Castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) is the main driving force of mortality in prostate cancer patients. Among the parameters contributing to the progression of CRPC and treatment failure, elevation of the steroidogenic enzyme AKR1C3 and androgen receptor variant 7 (AR-V7) are frequently reported. The AKR1C3/AR-V7 complex has been recognized as a major driver for drug resistance in advanced prostate cancer. Herein we report that the level of AKR1C3 is reciprocally regulated by the full-length androgen receptor (AR-FL) through binding to the distal enhancer region of the AKR1C3 gene. A novel function of PTUPB in AKR1C3 inhibition was discovered and PTUPB showed more effectiveness than indomethacin and celecoxib in suppressing AKR1C3 activity and CRPC cell growth. PTUPB synergizes with enzalutamide treatment in tumor suppression and gene signature regulation. Combination treatments with PTUPB and enzalutamide provide benefits by blocking AR/AR-V7 signaling, which inhibits the growth of castration relapsed VCaP xenograft tumors and patient derived xenograft organoids. Targeting of the ARK1C3/AR/AR-V7 axis with PTUPB and enzalutamide may overcome drug resistance to AR signaling inhibitors in advanced prostate cancer.

High-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) is a preferential omental metastasis malignancy. Since omental adipose tissue is an endocrine organ, we used liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) to compare the peptides secreted from omental adipose tissues of HGSOC and benign serous ovarian cysts (BSOC). Among the differentially secreted peptides, we detected 58 upregulated peptides, 197 downregulated peptides, 24 peptides that were only in the HGSOC group and 20 peptides that were only in the BSOC group (absolute fold change ≥ 2 and P < 0.05). Then, the basic characteristics of the differential peptides were analyzed, such as lengths, molecular weights, isoelectric points, and cleavage sites. Furthermore, we summarized the possible functions according to the precursor protein functions of the differentially expressed peptides by Gene Ontology (GO) analysis with the Annotation, Visualization, and Integrated Discovery (DAVID) database and canonical pathway analysis with IPA. For the GO analysis, the differentially secreted peptides were mainly associated with binding in molecular function and cellular processes in biology process. For the canonical pathways, the differentially secreted peptides were related to calcium signaling, protein kinase A signaling, and integrin-linked kinase (ILK) signaling. We also identified 67 differentially secreted peptides that located in the functional domains of the precursor proteins. These functional domains were mainly related to energy metabolism and immunoregulation. Our study might provide drugs that could potentially treat HGSOC or omental metastases of HGSOC cells.

We propose a single channel blind source separation algorithm for convolutively mixed linear frequency modulation (LFM) signals based on smoothed Wigner-Ville distribution (SWVD) time-frequency analysis, Canny edge detection, and Hough transform detection. First, the SWVD time-frequency analysis diagram is obtained as an image based on the LFM time-frequency characteristics. Second, Canny edge detection is performed on the image. Then, Hough transform is used to detect the characteristic parameters of the linear signal. Finally, the source signal is recovered. The simulation results show that the algorithm is effective for single channel detection and extraction of convolutively mixed LFM signals.

We present a novel method for blending hierarchical layouts with semantic labels. The core of our method is a hierarchical structure correspondence algorithm, which recursively finds optimal substructure correspondences, achieving a globally optimal correspondence between a pair of hierarchical layouts. This correspondence is consistent with the structures of both layouts, allowing us to define the union of the layouts' structures. The resulting compound structure helps extract intermediate layout structures, from which blended layouts can be generated via an optimization approach. The correspondence also defines a similarity measure between layouts in a hierarchically structured view. Our method provides a new way for novel layout creation. The introduced structural similarity measure regularizes the layouts in a hyperspace. We demonstrate two applications in this paper, i.e., exploratory design of novel layouts and sketch-based layout retrieval, and test them on a magazine layout dataset. The effectiveness and feasibility of these two applications are confirmed by the user feedback and the extensive results. The code is available at https://github.com/lyf7115/LayoutBlending.

Data from trials investigating the effects and risks of endovascular thrombectomy for the treatment of stroke due to basilar-artery occlusion are limited.We conducted a multicenter, prospective, randomized, controlled trial of endovascular thrombectomy for basilar-artery occlusion at 36 centers in China. Patients were assigned, in a 2:1 ratio, within 12 hours after the estimated time of basilar-artery occlusion to receive endovascular thrombectomy or best medical care (control). The primary outcome was good functional status, defined as a score of 0 to 3 on the modified Rankin scale (range, 0 [no symptoms] to 6 [death]), at 90 days. Secondary outcomes included a modified Rankin scale score of 0 to 2, distribution across the modified Rankin scale score categories, and quality of life. Safety outcomes included symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage at 24 to 72 hours, 90-day mortality, and procedural complications.Of the 507 patients who underwent screening, 340 were in the intention-to-treat population, with 226 assigned to the thrombectomy group and 114 to the control group. Intravenous thrombolysis was used in 31% of the patients in the thrombectomy group and in 34% of those in the control group. Good functional status at 90 days occurred in 104 patients (46%) in the thrombectomy group and in 26 (23%) in the control group (adjusted rate ratio, 2.06; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.46 to 2.91, P0.001). Symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage occurred in 12 patients (5%) in the thrombectomy group and in none in the control group. Results for the secondary clinical and imaging outcomes were generally in the same direction as those for the primary outcome. Mortality at 90 days was 37% in the thrombectomy group and 55% in the control group (adjusted risk ratio, 0.66; 95% CI, 0.52 to 0.82). Procedural complications occurred in 14% of the patients in the thrombectomy group, including one death due to arterial perforation.In a trial involving Chinese patients with basilar-artery occlusion, approximately one third of whom received intravenous thrombolysis, endovascular thrombectomy within 12 hours after stroke onset led to better functional outcomes at 90 days than best medical care but was associated with procedural complications and intracerebral hemorrhage. To solve the problem that the macro-size, microhardness, and mechanical properties of the laser direct metal deposition (DMD) of thin-walled parts are inconsistent due to the heat accumulation, an improved three-dimensional finite element heat propagation model was developed to simulate the temperature evolution of the single-pass multi-layer thin-walled parts. The results show that the heat accumulation is contributed to the transformation of the heat dissipation mechanism from three-dimensional to two-dimensional, while the residual heat of the former layer has no significant effect on the heat accumulation of the current layer. The optimized strategy of decreasing laser power gradually is more effective than the optimized strategy of increasing the time interval between layers in maintaining the stability of the molten pool. The integrated optimized strategy of parabolic-shape laser power decreasing and time interval of 5 s is the most effective method to reduce the heat accumulation in the DMD of thin-walled parts. The thin-walled parts with an optimized deposition process have a more uniform width, finer microstructure, and higher microhardness. This work provides theoretical guidance for reducing the heat accumulation during DMD thin-walled parts and is beneficial to improving the uniformity of mechanical properties of thin-walled parts.

Windmill palm fiber (WPF) is an abundant source of cellulose fiber that can be used in textile manufacturing. In this study, acid-alkali palm fiber and acid-alkali-enzyme palm fiber were prepared to create blended yarns. The morphology, chemical composition, physical structural parameters, and tensile properties of the WPF samples and yarns were studied. The results indicated that both the acid-alkali and acid-alkali-enzyme treatments can be used as degumming methods to prepare windmill palm textile-grade long fibers with spinning ability. After chemical treatment, the cellulose content of WPF increased to more than 60%, up from 34%. However, the line densities of the acid-alkali and acid-alkali-enzyme textile-grade long fibers decreased to 5.29 ± 1.00 tex and 4.52 ± 0.82 tex, respectively. For the enzyme-treated fiber, a stratification phenomenon of the fiber cell walls and a decrease in the modulus were observed. The palm/cotton yarn had a high tensile strength and strip uniformity.

While previous neuroimaging studies are mainly focused on dichotomous classification of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) from controls, predicting continuous severity of specific symptom is also pivotal to clinical diagnosis and treatment.We applied a machine-learning approach, connectome-based predictive modeling, on functional and structural brain networks constructed from resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging and diffusion tensor imaging data to decode compulsions and obsessions of fifty-four patients with OCD.We successfully predicted individualized compulsions with a positive model of structural brain network and with a negative model of functional brain network. The structural predictive brain network comprises the motor cortex, cerebellum and limbic lobe, which are involved in basic motor control, motor execution and emotion processing, respectively. The functional predictive brain network is composed by the prefrontal and limbic systems which are related to cognitive and affective control. Computational lesion analysis shows that functional connectivity among the salience network (SN), the frontal parietal network and the default mode network, as well as structural connectivity within the SN are vital in the individualized prediction of compulsions in OCD.There was no external validation of large samples to test the robustness of our predictive model.These findings provide the first evidence for the predictive role of the triple network model in individualized compulsions and have important implications in diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of patients with OCD.

Background Apathy is a quantitative reduction in motivation and goal-directed behaviors, not only observed in neuropsychiatric disorders, but also present in healthy populations. Although brain abnormalities associated with apathy in clinical disorders have been studied, the organization of brain networks in healthy individuals has yet to be identified. Method We examined properties of intrinsic brain networks in healthy individuals with varied levels of apathy. By using functional magnetic resonance imaging in combination with graph theory analysis and dynamic causal modeling analysis, we tested communications among nodes and modules as well as effective connectivity among brain networks. Results We found that the average participation coefficient of the subcortical network, especially the amygdala, was lower in individuals with high than low apathy. Importantly, we observed weaker effective connectivity fromthe hippocampus and parahippocampal gyrus to the amygdala, and from the amygdala to the parahippocampal gyrus and medial frontal cortex in individuals with apathy. Conclusion These findings suggest that individuals with high apathy exhibit aberrant communication within the cortical-to-subcortical network, characterized by differences in amygdala-related effective connectivity. Our work sheds light on the neural basis of apathy in subclinical populations and may have implications for understanding the development of clinical conditions that feature apathy.

The surgery of glioblastoma (GBM) requires a maximal resection of the tumor when it is safe and feasible. The infiltrating growth property of the GBM makes it a challenge for neurosurgeons to identify the tumor tissue even with the assistance of the surgical microscope. This highlights the urgent requirement for imaging techniques that can differentiate tumor tissues during surgery in real time. Fluorescence image-guided surgery of GBM has been investigated using several non-specific fluorescent probes that emit light in the visible and the first near-infrared window (NIR-I, 700-900 nm), which limit the detection accuracy because of the non-specific targeting mechanism and spectral characteristics. Targeted NIR-II (1000-1700 nm) fluorescent probes for GBM are thus highly desired. The folate receptor (FR) has been reported to be upregulated in GBM, which renders it to be a promising target for specific tumor imaging.In this study, the folic acid (FA) that can target the FR was conjugated with the clinically approved indocyanine green (ICG) dye and DOTA chelator for radiolabeling withsup64/supCu to achieve targeted positron emission tomography (PET) and fluorescence imaging of GBM.Surprisingly it was found that the resulted bioconjugate, DOTA-FA-ICG and non-radioactivesupnat/supCu-DOTA-FA-ICG, were both self-assembled into nanoparticles with NIR-II emission signal. The radiolabeled DOTA-FA-ICG,sup64/supCu-DOTA-FA-ICG, was found to specifically accumulate in the orthotopic GBM models using in vivo PET, NIR-II, and NIR-I fluorescence imaging. The best time window of fluorescence imaging was demonstrated to be 24 h after DOTA-FA-ICG injection. NIR-II fluorescence image-guided surgery was successfully conducted in the orthotopic GBM models using DOTA-FA-ICG. All the fluorescent tissue was removed and proved to be GBM by the Hamp;E examination.Overall, our study demonstrates that the probes,sup64/supCu-DOTA-FA-ICG and DOTA-FA-ICG, hold promise for preoperative PET examination and intraoperative NIR-II fluorescence image-guided surgery of GBM, respectively.

Phytophthora root and stem rot is a worldwide soybean (Glycine max) disease caused by the soil-borne pathogen Phytophthora sojae. This disease is devastating to soybean production, so improvement of resistance to P. sojae is a major target in soybean breeding. Mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) cascades are important signaling modules that convert environmental stimuli into cellular responses. Compared with extensive studies in Arabidopsis, the molecular mechanism of MAPK cascades in soybean disease resistance is barely elucidated. In this work, we found that the gene expression of mitogen-activated protein kinase 6 (GmMPK6) was potently induced by P. sojae infection in the disease-resistant soybean cultivar 'Suinong 10'. Overexpression of GmMPK6 in soybean resulted in enhanced resistance to P. sojae and silencing of GmMPK6 led to the opposite phenotype. In our attempt to dissect the role of GmMPK6 in soybean resistance to phytophthora disease, we found that MAPK kinase 4 (GmMKK4) and the ERF transcription factor GmERF113 physically interact with GmMPK6, and we determined that GmMKK4 could phosphorylate and activate GmMPK6, which could subsequently phosphorylate GmERF113 upon P. sojae infection, suggesting that P. sojae can stimulate the GmMKK4-GmMPK6-GmERF113 signaling pathway in soybean. Moreover, phosphorylation of GmERF113 by the GmMKK4-GmMPK6 module promoted GmERF113 stability, nuclear localization and transcriptional activity, which significantly enhanced expression of the defense-related genes GmPR1 and GmPR10-1 and hence improved disease resistance of the transgenic soybean seedlings. In all, our data reveal that the GmMKK4-GmMPK6-GmERF113 cascade triggers resistance to P. sojae in soybean and shed light on functions of MAPK kinases in plant disease resistance.

Background: Giant cell tumor of bone (GCTB) is a locally aggressive bone tumour aggravated by stromal cell proliferation and metastasis. Objective: We investigated the mechanism of action of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) in mediating GCTB proliferation and invasion. Methods: The expression of HCG was quantified using quantitative real-time PCR. After the primary stromal cells were isolated and identified, the function of HCG in GCTB was estimated using the cell counting kit-8, flow cytometry, scratch experiment, transwell assay, Western blot, and immunofluorescence. Moreover, the mechanism of HCG was assessed through western blotting. Results: HCG expression was decreased in clinical tissue samples from patients with GCTB. We validated that HCG repressed stromal cell proliferation, migration, invasion, autophagy, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and promoted cell apoptosis in GCTB. We also verified that HCG repressed the autophagy and EMT of stromal cells through the Smad signaling axis in GCTB. HCG inhibited the transduction of the Smad signaling pathway by restraining the binding of the TGF-β II receptor to ligand Activin A. Conclusion: HCG restrained the Smad signaling pathway by antagonizing TGF-β signaling in GCTB. HCG may serve as a useful patent to treat GCTB.

This study presents a novel multifunctional probe Gd-EB-ICG based on albumin-binding for synergistic enhancement of fluorescence (FL) and magnetic resonance (MR) imaging-guided photothermal cancer therapy. In vitro experiments demonstrated that Gd-EB-ICG exhibits superior fluorescence intensity, longitudinal relaxivity, and photothermal conversion efficiency. In vivo experiments demonstrated that Gd-EB-ICG exhibits excellent tumor aggregation, imaging, and killing effects. This simple and feasible strategy successfully resulted in a synergistic effect for FL/MR dual-modal imaging and photothermal therapy.

With the continuous development of information technology and the running speed of computers, the development of informatization has led to the generation of increasingly more medical data. Solving unmet needs such as employing the constantly developing artificial intelligence technology to medical data and providing support for the medical industry is a hot research topic. Cytomegalovirus (CMV) is a kind of virus that exists widely in nature with strict species specificity, and the infection rate among Chinese adults is more than 95%. Therefore, the detection of CMV is of great importance since the vast majority of infected patients are in a state of invisible infection after the infection, except for a few patients with clinical symptoms. In this study, we present a new method to detect CMV infection status by analyzing high-throughput sequencing results of T cell receptor beta chains (TCRβ). Based on the high-throughput sequencing data of 640 subjects from cohort 1, Fisher’s exact test was performed to evaluate the relationship between TCRβ sequences and CMV status. Furthermore, the number of subjects with these correlated sequences to different degrees in cohort 1 and cohort 2 were measured to build binary classifier models to identify whether the subject was CMV positive or negative. We select four binary classification algorithms: logistic regression (LR), support vector machine (SVM), random forest (RF), and linear discriminant analysis (LDA) for side-by-side comparison. According to the performance of different algorithms corresponding to different thresholds, four optimal binary classification algorithm models are obtained. The logistic regression algorithm performs best when Fisher's exact test threshold is 10−5, and the sensitivity and specificity are 87.5% and 96.88%, respectively. The RF algorithm performs better at the threshold of 10−5, with a sensitivity of 87.5% and a specificity of 90.63%. The SVM algorithm also achieves high accuracy at the threshold value of 10−5, with a sensitivity of 85.42% and specificity of 96.88%. The LDA algorithm achieves high accuracy with 95.83% sensitivity and 90.63% specificity when the threshold value is 10−4. This is probably because the two-dimensional distribution of CMV data samples is linearly separable, and linear division models such as LDA are more effective, while the division effect of nonlinear separable algorithms such as random forest is relatively inaccurate. This new finding may be a potential diagnostic method for CMV and may even be applicable to other viruses, such as the infectious history detection of the new coronavirus.

Migraine is the second most common neurological disorder. Inflammation plays an important role in the pathology and symptoms of migraine. Although, many studies have analyzed the levels of peripheral cytokines in migraine patients, the conclusions of these studies were not consistent. Meta-analysis for peripheral cytokine levels in migraine is necessary to solve the inconsistency in clinical conclusion.We conducted a systematic search to July 2021, to identify the literatures that measured peripheral cytokine levels in migraine patients and compared them with healthy controls.10 studies were finally included in the meta-analysis: 6 for C-reactive protein (CRP), 2 for interleukin (IL)-1β, 5 for IL-6, 3 for tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), 1 for IL-2, 2 for IL-10. Compared with healthy controls, we found that the patients with migraine had higher serum levels of CRP (standardized mean difference, SMD = 1.48; P 0.001), IL-1β (SMD = 0.75; P 0.001), IL-6(SMD = 1.18; P0.001) and TNF-α (SMD = 0.69; P = 0.003), while did not have significant difference in serum IL-2(SMD = -0.24; P = 0.25) and IL-10 (SMD = -0.17; P = 0.88).The findings of the meta-analysis provide evidence for higher serum of CRP, IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α in migraine patients compared with healthy controls. Our results support that inflammation play a role in the pathophysiology of migraine. However, there was no significant difference in serum IL-2 and IL-10.

Vibration energy harvesting technology is a hotspot research area in energy harvesting technology because it can convert the vibrational energy in the environment into electrical energy for output and thus provide the distributed energy for microelectromechanical systems. To improve the energy harvesting performance of the vibration energy harvesting system with partial information, we analyzed the probabilistic response of the stochastic system excited by Gaussian white noise under different geometric structures and effectively predicted the corresponding energy harvesting performance. Firstly, we established the coupling moment equation of the vibration energy harvesting system with the cumulant truncation method and then obtained some high-order moments. Then, the probability density function of the stationary response was set in exponential form with unknown parameters by using the maximum entropy principle, and those the unknown parameters will be obtained by solving the minimum value of an objective function, which contains the obtained moment information. Finally, the effects of the physical parameters (including geometric structure parameters and Gaussian white noise) on the dynamic behavior of the vibration energy harvesting system with only partial information have been studied and verified all results by direct numerical simulation.

Anticipation plays an important role in cognitive control and related psychiatric disorders such as anxiety. However, anticipation processing of conflicts in anxious individuals and the underlying brain mechanisms remain unknown. Using a newly designed cue-flanker task, we observed faster responses to congruent flankers with certain cues in individuals with high trait anxiety (HTA) than those with low trait anxiety (LTA). Microstate analyses revealed less occurrence of cue-evoked microstates in HTA than LTA. Importantly, the less occurrence of specific state was correlated to the larger flanker effect in HTA, suggesting that deficient conflict control in anxiety is associated with abnormal vigilance-related dynamic processing during anticipation. Delta–beta coupling at anticipation stage mediated the association between the level of anxiety and reaction time in conflict processing with uncertain cues in HTA, suggesting the mediatory role of delta–beta coupling in anticipatory conflict processing of anxious individuals. These results suggest hyperactive anticipatory processing of goal-relevant information for the upcoming conflict in anxious individuals. Our findings provide neurocognitive evidence for altered anticipatory cognitive control in anxious individuals and have important implications for diagnosis and treatment of anxiety-related disorders.

The oxysterol receptor liver X receptor (LXR) is a nuclear receptor best known for its function in the regulation of lipid and cholesterol metabolism. LXRs, both the α and β isoforms, have been suggested as potential therapeutic targets for several cancer types. However, there was a lack of report on whether and how LXRα plays a role in the development of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). In the current study, we found that systemic activation of LXRα in the VP-LXRα knock-in (LXRαKI) mice or hepatocyte-specific activation of LXRα in the VP-LXRα transgenic mice sensitized mice to liver tumorigenesis induced by the combined treatment of diethylnitrosamine (DEN) and 3,3',5,5'-tetrachloro-1,4-bis (pyridyloxy) benzene (TCPOBOP). Mechanistically, the LXRα-responsive up-regulation of interleukin-6 (IL-6)/signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) signaling pathway and the complement system, and down-regulation of bile acid metabolism, may have contributed to increased tumorigenesis. Accumulations of secondary bile acids and oxysterols were found in both the serum and liver tissue of LXRα activated mice. We also observed an induction of monocytic myeloid-derived suppressor cells accompanied by down-regulation of dendritic cells and cytotoxic T cells in DEN/TCPOBOP-induced liver tumors, indicating that chronic activation of LXRα may have led to the activation of innate immune suppression. The HCC sensitizing effect of LXRα activation was also observed in the c-MYC driven HCC model. Conclusion: Our results indicated that chronic activation of LXRα promotes HCC, at least in part, by promoting innate immune suppressor as a result of accumulation of oxysterols, as well as up-regulation of the IL-6/Janus kinase/STAT3 signaling and complement pathways.

To enhance tumor uptake and retention, we designed and developed bi-specific heterodimeric radiotracers targeting both FAP and αvβ3, [sup68/supGa]Ga-FAPI-RGD. The present study aimed to evaluate the specificity, pharmacokinetics, and dosimetry of [sup68/supGa]Ga-FAPI-RGD by preclinical and preliminary clinical studies.bMethods:/bFAPI-RGD was designed and synthesized with the quinoline-based FAPI-02 and the cyclic RGDfK peptide. Preclinical pharmacokinetics were determined in Panc02 xenograft model using microPET and biodistribution experiments. The safety and effective dosimetry of [sup68/supGa]Ga-FAPI-RGD was evaluated in 6 cancer patients, and compared with 2-[sup18/supF]FDG imaging.bResults:/bThe [sup68/supGa]Ga-FAPI-RGD had good stability in saline for at least 4 h, and showed favorable binding affinity and specificityiin vitro/iandiin vivo/i. Compared to [sup68/supGa]Ga-FAPI-02 and [sup68/supGa]Ga-RGDfK, the tumor uptake and retention of [sup68/supGa]Ga-FAPI-RGD were very much enhanced than its monomeric counterparts at all the time points examined by microPET imaging. A total of 6 patients with various malignant tumors were prospectively enrolled. The effective dose of [sup68/supGa]Ga-FAPI-RGD was 1.94E-02 mSv/MBq. The biodistribution of [sup68/supGa]Ga-FAPI-RGD from 0 to 2 h after injection demonstrated rapid and high tumor uptake, prolonged tumor retention, and high tumor-to-background ratios (TBRs) which further increased over time. The first-in-human biodistribution study showed high TBRs over time, suggesting high diagnostic performance and favorable tracer kinetics for potential therapeutic applications.

With the popularization of smartphones, larger collection of videos with high quality is available, which makes the scale of scene reconstruction increase dramatically. However, high-resolution video produces more match outliers, and high frame rate video brings more redundant images. To solve these problems, a tailor-made framework is proposed to realize an accurate and robust structure-from-motion based on monocular videos. The key ideas include two points: one is to use the spatial and temporal continuity of video sequences to improve the accuracy and robustness of reconstruction; the other is to use the redundancy of video sequences to improve the efficiency and scalability of system. Our technical contributions include an adaptive way to identify accurate loop matching pairs, a cluster-based camera registration algorithm, a local rotation averaging scheme to verify the pose estimate and a local images extension strategy to reboot the incremental reconstruction. In addition, our system can integrate data from different video sequences, allowing multiple videos to be simultaneously reconstructed. Extensive experiments on both indoor and outdoor monocular videos demonstrate that our method outperforms the state-of-the-art approaches in robustness, accuracy and scalability.
