Two new anthraquinone derivatives, selaginones A (1) and B (2), and one new triarylbenzophenone analog, selagibenzophenone B (3), were isolated from Selaginella tamariscina (Beauv.) Spring. Their structures were established by 1D-, 2D-NMR and HR-ESI-MS data. Compounds 1 and 2 represent the uncommon examples of aryl substituted anthraquinone derivatives. Especially, compound 2 is a unique anthranone with exceptional structural feature, in which a p-hydroxyphenyl moiety is attached to the C-10 position. Compound 3 is the second naturally occurring triarylbenzophenone and showed moderate activity against SMCC-7721 and MHCC97-H cell lines with IC50 values of 39.8, 51.5 μM respectively.

Organic-inorganic halide perovskites have been shown to be outstanding photovoltaic materials, achieving remarkably high power conversion efficiency (15%) of sunlight to electricity within the past 4 years. The controllable synthesis of organic-inorganic halide perovskites is fundamental to their applications in photovoltaic devices. Here we explore a novel strategy to prepare a typical halide peroskite CH3NH3PbI3 by transforming PbO-PbI2 hybrid materials. CH3NH3PbI3 thin films were deposited on glass substrates by reacting ultrasonic-assisted successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction (SILAR)-derived PbO-PbI2 hybrid films with CH3NH3I vapor at 110 °C. The microstructure and crystallinity of the films, together with the optical and electrical properties were characterized. Results show that CH3NH3PbI3 thin films possess perovskite crystal structure and uniform surface morphology with grain size up to 400 nm. In the visible band, CH3NH3PbI3 thin films showed low transmittance (below 10%), with a band gap of 1.58 eV. The surface resistivity of CH3NH3PbI3 thin films was as high as 1000 MΩ, indicating the dielectric nature of obtained CH3NH3PbI3 films, with a dielectric constant of er(100 Hz)=155 on low frequency. The current work opens an effective route toward high quality organic- inorganic halide perovskite films with good crystallinity and optical properties, which make them suitable for application in photovoltaic devices, and other optical and electrical applications.

Highly crystalline, porous ZnO sheets were prepared from chemically-deposited zinc sulfate hydroxide hydrate (ZSH) sheets by sintering at 1000 °C. The formation mechanism of ZSH in Zn 2+ - hexamethyltetramine (HMT) precursor system, the transformation process of ZSH to ZnO, and the crystalline, microstructural and optical properties of the ZnO sheets were investigated. The porous ZnO sheets possessed a well-defined hexagonal shape with controllable size (10-50 μm) and thickness (200-500 nm), high crystallinity, and strong ultraviolet photoluminescence without detectable defect- related visible emission. Submicron-sized pores (100-500 nm) and polygonal or irregular ZnO particles resulting from the limited mass transport during high temperature sintering were observed in the ZnO sheets. Analysis of the formation mechanism indicated that the high affinity of SO 2

Lead magnesium niobate-lead titanate (PMN-PT) ferroelectric thin films with composition near the mor- photropic phase boundary (MPB) were deposited on Si substrate by oxygen plasma assisted pulsed laser deposition (PLD). Highly (001)-oriented PMN-PT thin films with lower oxygen defect and higher crystalline property were ob- tained. The results show that the microstructure and electrical properties of PMN-PT thin films strongly depend on the partial pressure and the activity of oxygen in the deposition process. With the use of oxygen plasma, the dielectric con- stant of the PMN-PT thin film is increased from 1484 to 3012, the remnant polarization (2Pr) changes from 18μC/cm 2

CuSCN thin film was deposited on glass substrate from solutions at room temperature (20-25 degrees C) by the successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction (SILAR) method. The crystalline structure, morphology, and optical properties of obtained film were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, and optical transmittance. The key parameters influencing the deposition of CuSCN on substrate were discussed briefly. The CuSCN film exhibits obvious crystallinity, preferential orientation along c-axis, and dense and uniform morphology. Two classes of CuSCN particles are observed, the larger particles in size of 50-100nm and the smaller ones in size of 20-30nm. The transmittance of the film at the band of 400-800nm is 50%-70%, and the optical band gap is estimated to be 3.94eV. Mechanism analysis indicates that the growth of CuSCN film is affected significantly by three factors, namely, the molar ratio of S2O32- to Cu2+ in the copper precursor, the substrate rinsing mode, and the growth temperature. The relatively high concentration. of complex ions, the substrate-rinsing after multiple reaction cycles, and the room-temperature deposition are beneficial to the growth of high quality CuSCN film.

Zinc oxide (ZnO) single crystals are grown by the modified vertical Bridgman method using a PbF2 flux. The maximum size of the as-grown ZnO crystal is about 25 mm×5 mm. The transmittance of the as-grown ZnO crystal is more than 70% in the range of 600–800 nm and the optical band gap is estimated to be 3.21 eV. The photoluminescence spectrum indicates that the as-grown ZnO crystal has a very low concentration of native defects and is much closed to its stoichiometry. The electrical measurement exhibits that the ZnO crystal has low electrical resistivity of 0.02394 Ωcm−1 and a high carrier concentration of 2.10×1018 cm−3.

Under the support of the remote sensing and geographical information system (GIS) techniques, we acquire the land use data in 1990 and 2008 regarding 6 inhabited islands, namely Longxue Island, Hengmen Island, Weiyuan Island, Oi'ao Island, Hengqin Island and Gaolan Island in Pearl River Estuary . By using dynamic degree of land use, land use change intensity, relative change rate and other indicators, we conduct quantitative description, and thus quantitatively and qualitatively analyze characteristics of temporal evolution and law of spatial pattern change concerning land use of each island. The study indicates that in the period 1990 2008, the area of construction land and water in 6 islands increased, while the area of agricultural land and unused land increased in some islands and decreased in others. The land use change shows spatial disparity; the holistic land use change degree in Hengmen Island is higher than that of other islands; the dynamic degree of land use, intensity of land use, and relative change rate differ in different islands.

Support Vector Machine (SVM) is the focus of failure diagnose field. There is not a definite theory to guide the choice of its parameters. In this paper, the analysis and research is done to parameter optimization of SVM. The combined algorithm based on Quantum-behavior Particle Swarm Optimization (QPSO) and Simulated Annealing (SA) is present to optimize the parameters of SVM in order to improve the classification performance of SVM. The comparison of optimization result is done to other algorithms, it testifies that optimization effect of combined algorithm is better.

The objiective of this work is the design and development of the Data Acquisition and Storage parts of a Monitoring system that will be used for a certain control and guide equipment. The data captured and stored in a database will be an application that will diagnose failure of control and guide equipment. Data Acquisiton and Data Store were developed using finite-state machine model and Virtual Instrument. This paper focuses in the description of the Data Acquisiton. The Monitoring system is currently installed and applied on a certain control and guide equipment.

The servicing and training of UAV before are depended upon the real armaments. Lots of problems are in front of us such as high budget and narrow training content especially is low efficiency. Thus the UAV servicing and training system based on DIS and VR has been developed. We use Creator which developed by MultiGen-Paradigm Inc. to do modeling, Vega Prime to drive the environment and objects and HLA to do simulation design over system construction over the view of some type UAV virtual servicing and training system. The UAV servicing and training system based on virtual reality make the servicing and training easier and more convenience which is an important progress in comparison with the before.
