Based on the functions and characteristics of the interchange collector-distributor lanes, with Harbin as an example, it is proposed in this paper that the local characteristics and traffic flow characteristics should be considered in the design of the interchange collector-distributor lanes, which includes the analysis of function, location, and many other aspects, in hopes to provide reference for the design of collector-distributor lanes in other regions of our country.

At present, problems such as insufficient road infrastructure and supporting facilities, and limited parking spaces are increasingly prevalent, and there are large conflicts of interest in the process of urban renewal. Therefore, it is crucial to improve the quality of the road network. This paper presents an analysis on the current situation of the road traffic system in a completed area outside the Third Ring Road in Xindu District, Chengdu, and provides corresponding road traffic optimization strategies, with aims of solving the existing road traffic problems, improve road service levels, and promote the overall development of the area and improve the quality of urban space.

Prior evidence suggests that physical activity may reduce the risk of multiple diseases and mortality. However, whether and how physical activity affects the aging process remains largely unexplored. We included 284 479 UK Biobank participants and computed leukocyte telomere length (LTL) deviation (ie, the difference between genetically determined and observed LTL) and biological age acceleration (defined as the discrepancy between the phenotypic age of a person and the average phenotypic age in the cohort of individuals with the same age and sex) as the indexes for aging acceleration. Linear and logistic models were used to estimate the associations of self-reported physical activity items and patterns (identified by principal component analysis), as well as accelerometer-assessed physical activity, with aging acceleration. Analyses of physical activity patterns indicated, a higher level of adherence to activity patterns predominated by strenuous sports, other exercises, walking for pleasure, heavy and light housework, and public transportation use was associated with a lower risk of aging acceleration, whereas a higher level of adherence to patterns predominated by job-related activities was associated with a higher risk of aging acceleration. Analysis among 62 418 participants with accelerometer-measured physical activity corroborated these results. Physical activity, such as strenuous sports and other exercises in leisure time and the use of public transportation, was associated with reduced biological aging. Besides highlighting the importance of engaging in physical activity for healthy aging, our results provide further evidence for the beneficial effect of physical activity on the telomere attrition process.

Background: Previous studies indicated that glucosamine supplements may have a general anticancer effect. This study aimed to assess whether the potential effect differs across different types of cancers in a large prospective cohort study. Methods: All participants from the UK Biobank who were free of cancers and had complete information on glucosamine use at baseline were included and followed up from 2006 until 2021. Cox proportional hazards models were used to assess the associations between regular glucosamine use and different site-specific cancers. Subgroup analyses were performed to explore potential interactions. Several sensitivity analyses were conducted to assess the robustness of the main findings. Results: A total of 450,207 eligible participants (mean age: 56.2 years; females: 53.3%) were included, of whom 84,895 (18.9%) reported regular glucosamine use at baseline. During a median of 12.5 years follow-up, glucosamine use was significantly associated with an increased risk of overall cancer [HR, 1.04; 95% confidence interval (CI), 1.01–1.06], skin cancer (HR, 1.11; 95% CI, 1.07–1.15), and prostate cancer (HR, 1.07; 95% CI, 1.01–1.13), and with a reduced risk of lung cancer (HR, 0.88; 95% CI, 0.79–0.97) after adjusting for potential confounders. Statistical interaction was observed for gender, age, and education for the association of glucosamine use with overall cancer risk (all Pinteraction Conclusions: Regular glucosamine use was associated with lower risk of lung cancer but higher risk of skin cancer, prostate cancer, and overall cancer. Impact: The roles of glucosamine use potentially differ in the development of different site-specific cancers.

A key function of SUMOylation is the coordinated modification of numerous proteins to optimize plant growth and resistance to environmental stress. Plant cuticular wax is deposited on the surface of primary plant organs to form a barrier that provides protection against changes in terrestrial environments. Many recent studies have examined cuticular wax biosynthetic pathways and regulation. However, whether SUMOylation is involved in the regulation of cuticle wax deposition at the posttranslational level remains unclear. Here, we demonstrate that a small ubiquitin-like modifier (SUMO) E3 ligase, SAP AND MIZ1 DOMAIN CONTAINING LIGASE1 (MdSIZ1), regulates wax accumulation and cuticle permeability in apple (Malus domestica Borkh), SUMO E2 CONJUGATING ENZYME 1(MdSCE1) physically interacts with MdMYB30, a transcription factor involved in the regulation of cuticle wax accumulation. MdSIZ1 mediates the SUMOylation and accumulation of MdMYB30 by inhibiting its degradation through the 26S proteasome pathway. Furthermore, MdMYB30 directly binds to the β-KETOACYL-COA SYNTHASE 1 (MdKCS1) promoter to activate its expression and promote wax biosynthesis. These findings indicate that the MdSIZ1–MdMYB30–MdKCS1 module positively regulates cuticular wax biosynthesis in apples. Overall, the findings of our study provide insights into the regulation pathways involved in cuticular wax biosynthesis.

This paper analyzes the overall profitability of city commercial banks and agricultural commercial banks, analyzes how financial technology has an impact from the existing theory and impact mechanism, and establishes panel data in the empirical part for analysis, it is concluded that financial technology can promote the profitability of small and medium-sized commercial banks, but there is heterogeneity between urban and rural commercial banks, finally, the paper gives some suggestions on the healthy upgrading and transformation of small and medium-sized banks and how to regulate the use of financial technology by regulatory authorities.

China has implemented a strict isolation system in hospitals since the COVID-19 pandemic, that adversely affected the psychology of inpatients and their caregivers. Face-to-face, semi-structured interviews with 22 stroke inpatients from two municipal hospitals were conducted to explore the psychological, emotional and related support needs of stroke inpatients and their family caregivers under this environment. Results which showed that external support for stroke inpatients and their family caregivers was insufficient highlight the necessity for developing specific nursing interventions that meet the psychological and emotional needs of inpatients and the caregivers.

This study performs both theoretical and experimental studies on the vibration resistance of composite plates with damping coating subjected to impulse excitation load. A dynamic model is first proposed and the key differential equations are derived to solve the natural frequencies, time-domain vibration response, and dynamic stiffness at any vibration response point regarding the excitation point of such a coated structure. Then, a dynamic experiment system of two plate specimens with and without DC knocked by a hammer excitation is set up. The measured data indicates that the proposed dynamic model is trustworthy for predicting natural frequencies and dynamic stiffness results. Furthermore, based on the calculated dynamic stiffness data associated with the first four modes, the anti-vibration contribution of DC is quantitatively evaluated. It can be found that the coating can indeed improve the vibration resistance of the structure by up to 74.7%. In addition, the vibration suppression effect of DC is found to be closely related to the mode order of such a structure as well as the selected boundary condition.

The balance between degradability and drug release kinetics is a major challenge for the development of drug delivery systems. Here we develop hierarchically structured nanoparticles comprising multiple noncontact silica shells using an amorphous calcium carbonate template. The system could be degraded in a sequential fashion on account of the molecularly engineered multishelled structures. The hydrolysis rate of drug-containing cores is inversely correlated with the nanoparticle concentration due to the shielding effect of the hierarchical nanostructure and could be exploited to regulate the release kinetics. Specifically, multishelled nanospheres show a low drug release rate with high doses that increases steadily as the concentration decreases due to continuous degradation, thus stabilizing the local drug concentration for effective tumor therapy. Moreover, the nanoparticles could be eventually degraded completely, which may reduce their health risks. This kind of hierarchically structured silica-based nanoparticle could serve as a sustainable drug depot and provides a new avenue for tumor treatment.

Although the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) involves multiple proton-coupled electron transfer processes, early studies reported the absence of kinetic isotope effects (KIEs) on polycrystalline platinum, probably due to the use of unpurified D2O. Here we developed a methodology to prepare ultra-pure D2O, which is indispensable for reliably investigating extremely surface-sensitive platinum single crystals. We find that Pt(111) exhibits much higher ORR activity in D2O than in H2O, with potential-dependent inverse KIEs of ~0.5, whereas Pt(100) and Pt(110) exhibit potential-independent inverse KIEs of ~0.8. Such inverse KIEs are closely correlated to the lower *OD coverage and weakened *OD binding strength relative to *OH, which, based on theoretical calculations, are attributed to the differences in their zero-point energies. This study suggests that the competing adsorption between *OH/*OD and *O2 probably plays an important role in the ORR rate-determining steps that involve a chemical step preceding an electrochemical step (CE mechanism). China's national park system has become an important part of the world national park system from pilot to official establishment. Preliminary progress has been made in the scene construction of digital technology, but there is still theoretical discussion and practical application in the construction of national parks, the relationship between digital technology and the protection and utilization of national parks, and the development path of digital national parks. Starting from the dilemma of China's national park system construction, this paper puts forward exploratory research plans for the new development path of national park development, so as to achieve great significance to protect the rich biodiversity of national parks, inherit precious natural resources and excellent human resources, and promote the harmonious coexistence between man and nature.

Pinus yunnanensis var. pygmaea demonstrates obvious loss of apical dominance, inconspicuous main trunk, which can be used as an ideal material for dwarfing rootstocks. In order to find out the reasons for the lack of apical dominance of P. pygmaea, endogenous phytohormone content determination by liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS) and comparative transcriptomes were performed on the shoot apical meristem and root apical meristem of three pine species (P. massoniana, P. pygmaea, and P. elliottii). The results showed that the lack of CK and the massive accumulation of ABA and GA-related hormones may be the reasons for the loss of shoot apical dominance and the formation of multi-branching, the abnormal synthesis of diterpenoid biosynthesis may lead to the influence of GA-related synthesis, and the high expression of GA 2-oxidase (GA2ox) gene may be the cause of dwarfing. Weighted correlation network analysis (WGCNA) screened some modules that were highly expressed in the shoot apical meristem of P. pygmaea. These findings provided valuable information for identifying the network regulation of shoot apical dominance loss in P. pygmaea and enhanced the understanding of the molecular mechanism of shoot apical dominance growth differences among Pinus species.

Due to the high recurrence, the HCC prognosis remains poor. Yet, the biomarkers for predicting the recurrence of high-risk patients are currently lacking. We aimed to develop a signature to predict the recurrence of HCC based on NKG2D ligands.The multivariate Cox proportional hazards regression was used to select recurrence-related variables of NKG2D ligands in HCC patients from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). HCC patients from the OEP000321 dataset and Guilin cohort were used to validate the predictive signature. The mRNA expression of NKG2D ligands was measured by QRT-PCR. Immunohistochemistry analysis of HCC tissue microarray samples was used to identify the expression of NKG2D ligands.In this study, NKG2D ligands expression in the mRNA and protein level was both abnormally expressed in HCC and associated with recurrence-free survival (RFS). Then, the recurrence-related variables of NKG2D ligands in HCC were selected by the multivariate Cox proportional hazards regression. Among the eight NKG2D ligands, MICA (HR = 1.347; 95% CI = 1.012-1.793; p = 0.041), ULBP3 (HR = 0.453; 95% CI = 0.231-0.889; p = 0.021) and ULBP5 (HR = 3.617; 95% CI = 1.819-7.194; p 0.001) were significantly correlated with RFS in the TCGA-LIHC cohort. Then, the signature was constructed by the three NKG2D ligands. The predictive effectiveness of this signature was also validated in the OEP000321 dataset and Guilin cohort. Further, HCC patients were classified into low-risk and high-risk subgroups by the predictive score. Compared with the low-risk group, the high-risk group had poor RFS in both training and validation cohorts. Importantly, compared with the low-risk patients with the G1-G2 stage, the levels of infiltrated NK-activated cells and NKG2D expression were both lower in the high-risk patients.The signature based on MICA, ULBP3, and ULBP5 could predict HCC recurrence.

This study was intended to establish the predictive target of Shikonin (SK) against ovarian cancer using network pharmacology and to clarify the potential mechanism of SK in promoting apoptosis in ovarian cancer. Cell Counting Kit-8 assay, plate clone assays, LDH assay, flow cytometric analysis of Annexin V-fluorescein isothiocyanate/propidium iodide staining, and western blotting were used to assess the effect of SK on apoptosis of ovarian cancer cell lines (SKOV3 and A2780). Pharmacodynamic targets were used to predict the targets of SK and ovarian cancer. Gene Ontology (GO) enrichment analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Gene and Genome (KEGG) pathway enrichment analyses were used to analyze the biological functions and signal pathways of these targets. SK promoted apoptosis in ovarian epithelioid adenocarcinoma cells. SK-ovarian cancer pharmacodynamic target analysis screened 17 related genes. GO and KEGG analyses showed that SK affected the estrogen signaling pathway. SK inhibited the expression of GPER in SKOV3 and A2780 cells and downregulated the expression of EGFR, p-EGFR, PI3K, and p-AKT in a concentration-dependent manner. The apoptosis-promoting effect of SK was enhanced by GPER-specific agonist G1 and inhibited by the specific inhibitor G15. The expression of EGFR, p-EGFR, PI3K, and p-AKT was decreased by G1 and reversed by G15. SK also inhibited tumor growth in the SKOV3 xenograft model, and it acted synergistically with G1. However, the effect can be attenuated by G15 in vivo. In summary, SK may affect the apoptosis of ovarian cancer cells through GPER/EGFR/PI3K/AKT, and GPER may be a key target of SK in ovarian cancer cell apoptosis.

The traditional reinforcement learning method has the problems of overestimation of value function and partial observability in the field of machine motion planning, especially in the obstacle avoidance problem of UAV, which lead to long training time and difficult convergence in the process of network training. This paper proposes an obstacle avoidance algorithm for UAVs based on a deep recurrent double Q network. By transforming the single-network structure into a dual-network structure, the optimal action selection and action value estimation are decoupled to reduce the overestimation of the value function. The fully connected layer introduces the GRU recurrent neural network module, and uses the GRU to process the time dimension information, enhance the analyzability of the real neural network, and improve the performance of the algorithm in some observable environments. On this basis, combining with the priority experience playback mechanism, the network convergence is accelerated. Finally, the original algorithm and the improved algorithm are tested in the simulation environment. The experimental results show that the algorithm has better performance in terms of training time, obstacle avoidance success rate and robustness.

Aiming at the problem that the traditional UAV obstacle avoidance algorithm needs to build offline three-dimensional maps, discontinuous speed control and limited speed direction selection, we study the end-to-end obstacle avoidance decision method of UAV continuous action output based on DDPG(deep deterministic policy gradient) deep reinforcement learning algorithm. Firstly, an end-to-end decision control model based on DDPG algorithm is established. The model can output continuous control variables, namely UAV obstacle avoidance actions, according to the continuous state information perceived. Secondly, the training verification is carried out on the platform of UE4 + Airsim. The results show that the model can realize the end-to-end UAV obstacle avoidance decision. Finally, the 3DVFH(three dimensional vector field histogram) obstacle avoidance algorithm model with the same data source is compared and analyzed. The experiment shows that DDPG algorithm has better optimization effect on the obstacle avoidance trajectory of UAV.
