For the problem of range migration due to fast moving of the target, a novel coherent integration method based on Fractional Fourier transform (FRFT) is presented. Using the scale transform character of FRFT, the proposed method can accomplish scale transform at the same time of coherent integration, which can correct range migration, and all pulses can achieve effective accumulation in accumulation time. As a result, it is proved that this method improves the detection performance of hypersonic target greatly, and reduces the demand of the input SNR.

Aiming at range migration in integration detection for high-speed and small target, the paper adopts parameter estimation and compensation in target detection. When estimating the target parameter, a new method of unambiguous Doppler frequency estimation is proposed, which resolves the problem of Doppler ambiguity, avoids the estimation of fuzzy factor, reduces the calculation quantity and lowers the demand of the input SNR at meantime. It is suitable for multi-target circumstance. Then, using of the estimated frequency of Doppler, the echo signal phase is compensated, without the influence of range migration. So this method can improve the detection performance of high-speed and small target greatly.

Almost all current multicast platforms and test beds are developed to serve the research goals, which mainly focus on multicast routing protocols and/or specific multicast applications. Therefore, there's a gap between these platforms and test beds and the requirement of reality. These platforms and test beds lack of management support of multicast IP assignment, multicast session and other demands such as authorization and authentication of connected users. In this paper, we propose the prototype of a Manageable IPv6 Wireless Multicast Platform (MWMP6). Combined with multicast session directory and other modules, MWMP6 provides management functionalities for multicast address, multicast session and multicast content. Besides, security issues like user authentication are also taken in count. MWMP6 can support various typical wireless multicast applications under wireless network environment. The experiment result shows that MWMP6 is capable to serve wireless multicast in Wireless LAN.
