Este trabalho tem como propósito examinar a possibilidade da consolidação da propriedade fiduciária por credores estrangeiros em terras da faixa de fronteira brasileira, em vista da recente alteração empreendida pela Lei n. 13.986/2020 (Lei do Agro), especialmente em relação à Amazônia Legal. Em um primeiro momento, examinar-se-á a história da regulação da aquisição da propriedade rural por estrangeiros no ordenamento nacional. Em segundo lugar, o instituto da alienação fiduciária de bem imóvel em garantia será objeto de análise, tal como previsto na Lei n. 9.514/1997. Segue uma discussão sobre a faixa de fronteira no direito brasileiro: sua previsão normativa, funções e importância para o país. No quarto e último capítulo, objeto específico do trabalho, será examinada a possibilidade da consolidação do bem imóvel dado em alienação fiduciária pelo credor estrangeiro quando situado na faixa de fronteira, trazendo a discussão sobre seus reflexos para o desenvolvimento econômico-social destas regiões. Em conclusão, defende-se que as recentes alterações normativas permitiram a consolidação da propriedade em favor do credor estrangeiro. Foi empregado o método lógico-dedutivo, apoiado por pesquisa da bibliografia jurídica e de ciências sociais nacional e da legislação pertinente.

Представлены результаты комплексного социально-гигиенического изучения роли внутри- и внесемейных факторов в формировании репродуктивной установки на планирование или отказ от деторождения у жителей муниципальных образований Челябинской области в активном репродуктивном возрасте в современных социально-экономических условиях. Выявлены негативные тенденции, ограничивающие репродуктивное поведение сельских жителей. В качестве ведущего фактора, влияющего на репродуктивные установки, выделены социально-экономические трудности. The author represents the results of the integrated social and sanitary study of the role of intrafamily and extrafamily factors in forming reproductive aim in planning or refusing child-bearing among the population of Chelyabinsk's region who are at childbearing age and live in the modern socioeconomic conditions. Negative tendencies limiting the reproductive behavior of villagers were revealed during the study. Socio-economic difficulties were pointed out as the major factor that influences the reproductive aim.

In many different murine models, the immunogenicity of tumor cells can be increased by transduction with a range of immunostimulatory genes, inducing an immune response that causes regression of pre-existing unmodified tumor cells. To investigate the relevance of these animal models to pediatric malignancy, we used autologous unirradiated tumor cells transduced with an adenovirus-IL-2 to immunize 10 children with advanced neuroblastoma. In a dose-escalation study, we found that this tumor immunogen induced a moderate local inflammatory response consisting predominantly of CD4+ T lymphocytes, and a systemic response, with a rise in circulating CD25+and DR+ CD3+ T cells. Patients also made a specific antitumor response, manifest by an IgG antitumor antibody and increased cytotoxic T-cell killing of autologous tumor cells. Clinically, five patients had tumor responses after the tumor immunogen alone (one complete tumor response, one partial response, and three with stable disease). Four of these five patients were shown to have coexisting antitumor cytotoxic activity, as opposed to only one of the patients with nonresponsive disease. These results show a promising correlation between preclinical observations and clinical outcome in this disease, and support further exploration of the approach for malignant diseases of children. © 1998 by The American Society of Hematology.
