealed that her son also had hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. The patient chose conservative treatments and has been closely followed-up after discharge.

The emergence of energy internet has changed people’s understanding of energy production, transmission, storage, conversion and consumption. However, how to promote the development of energy Internet, how to integrate it with various existing energy entities, and really play a role, still need more in-depth research and practice. To solve the problem of optimal management and control of energy and power system, a multi-level peer-to-peer collaborative optimization method for smart energy system based on big data analysis is proposed. In the constructed optimization scheduling model, combined with the demand response characteristics of different energy loads, and based on the time-sharing price of energy such as electricity and natural gas, the user IDR response is described in detail from the aspects of load reduction, transferable load and replaceable load, so that it can effectively cooperate with MES equipment in IEGS, thus minimizing the system operation cost. Multi-source energy storage mode is helpful to improve the economic efficiency of smart energy system, reduce the influence of uncertainty on the actual operation of the system, and reduce the power fluctuation burden of power grid.

We report a tight Hubble constant constraint $67.78^{+1.21}_{-1.86}$ km s$^{-1}$ Mpc$^{-1}$ (2.26\% precision) derived from galaxy redshift surveys. We combine the BAO measurements from 6dFGS, the SDSS DR7 main galaxies, the BOSS DR12 galaxies, and eBOSS DR14 quasars, and also apply the tomographic Alcock-Paczynski (AP) method to the BOSS DR12 galaxies, to place constraints on $H_0$ in the spatially flat $\Lambda$CDM framework. Our result is fully consistent with the CMB constraints from Planck, but in $2.58\sigma$ tension with local measurements of Riess et al. 2016. Compared with the BAO alone constraint, the BAO+AP combined result reduces the error bar by 32%. 37. Mazarredia shiwanshanensis Deng & Zheng, sp. nov. Figs. 20���33 Description. Female. Body small, slender. Head distinctly protruding above pronotum. Width of vertex slightly narrower than width of one eye (vertex width: eye width ratio = 1: 1.1); anterior margin of vertex arced, not protruding beyond eyes, lateral margins turned backward; median carina conspicuous, with a concavity on both sides of median carina. Vertex and frontal ridge forming a round shape in profile, frontal ridge not concave between lateral ocelli, arc-protruding between antennae, longitudinal furrow equal to width of 1 st segment of antennae. Antenna filiform, 14 -segmented, inserted between lower margin of eyes, mid segments 6���7 times as long as wide. Eyes globose and protruding above pronotum, lateral ocelli placed on middle of anterior margins of eyes. Disc of pronotum smooth, granulose, mid keel of pronotum continous, upper margin of pronotum undulating before shoulders and straight behind shoulders in profile. Anterior margin of pronotum straight, slightly concave in middle, lateral keels of prozona slightly constricted backwards, disc of pronotum slightly convex between shoulders, humeral angle rounded, lateral margins of pronotum not constricted backwards behind humeral angle, with abbreviated carinae between shoulders. Posterior process of pronotum narrow, long and cone-shaped, reaching the middle of hind tibia. Lateral lobes of pronotum turned outwards, posterior margin with two concavities, end of hind angle truncate. Visible part of tegmina ovate, apex elliptical. Hind wings developed, surpassing apex of posterior process of pronotum. Lower margins of fore femur and midfemur undulate a bit, midfemur a little bit narrower than tegmen. Hind femur stubby, antegenicular and genicular denticles acute. Outer side of hind tibia with five to six spines, inner side with four to five spines. Length of first segment of posterior tarsus longer than third, third pulvillus longer than first and second, apices of first and second sharp, apices of third right angled. Ovipositor narrow and long, length of upper valvulae 3.0 times its width, upper and lower valvulae with saw-like teeth. Length of subgenital plate longer than wide, posterior margin of subgenital plate arcprotruding. Body yellowish-brown. Wings black. Fore and middle femora and tibiae each with two dark transverse spots. Lower side of outer part of hind femur black. Hind tibia dark brown, with light brown at base and middle. Male. Unknown. New species is similar to Mazarredia convexa Deng, Zheng & Wei, 2007 from which it differs in frontal ridge not concave between lateral ocelli (frontal ridge concave between lateral ocelli in M. convexa); disc of pronotum smooth, granulose (disc of pronotum coarsely in M. convexa); lateral margins of pronotum not constricted backwards behind humeral angle (lateral margins of pronotum constricted backwards behind humeral angle in M. convexa); hind wings surpassing apex of posterior process of pronotum (hind wings reaching the caudal end of pronotum in M. convexa); width of midfemur narrower than width of tegmina (width of midfemur wider than width of tegmina in M. convexa); posterior margin of subgenital plate of female arc-protruding (middle of posterior margin of subgenital plate with a triangular convex in M. convexa). It appears similar also to Mazarredia convexaoides Deng & Zheng, sp. nov., but differs from the latter by frontal ridge not concave between lateral ocelli (frontal ridge concave between lateral ocelli in M. convexaoides); posterior process of pronotum reaching middle of hind tibia (posterior process of pronotum reaching apex of hind tibia in M. convexaoides), lateral margins of pronotum not constricted backwards behind humeral angle (constricted backwards behind humeral angle in M. convexaoides); posterior margin of subgenital plate of female arc-protruding (middle of posterior margin of subgenital plate with a triangular convex in M. convexaoides).
