To meet the requirements of the reverse engineering analysis and the expression of the three-dimensional geometric model, the reverse engineering of the three-dimensional geometric model of cattle hoof that takes the multivariate function decomposition into consideration is constructed. The definition, basic operator and multivariate function decomposition of the multivariate function decomposition are briefly described. In addition, the characteristic analysis process of the three-dimensional geometric model for the cattle hoof that takes the multivariate function decomposition into consideration is provided. The multivariate function decomposition is used to organize and express the reverse engineering of the three-dimensional geometric model of the cattle hoof, and the unified organization and storage method for the reverse engineering of the three-dimensional geometric model of the cattle hoof is designed to achieve the analysis and dynamic reconstruction of different dimensional structure characteristics of the three-dimensional geometric model of the cattle hoof. Subsequently, the reverse engineering of the three-dimensional geometric model of cattle hoof that takes the multivariate function decomposition into consideration is constructed. The verification through case study shows that the method put forward in this paper can reproduce the reverse engineering characteristics of the three-dimensional geometric model of the cattle hoof relatively well and can achieve the perspective of the three-dimensional geometric model of the cattle hoof.
