Nocardiosis is a rare but life-threatening infection particularly affecting immuno-compromised hosts, causing localized or systemic suppurative disease usually in human beings. Nocardia species, as the pathogen of nocardiosis, are difficult to differentiate because of their complex colony morphological features. In this study, we describe two patients who had been misdiagnosed for a long time infected with Nocardia cyriacigeorgica with completely different morphology were accurately diagnosed. Single colonies were analyzed by Gram staining, acid-fast stain, mass spectrometry and whole genome resequencing (WGRS). These two bacterial, strains L5.53 and L5.54, were found to be Gram-negative and acid-fast-weak positive. Blood sample culturing of strain L5.53 yielded white colonies, which were like a layer of hoarfrost, while colonies of L5.54 were yellow, rough, slightly convex. The two strains were identified as Nocardia sp. by mass spectrometry, and WGRS accurately determined them as N. cyriacigeorgica. After medical treatment, one patient was cured and the other was still receiving treatment in the hospital. It can be seen that Nocardia sp. cannot be accurately classified and identified only by phenotypic tests such as bacterial morphological differences, so it is necessary to identify Nocardia spp. with phenotypic tests in combination with other molecular biology technologies, such as WGRS.

With the development of society and college PE department, PE lab has played a more and more important role in developing students' analysis and problem-solving abilities as well as hand-on skills. Therefore, PE lab shoulders the arduous and significant task of training adaptable PE talents who obtain both innovative and practical capabilities. By means of documentary, interview, questionnaire and logic analysis, this article has done a systematic research and analysis on PE labs in 30 colleges and universities throughout the country and revealed the problems existing in the PE lab construction and development. Then constructive suggestions were put forward to promote PE lab construction and development.

By means of documentary and interview and methods of summarizing and induction, this paper analyzes major problems existing in Physical Education laboratory construction, namely low starting point, scanty funds, unreasonable structure of laboratory staff, low resource utilization and poor management, then strategies are put forward as suggestions to improve the adverse situation. Apart from necessary experimental equipments, materials, approaches and highly qualified personnel, a favorable environment and necessary facilities are also required. What's more, the key to lab construction lies in the recognition from leaders and support and collaboration from functional department. A lab contributes its adaptability of teaching and scientific research to emphasizing not only hardware reinforcement but the software construction like, the cultivation of teachers. Last but not least, it is effective to improve students' innovationess and hand-on skill by opening laboratory to students and merge ring those ones with overlapping functions into one interdepartmental and interdisciplinary PE lab centre.

The laboratory construction in sport institutes is the foundation for P.E. majors in regular institutions of higher learning, which can help ensuring the teaching quality and improving the ability of scientific research, and can be regarded as the material platform of enforcing the quality and innovation education. It is urgently needed to improve the traditional physical experimental teaching system and mode to cultivate innovative and applied talents. In this thesis, problems of experiment laboratory construction in sport institute are studied, using the methods of documentary data, expert interview, comparative analysis and so on. Basing on the presenting of experimental teaching and research status quo, the development tendencies of sport laboratory construction under the new circumstances are mentioned. The conclusion is that the main problems existing in sport special laboratory construction are the lagging and poor management system, inflexible and slow operation mechanism, low utilization of resources and the aging corps of technician. The thesis puts forward the solutions on how to strengthen the understanding of laboratory construction, reform the management system, strengthen the team building, construct the new system of experimental teaching, and create a new network communication platform of laboratory construction etc..

PE Department laboratory in colleges and universities severs as a multifunctional base for activities like teaching, training, scientific research and application and so on so forth. However, a few problems have arisen during the process of managing a lab, such as, low opening level and utilization rate, need-to-be-improved lab staff construction, slow query speed on experimental programs and the availability of lab equipments, poor technical service and equipment maintenance and backwardness of distance education and other computer-aided education forms.
