In patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS), the predicted short-term result of ischemic modified albumin (IMA) is still not recognised now. The above have been searched in PubMed, Embase, Medline, Cochrane Library databases, and Wanfang databases from the beginning to June 2020. The study explored that patients with positive of IMA had differences in short-term results compared to negative of IMA. Odds ratios for each study was compiled and conducted for heterogeneity assessment, quality review, publication bias. A total of 684 patients (405 positive patients; 279 negative patients) were included in four studies. Comprehensive analysis found that compared with the negative of IMA in patients with ACS, the positive of IMA in patients with ACS had a high incidence of major cardiovascular adverse events (MACE) (HR 1.85; p=0.03), but there was no significant difference in the occurrence of cardiac death (HR 4.40; p = 0.16). It was concluded that the positive of IMA in patients with ACS is associated with an increased incidence of MACE, but there was no statistically significant difference in incidence of cardiac death. Due to the limited data coming from different research groups in different countries, the diagnostic criteria for the IMA cut-off may be different. Future large randomised controlled trials will be certainly needed to confirm these findings. Key Words: Acute coronary syndrome, Ischemia-modified albumin, Meta-analysis, MACE, Cardiac death.

Objective: To assess the long-term clinical effects of Culotte and different Crush techniques in the treatment of unprotected left main bifurcation coronary lesions to determine the best percutaneous coronary intervention strategy. The mechanism of the longitudinal difference of ionospheric electron density is in general attributed to the thermospheric wind effect modulated by the local geomagnetic declination. Although this mechanism is tested in many case studies, there are other possible factors such as solar activity and so on which still need further investigations. In this paper, TEC data from two Chinese GPS stations located at almost same geographic latitudes but with a wide longitude span (~38°) are used to study the morphological features of longitudinal differences under various geophysical conditions. A parameter Rew is defined as a normalized measure of the TEC difference between the two stations. Global navigation satellite system (GNSS) receivers at two stations, CHAN (43.83°N, 125.27°E) and URUM (43.70°N, 87.60°E) in China, are used to retrieve the total electron content (TEC) from 2001 to 2012, and detect medium-scale traveling ionospheric disturbances (MSTIDs) above the two stations. At either station, MSTIDs occurrence is found to depend on season and solar cycle, that is, lower during equinoctial seasons and low solar activity, in accordance with the general morphological features of mid-latitude spread F (MSF). More interestingly, a significant longitudinal difference exists between the two stations that, both MSTIDs and MSF are more prevalent at CHAN than at URUM over the 12 years. These results imply a strong connection between MSTIDs and MSF, and provide new observational evidences that gravity waves (GWs), manifested in MSTIDs here, might play an important role in triggering MSF in the overhead ionosphere. Since GWs at mid-latitude mostly originate in the lower atmosphere, we infer that the atmospheric background at CHAN is more favorable for generating GWs. This is probably true considering very different surface meteorological conditions for the two stations over such a large longitudinal span (∼38°). CHAN station is near the coast of western Pacific Ocean and URUM station is in the very center of the Europe–Asia continent, and they are in different climate zones. We therefore suggest that the surface meteorological condition is one of the significant factors to be considered in explaining and modeling MSF formation and variations.

BackgroundHeart-fatty acid binding protein (HFABP) has been recognized as a highly heart-specific marker. However, it is currently unknown that its HFABP is also closely related to the severity of COVID-19.MethodsWe retrospectively screened 46 patients who met our inclusion criteria within 4 weeks. They were tested for HFABP after the diagnosis of COVID-19, and monitored for HFABP during their hospital stay. We tracked the patients during their hospital stay to determine if they had severe COVID-19 or mild-to-severe transition features. We calculated the chi-square test values found for HFABP to predict the correlation between HFABP levels and the severity of the COVID-19.ResultsOf these 46 cases, 16 cases with confirmed COVID-19 were tested for HFABP> 7 ng / mL upon admission; among them, 14 cases were diagnosed with severe COVID-19 within the hospitalization. The Odds ratio of the measured HFABP elevation was 6.81(95% confidence interval [CI] 5.23-8.40), and 3 patients with severe COVID-19 progressed in 5 patients with mild HFABP> 7 ng/mL.ConclusionThese data indicate that the elevation of HFABP is closely related to the severity of COVID-19 in the patients, and the elevated HFABP may cause rapid development of patients with mild COVID-19 into severe COVID-19. But serum HFABP negative maybe make patients with mild COVID-19 safer, the current data show no effect on the all-cause mortality.Trial registrationOur study has been registered with the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry, the registration number: ChiCTR2000029829.

In this paper, a regional total electron content (TEC) mapping technique over China and adjacent areas (70 degrees E-140 degrees E and 15 degrees N-55 degrees N) is developed on the basis of a Kalman filter data assimilation scheme driven by Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) data from the Crustal Movement Observation Network of China and International GNSS Service. The regional TEC maps can be generated accordingly with the spatial and temporal resolution being 1 degrees x1 degrees and 5min, respectively. The accuracy and quality of the TEC mapping technique have been validated through the comparison with GNSS observations, the International Reference Ionosphere model values, the global ionosphere maps from Center for Orbit Determination of Europe, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Automated Processing of GPS TEC data from Madrigal database. The verification results indicate that great systematic improvements can be obtained when data are assimilated into the background model, which demonstrates the effectiveness of this technique in providing accurate regional specification of the ionospheric TEC over China and adjacent areas.

Ionospheric disturbances are the main causes of space weather events, which seriously influence accurate navigation, telecommunication, and so on. It is a fundamental issue to detect and analyze the disturbance processes of the ionosphere. Theoretically, the understanding of the mechanisms of most ionospheric disturbances depends on observational results. With the development of space observation techniques and related equipments, various efforts have been made to analyze the long-term statistical variations as well as sudden disturbances of ionospheric observation results. We briefly report some research progresses of ionospheric disturbances achieved in recent years, with regard to ground-based and satellites observations. The purpose is to provide a reference about the latest research progresses and improve the development of the future ionospheric disturbances observations and related researches.

According to the result of dynamic analysis about tool turret's key component-tool turret base, we verify if the turret design is reasonable, using SolidWorks to establish the turret base, then importing it into COSMOSWorks, we select the direct sparse solver for modal analysis. We have got 5 kinds of natural frequencies and mode shapes; the result can guide the design of further optimization and avoid the resonance zone effectively, and ensure the accuracy of tool turret. According to the result of modal analysis, COSMOSWorks is indispensable to dynamic simulation and structural optimization of tool turret base, and makes a good starting to the next research.
