When asteroid mining becomes a reality, distributing these resources fairly and reasonably is a new challenge for mankind. In order to establish a scientific global fairness evaluation model based on the three faces of international inequality, we have a total of 13 data from different perspectives from the six aspects of the economy, environment, natural resources, technology, education, and health. Set out to assess global equity. After the principal component analysis of these 13 indicators, we finally selected one indicator for each aspect's main indicator. Subsequently, we considered the calculation methods of various indicator weights and finally chose to use the combination of EWM and TOPSIS to measure more objectively and accurately. After EWM, each data is given a weight, and TOPSIS is used to calculate the annual score of each country. The standard deviation of the annual results is used to describe the degree of inequality between countries through the degree of dispersion of the values between countries. The higher the degree of dispersion, the higher the inequality. We use an autoregressive artificial neural network to predict the future index (standard deviation) using the first five years of each year's World Equality Index as a parameter.

Aim. We sought to profile gut microbiota’s role in combination of Bu Fei Hua Yu (BFHY) with cisplatin treatment. Methods. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) mice model were constructed followed by treatment with cisplatin alone or combined with BFHY. Mice weight and tumor volume were measured during the experiment. And mice cecum were detected by hematoxylin and eosin, cecum contents were collected for Enzyme Linked ImmuneSorbent Assay, and stool were profiled for metagenomic sequencing. Results. Combination of BFHY with cisplatin treatment decreased the tumor growth and relieved the damage of cecum. Expressions of interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), monocyte chemotactic protein 1 (MCP), and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) were decreased compared with cisplatin treatment alone. Linear discriminant analysis effect size analysis showed that g_Parabacteroides was downregulated and g_Escherichia and g_Blautia were upregulated after cisplatin treatment. After combination with BFHY, g_Bacteroides and g_Helicobacter were decreased. g_Klebsiella, g_Unclssified_Proteobacteria, and g_Unclssified_Clostridiates were increased. Moreover, heatmap results showed that Bacteroides abundance was increased significantly after cisplatin treatment; BFHY combination treatment reversed this state. Function analysis revealed that multiple functions were slightly decreased in cisplatin treatment alone and increased significantly after combination with BFHY. Conclusion. Our study provided evidence of an efficacy of combination of BFHY with cisplatin on treatment of NSCLC and revealed that gut microbiota plays a role in it. The above results provide new ideas on NSCLC treatment.

In this work, a novel integrated shield gate 4H-SiC MOSFET structure, which is mainly used to reduce the reverse recovery losses of the device, is proposed. Compared with integrating Schottky barrier diode or heterojunction diode in the device to reduce reverse recovery losses, the technology of introducing field plates in MOSFETs is more mature and economical. At the same time, the new structure studied ensures the gate oxide reliability of the 4H-SiC trench gate. According to the simulation of the electrical characteristics of the source-contacted shield gate device, the effects of multiple factors such as electric field distribution, carrier concentration, and peripheral circuit are comprehensively discussed, the phenomenon of smaller reverse recovery losses caused by the shield gate explained in detail. Compared with the conventional structure device, the peak reverse current, the peak overshoot voltage, and the reverse recovery losses for the source-contacted shield gate MOSFETs are reduced by 81.4%, 77.1%, and 65.1%, respectively.

Due to the impact of the global COVID-19 pandemic, the international rental market has been affected by various degrees of economic and environmental impacts, resulting in large volatility since 2020. Among the several countries and regions, including North America, Asia, and Europe, their developed rental market business sizes all show different downward trends. However, the rental business in China has been on the rise, because the country's epidemic prevention and control efforts have been successful. From 2020 to 2022, the proportion of China's rental business in the world has steadily increased, and China has gradually become an emerging force in the international rental market. However, the landscape of the world's rental industry has not changed and the overall structure and nature of the world's rental market has not fundamentally changed. This paper analyzes the latest changes in the international rental market and puts forward corresponding suggestions based on the data of penetration rate and market share of important countries in the international market in the past three years.

SYNOPSIS We examine (1) the association between global-level and joint global-, national-, and city-level auditor industry specialization and audit clients’ cost of equity capital and (2) how the national investor protection environment impacts the preceding association. Our results indicate that cost of equity capital is negatively associated with global-level and joint global-, national-, and city-level auditor industry specialization. This relation is incrementally more negative when the auditor is a joint global-, national-, and city-level industry specialist than when the auditor is not a global-level industry specialist. We also find the negative relation between cost of equity capital and joint global-, national-, and city-level auditor industry specialization holds only in countries with strong investor protection. We further show investors perceive potential accentuation of accruals quality and ownership concentration on cost of equity is mitigated by joint global-, national-, and city-level specialist auditors. Objective To identify the alterations of CD8+ T cells in blood and labial salivary glands (LSGs) of patients with Primary Sjögren’s syndrome (pSS). Methods Blood samples from 24 pSS patients were assayed for CD38+ HLA-DR+ CD8+ (activated CD8+, aCD8+) T cells and serum IFN-γ and TNF-α, using flow cytometry and ELISA respectively, and compared with samples from 27 healthy controls. Immunohistochemistry was used to count CD8+ T cells in LSG tissues of 24 pSS patients and of 6 control patients with normal pathology. Results pSS patients had more aCD8+ T cells than aCD4+ T cells (medians 33.13% vs. 9.43%, p < 0.0001), and had an increased level of aCD8+ T cells (medians 33.13% vs. 16.48%, p < 0.0001) and serum IFN-γ (medians 1026 pg/mL vs. 0.00 pg/mL, p < 0.0001) compared to the healthy controls. The levels of aCD8+ T cells and IFN-γ were both significant positively correlated with European League Against Rheumatism Sjögren’s Syndrome Disease Activity Index, IgG, anti-nuclear antibodies, rheumatoid factor. The LSGs focus score (FS) ≥1 group had more CD8+ T cell counts than 0≤ FS 2 vs. 126/mm2 and 256/mm2 vs. 64/mm2 respectively, both p < 0.05). Conclusion The aCD8+ T cells and IFN-γ are positively correlated with each other, and predominantly elevated in the blood of pSS patients. In the LSG tissues of pSS, CD8+ T cell counts increase with severity of the lesions. CD8+ T cells may play crucial role in the pathogenesis of pSS. Key Points• Primary Sjögren’s syndrome (pSS) is a chronic and systemic autoimmune disease. pSS patients had elevated blood levels of CD38+HLA-DR+CD8+T cells and IFN-γ.• The CD38+HLA-DR+CD8+T cells positively correlated with disease parameters and serum IFN-γ.• The salivary glands of pSS patients had appreciable CD8+lymphocyte infiltration. CD8+T cells may play crucial role in the pathogenesis of pSS.

To explore the effect of time to remission on residual symptoms, functioning and quality of life (QOL) of the patients with major depressive disorder (MDD).A total of 434 patients were enrolled from 16 sites of China. The Quick Inventory of Depressive Symptomatology-Self Report (QIDS-SR) and self-rating scales were assessed at baseline, and months 1, 3 and 6. Baseline remitters were defined as those subjects with a QIDS-SR score ≤ 5 at baseline. Later remitters was defined as those reaching remission one month (Month 1 remitters) or three month (Month 3 remitters) after baseline. Persistent non-remitters were defined as those with QIDS-SR score 5 at all 3 assessments. A follow-up assessment was done at month 6 to examine outcomes. Cross-lagged models indicated QIDS-SR predicted social functioning and QOL.Totally, 179 patients at baseline achieved remission. An additional 141 participants remitted at month 1 (n = 94) or month 3 (n = 47), and 63 patients were persistent non-remitters. There were significant differences between all groups on depression severity at baseline. QOL was similar for both late remitter groups, which was better than non-remitters, but lower than early-remitters. Late remitters and non-remitters showed significant differences on change of functioning and QOL (P 0.001) at each visit. By 6 months, all remitting groups showed lower depression severity and better social functioning and QOL than persistent non-remitters. Cross-lagged models indicated QIDS-SR predicted social functioning and QOL.We confirmed the association of earlier remission with a better quality of remission at early stage; but the time to remission does not affect future functioning and QOL.

Currently, with the popularity of the internet, people are surrounded by a large number of unhealthy pages which have a serious impact on the physical and mental health of visitors. To protect the legitimate rights and interests of internet users from infringement and maintain the harmonious and stable development of society, a new unhealthy webpage discovery system is needed. First, this paper proposed the knowledge of unhealthy webpages and web crawlers, and then the whole system's plan and design were introduced. The test results show that the unhealthy webpage discovery system can meet the needs of users. This experiment uses a CNN algorithm to classify the text and completes the collection and classification of unhealthy information through URL acquisition and URL filtering. The experimental results show that the unhealthy webpage discovery system based on a convolutional neural network can greatly improve the accuracy of unhealthy webpage discovery and reduce the omission rate, which can meet the needs of users for unhealthy webpage discovery.

Six diterpenoid alkaloids, namely, pachycentine (1), deacetylswinanine A (2), siwanine A (3), tatsiensine (4), deacetyltatsiensine (5), and 6-deoxydeltamine (6), were isolated from a China-specific Delphinium plant (family Ranunculaceae), Delphinium pachycentrum Hemsl. Their structures were established via detailed spectroscopic analyses, including IR, HR-ESI-MS, 1D and 2D NMR techniques. Pachycentine (1) is a previously undescribed hetisine-type C20-diterpenoid alkaloid, and compounds 5 and 6 were synthetic intermediates newly identified as natural products. In addition, compounds 2–4 were isolated from this species for the first time. The chemotaxonomic significance of all the isolates was summarized. Moreover, the new compound was evaluated for its potential anti-inflammatory effect using LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages.

Based on the actual situation of economic development in rural areas of China, this paper explains the practice of the integration of rural economy and digital economy. At present, with the development of digital economy, the integration of digital economy and agricultural economy has become the basic way to improve the development level of agricultural modernization, and it is also an important means to promote the high-quality development of rural economy, the structural reform of agricultural supply side and the rural revitalization strategy. However, as far as the current development stage is concerned, there are still problems in digital infrastructure, digital sharing, personnel training and related laws and regulations. According to the related problems, this paper puts forward corresponding solutions, and strives to provide more theoretical and guiding experience for the realization of China's agricultural modernization development and rural revitalization strategy.

Aims Inspiratory muscle training (IMT) can increase the strength or endurance of the diaphragm and accessory muscles of inspiration, yet there is no evidence that endorses the role of IMT in patients of transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR). This study for the first time tested the effects of IMT plus usual cardiac rehabilitation (CR) function in patients after TAVR. Methods and results A double-blinded, randomized controlled, single-centre clinical trial was undertaken. Participants who had a confirmed diagnosis of valve heart disease and were clinically stable after TAVR were recruited and received a CR programme during the hospital stay. A total of 96 patients were recruited and randomly assigned to the IMT + CR group (n = 48) or the CR group (n = 48) in a 1:1 ratio. The group difference in the primary outcome, the 6-min walk distance at the discharge of the hospital, significantly favoured the IMT + CR group (mean difference −33.52, 95% CI: −64.42 to −2.62, P = 0.034). The significant difference was maintained at the 1-month and 3-month follow-ups (mean difference: 41.51, 95% CI: 1.82–81.21, P = 0.041). In addition, the mean hospital stays of subjects in the IMT + CR group was 11 days, which was significantly shorter than the 12.5 days in the CR group (P = 0.016). Sensitivity analysis using per-protocol analysis supported these findings. No adverse treatment-related events were reported. Conclusion Compared with usual CR, IMT plus CR can effectively improve exercise endurance, pulmonary ventilation function, and inspiratory muscle strength in patients after TAVR and shorten the length of hospital stay.

Presbycusis is a major public issue that affecting elderly adults. However, the neural substrates between normal cognition and cognitive deficits in these patients need to be illustrated. 47 patients with presbycusis and 33 well-matched healthy controls were recruited in present study. Each subject underwent pure-tone audiometry (PTA), MRI scanning and cognition evaluations, then we found 22 patients with cognitive deficits and 25 patients with common cognition. We analyzed the Degree centrality (DC) characteristics among three groups, and try to recognize key nodes which contribute significantly. Subsequent functional connectivity analysis was applied using the key nodes as seeds. Compared with controls, presbycusis without cognitive impairments showed deceased DC in superior temporal gyrus (STG), inferior frontal gyrus (IFG) and supramarginal gyrus (SMG). Additionally, presbycusis with cognitive impairments showed enhanced DC in fusiform gurus (FFG), cerebellum and para-hippocampal gyrus (PHG), while weakened DC in SMG, middle frontal gyrus (IFG) and inferior Parietal lobule (IPL). Compared with normal cognition, increased DC value of cerebellum and STG, as well as decreased DC value of IPL in presbycusis with cognitive impairments were observed. We noticed that SMG may play an important role. Then the left and right SMG were used as seeds in functional connections analysis. With the seed set at left SMG, presbycusis without cognitive impairments showed decreases connections with cerebellum, temporal pole (TP), superior temporal gyrus (STG) and median cingulate cortex (MCC). Presbycusis with cognitive impairments showed weakened connectivity with cerebellum, IFG, IPL and superior frontal gyrus (SFG). The right SMG showed decrease connections with cerebellum, middle temporal gyrus (MTG), STG and increase connection with middle frontal gyrus (MFG) in presbycusis without cognitive impairments. While the right SMG showed enhanced connections with left TP, caudate, anterior cingulate cortex (ACC), angular, SFG and weakened connectivity with right SFG presbycusis with cognitive impairments. In comparison with normal cognition and impaired cognition, MFG, IFG, PHG, rolandic operculum and cerebellum were involved. These findings enriched our understanding of the neural mechanisms underlying cognitive impairments associated with presbycusis and may serve as a potential imaging biomarker for investigating and predicting cognitive difficulties.

Although the procedure of laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) has been standardized either in conventional lateral to medial or medial to lateral approach, surgeons occasionally face the challenge of poor visualization of the His angle and difficulty in complete posterior mobilization in limited surgical field. This study aimed to introduce our novel details of modified approach to address these issues.One hundred patients with obesity underwent modified approach- three-port laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy. Herein, we demonstrated our method to ease the procedure of gastric fundus mobilization with extensive posterior mobilization (shown in video, Supplemental Digital Content 1, http://links.lww.com/SLE/A336 ). The demographic characteristics and perioperative data were reviewed.There was no case of conversion to open surgery. The mean operative time, volume of blood loss, and hospital stay were 72.5±22.7 minutes, 11.6±10.5 mL, and 4.3±2.1 days, respectively. One postoperative leakage was observed and it was successfully treated with metallic covered stent. The percentage of total weight loss at 6 months and 1 year were 20.3±8.4 and 29.8±9.2, respectively.Our experience showed that the modified technique is feasible and may help surgeons to accomplish a complete posterior mobilization, and better address the poor visualization of the the His angle-site owing to the interposition of floating omentum or bulging part of the stomach.

It is unknown whether the sex difference whereby female transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) candidates had a lower risk profile, a higher incidence of in-hospital complications, but more favorable short- and long-term survival observed in tricuspid cohorts undergoing TAVR would persist in patients with bicuspid aortic valves (BAVs).The aim of this study was to reexamine the impact of sex on outcomes following TAVR in patients with BAVs.In this single-center study, patients with BAVs undergoing TAVR for severe aortic stenosis from 2012 to 2021 were retrospectively included. Baseline characteristics, aortic root anatomy, and in-hospital and 1-year valve hemodynamic status and survival were compared between sexes.A total of 510 patients with BAVs were included. At baseline, women presented with fewer comorbidities. Men had a greater proportion of Sievers type 1 BAV, higher calcium volumes (549.2 ± 408.4 mmIn patients with BAVs undergoing TAVR, women presented with fewer comorbidities, while men had a greater proportion of type 1 BAV, more calcification, and larger aortic roots. In-hospital outcomes favored men, with fewer complications except for the need for second valve implantation, but 1-year survival was comparable between sexes.

Non-specific chronic sialadenitis (NSCS) is a common pathology of labial salivary glands (LSGs), and NSCS with positive anti-SSA/SSB antibodies is common in clinical practice. Previous studies have evaluated the associations of high focus score (FS) with clinical manifestations in primary Sjögren's syndrome (pSS) patients extensively, but the characteristics of pSS with NSCS have seldom been investigated. We here analyzed the characteristics of pSS patients with NSCS.Among 425 patients who underwent LSG biopsies, 217 had pSS and 37 non-SS sicca patients had NSCS without other diseases (i.e., sicca controls). We categorized these 217 pSS patients into three groups based on the pathology of LSGs: FS ≥ 1 (n = 104), 0 ≤ FS 1 (n = 76), and NSCS (n = 37). We then compared the three groups while focusing on the NSCS group. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to identify variables that influenced NSCS.The mean age of pSS patients with NSCS (58.3 ± 11.0 years) was significantly higher than those with FS ≥ 1 (48.5 ± 14.9 years) and 0 ≤ FS 1 (45.3 ± 13.7 years), but other clinical characteristics were similar. NSCS had a significant positive correlation with age (OR = 7.282, 95% CI 2.085-25.44 and OR = 13.130, 95% CI 3.368-51.189 for patients aged 45-64 years and 65 years, respectively). Significantly higher levels of lymphocytic infiltration were found in the pSS NSCS group than in the sicca NSCS controls (48.6 vs. 10.8%, respectively).The pSS patients with NSCS were older than corresponding non-NSCS pSS individuals, but they had similar clinical features. NSCS is associated with age and seldom occurred below the age of 45 years, regardless of the presence or absence of pSS. NSCS may be a subtype of pSS in elderly patients.
