Pengenalan lintas budaya merupakan suatu hal yang harus dilakukan oleh seorang mahasiswa dan dosen kepada masyarakat Indonesia yang telah lama tinggal di Malaysia. Perbedaan kebudayaan meskipun masih dalam satu rumpun Melayu tetap memiliki perbedaan baik dalam kesantunan berbahasa, tradisi yang dilakukan, serta tingkah laku sehari-harinya. Kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu bentuk dari implementasi kegiatan kuliah kerja nyata yang dilakukan di Malaysia. Fokus pelaksanaannya adalah pada sanggar bimbingan non formal yang dibentuk oleh kelompok orang Indonesia yang berada di Malaysia. Sanggar bimbingan ini melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar kepada anak-anak pekerja migran Indonesia yang telah lama menetap di Malaysia dan mayoritas dari mereka merupakan pekerja non dokumen. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini meliputi kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil yang dapat disimpulkan dalam kegiatan ini bahwa perbedaan kebudayaan harus dihargai meskipun berasal dari satu negara tetapi melakukan segala aktivitas di negara yang berbeda. Anak-anak yang berkegiatan di sanggar bimbingan tersebut harus dikenalkan budaya Indonesia meskipun mereka lahir di Malaysia tetapi masih berkewarganegaraan Indonesia.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi lingkungan kerja atau kondisi kerja di masa pasca pandemi covid-19 sebagai aspek yang perlu diperhatikan oleh perguruan tinggi karena mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, prestasi kerja dan kinerja dosen. Untuk merespon hal tersebut maka peneliti melakukan penelitian melalui analisis deskriptif dan regresi linear sederhana. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada dosen ASN Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Makassar dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 64 orang. Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor lingkungan kerja fisik yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja dosen di masa pandemi Covid-19. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, lingkungan kerja non fisik X secara keseluruhan masuk ke dalam kategori Cukup Baik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja non fisik pada Fakultas Ekonomi UNM (FE UNM) telah berjalan baik sesuai dengan yang diharapkan para dosen tetap di FE UNM. Sementara berdasarkan hasil regresi sederhana variabel Faktor Lingkungan Non Fisik (X) terhadap Variabel Kepuasan (Y) Sangat Kuat. pengaruh variabel Faktor Lingkungan Fisik (X) terhadap kepuasan (Y) adalah sebesar 89 %.

Introduction: Endometriosis is the endometrial tissue proliferation outside the uterine space. Anti-angiogenic agents from different groups of substances are currently being discussed as promising therapies for the treatment of endometriosis in the future, one of which is therapy using the phytoestrogen genistein. At the molecular level, genistein's effects on cells include inhibition of proliferation, induction of differentiation, apoptosis, and cell arrest in the cell cycle, which are related to the transforming growth factor. Genistein inhibits cell growth by modulating the signal-transforming growth factor pathway. Methods: We searched PubMed, Scopus, Cochrane Library and Proquest from its inception to December 2022 to collect observational and interventional studies of Genistein consumption in endometriosis mice. Two authors independently screened the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracted data, and assessed the risk of bias. Safety analysis was assessed through TNF-α and IL-6 values of estrogen expression. Results: No significant difference in the values of IL-6 and TNF-α in rats with endometriosis that were given genistein at these three doses. However, if analyzed further, the IL-6 outcome compared to the 0.78mg/day dose most affected the IL-6 value between the two groups, and the TNF-α output compared to the 0.78 mg/day dose most affected the TNF-α value between the two groups. So, a genistein dose of 0.78 mg/day can affect IL-6 and TNF-α in mice with endometriosis. Conclusion: Genistein modulated estrogen expression of TNF-α and IL-6 at all doses, but the best dose for its effect was 0.78 mg/day.

Penelitin ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi alternatif untuk pengembangan obyek wisata Kemit Forest Education untuk meningkatkan daya saing di Kabupaten Cilacap. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan survei, wawancara dan lembar ceklis. Hasil penelitian strategi pengembangan obyek wisata Kemit Forest Education antara lain mengembangkan atraksi wisata dngan memanfaatkan sumber daya alam, membangun dan mengadakan akssibilitas wisata dan meningkatkan kegiatan promosi.

This study aims to analyze the sustainability of Madrasa in the digital era by focusing on two aspects, namely increasing flexibility and dealing with the threat of artificial intelligence. This research was conducted using the library research method, with data collection techniques in the form of systematic literature reviews. The results of the study show that the sustainability of Madrasa in the digital era is very dependent on the ability of Madrasa to increase flexibility and face the threat of artificial intelligence. Increased flexibility is carried out by developing learning programs that can be accessed online and offline, using innovative learning technology, and involving teachers and students in the learning process. Meanwhile, to deal with the threat of artificial intelligence, Madrasa need to improve digital capabilities and prepare teachers and students to face changes in an increasingly complex and dynamic world of work. Entrepreneurship education is considered important in developing entrepreneurial skills and preparing individuals to start their own business. One of the factors that influence an individual's ability to start a business is the family's role in supporting entrepreneurship education. This research aims to discuss the role of family in supporting entrepreneurship education and provide useful information for individuals, families, and educational institutions in improving entrepreneurship education. This research is qualitative in nature. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The study concluded that the family plays a very important role in developing entrepreneurship, especially in providing the support and learning needed for individuals who want to start a business. The role of family also helps strengthen the development of social and managerial skills in entrepreneurship.

The study concluded that in entrepreneurship education, the role of mentors is crucial in helping aspiring entrepreneurs develop the skills and knowledge needed to start and manage a business. Mentors can provide direction, guidance and moral support to young entrepreneurs to help them overcome the challenges and difficulties faced in starting and running a business.

This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method which was conducted at the Anwarul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Lintas Utara Village, Keritang District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study include: data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. As well as checking the validity of the data is to use the triangulation technique. The findings from this study indicate that the cultivation of character values implemented at Anwarul Ulum Islamic Boarding School is through a boarding system, learning, exemplary, and habituation. While the obstacles that arise in the process of cultivating these character values are two, namely obstacles that come from within and obstacles from outside the Islamic Boarding School. The Islamic Boarding School's efforts to overcome internal factor barriers through the provision of sanctions and coaching are carried out by reciting recitation and calling students specifically while external factors are carried out by requiring all students to live in dormitories. Obstacles caused by the lack of awareness of the parents of the students were carried out through activities that were carried out together and through calling the parents of the students.

Stunting adalah masalah kurang gizi kronis pada anak yang disebabkan oleh asupan gizi kurang dalam kurun waktu yang cukup lama. Stunting (pendek) dapat disebabkan karena malnutrisi asupan zat gizi kronis atau penyakit infeksi kronis maupun berulang, dapat dilihat dari nilai z-score (TB/U) kurang dari -2 SD. Dampak dari stunting adalah dapat menganggu pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak dimasa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui faktor - faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian stunting pada anak balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bunyu-Kaltara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan desain penelitian case control. Sampel sebanyak 76 orang dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling.Instrumen yang digunakan kuesioner meliputi data tentang jenis kelamin balita, pendidikan, pemberian ASI, pendapatan keluarga dan sanitasi. Kemudian data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian yakni hubungan faktor pemberian asi dengan dengan kejadian stunting diperoleh p-value sebesar 0,000, hubungan faktor sanitasi dengan dengan kejadian stunting nilai p-value sebesar 0,292, serta tingkat pendapatan keluarga dengan dengan kejadian stunting diperoleh nilai p-value sebesar 0,044. Faktor pendidikan dengan kejadian stunting diperoleh nilai p-value sebesar 0,041. Terdapat hubungan antara faktor pendidikan dan pemberian ASI dengan dengan kejadian stunting pada anak balita Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bunyu-Kaltara. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara faktor sanitasi dan tingkat pendidikan dengan kejadian stunting pada anak balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bunyu-Kaltara.

This study aims to determine the validity of the five-tier diagnostic instrument. Empirical validation tests were carried out to identify the items' difficulty level, the different power of the items, the percentage of distractor effectiveness, and test the validity and reliability of the items. The results show that the five-tier diagnostic test instrument is feasible and valid to use by looking at the test difficulty level, discriminating power, distractor effectiveness, item validity, empirical validity, and reliability test. The difficulty level of the questions is included in the average level of easy difficulty at Tier A and Tier R. In contrast, and the Multiple representatives are included in the medium level of difficulty. The average results at Tier A, Tier R, and Multiple Representative in the differential power test have sufficient differential power.

This study aimed to investigate the effects of social capital, financial access, innovation, socioeconomic status, and market competition on the growth of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in West Java Province. A cross-sectional survey design was employed, and data were collected from 384 SMEs using a structured questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The findings showed that social capital, financial access, innovation, socioeconomic status, and market competition had a significant positive effect on the growth of SMEs in West Java Province. The study contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence on the relationship between these factors and the growth of SMEs.

Citizenship literacy is an essential thing in shaping the character of students. The low literacy of students regarding civic literacy will have a significant impact and cause various national problems. This study aims to determine the actualization of civic literacy in the learning process of citizenship education in schools. Qualitative research methods with a case study approach. Data collection techniques with observational interviews, notes, and documentation as the primary source of information. The research was conducted at SMA N 1 Babatan, Ponorogo, Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the actualization of civic literacy in learning citizenship education is carried out through several learning approaches, including 1) the learning model is applied to support the student's understanding process through citizen project activities. 2) Students are asked to discuss citizenship issues with the problem-solving system, then students are asked to write them down in the form of a resume. 3) democratic practice activities in the form of selecting student council presidents as a means of learning citizenship. 4) literacy program 20 minutes before learning. Before entering class, students read books for one hour, be it learning packages, novels, term papers, etc. 5) giving assignments regarding civic insight. This research contributes to improving the quality of civics learning and providing motivation.

Introduction: Endometriosis is a severe disorder marked by endometrial tissue outside the uterus and linked to infertility, although typically manifesting as discomfort in the form of dysmenorrhea, dyspareunia, and pelvic pain. Dienogest is indicated as a first-line hormone treatment for endometriosis-related discomfort. The aim of this study is to analyze the efficacy of Dienogest on treating pelvic pain and dyspareunia compared to placebo or combined oral contraceptives (COC) in women with endometriosis. Methods: A systematic search is conducted in PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar. The PRISMA 2020 rules were used to screen the articles that were obtained. For the review, studies that examined how using dienogest in improving endometriosis were exposed to were taken into consideration. In a meta-analysis utilizing a random-effects model, odds ratios with their 95% confidence intervals (CI) were provided. Results: Five studies that met the criteria for inclusion were determined to be pertinent to the association between using dienogest in improving endometriosis (n=711). The main source of bank income is from interest, where interest income is obtained because banks extend credit to the public. Thus, credit disbursement becomes very important for banks. However, in credit disbursement, banks must be careful because of the risks faced by banks in extending credit. The research objective was to examine the effect of banking risk and profitability on credit disbursement. Bank risk consists of liquidity risk, which is measured by the loan to deposit ratio (LDR), credit risk, which is measured by non-performing loans (NPL), operational risk, which is measured by operating expenses to operating income (OEIR), and capital, which is measured by capital adequacy. ratio (CAR). While profitability is measured by return on assets (ROA), third party funds (DPK) are measured by the natural log of total third party funds. The population in this study are conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples were taken as many as 26 banks with purposive sampling method. The observation period is 6 years 2016 – 2021 with quarterly data. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that profitability, loan to deposit ratio, capital adequacy ratio and bank efficiency level (OEIR) had a positive effect on lending. Meanwhile, non-performing loans have no effect on credit distribution.

The main contribution to the income of Islamic Rural Banks (IRBs) comes from financing provided where there are two financing schemes consisting of profit-sharing financing (musyarakah and mudharabah) and profit margin financing (murabahah). The main purpose of this study is to analyze the financing scheme that affects the bank's profitability. This study will also analyze the effect of Islamic bank performance on profitability. Financial performance that is thought to have an effect on profitability is the capital adequacy ratio (CAR), financing to deposit ratio (FDR), non-performing financing (NPF), operating expense to operating income ratio (OEIR), third-party funds (TPF) and bank size (SIZE). The population in this study were 165 BPRS in Indonesia with a sample of 100 BPRS. Observation period for 4 years (2018-2021) with quarterly data. This study uses a panel data regression analysis to test the hypothesis. After being tested with Chow-test and Hausman-test, the best model from panel data regression was the fixed effect model. The results of the research showed that profit-sharing financing (PSF) and SIZE have a positive and significant effect on profitability while profit margin financing (PMF), CAR and FDR have no effect on profitability. On the other hand, financial performance which has a significant negative effect is NPF, OEIR and TPF, while CAR and FDR has a significant positive effect.

The goal of this study is to determine how much the level of efficiency the production line at PT. X by using the Moodie young approach. The three components of the method - Line Efficiency, Balance Delay, and Smooth Index - are utilized to assess the degree of balance in the manufacturing line. The findings indicated that there were 5 work stations with 7 work elements in the real production line configuration, with a Line Efficiency of 40.29%, a Balance Delay of 59.70%, and a Smoothness Index of 9578.22. As a consequence of the research utilizing the Moodie Young approach, the new production lines are composed of 3 work stations with 7 work elements and a Line Efficiency result of 67.15%, Balance Delay of 32.84%, and Smoothness Index of 4449.71. Survei karakter merupakan salah satu penilaian yang digunakan sebagai pengganti dari Ujian Nasional pada program merdeka belajar saat ini. Survei karakter pada program merdeka belajar mencakup penilaian karakter pada diri peserta didik seperti semangat gotong royong, kebhinekaan, dan tidak adanya perundungan terhadap sesama. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam terkait kebijakan survei karakter dalam merdeka belajar yang sudah mulai diterapkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah analisis konten. Penulis mengumpulkan bahan-bahan dan konsep-konsep yang berkaitan dengan teori survei karakter dari Undang-Undang Pemerintah RI, Peraturan Pemerintah, Peraturan Menteri, buku, jurnal, dan buku teks yang memiliki keterkaitan dan kesesuaian. Hasil dari analisis yang telah dilakukan yaitu survei karakter yang tertuang dalam undang-undang, peraturan, jurnal, serta hasil dari diimplementasikannya survei karakter dalam pembelajaran ditemukan kebersesuaian dan berperan dalam menyiapkan peserta didik untuk menjadi warga negara yang ideal. Keterbatasan penelitian ini hanya mampu melihat kecenderungan antar variabel tanpa menguji hubungan antar variabel pada survei karakter. Kesimpulan dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan menemukan penilaian survei karakter sebagai pengganti ujian nasional telah sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan saat ini dalam program merdeka belajar.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perilaku negatif yang dilakukan mahasiswa dalam mengelola keuangan yang kurang tepat, contohnya membeli barang-barang yang tidak berdasarkan kebutuhan dan fungsinya namun lebih diutamakan karena keinginanya. Mereka lebih suka belanja di mall, mengejar barang-barang branded dan makan atau minum di café, yang pada umumnya harganya lebih mahal dibanding di warung makan. Apalagi Universitas PGRI Semarang terletak di tengah Kota Semarang dimana mall dan café sangat mudah dijumpai oleh mahasiswa. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ialah dengan menggunakan data primer yang bersumber pada kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada mahasiswa Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas PGRI Semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel pengetahuan keuangan dan sikap keuangan mampu mempengaruhi kepribadian secara parsial. Pengetahuan keuangan dan sikap keuangan mampu mempengaruhi perilaku pengelolaan keuangan secara parsial. Begitu juga kepribadian mampu mempengaruhi perilaku pengelolaan keuangan. Kepribadian mampu memoderasi hubungan pengetahuan keuangan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan dan kepribadian juga mampu memoderasi hubungan sikap keuangan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan

Students as consumers will be faced with the many choices of reference books needed, so students must be able to decide on purchasing reference books according to their needs. During the process of making a purchase decision, students are influenced by prices and also the quality of bookstore services . This study aims to find out how price and service quality influence the decision to purchase reference books in bookstores for students of the economics education study program class of 2020-2021. In measuring a sample researchers used a purposive method sampling is taking samples with certain considerations. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 129 economic education students. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. To test the validity of the data researchers used validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression test (partial test with T-test and simultaneous test with f-test) and model test with coefficient of determination (R2) assisted with SPSS statistics 16 software. The hypothesis results of this study indicate that price and service quality have a significant and positive effect on the decision to purchase reference books in bookstores for students of the economics education study program class of 2020-2021.

This study aims to analyze the role of citizenship education with a global perspective to instill learning skills and innovate in 21st-century citizens. This research is qualitative research using a special study approach. Data collection techniques with observation interviews and documentation. . The results of the study show that citizenship education with a global perspective can foster the Learning and Innovation skills of 21st-century citizens through a learning process using the global citizen project model. Global citizen project. is a green design learning model for citizenship education with a global outlook that develops the skills of young citizens in critical thinking and problem-solving, communication and collaboration as well as creativity and innovation in solving complex global problems.

An integrated agricultural system between paddy and beef cattle can provide more benefits for farmers while maintaining environmental sustainability. This research aims to determine the influence of farmers’ business behavior on achieving success with an integrated farming system between rice and beef cattle in Indonesia. This research was conducted through the purposive sampling of 183 respondents who were rice farmers and beef cattle breeders in Karanganyar Regency. A sample of farmers was selected that had implemented an integrated farming system between paddy and cattle for at least one year. The variables used in this study included individual factors, environmental factors, business behavior, and business performance. The data were analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) software. The results showed that farmers’ business behavior could influence farmers’ business performance in achieving success with an integrated farming system between paddy and beef cattle. This study showed that individual factors, environmental factors, and business behavior can increase a farmer’s business performance.

This study aims to analyze the significance of differences in the physical environmental conditions of the Ciranjang 1 State Elementary School, Cianjur Regency, on the level of respiratory susceptibility of students seen from PM2.5 levels before and after the placement of Sansevieria Trifasciata. The study used 2 test classes and 1 control class. The study duration was 24 hours with two measurements, namely at the pretest and posttest. Data analysis used the Ancova one-way test followed by the Post-Hock test. The placement of 8 pots of Sansevieria Trifasciata was able to absorb PM2.5 compared to 6 pots of Sansevieria trifasciata. There is an effective and significant absorption of PM2.5 pollutants by placing 8 pots of Sansevieria trifasciata plants in a 49m2 classroom, which is 29µgr/m3 on the respiratory vulnerability level of Ciranjang 1 State Elementary School students, Cianjur Regency.

Methods of observation, interviews and literature study were used to obtain the necessary data. By using a web information system, recording client data, processing content ideas and captions, and managing designs more organized and easily accessible and with a web information system, it is easier for staff at PT. Make Creative Digital Agency (Social Media Admin, Content Writer and Graphic Designer) at work.

Kampung Wisata (Kamwis) Purbayan, Kota Gede, D.I.Yogyakarta merupakan kampung wisata budaya yang sangat potensial karena beberapa aspek (1) kekhasan seni budaya, (2) keutuhan situs-situs dan artefak sejarah meski telah ada sejak abad 16, dan (3) menjadi sentra bagi para tokoh seniman berdomisili di Kamwis Purbayan. Potensi ini menjadikan kelurahan Purbayan sebagai ekosistem yang tepat bagi pemurnian seni budaya, eksibisi artefak dan produk-produk kekhasan budaya, dan kaderisasi generasi penerus ‘penguri-uri’ budaya. Hal-hal tersebut menjadi modal kuat bagi Kamwis Purbayan menarik para wisatawan baik domestik maupun mancanegara untuk berkunjung, belajar dan mendapat pengalaman dari keaslian dan keunikan sebuah budaya. Pengabdian ini bertujuan menguatkan kembali ekosistem Kampung Wisata Budaya yang sempat surut karena pandemi Covid-19 melanda melalui pendekatan pemasaran digital. Teknik ini diharapkan menjadi solusi sekaligus pemberdayaan bagi masyarakat untuk tetap mempromosikan Kamwis tanpa terdampak signifikan oleh pandemi. Metode yang digunakan di antaranya observasi, analisis kebutuhan, dan projek luaran branding bersama mitra. Hasil pengabdian berupa video profil dan vlog yang dapat dimanfaatkan pengurus kampung wisata guna mempromosikan warisan budaya Purbayan dengan jangkauan lokal dan mancanegara. Melalui kegiatan ini masyarakat dapat terbantu dalam memasarkan Kamwis yang selama ini terkendala oleh turunnya peminat selama dan pasca pandemi.

One of the activities carried out is to take advantage of the potential in the village so that it can be a solution for villagers, namely the use of corncob waste to become animal feed with economic value. The method used in this activity is through direct training to the Mesa Pau Farmers' group, namely the socialization, processing, and utilization of corncob-fermented feed products. The aim of implementing this program is to provide a medium for managing the potential of Ihing village, namely by conducting training for the Mesa Pau Farmers Group so that they can develop the potential of corncob waste to become animal feed. Implementation of this activity includes; the production process starting from grinding/chopping, fermentation, and use, and the packaging process for packaging and marketing which is carried out conventionally and through e-commerce. The results of this activity are to produce animal feed from fermented weevil waste which can later be used for the personal needs of village breeders and sold to other areas, especially in the Polewali Mandar district.

Body health must be maintained by every individual from children to the elderly. In order for the health of the body to be in prime condition, it takes sports activity. One of the sports favored by children is cycling. Cycling is a good sport because it moves many parts of the body, from the hands on the wheel and feet to pedaling. However, some children are lazy and get bored easily when exercising because there is no motivation. Some children prefer to spend their time playing games, so a tool is needed as a means of sport that is packaged in a game to make it interesting. To form a game that resembles bicycle movements, tools can be made using ESP8266, MPU6050 as steering wheel control sensors, and infrared sensors as pedal controls. This tool will be input into the game with serial communication via a USB cable. Games with bicycle themes are made using Unity 3D coded with Visual Studio Code. The results of tests carried out using the black box method, tools and games can run according to design, starting from connecting hardware to software, calibrating, controlling games with tools, and running gameplay on games. Testing was also carried out using the User Acceptance Test (UAT) method with 60 respondents and obtained an overall score of 94.11%.

BACKGROUND: The maternal mortality rate is an indicator that reflects the mother’s health status, especially the risk of death for the mother during pregnancy and childbirth. Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) has a close relationship with efforts to increase human development. Therefore, efforts are needed to reduce MMR by identifying the factors that influence MMR. AIM: The aim of the study was to analyze the factors causing the incidence of Maternal Death in East Java Province. METHODS: The research design used in this research is a quantitative research using descriptive-analytical. The population of this research is districts/cities in East Java Province, with a sample of 38 districts/cities. The research period starts from August to September 2021. Data analysis using grouping and percentage of cases. RESULTS: The results of the study found that cases of maternal death in East Java due to postpartum hemorrhage in 2021 were 131 cases. Cases due to hypertension as many as 115 cases. Cases due to infection as many as 25 cases. The incidence of maternal death due to abortion is 1 case. There were 13 cases of maternal death due to blood disorders. There were 6 cases of maternal death due to metabolic disorders — cases of maternal death due to Heart as many as 54 cases. Maternal deaths due to COVID-19 were 793 cases. CONCLUSION: Factors causing maternal death in East Java Province, namely, hypertension bleeding, infection, abortion, blood disorders, heart metabolic disorders, and COVID-19. The most influential factor in maternal mortality in 2021 is COVID-19.

Seiring dengan meningkatnya persaingan di bidang industri, maka setiap perusahaan dituntut untuk terus melakukan efisiensi dan efektifitas di setiap aspek perusahaan. Salah satu aspek yang dapat menjadi perhatian dalam suatu perusahaan adalah manajemen persediaan. Sering kali pengadaan bahan baku hanya mengandalkan pengalaman pekerjanya sehingga menimbulkan permasalahan. Hal tersebut terjadi di PT XYZ sebuah perusahaan manufaktur dengan fokus produknya menyediakan cat mobil. PT XYZ mengalami permasalahan dalam pengadaan bahan baku, dimana manajemen persediaan yang dilakukan masih menggunakan pengalaman pekerjanya dalam menentukan persediaan, akibatnya dalam pengadaan bahan baku seringkali mengalami kelebihan stok. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan evaluasi dan usulan perbaikan dalam mengatur manajemen persediaan sehingga menghasilkan sistem persediaan yang dapat membantu para pekerja dalam memutuskan mengenai perencanaan persediaan. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan menggunakan metode economic order quantity (EOQ), metode ini membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan yang akan dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk melakukan pemesanan yang optimal mulai dari mengetahui berapa banyak material yang harus dibeli dalam sekali pemesanan, berapa kali pemesanan harus dilakukan dan kapan harus dilakukan pemesanan kembali terhadap material yang dibutuhkan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini mengenai kuantitas pemesanan yang ekonomis dilakukan pemesanan sebanyak 5.746 lembar untuk setiap kali pemesanan, frekuensi pemesanan sebanyak 5 kali dalam setahun, kemudian untuk safety stocknya sendiri sebanyak 2.052 lembar dan untuk titik pemesanan kembali yang dihasilkan sebanyak 2.705 lembar. Hasil dari metode economic order quantity (EOQ) juga menghasilkan re-order point yang lebih sedikit dibanding dengan metode perusahaan, sehingga perusahaan bisa menghemat biaya persediaan bahan baku sebesar Rp.3.237.500,- atau mengalami penghematan untuk biaya persediaan sebesar 32,38%.

This research is an attempt to improve the performance of old diesel engines, which do not use common rail systems. Specifically, to determine the effect of modifying the size of the plunger of the fuel injection pump, on engine power and torque, fuel consumption and exhaust gas opacity. The analysis was carried out through a comparative study of the performance of standard machines and machines with modified plunger sizes I and II which were larger than the standard plunger diameter. Testing the performance of the machine using a Dastek Dynamometer 2WD Plate Roller. The results showed that the larger the plunger diameter of the injection pump, the effect of increasing power, torque, fuel consumption rate and exhaust gas opacity as well as the efficiency of the Daihatsu Taft DL62 diesel engine. The increase in exhaust gas opacities of modified engines does not exceed and is still far below the maximum threshold according to the Regulation of the State Ministry of Environment No. 5 of 2006 concerning Thresholds of Exhaust Emissions of Old Motor Vehicles. This research aims to identify the barriers to the spread of integrated paddy and beef cattle farming and the influence of these barriers on Indonesian farmers’ acceptance of integrated farming. Quantitative methods were used to examine the barriers to integrated agriculture acceptance. A direct survey was conducted in which questionnaires were distributed to respondents. In addition, a research framework for the acceptance of integrated agriculture was developed using the technology acceptance model (TAM). Several data analysis methods were employed, including descriptive analysis, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and structural equation modelling (SEM). Data were obtained from 310 organic paddy farmers in Boyolali Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. The data were analysed using LISREL 8.8 software to assess the influence of barriers on the acceptance of integrated farming. SEM yielded the following results: x2 degree 1.77, GFI 0.92, AGFI 0.90, CFI 0.94, and RMSEA 0.06. As a result, we concluded that the goodness-of-fit index met the recommended criteria and that the model corresponded to the data provided, which allowed us to continue with the hypothesis testing. The results of hypothesis testing showed that the factors that significantly influenced the acceptance of integrated farming were barriers in the areas of production, knowledge, government, and economics. The practical implication of the research results is that by reducing barriers to production, knowledge, government, and economics, the acceptance of paddy and beef cattle integration can be increased.

The high number of fraud cases in Indonesia has caused huge losses. When fraud cases are disclosed by external parties, what often becomes the public spotlight is the failure of the internal auditor's role in detecting fraud. This study aims to examine the factors that influence the auditor's ability to detect fraud. The data used in this study is primary data sourced from the auditors of the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (MPWH) with a total sample of 117 respondents. Data was obtained through a closed questionnaire. The sampling technique is random sampling. The analysis technique in this study is to use Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), including the t-test and R2 test. The results of the analysis show that competence, independence, and whistleblowing have a positive and significant effect on the auditor's ability to detect fraud. The moderating effect of professional skepticism can strengthen the effect of competence and independence on the auditor's ability to detect fraud. On the other hand, professional skepticism does not moderate the effect of whistleblowing on the auditor's ability to detect fraud.

Dari hasil pembahasan penggunaan nanofluida menambah koefisien perpindahan panas sebesar 15% daripada menggunakan fluida air. Pengaturan suhu fluida panas dan dingin juga mempengaruhi hasil koefisien perpindahan panas dimana semakin rendah suhu fluida dingin masuk semakin besar koefisien perpindahan panas. Mengatur laju alir juga mempengaruhi besar koefisien perpindahan panas dikarenakan radiasi dari fluida panas dapat berpindah secara maksimal ke fluida dingin.

Diabetes mellitus or commonly known as diabetes is a metabolic disease associated with unhealthy lifestyle patterns. Diabetes mellitus causes classic symptoms such as polyuria, polydipsia, fatigue and decreased physical performance, weight loss and causes complications. So that good management is needed with the four pillars of diabetes mellitus. The purpose of this case study is to look at knowledge and adherence related to the diabetes mellitus diet using the media booklet which is summarized with the 4 pillars of diabetes mellitus. This research began on 5-6 May 2023. The method in this study used a case study approach by implementing health education counseling related to the four pillars of diabetes mellitus. The sample in this study is Mrs. S. data collection was carried out by interviews, medical examinations, pre-tests, provision of health education, and ¬post-tests. The results of this case study are that with the measurements carried out giving the pretest and post-test there is an increase in knowledge and adherence to the diabetes mellitus diet in patients. It can be concluded that it is important to provide health education related to the 4 pillars of diabetes mellitus, especially people with diabetes mellitus in order to avoid the risk of complications that may occur and as an effort to increase knowledge and adherence regarding diabetes mellitus diet. One of the interventions that can be given to people with diabetes mellitus is the provision of health education related to the four pillars of diabetes mellitus which consist of: diabetes mellitus education, nutritional diet, pharmacology, and physical activity training

Changes in land cover caused by development activities carried out by humans have occurred a lot in Indonesia. It can cause a decrease in the carrying capacity of the environment. Therefore, this study aimed to assess the status of the environmental carrying capacity of the Tanjung Buka Village wetland, geographically located at 117°21'0" - 117°40'0" EL and 2°50'0" - 3°0'0" NL, where the land cover has changed many times due to development activities. The status assessment uses an ecosystem service approach with a simple, weighted approach to mathematical modeling, by using landscape, vegetation type, and land cover parameters. The results showed that: (1) The Tanjung Buka Village wetland ecosystem is dominated by the "very low" category (26,968.70 or 62.31%) of its ecosystem services as a provider of fresh water. It means its carrying capacity is "very low" in the fresh water supply, used continuously. At the same time, Food providers tend to be in the "high" category (20,917.47 ha or 48.33%), which means that in general, the carrying capacity of the Tanjung Buka Village wetland environment is "high" as a food provider that is used continuously. It indicated that the Tanjung Buka Village wetland had changed the land cover, becoming secondary mangroves, secondary swamp forests, ponds, open land, built-up land, mixed gardens and shrubs, so that its carrying capacity becomes “very low” as a provider of fresh water, but in providing food tends to be “high”

Madrasah Mu'allimat was established as the first women's school to develop graduates with prophetic leadership. This study aims to examine the institution and its educational practices to develop and nurture prophetic leadership for the students. This type of research is descriptive-qualitative. Data were obtained using in-depth interview techniques, participant observation, and documentation. The analysis of data is conducted through reduction, presentation, verification, and conclusion. The results of the study show that Madrasah Mu'allimat takes into consideration five competencies for its educational service: science, personality, skills, humanity, and social movements. These five competencies are designed towards developing women's leadership competencies based on the prophetic spirit of Islam. A systematic and continuous development program for student is one of the contributing factors to the success of Madrasah Mu'allimat. The institution strives to deliver its educational service and maintain its position as the leading and oldest women's madrasah in Indonesia.

Working in multicultural agriculture is exhausting and has several bad risks for farmers in rural and urban areas. The risks start from the considerable time required in cultivation, especially when maintaining the growth and development of plants and other cultivation objects, the large number of costs required in the use of irrigation for fuel purchases, and the risk of carrying out specific processes using high voltage electricity which is very dangerous for farmers. Based on these problems, an automated technology approach that can work to help farmers is necessitated. In this community service, two partners are involved, i.e., a group of farmers who are also workers in Kampung Kauman RW/RT III/03 as the primary partner and a group of farmers who are also workers at the plantation in Poncokusumo Malang as the supporting partner. Both partners used solar electricity for irrigation and other uses through the Cloud-AI approach obtained from the results of multi-disciplinary research several years earlier at the Filkom UB Intelligent Computing Laboratory. Cloud-AI can work adaptively according to weather conditions from a Web App from application programming interface (API) data to provide recommendations for predicting the length of time for irrigation in observing cultivation objects which later can be modified for other particular purposes. The activity's primary results are providing training and assistance with intelligent multi-culture farming installation tools for hydroponics, solar panels, and pumps for irrigation: cloud-AI-based agricultural training modules and educational videos with excellent responses from the partners.ABSTRAKProses pengerjaan bidang pertanian multi-culture sangat menguras banyak tenaga dan memiliki beberapa resiko kurang baik bagi petani, baik di pedesaan maupun perkotaan. Mulai dari waktu yang cukup banyak dibutuhkan dalam pembudidayaan terutama saat pemeliharaan tumbuh kembangnya tanaman maupun objek budidaya lainnya, lalu banyaknya biaya yang dibutuhkan dalam penggunaan irigasi untuk pembelian bahan bakar serta resiko ketika melakukan proses tertentu menggunakan listrik tegangan tinggi yang sangat membahayakan petani. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan pendekatan teknologi otomasi yang dapat bekerja membantu petani. Dalam pengabdian ini melibatkan Dua Mitra, yaitu di kelompok petani yang sekaligus pekerja Kampung Kauman RW/RT III/03 dan pada Perkebunan di Poncokusumo Malang yang memanfaatkan listrik tenaga surya untuk irigasi dan kegunaan lainnya serta pendekatan Cloud-AI yang dapat bekerja secara adaptif baik luring maupun daring untuk mengendalikan kelistrikan, prediksi untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam pengamatan objek budidaya dan lainnya. Hasil utama kegiatan berupa pemberian pelatihan, lalu bantuan paket alat instalasi smart multi-culture farming untuk hidroponik, panel surya dan pompa untuk irigasi serta modul pelatihan pertanian berbasis Cloud-AI dan video edukasi dengan respon yang sangat baik dari Mitra.

The purpose of this study was to examine the independent variables, namely soft skills and work experience on the dependent variable of work readiness through work motivation as a mediating variable. The population in this study was students in the 2018 Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Department of PGRI Semarang University, which amounted to 167 people. Sampling in this study used a saturated sample. The sample in this study were all students of economics and business class 2018, totaling 167 people. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart PLS 3.2.9 analysis tool. The results showed that the research model had met the validity and reliability of the construct on the SEM assumption with Smart PLS 3.2.9 so that the model was declared feasible. The community service activities carried out aimed at improving the values of the character of the proletariat of adolescents (12-17 of ages) in the Yayasan Kemah Kasih so that they become a better person and can be accepted by the community well. Counseling conducted in this activity is to provide assistance and understanding about the application of character values that must be possessed by proletariat teenagers (12-17 of ages). The result of this community service activity is that the counseling conducted effectively can improve the understanding and ability of proletariat youth (12-17 of ages) regarding values in character education such as respecting diversity, understanding the shortcomings and advantages of themselves, showing self-confidence, independence, obeying the social rules that apply in the environment and instilling moral values they can apply in social life.

The background of this research is that memorising the Al-Qur’an, especially the short letters Juz 30, is increasingly being applied in Islamic educational institutions. However, phenomena in the field are still found to be low enthusiasm for memorising short surahs in the Al-Qur’an and the lack of practising the Al-Qur’an in students’ daily lives, such as the misalignment of what students say and do, including at MI Muhammadiyah Ngadirejo. Therefore, a teacher needs to be able to choose and use the right approach to improve the memorisation of short surahs in the Al-Qur’an and practice them in everyday life. The aims of this study were (1) to find out how important the approach to memorising short surahs in the Al-Qur’an is essential and its practice in daily life, (2) to find the implementation of the habituation approach by memorising short surahs and their practice in daily life, (3) found the results of the habituation approach by memorising short letters and practising them in everyday life. The type of research is field research. Collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are that students can be more confident in practising the contents of the Al-Qur’an, as seen from student behaviour and student recognition that their hearts become calmer, besides that students memorise and read short letters more smoothly

This study aims to determine the roles and responsibilities of school counselors regarding student career services, as well as the form of school counselors' efforts in implementing career guidance services in SMK Al Falah Salatiga. This qualitative phenomenological study involved a school counselor and 39 11th-grade students. Primary and secondary data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, presentation, and conclusions. The study's finding demonstrates that (1) The school counselor's role in career advice services is to identify issues and address them, as well as to identify potentials as informants and career educators, facilitators, determinants, and implementers of career counseling programs. (2) The types of career advice services included: (a) orientation services; and (b) information technology services, which were delivered through websites and WhatsApp groups, power point files, pdf, eBooks, and learning videos; (c) Placement and distribution services, which were done through internship programs to direct students' skills.

Counseling crisis is experienced by many people because of a lack of trust in Christian counselors. One of the current arguments is that the counselor is not an expert or a graduate in the field of counseling study. Not to mention the moral problems the counselor shows to the person being served, both in speech and even to the point where someone commits sexual harassment. From this, the lack of trust in counselors occurs, even though many families need the help of a counselor with their family problems, such as divorce. This study uses the method used is a literature review. Literature reviews discuss published information in a particular field of research and sometimes knowledge in a specific study area over a certain period. The results of this study are, first, Christian counseling services as a representative of the Lord Jesus Christ. Second, there is special attention to church pastors. Third, the right solution amid increasingly complex changes and developments. Fourth, it is implemented proactively. Fifth, good cooperation between the church (the pastor and workers) and the entire congregation, especially husband and wife.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pemberian santunan ketika penumpang Transjakarta mengalami kecelakaan. Penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis empiris yaitu penelitian dengan membahas bagaimana pelaksanaan pemberian santunan PT. Jasa Raharja terhadap penumpang Transjakarta yang mengalami kecelakaan. Sumber bahan yang diperoleh berasal dari peraturan perundang-undangan, wawancara dengan pihak yang berkaitan untuk menjawab segala pertanyaan dalam pemenuhan penyusunan penelitian dan literatur yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Melihat dari peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku serta hasil wawancara dengan staff maka dapat disimpulkan bawasannya pelaksanaan pemberian santunan PT. Jasa Raharja terhadap penumpang Transjakarta yang mengalami kecelakaan terlaksana dengan baik meskipun dalam pelaksanaannya terjadi beberapa kendala. Walaupun terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaan pemberian santunan PT. Jasa Raharja terhadap penumpang Transjakarta yang mengalami kecelakaan terdapat beberapa upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam mengatasi kendala yang dialami dalam pelaksanaan pemberian santunan PT. Jasa Raharja terhadap penumpang Transjakarta yang mengalami kecelakaan. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala yang dialami sudah cukup mengatasi kendala yang terjadi, tetapi harus ditingkatkan kembali.

Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus yang disebut sebagai ABK atau anak spesial adalah anak yang mengalami keterlambatan lebih dari dua aspek gangguan perkembangan atau anak yang mengalami penyimpangan yang terdiri dari yaitu tunanetra, tunarungu, tunadaksa, tunalaras, tunagrahita, autisme, dan learning disability (Kemendiknas, 2011). Mereka memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda dari anak-anak pada umumnya. Orang yang memiliki ABK mempunyai tantangan yang besar dalam mendidik, mengasuh dan mendampingi anaknya. Perlu kekuatan fisik, mental dan emosional bagi orang tua yang memiliki ABK. Namun dibalik kelamahan ABK pasti ada bakat, minat dan talenta yang dimiliki. Ini yang perlu digali dan ditumbuhkembangkan, sehingga anak memiliki kelebihan yang dapat dibanggakannya. ABK yang menyadari memiliki kelebihan, ia akan dapat tampil percaya diri. Mereka akan mampu menerima dirinya apa adanya. Hal ini penting supaya mereka memiliki kesehatan emosional. Orang yang sehat emosionalnya akan lebih bersemangat dalam menghadapi kehidupan. Untuk itu ABK harus didorong untuk selalu berpikir postif, berjuang menggali dan menemukan talenta yang ada di dalam dirinya, menggembangkannya sehingga menjadi kebanggaan bagi dirinya dan keluarganya. Lomba menyanyi bagi ABK di Tangerang Selatan yang diselenggarakan oleh Koperasi ABK Tangerang Selatan bekerja sama dengan berbagai lembaga, bertujuan untuk mengangkat ABK, menggali dan menemukan talenta, bakat dan minat mereka di bidang oleh vocal atau menyanyi. Jika ABK memiliki talenta, bakat dan minat dalam menyanyi, ini akan memberikan dukungan bagi orang tua untuk mengembangkannya, sehingga anaknya bisa memiliki kebanggaan dan rasa percaya diri.

Kegiatan pengabdian ini ditujukan kepada dosen dan mahasiswa, dalam bentuk edukasi bagaimana menjalankan bisnis dengan strategi gila marketing society 5.0. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk melatih dalam menerapkan ilmu-ilmu pengetahuan yang sudah didapatkan selama ini kepada mahasiswa maupun dosen agar membantu mahasiswa, dosen dalam mengelola bisnis di era society 5.0, selain itu Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat merupakan salah satu bagian dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Selama kegiatan pengabdian berlangsung para peserta sangat antusias dalam mendengarkan paparan materi dari narasumber. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yang didapatkan peserta yaitu strategi-strategi gila marketing yang harus dilakukan dalam berbisnis menghadapi tantangan society 5.0.
