A male infant presented with swelling of the left leg and fever. Over the next 2 days, the area developed fasciitis extending to the left thigh, abdomen, and lower chest. Meanwhile, the parents found a giant brown spider within the infant’s cot belonging to the genusLoxosceles, otherwise called the brown recluse spider. The dermo-myonecrosis progressed to deeper tissues involving the lung parenchyma requiring invasive ventilation. CT of the thorax showed multiple pneumatoceles, and lung biopsy showed alveolar necrosis. The infant was treated with intravenous antibiotics and corticosteroids. We drained the pneumothoraces by thoracostomy and insertion of intercostal drainage tubes. The infant required respiratory support initially by conventional ventilation, which was escalated to high-frequency oscillatory ventilation. He had refractory hypoxaemia and died. This is the first fatal case of acute spider envenomation described in India. Spider envenomation must be considered in patients with sudden onset, rapidly progressive necrotising fasciitis unresponsive to antibiotic therapy.

Herein, we report a man in his 70s with gallbladder mass. Microscopically, the tumour demonstrated moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma, sarcoma with focal chondroid differentiation and high-grade neuroendocrine tumour component arising in an intracholecystic papillary neoplasm. The patient did not receive adjuvant chemotherapy in the setting of complete surgical resection. Patient presented with extensive metastasis after 47 months and died 3 months later. Due to the low incidence and poor prognosis of this tumour, it is essential to gather all the individual experience-based information. To our knowledge, this is the first reported case of carcinosarcoma arising from intracholecystic papillary–tubular neoplasm.

Objective: Misoprostol is a synthetic prostaglandin that is related structurally to naturally occurring prostaglandin (PG), and it has been acknowledged as an effective inhibitor of gastric acid secretion when administered intravenously. Methods: In the present study, the novel application of 1,8-Diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene, a cyclic unsaturated amine [DBU] for the conversion of A-type Misoprostol (A-MP) to B-type Misoprostol (B-MP) via intramolecular isomerization. Results: The chemical structures of A-MP and B-MP were confirmed using spectral analyses of 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and Mass spectroscopy. Conclusion: The chemical structures of A-MP and B-MP were confirmed using spectral analyses of 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and Mass spectroscopy.

Birds are a diverse class of warm-blooded creatures, with around 10,000 living species presenting a range of characteristics and appearances. Although though individuals frequently enjoy viewing birds, accurate bird species identification requires an understanding of the field of ornithology. To address this issue, we offer a CNN-based automated model that can distinguish between several bird species using a test dataset. Our model was trained using a dataset of 7,637 pictures representing 20 distinct bird species, of which 1,853 were selected for testing. The deep neural network's design was developed to analyse the images and draw out traits for categorization. We tested a variety of hyperparameters and techniques, such data augmentation, to improve performance. According to our findings, the suggested model evaluated on the dataset had a promising accuracy of 98%. Our study also emphasises the value of utilising technology to safeguard and maintain endangered bird populations as well as the promise of convolutional neural networks for bird species identification. In summary, the suggested methodology can help with bird population identification and tracking, which will ultimately help with their preservation and protection. The model's accuracy may be increased, and its application can be broadened to cover other bird species

Face morphing attacks are a growing concern in the digital world, with the potential to compromise personal privacy and security. In this project, we investigate the application of deep learning methods for both generating and detecting face morphing attacks. For the generation of morphed, we use a combination of convolutional neural networks and auto encoders to learn the underlying facial features and generate realistic-looking images. On the detection side, we develop a framework based on facial feature consistency analysis to differentiate distorted images from real ones. The proposed framework achieves high accuracy in detecting face morphing attacks, even in cases where the morphed images are visually similar to the genuine ones. This project highlights the potential of deep-learning based approaches for addressing the problem of face morphing attacks and provides insights for further research and development in this area

Human body fluids such as blood and saliva are the most common sources of biological trace material found at a crime scene. Over the last decade or so there has been a growing interest in saliva and its use as a tool in forensic odontology as an alternative to blood or urine. The added advantage of its noninvasive method of collection even by individuals with limited training, makes saliva a popular fluid for forensic analysis. Saliva is mainly looked for in cases of drug abuse, sexual assault, and in cases involving animal or human bites. This oral fluid has an immense role in linking of suspects or victims to a crime scene, as well as in establishing the identity of unknown individuals. This review details about the various application of saliva in the field of forensic odontology such as age, gender and blood group determination, drug, cigarette consumption detection to the storage of saliva samples for future references.

Onion (Allium cepa L.) weed interference lowers bulb yield and financial return for onion growers who pay for labour. During the Rabi seasons of 2011–12 and 2012–13, a field experiment was worked out at the Horticultural College and Research Institute, Dr.Y.S.R Horticultural University, Venkataramanagudem, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District, A.P to examine the effects of pre and post emergence herbicides on the economics of onion cv.N–53. Ten pre- and post-emergence herbicide treatments (Pendimethalin, Oxyflourfen, Imazethapyr, and Quizalofopethyle) and their combinations, reproduced in a random block design, made up the experiment. Significantly, T9 (weed free-hand weeding at 30, 60, and 90 DAT) outperformed the other treatments in terms of gross and net returns, which was followed by T8 (Oxyfluorfen 0.125 kg a.i as PE + Quizalofopethyl @ 75g a.i per hectareas POE) and T6 (Pendimethalin 0.75 kg a.i as PE + Quizalofop ethyl @ 75 a.iper hectare). When compared to T6 (Pendimethalin @ 0.75 kg a.iper hectare as PE + Quizalofop ethyl @ 75 g a.iper hectare as POE), T8 (Oxyfluorfen @ 0.125 kg a.iper hectareas PE + Quizalofop ethyl @ 75 g a.iper hectare as POE) had a considerably greater B:C ratio. Hand weeding made farming more expensive. This suggested that chemical weed treatment was used to obtain the most profit per acre.

A field experiment was conducted during Summer season 2022 at Crop Research Farm, Department of Agronomy, Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology And Sciences Prayagraj (U.P) to determine the “Influence of biofertilizers and organic liquid nutrients on growth, yield and economics of maize (Zea mays L.). The results showed that treatment 8 [Azotobacter (12.5 g/kg) + Azospirillum (12.5 g/kg) + Panchagavya (4%) recorded significantly higher plant height (172.43 cm), higher plant dry weight (135.93 g), maximum number of cobs/plant (1.53), maximum rows/cob (16.00), maximum seeds/row (26.76), higher seed index (24.83 g), higher seed yield (6.33 t/ha), higher stover yield (19.80 t/ha), maximum gross returns (144,420.60 INR/ha), maximum net returns (102,245.60 INR/ha) and highest benefit cost ratio (2.42) was also recorded in treatment 8 [ Azotobacter (12.5 g/kg) + Azospirillum (12.5 g/kg) + Panchagavya (4%)] as compared to other treatments.

The EGFR and TGFβ signaling pathways are important mediators of tumorigenesis, and cross-talk between them contributes to cancer progression and drug resistance. Therapies capable of simultaneously targeting EGFR and TGFβ could help improve patient outcomes across various cancer types. Here, we developed BCA101, an anti-EGFR IgG1 mAb linked to an extracellular domain of human TGFβRII. The TGFβ “trap” fused to the light chain in BCA101 did not sterically interfere with its ability to bind EGFR, inhibit cell proliferation, or mediate antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity. Functional neutralization of TGFβ by BCA101 was demonstrated by several in vitro assays. BCA101 increased production of proinflammatory cytokines and key markers associated with T-cell and natural killer–cell activation, while suppressing VEGF secretion. In addition, BCA101 inhibited differentiation of naïve CD4+ T cells to inducible regulatory T cells (iTreg) more strongly than the anti-EGFR antibody cetuximab. BCA101 localized to tumor tissues in xenograft mouse models with comparable kinetics to cetuximab, both having better tumor tissue retention over TGFβ “trap.” TGFβ in tumors was neutralized by approximately 90% in animals dosed with 10 mg/kg of BCA101 compared with 54% in animals dosed with equimolar TGFβRII-Fc. In patient-derived xenograft mouse models of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, BCA101 showed durable response after dose cessation. The combination of BCA101 and anti-PD1 antibody improved tumor inhibition in both B16-hEGFR–expressing syngeneic mouse models and in humanized HuNOG-EXL mice bearing human PC-3 xenografts. Together, these results support the clinical development of BCA101 as a monotherapy and in combination with immune checkpoint therapy. Significance: The bifunctional mAb fusion design of BCA101 targets it to the tumor microenvironment where it inhibits EGFR and neutralizes TGFβ to induce immune activation and to suppress tumor growth.

Objectives: To assess shape and size of Sella turcica on lateral cephalographs, and to find association of age and gender with shape and size of sella turcica. Methods: Lateral cephalographs of 434 healthy subjects (254 females and 180 males) in the age group of 8-30 years were included in the study. Linear dimensions of sella turcica (length, depth, diameter) were measured and different shapes of sella (Normal, oblique anterior wall, bridging, double contour of floor, irregular dorsum, pyramidal) were analyzed. Student’s t-test to calculate mean differences in linear dimensions with age and gender. Frequency distribution of shape analyzed through chi-square test. Inter and intra observer variability assessed through paired t- test. Results: Normal shape of sella turcica was most common shape (52.5%). Linear dimensions were increased with age (p>0.05) and except for diameter, length and depth were greater in males compared to females (p>0.05). When intra and inter observer variability was assessed, high significant values obtained with respect to depth (p=0.000). Conclusion: This study concluded that regardless of age and gender, normal shape of sella turcica (52.5%) was most common shape followed by sella turcica bridging (21.9%). Mean linear dimensions of sella turcica increased with age. Length and depth dimensions were larger in males comparative to females. This study provides baseline data for further research and clinical practice in fields of forensic medicine and epidemiology.

The small heat shock protein (sHsp) family is a group of proteins in which some are induced in response to external stimuli, such as environmental and pathological stresses, while others are constitutively expressed. They show chaperone-like activity, protect cells from apoptosis, and maintain cytoskeletal architecture. Short sequences or fragments ranging from approximately 19-20 residues in sHsps were shown to display chaperone activity in vitro. These sequences are termed sHsp-derived mini-peptides/mini-chaperones. These peptides offer an advantage in providing protective and therapeutic effects over full-length proteins owing to their small molecular weight and easy uptake into the cells. Research on sHsp mini-chaperone therapy has recently received attention and advanced tremendously. sHsp mini-chaperones have shown a wide range of therapeutic effects, such as anti-aggregation of proteins, anti-apoptotic, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, senolytic, and anti-platelet activity. The administration of mini-chaperones into the several disease animal models, including experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis, cataract, age-related macular degeneration, glaucoma, and thrombosis through various routes reduced symptoms or prevented the progression of the disease. However, it was found that the therapeutic potential of sHsp mini-chaperones is limited by their short turnover and enzymatic degradation in circulation. Nonetheless, carrier molecules approach such as nanoparticles, cell penetration peptides, and extracellular vesicles increased their efficacy by enhancing the uptake, retention time, protection from enzymatic degradation, and site-specific delivery without altering their biological activity. In this context, this review highlights the recent advances in the therapeutic potential of sHsp-derived mini-chaperones, their effect in experimental animal models, and approaches for increasing their efficacy.

Background: Pyrimidine and 1,2,4-triazole heterocycles have been linked to a variety of biological and pharmacological properties such as effective bactericides, fungicides, vermicides, insecticides, anticancer and antiviral agents. Accordingly, the synthetic derivatives and analogs of these molecules have attracted attention as potential pharmacological agents. Objective: A novel set of heterocyclic derivatives comprising 1,2,4-triazole, pyrimidine moieties was developed, synthesized, and assessed for their antimicrobial activity. Methods: In this study, we performed ligand-based pharmacophore modeling as a promising design strategy for the design of substituted triazolyl-pyrimidine derivatives as antitubercular agents. The designed compounds were synthesized and characterized by proton, carbon nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, infrared, and mass spectroscopy. Synthesized compounds were screened for anti-TB activity using the agar micro dilution method against M. tuberculosis H37Rv strain. Results: Our results revealed that the target 1,2,4-triazoles 7d, 7e, 7c have potent potency against Gram- (+ve) bacteria S. epidermidis (MICs: 1.7, 3.7, 16.4 μg/mL), whereas final pyrimidines 7c, 7e, 7f, have the strongest antibacterial activity against Gram-(-ve) strain P. aeruginosa (MICs: 3.5, 6.4, 8.4 μg/mL). Among all tested compounds, 7a, 7e, and 7h revealed an outstanding antitubercular activity against M. tuberculosis H37RV strain with MICs of 3.24, 8.93, and 4.70 μg/mL, respectively. The most active ligand 7b reveals highest hydrophobic binding modes with ThrA:127 [2.194 A°], LysA:103 [3.103, 2.164 A°], GlyA:102 [1.713 A°], ArgA:238 [1.713 A°], ValA:101 [2.113 A°] (hydrogen bondings), AspA:129, GluA:201 [Pi-anion], AlaA:246, LeuA:180 [Pi-alkyl] and HisA:179 [3.104 A°] [Pi-Pi], respectively. Conclusion: In this communication, our aim has been verified by the synthesis of 3-methoxy-10,12- dimethyl-8-phenyl-6,7,8,12-tetrahydrobenzo[2,3]oxepino[4,5-d][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a] pyrimidine derivatives 7 in which 1,2,4-triazole and pyrimidine moieties with benzoxepine in a single molecular framework were found. After all the above findings, it can be concluded that these molecules become lead molecules for further synthetic and biological evaluation.

Prins reaction is a very useful and important reaction in the field of synthetic organic chemistry. Prins cyclization is one of the greatest significant synthetic approaches in the total synthesis of various natural compounds especially pyran and furan units. The addition of aldehydes to olefinic compounds utilizing acid catalyst has become important for the industry. : Aldehydes and alkenes to give different products depending on the reaction conditions, yield an acidcatalyzed reaction. Formation of Carbon-Carbon bonds is useful to produce 1,3-diol, 1,3-dioxane, β- halohydrin and allylic alcohols and tetrahydropyrans by using this methodology. Now coming to the point of tandem Prins cyclization, this method is very useful for the synthesis of fused compounds and also for the construction of spirocyclic compounds such as tetrahydropyrans or furans. The present brief review mainly deals with the development of the synthesis of oxygen-containing heterocyclic compounds by using prins/tandem prins cyclization. This current review is focused mainly on tandem prins cyclization’s reactions for the particular recent applications and what methods are used for the construction of the oxygen contained heterocyclic compounds.

Background: Green syntheses of silver nanoparticles using plant extracts have potential anti- cancer, antimicrobial, and antioxidant properties, among other aspects. The aim of the present study was to synthesize silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using Vernonia cinerea plant extract. Methods: The AgNPs were successfully prepared and characterized using UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, particle size, Zeta potential, Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Energy-dispersive x-ray analysis (EDAX), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometry. The in vitro cytotoxicity study was performed using neuroblastoma SHSY-5Y cell lines. Moreover, antimicrobial and antioxidant activity studies were also performed for AgNPs. Results: The size of AgNPs determined through the dynamic light scattering (DLS) technique was 49.5 nm and the zeta potential was -36.8 mV. The synthesized AgNPs were checked using UV-Visible spectroscopy at ƛmax 439 nm. The color was changed from green to dark brown, indicating the formation of AgNPs. The TEM study revealed that the nanoparticles were spherical in shape. The XRD pattern of AgNPs produced in this experiment was apparently crystalline. The results of FTIR study revealed that the majority of the obtained peaks correspond to the polyphenols, triterpenoids, and alkaloids which were abundant in the corresponding to the V. cinerea leaf extract and support to the formation of AgNPs. The cytotoxicity effect of the V. cinerea plant extract and biosynthesized AgNPs was found to be dosedependent. From the results of antimicrobial studies, it was reported that the gram negative bacteria were found to be more susceptible compared to the gram positive bacteria. Moreover, the results of antioxidant study revealed that the AgNPs showed good antioxidant activity (77.21%) in comparison to the V. cinerea plant extract (56.13%). Conclusion: Based on the results, it could be concluded that the green synthesized silver nanoparticles showed promising anticancer, antioxidant, and anti-bacterial activities as compared to the plain V. cineria plant extract.

Abstract: A convenient, efficient method for synthesising indole-3-substituted-2-benzimidazoles and benzothiazoles was carried out using N-arylation followed by condensation-oxidation protocol. Narylation of 1H-indole-3-carbaldehyde was carried out via CuI/DMED to yield 1-(3-((tertbutylsulfonyl) methyl)phenyl)-1H-indole-3-carbaldehyde. Condensation using various o-phenylenediamines in the presence of CAN/DMF as oxidant furnished the desired 2-(1-(3-((tert-butylsulfonyl) methyl)phenyl)-1H-indol-3-yl)-1H-benzo[d]imidazole. In addition to simple o-phenylenediamines, 1,2-arylenediamines substituted with withdrawing and donating groups, heterocyclic-2,3-phenylene diamines are well tolerated and give good yields of up to 74% yield. As simple reaction between ophenylenediamines and 1H-substituted indole-3-carboxyaldehyde give indole-3-substituted-2- benzimidazoles with moderate to good yields. These novel indole-derived benzimidazoles and benzothiazoles have shown their efficacy as anti-cancer agents with various cancer K-562, MDA-MB231, colon-205 cell lines.

To describe a case of acute-onset neovascular glaucoma (NVG) after a neodymium:yttrium-aluminium-garnet (Nd:YAG) capsulotomy in a diabetic vitrectomized eye of a patient with severe systemic and ocular comorbidities. A man in his 50s underwent a Nd:YAG capsulotomy for visually significant posterior capsular opacification with a previous history of vitrectomy with silicone oil in situ for diabetic retinopathy. He had systemic and ocular comorbidities implicating an advanced ischaemic status, both systemically and locally. Five days post Nd:YAG capsulotomy, extensive neovascularisation of the iris and angles was noted. Despite maximum antiglaucoma medication, an evisceration ensued due to intractable NVG. This case report highlights the importance of irreversible complications after a seemingly simple capsulotomy in eyes with advanced ocular conditions and systemic comorbidities necessitating extreme caution.

A woman in her 70s who was being followed up for neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD) in both eyes for 2 years with recalcitrant choroidal neovascularisation (CNV) and had an episode of acute endophthalmitis in one eye was identified. After treatment of postinjection culture-negative right eye (RE) endophthalmitis with intravitreal vancomycin and tazobactam, the patient had complete regression of treatment-resistant CNV in RE to date with postinfection follow-up of 2 years. In contrast, the fellow eye continued showing activity in the choroidal neovascular membrane that required antivascular endothelial growth factor injections on a pro re nata basis to date. Prolonged regression of nAMD for 3 years in the affected eye and continued activity in the fellow eye support the hypothesis that inflammation accompanying endophthalmitis or the drugs used for the treatment can have a role in the regression of nAMD.

Lamins interact with a host of nuclear membrane proteins, transcription factors, chromatin regulators, signaling molecules, splicing factors, and even chromatin itself to form a nuclear subcompartment, the nuclear lamina, that is involved in a variety of cellular processes such as the governance of nuclear integrity, nuclear positioning, mitosis, DNA repair, DNA replication, splicing, signaling, mechanotransduction and -sensation, transcriptional regulation, and genome organization. Lamins are the primary scaffold for this nuclear subcompartment, but interactions with lamin-associated peptides in the inner nuclear membrane are self-reinforcing and mutually required. Lamins also interact, directly and indirectly, with peripheral heterochromatin domains called lamina-associated domains (LADs) and help to regulate dynamic 3D genome organization and expression of developmentally regulated genes.

Our proposal is a vehicle that can follow a straight path. It can follow a line until it reaches the end of the line and then pause until the return instruction is issued. This can be used to convey items from a car to a destination (at the end of the line) within a house or small work space. Another advantage of the project is that it can be controlled via Bluetooth. A car is a differential wheeled vehicle, which is a mobile vehicle with two independently powered wheels on either side of the vehicle body. To operate the automobile through bluetooth, a mobile application for the joystick was downloaded. We may choose whether the car should act as a line follower or Bluetooth via the application

The most commonly used fine aggregate across world is river sand. River sand is expensive due to excessive cost of transportation from natural sources. The use of sand in construction activities results in the excessive mining. Due to excessive mining natural resources are getting exhausted results in increase in scour depth and sometimes flood possibility. Thus becoming inevitable to use alternative material in concrete. Also large scale depletion of the source creates environmental problems as environmental transportation and other constraints make the availability and use of river sand less attractive. A substitute or replacement product for concrete industry needs to be found. Granite is an igneous rock which is widely used as construction material in different forms. Granite industries produce lot of dust and waste materials. The wastes from the granite polishing units are being disposed to environment which causes health hazards. Granite fines are used as a filler material in the concrete, replacing the fine aggregate which will help in filling up the pores in the concrete. Filling up of the pores by granite fines to increase the strength of the concrete and also a material which is abundantly to investigate the strength behaviour of concrete with use of granite fines as an additive .In this project an attempt is made experimentally to investigate the Strength and durability behaviour of ordinary and high strength concrete with the use of granite fines as an additive. Concrete is prepared with granite fines as a replacement of fine aggregate in 6 different proportions namely 0%,10%,20%,30%,40%and 50%.To improve the workability of concrete 1% superplasticizer added to ordinary strength concrete. The test results indicate that granite as replacement for fine aggregate with has beneficial effect on the mechanical durability properties such as compressive strength, split tensile strength.

These days, an ever-increasing number of professions require long time focus. Drivers should watch out for the street, so they can respond to abrupt occasions right away. Due to driving for a long time or intoxication, drivers might feel sleepy, which is the biggest distraction for them while driving. This distraction might cost the death of the driver and other passengers in the vehicle, and at the same time, it also causes the death of people in the other vehicles and pedestrians too. To prevent such accidents, we propose a system that helps to alert the driver if he/she feels drowsy. To accomplish this, we implement the solution using a computer-vision-based machine learning model. The driver’s face is detected by a face recognition algorithm continuously using a camera, and the face of the driver is captured. The face of the driver is given as input to a classification algorithm which is trained with a data set of images of drowsy and non-drowsy faces. The algorithm uses landmark detection to classify the face as drowsy or not drowsy. If the driver’s face is drowsy, a voice alert is generated by the system. This alert can make the driver aware that he/she is feeling drowsy, and the necessary actions can then be taken by the driver. This system can be used in any vehicle on the road to ensure the safety of the people who are traveling and prevent accidents that are caused due to the drowsiness of the driver

Blend polymer electrolytes have been produced with the use of poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF)and Poly (vinylpyrrolidone) (PVP) mixed with NaClO4 by the method of solution cast technique. Characteristics of the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron microscopy are studied to authorize the complexation of sodium perchlorate salt with blend systems. AC and DC conductivity studies are carried out for all blend systems by changing PVP wt%, and PVDF wt% at fixed 4 weight percentage of NaClO4. Impedance spectroscopy has been used to examine the nonconducting (Dielectric) properties, and electric modulus (M*) from 10Hz to 30 MHz between 298 K and 343 K for all the systems. The maximum ionic conductivity is noticed for PVDF: PVP-NaClO4 (20:80-4) system at room temperature, that could be due to decrease in the crystalline nature and enlargement of amorphous region. The variation of ionic conductivity of the blend polymer electrolyte systems with temperature followed Arrhenius behaviour and the maximum ionic conductivity 4.332x10-5 S cm-1 was observed for PP-4 System at room temperature.

The list of all the goods available for sharing is accessible to all other users of this programme. After that, the users contact each other to pick up the item. The chat and payment modules also make it possible for customers to send messages to one another and accept payments through a secure channel. With the help of the suggested approach, a community is created that promotes lowering product waste and enhancing resource use

The advanced footstep power generation system using RFID for charging is a sustainable and innovative system designed to generate electricity from the footsteps of individuals using RFID technology. This system consists of a footstep power generator, an RFID reader, and a charging unit. The footstep power generator converts kinetic energy from footsteps into electrical energy, which is then stored in a battery. The RFID reader identifies the individual and sends a signal to the charging unit to provide power to the individual's electronic device.This system can be implemented in public places such as airports, shopping malls, and parks to provide a convenient and sustainable source of energy for charging electronic devices. The use of RFID technology ensures that only authorized individuals can access the charging unit, and it prevents unauthorized access.

Recently the intensity and magnitude of air pollutant concentration has grown up rapidly in the troposphere. The air pollution is primarily associated with automobiles and industrial sources Hyderabad, capital of Telangana, is a center of southern part of India for both industrial and commercial activity. It is one of the most populous urban areas with approximately 6.8 million inhabitants and over 73,000 small, medium and major industrial establishments sharing the greater city.Air pollution in India is monitored by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) together with the State Pollution Control Boards (SPCBs) and the National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI) in Nagpur. The National Air Quality Monitoring Programme (NAMP) was started in 1984 with 7 sensor stations, 248 towns and cities have the air quality network of 591 Air Quality Monitoring Stations upto 2015, it is reported that in India 2022 added 180 manual air quality monitoring stations, increasing their number to 883 to achieve the target of 1,500 by 2024. For our study due to practical difficulties to collect, analysis the air quality, pollutants data has been collected from CPCB.The dataset contains City, Date, PM2.5, PM10, NO, NO2, NOx, NH3, CO, SO2, O3, Benzene, Toulene, Xylene, Air Quality Index (AQI). Hyderabad was divided into 6 zones, air quality monitoring sensors is located at 14 places in and around six zones. For our study we selected 2 stations Newmalakpet and Sanathnagar based on heavy traffic area to analyse the maximum concentration of pollutants such as PM2.5, PM10, NO2, NO3, SO2, CO, for the period of three months ( Dec 2022,Jan, Feb 2023).It was observed at site 1 to site 52PM2.5,range 120 to 249 µg/m3 is very poor as per AQI, PM10 range 101.2 to 171 µg/m3 is moderately polluted as per AQI, NO2 range 7.46 to 32.9 µg/m3 is good as per AQI, NH3 range3.06 to 5.44 is good as per AQI, SO2 is 12.97 to 8.53 µg/m3 is good ,CO 61.83 to 71.9 is severe as per AQI, continuous air quality monitoring is necessary to protect environment and human health

For our study we selected 5 stations based heavy traffic area to analyse the maximum concentration of pollutants such as PM2.5, PM10, NO2, NO3, SO2, CO, for the period of three months ( Dec 2022,Jan, Feb 2023).It was observed at site 1 to site 3 PM2.5,range 183.7 – 163.26µg/m3 is very poor as per AQI, PM10 range 151.11 to 137.76 µg/m3 is moderately polluted as per AQI, NO2 range 61.03 to 76.4 µg/m3 is satisfied as per AQI, NO3 range 1.196 to 7.96 is good, SO2 is 6.34 to 55.83 µg/m3 is satisfied ,CO 70.35 to 71.97 is severe as per AQI, continuous air quality monitoring is necessary to protect environment and human health

Aim: To assess prevalence and morphometrics of lingual foramen and lingual canals using Cone Beam Computerised Tomography (CBCT). Materials and Methods: This was a retrospective observational study, in which 144 CBCT scans were obtained from the archives of Department of Oral radiology, Vishnu dental college, Bhimavaram. Parameters such as number, location, length of the lingual canal, travel path of the lingual canals, distance from the lingual foramen to inferior border, in cases where extra foramen is present an additional criteria involving measurement of the distance between both the foramen was also evaluated. Statistical analysis was done using chi-square test and results were formulated. Results: Lingual foramen was a common observation in all of the examined CBCT scans and 21% of scans showed two lingual foramen. The average distance from the Inferior Lingual Foramen (ILF) to Inferior Border (IB) was 3.3 ± 1.0 mm. The mean length of the Superior Lingual Canal (SLC) was 4.2 ± 1.3mm and the mean length of the ILC (Inferior lingual canal) was 4.2 ± 1.2mm. The majority of the inferior lingual foramen (76%) were inclined and only 0.1% of foramen were vertical. Conclusion: Variations in the prevalence of the lingual foramen are observed due to variations in the ethnicity, geographic location. Detailed evaluation of these anatomic structures using CBCT help in prevention of the complications and will improve the treatment outcome.
