The paper presents the results of studies of the effect of the concentration of binder components on the properties of cement alkaline stone. Formulations of clinker-free binders of alkaline activation with the level of filling the system of 20 and 40% have been developed, the properties of the cement paste of the binding binder "aspiration dust - mineral powder - liquid glass" have been studied, the dynamics of a set of strength indicators has been studied, both for bending and compressive forces. The received results allow to estimate uniqueness of properties of a binding binder "a mineral powder - Na2SiO3" and to create new materials on resource saving and energy saving technology. The results presented in this article were obtained within the framework of studies on the implementation of scientific project No. 05. 607.21.0320. "Development of technology for new building composites based on clinkerless cement of alkaline activation using substandard natural and secondary raw materials" supported by the Federal Target Program "Research and Development in Priority Areas of Development of the Scientific and Technological Complex of Russia for 2014-2020". Objectives. Secondary raw materials comprise a valuable means of offsetting previously realised investment and energy costs; moreover, due to not requiring funds for quarrying and processing of raw materials, their use is typically more cost-effective than the development of primary natural resources. The development of new efficient composites based on secondary resources for high-rise construction is a relevant issue.Methods. The production of high-strength concrete is based on modern technological methods that improve the technical and physical-mechanical properties in the integrated use of technogenic raw materials and effective chemical additives.Results. In this paper, prospects for the use of technogenic raw materials generated by the CHP plant of the city of Grozny in combination with rock crushing waste are described. The natural and technogenic raw material base of the Chechen Republic has been studied and the formulations of ash cements and compositions of high-strength concrete V60 classes for compressive strength with complex use of natural and technogenic raw materials for introduction into the construction of high-rise complexes were obtained.Conclusion. The use of fly ash and Polyplast superplasticiser has a favourable effect on formation processes of the structure and porous space of cement stone with an optimal additive proportion of 1.6%. The complex use of secondary resources made it possible to obtain a waterproof and high-strength composite having significantly better physical and mechanical properties than traditional concrete. The developed formulations of ash binders and concretes based on fine-dispersed ash microspheres and enriched artificial aggregates promoted recycling of secondary raw materials and improvement of the ecological situation in the region.

The anthropogenic load on the natural resource potential of the planet is growing rapidly. Therefore, special attention is paid to the development of less costly and low energy-consuming technologies for obtaining new building materials. Those materials do not require high-temperature and expensive technological processing, and this will allow the use of local secondary and substandard raw materials. The development of formulations for linker-free binders of alkaline activation based on fine powders of aluminosilicate nature will make it possible to obtain new effective building composites. The work reveals issues related to the theoretical foundations of the structure formation and strength of cement stone based on an alkaline activator. The research results, in our opinion, have a practical importance for the construction industry, since the proposed formulations of clinker-free cements can replace expensive and energy-intensive Portland cement, allowing creating strong and durable concrete and reinforced concrete structures. The construction industry, in the global trends, determines the level of economy development and production capacity increase in the country. The article reveals the modern approaches to the evaluation of the production of innovative construction products. Professor M.D. Kargopolov’s universal matrix formula is proposed, allowing to identify the efficiency of production of both the finished construction products, and the effectiveness of the use of intermediate production components, including the transport component of micro- and macro-logistics produced by different economic entities. This approach is especially useful for assessing the efficiency of production in an innovation cluster that is located in a macro-region with different production conditions that affect the cost indices of products produced under market conditions.

The presented paper is dedicated to the topical issue of utilization of screenings waste crushed concrete, which is produced as a result of crushing of waste materials, formed during dismantling buildings and facilities, and a production of fine aggregate concrete on its basis. The paper presented analysis of economic situation in the region and results of the study of screened waste materials in order to increase efficiency of an application of that product as fine aggregate and fine-ground active filler for a production of fine aggregate concretes. Particle size distribution, mineral and chemical composition of waste crushed concrete were studied, as well as features of their structure, taking into account heterogeneity of crushed material. Transitional zone of secondary aggregate and cement matrix was studied and it was proved, that the strength of adhesion with cement matrix of grains of that kind of secondary material, produced from screenings of waste crushed concrete, is significantly higher, than strength of the grain itself, which is indicative of an active influence of that aggregate on a formation of both characteristics of structure of cement matrix and dense transitional zone between them. Optimal composition of multicomponent binders, comprising fine-ground filler, produced from screenings of waste crushed concrete, is designed. Compositions and properties of cement matrix based on the designed binders are studied. Compositions of concretes, based on multicomponent binders with anthropogenic filler, are obtained and their strength and strain properties are studied.
