We report the result of the study on the oxygen stoichiometry in Y1:2:3 superconducting systems by the positron experiment. The correlations between local electron density n e and the oxygen stoichiometry and Tc have been directly given, which indicates that n e has a strong dependence on the oxygen stoichiometry and the anomalous changes were found near O T transition. The results proved that there generially exists a electronic weak localization in a tetragonal phase.
