The system is designed to be user-friendly, with an intuitive interface that makes it easy for TATA Motors employees to input data and access predictions. Furthermore, the system can inform longer-term strategic planning and investment decisions. However, the accuracy of the predictions is reliant on the quality and relevance of the input data. Regular updating and refining of both the input data and the algorithms used to analyze, may be necessary to maintain the system's accuracy.

Efficient and reliable monitoring of wild animals in their natural habitats is essential to inform conservation and management decisions. Automatic covert cameras or “camera traps” are being an increasingly popular tool for wildlife monitoring due to their effectiveness and reliability in collecting data of wildlife unobtrusively, continuously and in large volume. However, processing such a large volume of images and videos captured from camera traps manually is extremely expensive, time-consuming and also monotonous. This presents a major obstacle to scientists and ecologists to monitor wildlife in an open environment. Leveraging on recent advances in deep learning techniques in computer vision, we propose in this paper a framework to build automated animal recognition in the wild, aiming at an automated wildlife monitoring system. In particular, we use a single-labeled dataset from Wildlife Spotter project, done by citizen scientists, and the state-of-the-art deep convolutional neural network architectures, to train a computational system capable of filtering animal images and identifying species automatically. Our experimental results achieved an accuracy at 96.6% for the task of detecting images containing animal, and 90.4% for identifying the three most common species among the set of images of wild animals taken in Southcentral Victoria, Australia, demonstrating the feasibility of building fully automated wildlife observation. This, in turn, can therefore speed up research findings, construct more efficient citizen science based monitoring systems and subsequent management decisions, having the potential to make significant impacts to the world of ecology and trap camera images analysis.

The Internet is further subdivided into the Deep Web – content that is unindexed and inaccessible to traditional search engines. The Dark Web is considered part of the Deep Web. It is accessible via TOR. Participants on the dark web are anonymous and hidden. Anonymity, confidentiality and the possibility of not being detected are three factors offered by special browsers like TOR and I2P. In this article, we discuss the impact of the Darknet in different social areas and provide results. It gives the number of daily anonymous darknet users (with TOR) in Kosovo and worldwide at the time showed the impact of hidden service sites and got search engine results from Ahimia and Onion City Dark Web. Anonymity on the dark web is not sufficiently verified. TOR strives to provide anonymous activity and aims to provide anonymous activity. Here are the results for showing the number of users and their location. calculations are based on IP addresses by country code, and accesses the sources of those addresses and reports the numbers in aggregate form. In this way,dark web users are indirectly represented. Another key factor is the number of anonymous network users on the dark web. In such a network, users are counted based on requests from directory clients (via TOR metrics) and the relay list is updated. Indirectly, the number of users calculated for the anonymous networks.

The spray characteristics of drone sprayers are significantly influenced by the downwash airflow produced by Drone multi-rotors. The present study aimed to study the influence of downwash airflow and the operational parameters of Drone sprayer, viz., flight height, travel speed, rotor configuration, payload and wind velocity on the spray distribution pattern for boom sprayer attachment to Drone. The boom type sprayer consisted of four numbers of flat fan nozzles placed at three different spacing viz., 30, 45 and 60 cm between each nozzle. The spray distribution pattern of the Hexacopter Drone was studied at three different operating pressures, viz., 3.0, 4.0 and 5.0 kg cm-2. A spray patternator of 5 m x 5 m was developed per the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) standard to study the spray uniformity of volume distribution pattern. The best spray uniformity was found as 0.37 % CV value at 60 cm nozzle spacing and 4 kg cm-2 operating pressure. The optimised parameters viz., 60 cm of nozzle spacing and 4 kg cm-2 operating pressure, the influence of downwash airflow on the spray volume distribution of hexacopter Drone with boom spray attachment were studied. The Drone hovered at three different heights, viz., 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 m from the top of the patternator and spray operating pressure was maintained at 4 kg cm-2. It was observed that less volume of spray was collected at the middle portion when the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) was hovered at 1.0 m height due to the direct impact of downwash airflow of rotors. The uniform spray volume distribution pattern was observed when Drone hovered from 1.0 m to 3.0 m height. A round vertex pattern of spray pattern was generated with boom type nozzles configuration due to the direct impact of downwash airflow of rotors. This study will be helpful in the configuration of nozzles attached to the drone sprayers, optimization of spray operational parameters, and revealing spray volume distribution pattern.

Both the growth and death of cervical cells are characteristic features of this condition. False-negative results provide a significant moral dilemma since they may cause women to get an incorrect diagnosis of cancer, which in turn can result in the woman’s premature death from the disease. False-positive results do not raise any significant ethical concerns; but they do require a patient to go through an expensive and time-consuming treatment process, and they also cause the patient to experience tension and anxiety that is not warranted. In order to detect cervical cancer in its earliest stages in women, a screening procedure known as a Pap test is often performed. This article describes a technique for improving images using Brightness Preserving Dynamic Fuzzy Histogram Equalization. To individual components and find the right area of interest, the fuzzy c-means approach is applied. The images are segmented using the fuzzy c-means method to find the right area of interest. The feature selection algorithm is the ACO algorithm. Following that, categorization is carried out utilizing the CNN, MLP, and ANN algorithms.

Deep learning (DL) algorithms have substantially increased research in recognizing day-to-day human activities All methods for recognizing human activities that are found through DL methods will only be useful if they work better in real-time applications. Activities of elderly people need to be monitored to detect any abnormalities in their health and to suggest healthy life style based on their day to day activities. Most of the existing approaches used videos, static photographs for recognizing the activities. Those methods make the individual to feel anxious that they are being monitored. To address this limitation we utilized the cognitive outcomes of DL algorithms and used sensor data as input to the proposed model which is collected from smart home dataset for recognizing elderly people activity, without any interference in their privacy. At early stages human activities the input for human activity recognition by DL models are done using single sensor data which are static and lack in recognizing dynamic and multi sensor data. We propose a DL architecture based on the blend of deep Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Bi-directional Long Short-Term Memory (Bi-LSTM) in this research which replaces human intervention by automatically extracting features from multifunctional sensing devices to reliably recognize the activities. During the entire investigation process we utilized Tulum, a benchmark dataset that contains the logs of sensor data. We exhibit that our methodology outperforms by marking its accuracy as 98.76% and F1 score as 0.98.

India is one of the leading producers of neem in the world. But still, there is no mechanical system available for either harvesting the neem fruits from the tree or collecting the neem fruits from the ground. Also, the manual ground collection of neem fruit is a very laborious and time-consuming operation. The cost of ground collection of neem fruit is higher than its selling price which makes neem plantation uneconomical. The introduction of a collection system for collecting the neem fruit from the ground may represent the technological change that is the key factor for improved competitiveness. The main purpose of this work was to develop ground collection system based on the principle of suction. The design of the machinery was based on a determination of fruit geometry and its physical and engineering properties. The proposed innovation enabled a fully mechanical solution for collecting the fallen neem fruit from the ground, achieving a collection capacity of approximately 10 kg.h-1 with a collection efficiency of over 90%.

Supercapacitor electrodes synthesized from activated carbon (AC) has high energy and power capabilities as they have larger surface area, greater conductivity, and also AC has the ability to optimize the properties of supercapacitors. Supercapacitor has gained its attention due to its fast charging/discharging speed and long-term stability than the normal batteries. In this work, GO/PPy/AC composite electrodes was synthesized to increase the specific capacitance and the energy storage capability of supercapacitor through modified hummers’ method, sacrificial template polymerization method, and hydrothermal method. Here, the AC was derived from seeds of Ziziphus jujuba and shells of Prunus dulcis. The performances of GO, GO/PPy, GO/PPy/ACZJ, and GO/PPy/ACPD electrodes were evaluated using 6 M KOH electrolyte at different current densities and scan rates. The electrochemical properties of the electrodes were characterized by CV, GCD, and EIS analysis to study the suitability of the electrode material. GO/PPy/ACPD electrode exhibited the specific capacitance of 1217.1, 456.67, 270.44, and 90.88 F g-1 with current densities of 1, 2, 4, and 10 A g-1, respectively. GO/PPy/ACPD has high specific capacitance of 1217.1 F g-1 at 1 A g-1. The enhanced electrochemical performance is due to better surface area and higher specific capacitance.

Saline, one of the most widely used intravenous (IV) medications, is essential in the treatment of critically ill patients. Monitoring the level in the saline bottle is crucial because blood flows when the bottle is empty and the needle is still near the vein into the bottle from the outside. In hospitals, it is the responsibility of nurses or caregivers to monitor level of saline bottle. The proper timing of withdrawing the needle from the patient's vein is usually ignored due to carelessness and any unusual circumstances that result in great casualties and should also lead to death. In addition, health services can be offered through remote monitoring. To avoid the accident caused by caregiver ignorance and offer remote, we designed a cost-effective intelligent saline level for supervision in health services. a monitoring system that combines sensor and Internet of Things (IOT) technology. This system was created using load cell and a cheap, very low power microcontroller. The load of the bottle is converted to the selected voltage by the load sensor. The ESP8266 microcontroller generates and publishes a specific message based on voltage received from the sensor. Publish and display messages on subscriber devices like health professionals, nurses or caregivers. The proposed monitoring system delivers message to subscribers in a reliable manner, which is crucial for the healthcare industry. In this paper, we apply a new approach to uterine contractions to a large panel of human pregnant non pregnant myometrial strips, treated or not by corticotropin releasing hormone (CRH). This model is based on a fine analysis of the contraction curves.This analysis yield four mathematical parameters beta, theta, tau1 and tau2 related to excitability, duration of plateau phase, and time constants for relaxation describing respectively, the different portions of the contraction cycle. This leads to specific differences in spontaneous contractile activity between pregnant and nonpregnant states. In the present study, we compare nonpregant and pregnant women close to the term vitro CRH myometrial responsiveness, to describe uterine contractile activity during a parturition. We have a Trivariate compound generalized Poisson model for uterine contraction to a pregnant and nonpregnant myometrial strips, treated or not treated by corticotrophin- releasing hormone (CRH). Although, the biochemical signification of these results remains to be elucidated, we contribute to emphasize CRH action at the myometrical level. The results reveal highly significant differences between pregnant and nonpregnant myometrium as well as in their response to CRH.

Natural fibres are attracting a lot of attention these days, from industrial applications and basic research, to producing eco-friendly goods. The engineering characteristics of the palmyrah leaf base (Borassus flabellifer) were assessed in this study. The test specimen’s were prepared as per the ASTM standards. The average length of the palmyrah leaf base was around 532±0.72 mm, with 22.74±0.23 mm thickness, 472.6±3.23 g density and volume of 0.893±0.027 g cm3 and 173.14±5.393 cm3. The mechanical properties were obtained by tensile test, impact test, flexural test, and shore-D hardness test. Tensile strength was observed to be 8.77 MPa, percentage of elongation was 40 per cent and the flexural strength 147±2.44 MPa. Significant hardness and lower impact strength confirms the viscoelastic nature of the palmyrah leaf base. The data obtained was analysed statistically using Weibull analysis. The palmyrah leaf base properties obtained will be useful for palm related researchers and industrialists to calculate design consideration for fibre extraction machines and developing fibre related products.

Introduction: Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) involved in managing Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic were instructed to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to protect themselves from contracting virus. However, PPE use can sometimes lead to adverse events which create greater impact on health status of HCPs. Thus, the prevalence of adverse events and associated risk factors should be estimated for taking necessary preventive measures. Aim: To evaluate the prevalence of adverse events in HCPs due to PPE use during second wave of COVID-19 in Tamil Nadu, India. Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in different levels of healthcare centres in Tamil Nadu, India, from April to May 2021. Data were collected using a pre-validated questionnaire from HCPs of any discipline who were directly involved in managing COVID-19 patients. A total of 282 responses were collected through Google forms and proportion of HCPs who experienced adverse events due to PPE and percentage of different adverse events associated with PPE wearing were assessed. Data were analysed using Chi-square test. Results: Out of 282 respondents of the survey included 224 doctors, 34 nurses and 24 lab technicians with a mean age of 30 years. There were 164 females and 118 males. A total of 177 (62.76%) participants experienced adverse events which included dehydration, thirst and heat, headaches, inability to go to restroom and other urinary/respiratory problems. With respect to duration of exposure to PPE, 163 (57.8%) HCPs had >6 hours/day and 102 (36.2%) had 4-6 hours/day. It was observed that factors such as age, gender, profession, various wards posted for COVID-19 duty and duration of PPE worn daily were significantly associated with adverse events to PPE (p-value

The present study was designed to conduct with the main purpose of evaluation of antimicrobial activity of solvent extracts and essential oil of leaves of Cipadessa baccifera (Roth.) Miq. The plant samples for investigation were collected from Thavarekere and Savandurga, Magadi Taluk, Bengaluru Rural district, and outskirts of Bengaluru, and identification was authenticated by National Ayurveda and Dietetics Research Institute, Bangalore; vide voucher specimen number, RRCBI-8971.The dried leaf samples were pulverized in an electric blender and the powdered material was stored in air tight containers for further analyses. The leaf samples were subjected to sequential extraction using Soxhlet apparatus, and extracted exhaustively in organic solvents such as, hexane, chloroform, methanol and water. The essential oil from leaf sample was extracted in Clevenger apparatus. The sequential extracts and essential oil of leaf parts of C. baccifera (Roth) Miq. were subjected to evaluation of antimicrobial activity against diarrhoea, skin, wound and oral infections causing selected pathogens, including 07 Gram positive, 06 Gram negative bacteria and 06 fungal strains. Results revealed that essential oils and crude solvent extracts leaves of Cipadessa baccifera showed significant anti-bacterial potential against diarrhoea, skin wound and oral pathogens inhibiting both Gram positive, Gram negative and fungal species. The broad spectrum of anti-bacterial activity of C. baccifera revealed in the present investigation gives scientific validity for its usage in treatment of dysentery, skin related disorders and wounds in traditional and folk medicines.

The primary goal of this research was to evaluate the phytochemicals, including bioactive components of Ocimum americanum extracts and assess their larvicidal potential against 3rd and 4th instar larvae of Aedes aegypti, Anopheles stephensi, and Culex quinquefasciatus. The aqueous extraction process on O. americanum provides higher yield (9.61 ± 0.11%) and a significant volume of phytochemicals (tannins, saponins, terpenoids, flavonoids, alkaloids, protein, and carbohydrate) than other solvents (methanol, ethanol, acetone, petroleum ether, and chloroform) extracts. Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy and high-performance liquid chromatography analyses revealed about eight predominant phytochemicals/functional groups in O. americanum aqueous extract. Surprisingly, in gas chromatography–mass spectrometry analysis, about 30 bioactive components were found in the aqueous extract of O. americanum, the majority of which had previously been identified as medicinally valuable bioactive components. Furthermore, these bioactive components containing aqueous extract demonstrated significant larvicidal activity against 3rd and 4th instar larvae of A. aegypti, An. stephensi, and C. quinquefasciatus after 24 h of treatment at concentrations ranging from 35 to 50 mg mL−1. Thus, their outstanding larvicidal potential on 3rd and 4th instar larvae, the phytochemicals present in the aqueous extract of O. americanum could be used to control mosquito duplication and vector-borne diseases.

Aims: The study aims to find out the Socio-Economic changes occurred in the livelihoods of agricultural migrants in Tiruppur district of Tamil Nadu. Study Design: Ex-post facto research design. Place and Duration of Study: Tiruppur district were purposively selected for this study since it is stands third place in Tamil Nadu receiving the migrants. This study was conducted during May 2021. Methodology: Migrants with agricultural background was selected as respondents for this study. Total sample size of 120 respondents were selected by using snow ball sampling method. To measure socio-economic changes of migrants, socio-economic indicators were identified based on the literature review, discussion with advisory committee members and senior social scientists. The socio-economic indicators identified for measuring socio-economic changes are socio-psychological factors, education, health maintenance and nutrition, housing, occupation, cultural factors, economic changes, social participation and material possession. The primary data was collected with the help of a well-structured and pre-tested interview schedule. Percentage analysis and cumulative frequency method were used to analyse the data. Results: In this context, the Socio-Economic changes of agricultural migrants were analysed and discussed with nine sub-headings. The results reveals that majority of the migrants (84.16%) expenditure on education were increased, All the respondents (100%) were able to take balanced diet, Vast majority of the respondents (91.66%) expenditure towards the improvement of the house were changed, Cent per cent of the respondent’s occupation were changed, Most of the respondents (90.00%) expenditure on celebration of festivals were increased, There was a vast change in the income of the majority of the respondents (89.16%), Cent per cent of respondents possess mobile phone and television, The outside contact was increased for most of the migrants (93.33%).Overall more than half (54.70%) of the respondents had medium level of overall socio economic changes. Conclusion: The majority of the respondents were inter-district rural migrants and the cost of living is high in the urban areas. It might be the reasons for medium level of socio-economic changes.

The purpose of this study was to assess the phytochemical profile and antibacterial competence of Curcuma amada rhizome extract against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus strains (MRSA). Furthermore, the phytochemicals extracted from C. amada methanolic extract were analyzed using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). The qualitative and quantitative phytochemical analysis revealed that the methanolic extract contained a significant amount of phytochemicals, such as alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, tannins, phenolics, carbohydrates, protein, and fibre, that were not present in other solvent extracts. The fluorescence study results also confirmed the presence of these phytochemicals. Furthermore, about 70% of methanolic extract showed 6 major peaks at the wavelength of 218 nm. Similarly, the FTIR results declared stretching vibrations (O–H, C–H, — C=C, C–C, C–N, O–H and C–H) related to significant functional groups corresponding to alcohols, phenols, alkanes, alkenes, aromatics, aliphatic amines and carboxylic acids. The antibacterial activity results showed that the methanolic extract could act against MRSA S1, followed by MRSA S2 and MRSA S4 strains at the concentration of 500 mg mL−1. These findings indicate that the methanolic rhizome extract of C. amada contains a significant amount of various biologically active phytochemicals with anti-MRSA activities, and thus could serve as a potential source of therapeutic drugs.

A novel Schiff base ligand, 4-fluoro-N-((3-hydroxy-5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-methylpyridin-4-yl)methylene)benzohydrazide (PLFBH) was synthesized by condensationof pyridoxal and 4-fluorobenzohydrazide. Its complexes with Ni(II), Cu(II), and Zn(II) metal ionswere prepared and characterized by spectroscopic IR, 1H-NMR, UV, LC-MS, ESR, and powder XRD studies and by elemental analysis and thermal analysis, molar conductance, and magnetic susceptibility measurements. The results indicate the geometry of the complexes to be hexa coordinate distorted octahedral. Based on the electronic absorption and fluorescence emission spectra and viscosity studies, an intercalative mode of binding of the complexes with CT-DNA was suggested, which was also supported by DNA docking studies. The docking studies of metal complexes with DNA were carried out using Autodock 4.2. The in vitro anticancer assay for the Cu(II)-PLFBH complex was performed to assess the ability of the complex to inhibit human cell proliferation on HeLa human cervical carcinoma cells, MCF-7 human breast carcinoma cells, and A549 human lung carcinoma cells. The Cu(II)-PLFBH complex exhibited moderate to good inhibitory effect on the cancer cell lines studied. The complexes showed good cleavageability toward plasmid pBR322 DNA. The metal complexes were found to show good antibacterial activity against gram positive bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus cereus and gram negative bacteria Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa cultures,while the ligand showed marginal activity.Supplemental data for this article is available online at https://doi.org/10.1080/15257770.2021.1961271 .
