In this paper, we propose a generalized opinion dynamics model (GODM), which can dynamically compute each person's expressed opinion, to solve the internal opinion maximization problem for social trust networks. In the model, we propose a new, reasonable and interpretable confidence index, which is determined by both person's social status and the evaluation around him. By using the theory of diagonally dominant, we obtain the optimal analytic solution of the Nash equilibrium with maximum overall opinion. We design a novel algorithm to maximize the overall with given budget by modifying the internal opinions of people in the social trust network, and prove its optimality both from the algorithm itself and the traditional optimization algorithm-ADMM algorithms with $l_1$-regulations. A series of experiments are conducted, and the experimental results show that our method is superior to the state-of-the-art in four datasets. The average benefit has promoted $67.5\%$, $83.2\%$, $31.5\%$, and $33.7\%$ on four datasets, respectively.

The singularities in 2-D time domain boundary element (TD-BEM) formulation for elastodynamics are divided into three categories: the wave front singularity, the space singularity and the dual singularity. A fully analytical procedure for dealing with the three singularities is proposed by adopting the concept of the finite part of an integral (Hadamard principle integral). In order to reduce the computation time, the conventional numerical procedure is adopted for the non-singular integrals in 2-D TD-BEM formulation. Therefore, the algorithm including the fully analytical procedure for dealing with singular integrals and the numerical procedure for dealing with non-singular integrals is implemented in this study. Two examples, 1-D rod and 2-D cavity representing the problems for the finite domain and the infinite domain respectively, are chosen to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. It shows that the results obtained from the proposed algorithm agree with the analytical solutions with good accuracy, indicating that the proposed algorithm is applicable for elastodynamics in both finite and infinite domains.

Traditional identification method for permanent magnet synchronous motor could not always guarantee the satisfying accuracy, thus an improved online identification method based on recursive fixed memory least square method is proposed in this paper to solve the problem above. A full rank equation is firstly constructed based on the q-axis voltage model under steady state. Then the recursive fixed memory least square method is used to identify the electrical parameters including stator resistance, inductance and flux at the same time. As the fluctuation of rotor current, voltage and speed used in the proposed method is small, influence of measurement bias of online identification can be reduced to the least and thus the accuracy of motor identification can be further improved. Experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve high accuracy and the identification parameters can converge to the true value quickly.

Twenty eight aryl pyrazole derivatives containing 5-fluorouracil were designed and synthesised via the key intermediate 1-aryl-3-methyl-1 H-pyrazole-5-carboxylic acid. The structures of target compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, FT-IR, EA and their insecticidal activities were evaluated. The bioassays revealed that aryl pyrazole derivatives containing 5-fluorouracil exhibited excellent insecticidal activities against Culex pipiens and Musca domestica at a concentration of 0.1%. Some compounds still showed good insecticidal activities even at a concentration of 0.05%.

To understand potential ecotoxicological effects of electrical and electronic equipment waste (e-waste) recycling and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) bioaccumulation in loaches, a semi-field experiment using Chinese loach (Misgurnus anguillicaudatus) as experimental fish was performed. Larval loaches were kept in net-cage for three months in an e-wastes recycling site and a reference site in Southeastern China. There was significant difference of the survival rate between the loaches from the e-wastes recycling site (27%, 19/70) and from reference site (70%, 49/70). Histopathological responses were also found in all the livers examined in loaches from the e-wastes recycling site. These results showed that mixed pollutants resulted from e-wastes recycling led to ecotoxicological effects on loaches. The bioaccumulation of polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), the main pollutants in e-waste, in loaches was also studied, the mean concentration of total PBDEs in sediment was 6726.17 ng/g wet weight and in water samples was 4.08 ng/L (dissolved phase). BDE 209 was the dominant congener in sediment and with relatively high concentration in water. Relatively low concentration of BDE 209 (less than 0.01% of total PBDEs) and high concentration of BDE47 (up to 39.34% of total PBDEs) were detected in loaches.

Cancer is the second leading killer in the United States. Anticancer drug development is always based on the understanding of molecular and cellular mechanisms of carcinogenesis, as well as comprehensive knowledge of potential anticancer drugs. Arglabin-dimethylaminohydrochloride (arglabin-DMA) represents one of the new classes of anti-cancer agents that have shown promise in suppressing the growth of various tumor cells. However, the cellular mechanism of arglabin-DMA cytotoxic effects on tumor cells is still unclear. The current study was to determine the farnesyltransferase (FTase) inhibitory activity of arglabin-DMA and to investigate the effects of arglabin-DMA on three proteins: Ras, Rho and cyclin kinase inhibitor p21/WAF1/CIP1. In vitro FTase assays were used to study the effect of arglabin-DMA on FTase activity. The FTase assay using expressed FTase showed that the 50% inhibition concentration of arglabin-DMA was 2.9 mM. The FTase assay using lysates of Ras/3T3 cells that had been incubated with arglabin-DMA showed that the highest FTase inhibition was 59% as compared to the no treatment control, and this inhibition plateaued when the arglabin-DMA concentration was 100 nM or higher. These results suggested that arglabin-DMA was transformed in cells and that the transformed arglabin-DMA inhibited FTase activity in Ras/3T3 cells. However, this inhibition was limited by the substrate availability in cells that may transform arglabin-DMA to an FTase inhibitor. The study of the effects of arglabin-DMA on Ras protein, Rho protein, and cyclin kinase inhibitor p21/WAF1/CIP1 was performed using Ras/3T3 cells incubated with arglabin-DMA or FTI-277 (positive control) for 24 or 72 hours. Western blots and densitometry showed a decreased ratio of processed to unprocessed H-Ras protein in cell lysates incubated with 100 μM of arglabin-DMA. Western blotting of active H-Ras protein from GTPase pull-down assays showed significant reduction of active H-Ras after incubation with 50 μM of arglabin-DMA for 24 hours, or 1 μM of arglabin-DMA for 72 hours. Only unprocessed RhoA was detected by Western blot after incubation with 10 μM (or higher) arglabin-DMA or FTI-277. Western blots showed a trend of increased p21/WAF1/CIP1 production after 72 hours of incubation with arglabin-DMA and this increase was not found in the FTI-277 control.
