According to the internet Trend Report of 2019, 51% of the world’s population can access the Internet. The network applications will become the mainstream of human activities, especially after the popularity of 5G in the future. In this study, the most important and classical DMAIC management model in six sigma management is used to improve and validate the fan wall quality of network rack servers according to the projects. This study found that simplification, energy and cooling efficiency are the main issues to be raised after defining the main products, and further in-depth measurement scheme is established. Then this study carries out FMEA analysis of the main projects, such as cooling fans, and finally carries out a case study to explore the fan wall quality of network rack server.
