Recent years have witnessed an increase in applications of artificial intelligence (AI) in the detection of oceanic features with the tremendous success of deep learning. Given the unique biological ecosystems and mineral-rich deposits, the exploration of hydrothermal fields is both scientifically and commercially important. To achieve autonomous and intelligent sampling of the hydrothermal plume by using AUV, this paper proposes an innovative method for real-time plume detection based on the YOLOv5n deep learning algorithm designed with a light-weight neural network architecture to meet the requirements of embedded platforms. Ground truth labeler app LabelImg was used to generate the ground truth data from the plume dataset created by ourselves. To accurately and efficiently detect hydrothermal plumes using an embedded system, we improved the original structure of YOLOv5n in two aspects. First, SiLU activation functions in the model were replaced by ReLU activations at shallow layers and Hard-SiLU activations at deep layers to reduce the number of calculations. Second, an attention module termed Coordinate Attention (CA) was integrated into the model to improve its sensitivity to both channel and spatial features. In addition, a transfer learning training method was adopted to further improve the model’s accuracy and generalizability. Finally, we successfully deployed the proposed model in a low-cost embedded device (NVIDIA Jetson TX2 NX) by using the TensorRT inference engine. We then installed the Jetson TX2 NX into a hovering-type AUV as its vision processing unit and conducted a plume detection test in the water tank. The water tank experimental results demonstrated that the proposed method can achieve real-time onboard hydrothermal plume detection.

Developers frequently reuse APIs from existing libraries to implement certain functionality. However, learning APIs is difficult due to their large scale and complexity. In this paper, we design an abstract framework NLI2Code to ease the reuse process. Under the framework, users can reuse library functionalities with a high-level, automatically-generated NLI (Natural Language Interface) instead of the detailed API elements. The framework consists of three components: a functional feature extractor to summarize the frequently-used library functions in natural language form, a code pattern miner to give a code template for each functional feature, and a synthesizer to complete code patterns into well-typed snippets. From the perspective of a user, a reuse task under NLI2Code starts from choosing a functional feature and our framework will guide the user to synthesize the desired solution. We instantiated the framework as a tool to reuse Java libraries. Constructing various green wetland examples for mangrove wetland systems is a useful way to use natural power to remediate the polluted wetlands at intertidal zones. Metallothioneins (MT) are involved in heavy metal tolerance, homeostasis, and detoxification of intracellular metal ions in plants. In order to understand the mechanism of heavy metal uptake in Aegiceras corniculatum, we isolated its metallothionein gene and studied the MT gene expression in response to heavy metals contamination. Here, we report the isolation and characterization of MT2 genes from young stem tissues of A. corniculatum growing in the cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb) polluted wetlands of Quanzhou Bay, southeast of China. The obtained cDNA sequence of MT is 512 bp in length, and it has an open reading frame encoding 79 amino acid residues with a molecular weight of 7.92 kDa and the theoretical isoelectric point of 4.55. The amino acids include 14 cysteine residues and 14 glycine residues. It is a non-transmembrane hydrophilic protein. Sequence and homology analysis showed the MT protein sequence shared more than 60% homology with other plant type 2 MT-like protein genes. The results suggested that the expression level of MT gene of A. corniculatum young stems induced by a certain range concentration of Cd(2+) and Pb(2+) stresses (0.2 mmol L(-1) Pb(2+), 1 mmol L(-1) Pb(2+), 0.2 mmol L(-1) Pb(2+), and 40 μmmol L(-1) Cd(2+); 1 mmol L(-1) Pb(2+) and 40 μmol L(-1) Cd(2+)) compared with control might show an adaptive protection. The expression levels of MT gene at 20 h stress treatment were higher than those at 480 h stress treatment. The expression levels of MT gene with 0.2 mmol L(-1) Pb(2+) stress treatment were higher than those with 0.2 mmol L(-1) Pb(2+) and 40 μmol L(-1) Cd(2+) stress treatment, and the MT gene expression levels with 1 mmol L(-1) Pb(2+) treatment were higher than those with 1 mmol L(-1) Pb(2+) and 40 μmol L(-1) Cd(2+) treatment. There exists an antagonistic action between Pb(2+) and Cd(2+) in the MT metabolization of A. corniculatum.

Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and comparative genomic hybridization (CGH) were applied to somatic chromosome preparations of Oryza sativa, O. officinalis and O. meyeriana with labeled probes of C 0 t-1 DNA and genomic DNA from cultivated rice. The coverage percentage (%) and size (Mb) of C 0 t-1 DNA in O. sativa, O. officinalis and O. meyeriana were 47.1 ± 0.16, 38.61 ± 0.13, 44.38 ± 0.13 and 212.33 ± 1.21, 269.42 ± 0.89, 532.56 ± 1.68, respectively. The coverage percentage and size of probe signals with genomic DNA from O. sativa in O. officinalis and O. meyeriana were 91.0%, 93.6% and 634 Mb, 1 123 Mb respectively, in which there were 365 and 591 Mb in O. officinalis and O. meyeriana which came from O. sativa genomic DNA not from repetitive sequences of O. sativa, and the uncovered genome size in O. officinalis and O. meyeriana was 64 and 78 Mb, respectively. In addition, karyotype analysis was conducted based on the signal bands of C 0 t-1 DNA in O. sativa, O. officinalis and O. meyeriana. The results showed that highly and moderately repetitive sequences in Oryza genus were conserved as the functional genes during the evolution process. The repetitive sequence reduplication might be one of the important causes of genome enlargement in O. officinalis and O. meyeriana; the O. officinalis genome enlarged more slowly compared with O. meyeriana. Based on the above results, it is concluded that O. officinalis and O. meyeriana formed by reduplication, rearrangement and gene selective loss during the evolution process.

With the rapid development of science and technology, shopping online is becoming very popular and changes the ways of people's life significantly. This new way of shopping facilitates people's lives, although, people are trapped to thinking and analyzing the risk of its purchase during the process of shopping. So this paper mainly analyzed the risk of online shopping preferences and perceived risk, and their impact on shopping online. A survey among customers was introduced in detail. We found that the risk preferences have a significant influence to the perceived risks and purchase intent of shopping online, and perceived risk also has a significant influence to the purchase intent of shopping online.

We have set up Optical Lens Data Rase on VAX-8600 computer, compiled base management software and query software. filled up the data of typical lens over one thousand and optical material over one thousand kinds,and shall extend OLDB unceasingly. It is proved by test and use that WA performance is reliable, opertion is convenient, so that OLEW provides a kind of modern means raising design level, reducing repeated work, shortening research period for the worker of optical design. Optical Lens Data lase (OHO that is set up on the VAX-8600 computer is a kind of modern beans serving resear(h, education, production efficiently with summing-up, regulating and recordi rat, oplical design result last many years, collecting the lens data of high quality. It is beneficial to change the aspect of separating data for oplical design, stopping-up information and the situation for repeated work without the neressiiy. It has significant science value and socity benefit. Setting up 01,1)11 is also a branch subject of a main subject for "expert system of opthal instrument", and a important basis. After expert system is successfully developed, it is very beneficial to reducing person labour intensity, raising design quality, speeding up design rate of progress, shortening production period and reducing production cost, so that we have set up OLDB on VAX-8600 computer and its primary mould has basically been finished.
