Airway foreign bodies are typically removed orally using a rigid bronchoscope. We present a rare case of a foreign body at the tracheal bifurcation that required removal via tracheostomy. A child turned pale while eating nuts and was suspected to have choked on a foreign body. CT revealed a foreign body at the tracheal bifurcation. As his respiratory condition was unstable, tracheal intubation and removal were attempted using a rigid bronchoscope. Tracheal obstruction during oral removal resulted in respiratory failure and bradycardia. Following emergency tracheostomy, the foreign body was removed via the tracheal stoma after his respiratory condition stabilised. The patient was discharged 21 days later without neurological sequelae. To avoid hypoxaemia during airway foreign body removal, as in this case, assessing the size of the upper airway and foreign body is necessary. Tracheostomy and foreign body removal through the tracheal opening should be considered proactively.

The gross domestic product of a region is often used as a reference as an indicator of the success of economic growth in a region. The process of the speed of economic growth in a region is shown by using the rate of increase in GRDP (Gross Regional Domestic Product), so that the level of development of GRDP per capita achieved by the community is often a measure of the success of a region in achieving the goal of creating economic development. (Sukirno, 1981:23). This article discusses which sectors have an important role in the development of economic growth in the city of Surabaya from 2020 to 2022.

Seorang guru dapat dikatan professional jika mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan serta mampu menerapkan model, metode, media, maupun pendekatan pembelajaran berdasarkan kebutuhan peserta didik. Dalam belajar Bahasa Inggris setiap pembelajar harus bisa menguasai empat skill, yaitu listening, reading, writing dan speaking. Pengabdian pada SMK Negeri 8 Pekanbaru melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan aplikasi duolingo. Hasil dari pelatihan meliputi 1) siswa dapat memahami aplikasi duolingo, 2) siswa juga mampu memahami dan mengerjakan soal-soal dalam aplikasi duolingo, 3) siswa dapat meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa Inggris.. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan profesionalitas guru melalui kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan media ajar digital berbasis duolingo.

Insurers are the largest institutional investors of corporate bonds. However, a standard theory of insurance markets, in which insurers maximize firm value subject to regulatory or risk constraints, predicts no allocation to corporate bonds. We resolve this puzzle in an equilibrium asset pricing model with leverage-constrained households and institutional investors. Insurers have relatively cheap access to leverage through their underwriting activity. They hold a leveraged portfolio of low-beta assets in equilibrium, relaxing other investors’ leverage constraints. The model explains recent empirical findings on insurers’ portfolio choice and its impact on asset prices. (JEL G11, G12, G22, G23)

The process of resolving industrial relations disputes in Indonesia can basically be carried out through bipartite followed by mediation or conciliation or arbitration and carried out with industrial relations courts. This normative settlement providesaway out with an orderly state. Industrial relations can arise due to several related matters such as: employment agreements, positive laws and differences in interests. The focus of the problem is whether the definition of the concept of industrial relations conflict has been clearly defined? Has the resolution of industrial relations conflicts been achieved? Is the purpose of closing the company achieved according to its legal objectives? Is the closure of the company to resolve industrial relations conflicts achieved? What limitations are there in court decisions in examining and resolving industrial relations disputes before or after the closure of a company? This study uses the systematic study method of verdict. The results showed that the closure of the company was not effective in resolving industrial relations conflicts

Wabah virus korona yang biasa disebut dengan COVID-19 ditetapkan secara resmi sebagai pandemic global oleh World Health Organization (WHO). Untuk meminimalisir dampak yang disebabkan oleh virus salah satu langkah yang tepat adalah dengan mengembangkan vaksin. Akan tetapi dengan adanya vaksinasi untuk masyarakat Indonesia tersebut menimbulkan kontroversial sehingga mengundang banyak kalangan untuk memberikan penilaian opininya. Keterbatasan tempat membuat masyarakat sulit dalam menyampaikan opininya. Oleh karena itu masyarakat memilih sosial media sebagai tempat untuk menyalurkan opini masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan perbandingan algoritma Naïve Bayes, dan Decision Tree untuk melakukan analisa sentiment tentang vaksin Covid – 19. hasil yang di dapat dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa pada umumnya masyarakat memeberikan tanggapan positif terhadap kebijakan vaksinasi yang dilakukan pemerintah indonesia.

The Cas9 nuclease is delivered in the form of either Cas9 protein or mRNA along with CRISPR guide RNA (gRNA: dual-crRNA:tracrRNA or chimeric single-guide RNA) or in a plasmid package encoding both Cas9 and the CRISPR gRNA.We directly compared the efficiency of producing rat blastocysts with homozygous mutations of the Foxn1 locus by pronuclear injection of Cas9 in the form of protein, mRNA, or plasmid DNA. For highly efficient production of rat blastocysts with homozygous Foxn1 mutations, pronuclear injection of Cas9 protein at 60 ng/µl was likely optimal. While blastocyst harvest in the mRNA groups was higher than those in the protein and plasmid DNA groups, genotype analysis showed that 63.6%, 8.7-20.0%, and 25.0% of the analyzed blastocysts were homozygous mutants in the protein, mRNA, and plasmid DNA groups, respectively. The high efficiency of producing homozygous mutant blastocysts in the 60 ng/µl protein group may be associated with primary genome editing being initiated before the first cleavage. In most cases, homozygous mutations at the target Foxn1 locus are triggered by deletion and repair via nonhomologous end joining or microhomology-mediated end joining. Deletion downstream of the Cas9 break site was more likely than deletion in the upstream direction.The Cas9 nuclease in protein form, when coinjected with the CRISPR gRNA (ribonucleoprotein) into a rat zygote pronucleus, can access the target genome site and induce double-strand breaks promptly, resulting in the efficient production of homozygous mutants.

Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) is associated with several cardiovascular risk factors, including atherogenic dyslipidemia. Recently, fasting prior to lipid profile evaluation has been thought to be unnecessary for most individuals. We investigated the impact of fasting for up to 9 h on the serum and hepatic lipid profiles in Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats of dietary-induced NASH model in comparison to SD rats fed a normal diet. In both groups, fasting affected the serum and hepatic triglyceride (TG), serum free fatty acid (FFA) and leptin levels, histopathologically assessed hepatocyte ballooning, and hepatic mRNA expression levels of several genes related to lipid metabolism. In contrast, the serum adiponectin and aminotransferase levels, serum and hepatic total cholesterol contents, and liver histopathological findings of hepatic steatosis, lobular inflammation and fibrosis were not influenced by fasting. A significant fasting time-dependent reduction was seen in the serum TG level only in the normal SD rats group. Regarding the hepatic TG level, a significant fasting time-dependent increase was seen only in the NASH model rat group. A significant fasting time-dependent reduction was also seen in the serum FFA level only in the NASH model rat group. Our present results indicate that excessive fasting can be avoided before blood or hepatic tissue sampling for the evaluation of several parameters in non-NASH and/or NASH model rats. Further investigations are needed in humans to determine whether excessive fasting before blood or hepatic tissue sampling can be avoided in both healthy individuals and NASH patients.

Arjasari, Bandung, Jawa Barat 40379. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan Pelaku usaha menengah produk Karet yang terkendala terhadap pengetahuan Akuntansi Dasar. Membantu untuk meningkatkan marginal profit usaha mereka dengan memperluas (ekspansi) pemasaran yang didapat setelah paham pengetahuan dan Penerapan Akuntansi Dasar. Peranan Pengetahuan Akuntansi Dasar saat ini tidak hanya sekedar kemampuan mehitung mencatata dan membuat laporan keuangan tetapi juga. Sasaran dari pelatihan ini adalah bagaimana kemampuan dasar akuntansi dapat, menetapkan harga menarik, mendistribusikan produk dengan mudah, serta mempertahankan pelanggan yang sudah ada dengan tetap memegang prisip kepuasan pelanggan. sehingga diharapkan dapat menjaring konsumen seluas-luasnya dapat meningkatkan profit dan dapat menekan biaya operasional sehingga dapat memberikan harga yang kompetitif. Berangkat dari permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi mitra tersebut maka perlu langkah solutif untuk menyelesaikan rangkaian masalah tersebut. Yaitu dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi pengelola usaha Karet dengan memberikan pelatihan Pengetahuan dasar Akuntansi yaitu yaitu pemahaman tentang assets, liabilities, dan ekuitas. Dari ketiga materi tersebut diharapkan dapat memiliki penguasaan yang baik terhadap assets,liabilities, dan ekuitas akan mempermudah memahami semua masalah-masalah yang akan ditemui dalam akuntansi

The limitations of teaching materials in the implementation of distance learning coupled with students’ low problem-solving ability led to the need to develop teaching materials in the form of guided inquiry to improve students’ ability to solve problems. This development research aims to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the Guided Inquiry Lesson Based on Ethnoscience (GILBE) e-module. This development research employs the Research and Development (RD) approach with a 4D development model, meaning define, design, develop, and disseminate. GILBE e-module on colloid material was piloted on 16 students SMA at Central Kalimantan in the limited trial and 30 students SMA at South Kalimantan in the broad trial. The validity test was measured using a validation sheet. The practicality test was measured using a readability questionnaire, student and teacher responses, and the effectiveness test was measured using a problem-solving ability test instrument in the form of ten essay questions. Descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was used to analyze the data. The findings revealed that the designed e-module matched valid, practical, and effective. The effectiveness is based on the p-value 0.05 in the limited and broad trial of the N-gain of students’ problem-solving abilities in the high category and can be used in the chemistry learning process. Further research will develop teaching materials for higher-order thinking that apply the GILBE model, which is of higher quality.

Merujuk pada Pasal 57 UU PPHI, justiciabelen dapat mengajukan PK terhadap putusan PHİ yang telah berkekuatan hükum tetap, yaitu : (1) MA telah memutus perkara di tingkat kasasi;atau(2) putusan PHİ telah berkekuatan hükum tetap. Sejak diberlakukannya SEMA No.3 Tahun 2018, upaya hükum penyelesaian perselisihan hubungan industrial hanya sampai pada tingkat kasasi untuk perselisihan hak dan perselisihan pemutusan hubungan kerja. Pokok permasalahan dalam skripsi ini adalah 1. Apakah putusan hakim yang mengabulkan upaya hükum Peninjauan Kembali dalam Putusan Nomor 11 PK/PDT.SUS-PHI/2018 dan putusan hakim yang menolak upaya hükum Peninjauan Kembali dalam Putusan Nomor 94 PK/PDT.SUS-PHl/2017 sudah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan? 2. Bagaimana akibat hükum putusan hakim yang mengabulkan upaya hükum Peninjauan Kembali dalam Putusan Nomor 1 1 PK/PDT.SUS-PHI/2018 dan putusan hakim yang menolak upaya hükum PK dalam Putusan Nomor 94 PK/PDT.SUS-PHl/2017 ? Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian normatif dalam penelitian ini, Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder dan data primer yang sifat penelitiannya deskriptif. Pada penelitian ini terbitnya SEMA Nomor 3 Tahun 2018 merupakan langkah yang efektif untuk membatasi upaya hükum PK dalam proses penyelesaian perselisihan hubungan industrial.

This study aims to determine the effect of Pelvic Floor Muscle Exercise (PMFE) on urinary incontinence and quality of life (QOL) in post-radical prostatectomy prostate cancer patients. This research method is a systematic review by searching literature through several indexed electronic databases (Scopus, Science Direct, CINAHL, PubMed, ProQuest, SAGE, Springer Link). The study results were obtained from 10 articles on pelvic floor muscle exercise (PFME) modality therapy. Eight pieces explained that PFME without a combination effectively reduced urinary incontinence and improved the quality of life (QOL) of post-RP patients; one article explained the effectiveness of the variety of PFME with electrical stimulation in reducing incontinence urine in post-RP patients. One article describes the combination of PFME with the WeChat application reducing urine leakage and improving urinary continence. In conclusion, Pelvic Floor Muscle Exercise (PFME) is a therapy that is effective for urinary incontinence and men's quality of life after radical prostatectomy (RP). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan usaha mikro yang efektif dan efisien untuk jangka panjang dalam upaya meningkatkan laba usaha dan keberlanjutan dari usaha tersebut melalui penerapan akuntansi manajemen seperti penetapan harga pokok penjualan, harga jual, lalu akuntansi keuangan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan dan digitalisasi akuntansi, strategi pemasaran dan inovasi produk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif berdasarkan sumber dari literatur (jurnal, artikel, buku dan lain-lain). Hasil dari penelitian ini akan memberikan gambaran yang kuat mengenai penerapan strategi dalam pengelolaan usaha mikro dalam upaya meningkatkan pendapatan, laba dan keberlanjutan usaha. Penentuan harga pokok produksi yang akurat akan menentukan ketepatan dalam menentukan harga jual produk serta menentukan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Pelaporan keuangan yang memadai akan memberikan informasi bagi usaha itu sendiri dalam menentukan pengembangan usaha di masa yang akan datang. Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP) adalah upaya salesman untuk mengunjungi setiap kota tepat satu kali dan kemudian kembali ke tempat asal sekaligus meminimalisasi total biaya yang ditempuh. Siklus Hamilton adalah siklus yang melalui setiap simpul di dalam graf tepat satu kali dan kembali ke simpul asal. TSP mencoba mencari jarak optimal siklus Hamilton dari graf. Trans Banyumas beroperasi dengan mengunjungi semua tempat pemberhentian bus dan kembali ke titik awal. Penelitian ini menerapkan algoritma Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) untuk menentukan rute optimal bus Trans Banyumas. Perhitungan algoritma ACO secara manual pada penelitian ini menggunakan 2 semut. Selanjutnya dilakukan komputasi menggunakan software Matlab dengan 25 sampel halte bus Trans Banyumas di Koridor 3.

Measurement of the dwell time and moving speed of a high-activity iridium-192 (Ir-192) source used for high-dose-rate (HDR) brachytherapy is important for estimating the precise dose delivery to a tumor. For this purpose, we used a cerium-doped yttrium aluminum perovskite (YA1OGamma photon imaging was conducted using the gamma camera in list mode for the Ir-192 source of HDR brachytherapy with fixed dwell times and positions. The acquired list-mode images were sorted to millisecond-order interval time sequential images to evaluate the dwell time at each position. Time count rate curves were derived to calculate the dwell time at each source position and moving speed of the source.We could measure the millisecond-order time sequential images for the Ir-192 source. The measured times for the preset dwell times of 2 s and 10 s were 1.98 to 2.00 s full width at half maximum (FWHM) and 10.0 s FWHM, respectively. The dwell times at the first dwell position were larger than those at other positions. We also measured the moving speeds of the source after the dwells while moving back to the afterloader and found the speed increased with the distance from the edge of the field of view to the last dwell position.We conclude that millisecond-order time sequential imaging of the Ir-192 source is possible by using a gamma camera and is useful for evaluating the dwell times and moving speeds of the Ir-192 source.

This special issue originates from a dual submission conference with the NBER Insurance Working Group and the Corporate Finance Program in 2020. It brings a broader perspective on important frictions in insurance markets, including trust between insurers and policyholders, conflicts of interest among brokers, suboptimal policyholder behavior, and risk-based capital regulation. Several developments in the economy and the academic literature have provided an impetus for new perspectives, including the growth of savings products with minimum return guarantees, the global financial crisis, and intermediary asset pricing. We conclude with an overview of research questions that are promising for further exploration.

This study aims to determine the copula-based model for estimating aggregate losses in traffic accident insurance. This research method is descriptive quantitative. Determination of the best model and the accuracy of the model is determined based on the Akaike Information Criterion (AIC), the smallest Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), and the Vuong Test. The results of the study, there is a dependency relationship or correlation between the frequency of claims and the severity of claims, so that copula is used to model the frequency of claims with a poison distribution and claim severity with a gamma distribution. In conclusion, the clayton copula model is the best model for estimating aggregate losses at the insurance company PT XYZ in the future. Keywords: Insurance, Loss, Correlation, Copula

Kasus sengketa dalam Putusan PHI Nomor:169/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2017/PN Mdn menjadi perhatian aturan PHK tidak sesuai peraturan yang berlaku akan tetapi dalam isi gugatan yang diberikan, penggugat tidak benar karena berisikan kumulasi gugatan antara PHK dan Perbuatan Melawan Hukum. Sehingga muncul rumusan masalah yaitu, Apakah penyelesaian sengketa industrial antara Karyawan PT.Raya Padang Langkat (PT.RAPALA) tidak sdengan Undang-Undang No 2 Tahun 2004 tentang PPHI dan Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Republik Indonesia Nomor 17 Tahun 2014 dan Apakah sengketa PHK antara PT. Raya Padang Langkat(PT. RAPALA) melawan karyawannya melalui mediasi berdasarkan Putusan Nomor 169/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2017/PN Mdn. sudah mengikuti peraturan perundang– undangan di bidang ketenagakerjaa.mendapatkan jawaban atas permasalahan tersebut, maka dilakukan dengan metode penelitian hukum normatif, yang berdasar Kepada data sekunder, dianalisis dgn kualitatif, & ditarik kesimpulan dengan metode deduktif. Kesimpulan studi putusan ini ialah bahwa amar putusan hakim tidak mengikuti dengan aturan-aturan berlaku dan kompetensi dari PHI adalah tidak berwenang dalam menangani perkara PHK karena adanya prosedur atau langkah yang dilanggar sebelum diajukan oleh Penggugat.

Tilapia gonads mature quickly before reaching market size, caused by a diverting of feed energy from growth to reproduction. As a result, somatic growth is disrupted to achieve market size, the operational costs are high, and the rearing period is longer. This study aims to evaluate the ability of karamunting leaf extracts to inhibit the development of tilapia gonads. This study used a complete randomized design with four treatments and three replications, namely 0 mg/kg, 25 mg/kg, 50 mg/kg, and 100 mg/kg of karamunting leaf extract. Tilapia fish weighed 13–14 g were kept in an aquarium measuring 100×60×50 cm with a stocking density of 20 fish/ aquarium. Fish were fed twice a day at 8 a.m and 5 p.m in at satiation. Sampling was carried out at the beginning of the study, on day 30th and day 60th. On day 30th the result showed that the best dose in inhibiting the development of fish gonad was 100 mg/kg of karamunting leaf extract that was 1.15 ± 0.19% and the daily growth rate was increased at 2.22 ± 0.06%. On day 60th, the best dose in inhibiting gonad development was 25 mg/kg of karamunting leaf extract, which was 2.49 ± 1.24% and the daily growth rate was increased amount 3.26 ± 0.06%. Akibatnya, pertumbuhan somatik terganggu sehingga untuk mencapai ukuran pasar biaya operasional tinggi dan masa pemeliharaan lebih lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi ekstrak daun karamunting dalam menghambat perkembangan gonad ikan nila. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan empat perlakuan dan tiga ulangan; yaitu 0 mg/kg, 25 mg/kg, 50 mg/kg, dan 100 mg/kg ekstrak daun karamunting. Ikan nila berukuran 13–14 g dipelihara di akuarium berukuran 100×60×50 cm dengan padat tebar 20 ikan/akuarium. Ikan diberi makan dua kali sehari pada jam 8 pagi dan 5 sore dengan at satiation. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada awal penelitian, hari ke-30 dan hari ke-60. Hasil pada hari ke-30 menunjukan bahwa dosis terbaik dalam menghambat perkembangan gonad pada ikan uji adalah 100 mg/kg ekstrak daun karamunting yaitu 1.15 ± 0.19% dan meningkatkan pertumbuhan harian 2.22 ± 0.06%. Pada hari ke-60 dosis terbaik dalam menghambat perkembangan gonad adalah 25 mg/kg ekstrak daun karamunting yaitu 2.49 ± 1.24% dan meningkatkan pertumbuhan harian 3.26 ± 0.06%. This study aims to measure the probability distribution of the time of payment in advance and explain the factors that can affect the risk of credit loans using the life analysis method. This research method is descriptive quantitative method. The sample of this research is motor vehicle loan financing debtors from private banks in Indonesia with an observation period between 2017-2019. The results of the study indicate that there is a 50% chance that the debtor of motorcycle and car loan financing will have an upfront payment after 21 months and 24 months from the initial loan application period. After the 44th and 68th months, the estimated probability of the debtor having a prepayment is > 99%. In conclusion, the tenor factor, credit limit, occupation, income, gender, marital status, age, and education level affect the variation in time until the payment in advance for motorcycle credit financing. Meanwhile, in addition to these factors, the additional factor of the area of ​​residence also affects the variation in the time of advance payments for car loans. WHO menetapkan Covid-19 sebagai pandemi global pada tahun 2020 karena terjadinya peningkatan kasus Covid-19 secara signifikan. Salah satu Desa di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara yang terdapat kasus Covid-19 adalah Desa Wangurer Kecamatan Likupang Selatan. Pemerintah telah mewajibkan masyarakat untuk menjaga dan mematuhi protokol kesehatan. Namun tingkat kepatuhan terkait penerapan protocol kesehatan di Desa Wangurer tergolong rendah. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan di Desa Wangurer Kecamatan Likupang Selatan terhadap pencegahan penularan Covid-19 yaitu memberikan pelatihan kader dan memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat yaitu kader masyarakat yang mendapatkan pelatihan kader sejumlah 5 (100%) kader kesehatan memiliki pengetahuan baik. Sedangkan pengatahuan masyarakat setelah diberikan penyuluhan paling banyak memiliki pengetahuan baik sebanyak 30 orang (60%). upaya terbaik yang dapat dilakukan guna mencegah penularan Covid-19 adalah dengan mendorong agar seluruh warga terlibat aktif dalam pencegahan dan penanganan Covid-19 melalui perubahan perilaku.

Life insurers' business model has changed with the growth of insurance products with minimum return guarantees that are exposed to market and interest risks. The interest risk exposure of US and European insurers increased in the low-rate environments after the global financial crisis and the European sovereign debt crisis, respectively. The relative fragility of life insurers is highly persistent across the global financial crisis, the European sovereign debt crisis, and the COVID-19 crisis. European insurers with a higher share of liabilities with minimum return guarantees in 2016 had lower stock returns during the COVID-19 crisis.

Hukum Kepegawaian yaitu bagian dalam lingkup Hukum Administrasi Negara yang mengatur mengenai kedudukan, kewajiban dan hak serta pembinaan, dalam hal ini khususnya Aparatur Sipil Negara. Permasalahan ini tidak dapat lepas dari sengketa mengenai pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh Aparatur Sipil Negara. Hal ini dialami oleh Sri Endang Mulyani, yang dijatuhkan hukuman disiplin berat dengan objek sengketa berupa Surat Keputusan Gubernur Jawa Tengah atas dugaan mempunyai hubungan spesial dengan laki-laki yang bukan suami sahnya. Pokok permasalahan yang dibahas dalam skripsi ini adalah apakah perbuatan yang dilakukan oleh Sri Endang Mulyani dalam Putusan Nomor 20/G/2020/PTUN.SMG dapat dikatakan sebagai pelanggaran disiplin berat dan apakah proses pemeriksaan dan pemberian sanksi yang diberikan oleh Gubernur Jawa Tengah telah sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut dilakukan suatu penelitian, dengan sifat penelitian deksriptif analisis, dan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan secara kualitatif serta penarikan kesimpulan yang dilakukan dengan metode deduktif, yang menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh Sri Endang Mulyani tidak dapat dikatakan sebagai pelanggaran disiplin berat dan proses pemeriksaan yang dilakukan oleh Gubernur Jawa Tengah telah sesuai, namun pemberian sanksi oleh Gubernur Jawa Tengah tidak sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010.

Various liquid biopsy methods have been developed for the non-invasive and early detection of diseases. In particular, the detection of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) and cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) in blood has been receiving a great deal of attention. We have been developing systems and materials to facilitate such liquid biopsies. In this study, we further developed glass filters (with various patterns of holes, pitches, and non-adhesive coating) that can capture CTCs, but not white blood cells. We optimized the glass filters to capture CTCs, and demonstrated that they could be used to detect CTCs from lung cancer patients. We also used the optimized glass filters for detecting CAFs. Additionally, we further developed a system for visualizing the captured cells on the glass filters. Finally, we demonstrated that we could directly culture the captured cells on the glass filters. Based on these results, our high-performance glass filters appear to be useful for capturing and culturing CTCs and CAFs for further examinations.

Neutrons are powerful tools for investigating the structure and properties of materials used in science and technology. Recently, laser-driven neutron sources (LDNS) have attracted the attention of different communities, from science to industry, in a variety of applications, including radiography, spectroscopy, security, and medicine. However, the laser-driven ion acceleration mechanism for neutron generation and for establishing the scaling law on the neutron yield is essential to improve the feasibility of LDNS. In this paper, we report the mechanism that accelerates ions with spectra suitable for neutron generation. We show that the neutron yield increases with the fourth power of the laser intensity, resulting in the neutron generation of 3×1011 in 4π at a maximum, with 1.1×1019 W cm−2, 900 J, 1.5 ps lasers. By installing a “hand-size” moderator, which is specially designed for the LDNS, it is demonstrated that the efficient generation of epithermal (0.1–100 eV) neutrons enables the single-shot analysis of composite materials by neutron resonance transmission analysis (NRTA). We achieve the energy resolution of 2.3% for 5.19-eV neutrons 1.8 m downstream of the LDNS. This leads to the analysis of elements and isotopes within sub-μs times and allows for high-speed nondestructive inspection.

Although interactions of small molecular drugs with serum proteins have been widely studied from pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic perspectives, there have been few reports on the effects of serum components on therapeutic antibody functions. This study reports the effect of abundant serum proteins on antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) mediated by rituximab and Fcγ receptor III (FcγRIII). Human serum albumin (HSA) and the Fab fragment from the pooled serum polyclonal IgG were found to compromise ADCC as non-competitive inhibitors. Our nuclear magnetic resonance data provided direct evidence for the interactions of HSA with both the Fab and Fc regions of rituximab and also with the extracellular region of FcγRIII (sFcγRIII). The degree of involvement in the interaction decreased in the order of rituximab-Fab > rituximab-Fc > sFcγRIII, suggesting preferential binding of HSA to net positively charged proteins. Although much less pronounced than the effect of HSA, polyclonal IgG-Fab specifically interacted with rituximab-Fc. The NMR data also showed that the serum protein interactions cover the Fc surface extensively, suggesting that they can act as pan-inhibitors against various Fc receptor-mediated functions and pharmacokinetics. Our findings highlight the importance of considering serum–protein interactions in the design and application of antibody-based drugs with increased efficacy and safety.

Level 5 advanced autonomous vehicles could be available for use as soon as 2030, allowing vehicles to drive anywhere without drivers. In this impending future, driverless vehicles may exclude people who use manual wheelchairs, of which there are currently 2.7 million in the U.S. alone. Current forms of wheelchair transportation often require aid from the driver to help the individual into the vehicle and be secured. Our team has developed a system to allow people in wheelchairs to enter an autonomous vehicle, secure themselves, and exit the vehicle without additional assistance. Our prototype to facilitate entry and exit into the vehicle is a deployable ramp which uses a modified four-bar system to allow for concealment within the floor of the vehicle as well as full deployment to the ground. Our prototype to achieve securement uses two outward-facing spring-loaded teeth to secure the wheelchair by the vertical components of its frame, using only the motion of the wheelchair for actuation. After the ramp deploys, the user will be able to wheel themselves up it and into the vehicle, where they can then back into the securement mechanism and lock into place. Then, a pull handle allows for mechanical release from the securement. The ramp is currently able to be moved manually along its intended motion path, however the eventual system would actuate automatically via motors on each arm. Upon testing the deflection of the ramp, it was able to withstand 900 pounds of weight as required by the ADA, and keep the maximum deflection of the ramp under 1.5mm. In order to test the securement mechanism, we scaled down the required forces and applied them to a 3D-printed version of the mechanism. Using the ratio of the yield strengths of PLA and aluminum 6061, we calculated these forces to be 264 N of lateral force and 160 N of axial force, which were numbers calculated from accelerations and turns associated with strenuous driving conditions. Upon testing we found that our mechanism successfully withstood these forces without yielding. Using the full-scale securement prototype, we were able to allow for 8 first-time users to secure themselves in under 40 seconds with times ranging from 14 to 38 seconds. Actuating the release for the securement mechanism took 10 pounds of force, exceeding our requirement of 5 pounds or less, and is currently inaccessible by the user while secured. Our tests concluded that with the exception of the securement release actuation, both mechanisms meet ADA requirements and are capable of allowing a user to enter, secure within, and exit a vehicle. Future steps include connecting the ramp to motors, extending the securement release mechanism to be accessible by the user, and reducing the force needed to release the securement.

We predict the production yield of a medical radioisotope ${}^{67}$ Cu using ${}^{67}$ Zn(n, p) ${}^{67}$ Cu and ${}^{68}$ Zn(n, pn) ${}^{67}$ Cu reactions with fast neutrons provided from laser-driven neutron sources. The neutrons were generated by the p+ ${}^9\mathrm{Be}$ and d+ ${}^9$ Be reactions with high-energy ions accelerated by laser–plasma interaction. We evaluated the yield to be (3.3 $\pm$ 0.5) $\times$ 10 ${}^5$ atoms for ${}^{67}$ Cu, corresponding to a radioactivity of 1.0 $\pm$ 0.2 Bq, for a Zn foil sample with a single laser shot. Using a simulation with this result, we estimated ${}^{67}$ Cu production with a high-frequency laser. The result suggests that it is possible to generate ${}^{67}$ Cu with a radioactivity of 270 MBq using a future laser system with a frequency of 10 Hz and 10,000-s radiation in a hospital.

Melawan PT Tubagus Jaya Mandiri dan Apakah putusan Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial dalam sengketa antara Wandi Irawan, dkk dan PT Tubagus Jaya Mandiri sudah sesuai dengan Undang-Undang No. 2 Tahun 2004? Untuk memperoleh jawaban atas penelitian ini, digunakan tipe penelitian hukum normative yang berbasis pada data sekunder dengan sifat penelitian deskriptif analisis dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan menggunakan logika deduktif. Dari analisis yang dilakukan ternyata seharusnya Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial pada Pengadilan Negeri dalam tingkat pertama sudah di putus dengan Putusan N.O atau Putusan tidak dapat diterima, karena telah terlihat jelas bahwa apabila mengenai gugatan yang mengandung atau melanggar kompetensi absolut maka gugatan tersebut dikatakan tidak dapat diterima bukan putusan ditolak sehingga seharusnya pihak penggugat mengajukan ulang gugatan ke Pengadilan Negeri di daerah hukum tempat tinggal tergugat, bukan ke Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial karena bukan Lembaga yang berwenang mengadili.

CYP105A1 from Streptomyces griseolus converts vitamin D3 to its biologically active form, 1α,25-dihydroxy vitamin D3. R73A/R84A mutation enhanced the 1α- and 25-hydroxylation activity for vitamin D3, while M239A mutation generated the 1α-hydroxylation activity for vitamin D2. In this study, the stability of six CYP105A1 enzymes, including 5 variants (R73A/R84A, M239A, R73A/R84A/M239A (=TriA), TriA/E90A, and TriA/E90D), was examined. Circular dichroism analysis revealed that M239A markedly reduces the enzyme stability. Protein fluorescence analysis disclosed that these mutations, especially M239A, induce large changes in the local conformation around Trp residues. Strong stabilizing effect of glycerol was observed. Nondenaturing PAGE analysis showed that CYP105A1 enzymes are prone to self-association. Fluorescence analysis using a hydrophobic probe 8-anilino-1-naphthalenesulfonic acid suggested that M239A mutation enhances self-association and that E90A and E90D mutations, in cooperation with M239A, accelerate self-association with little effect on the stability.

Background The safety and immunogenicity profile of COVID-19 vaccines when administered concomitantly with seasonal influenza vaccines have not yet been reported. We therefore aimed to report the results of a substudy within a phase 3 UK trial, by evaluating the safety, immunogenicity, and efficacy of NVX-CoV2373 when co-administered with licensed seasonal influenza vaccines. Methods We did a planned exploratory substudy as part of the randomised, observer-blinded, placebo-controlled, phase 3 trial of the safety and efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccine (NVX-CoV2373) by co-administrating the influenza vaccine at four study hospitals in the UK. Approximately, the first 400 participants meeting the main study entry criteria—with no contraindications to influenza vaccination—were invited to join the substudy. Participants of the main study were randomly assigned (1:1) to receive two intramuscular injections of either NVX-CoV2373 (5 μg) or placebo (normal saline) 21 days apart; participants enrolled into the substudy were co-vaccinated with a single (0·5 mL) intramuscular, age-appropriate (quadrivalent influenza cell-based vaccine [Flucelvax Quadrivalent; Seqirus UK, Maidenhead] for those aged 18–64 years and adjuvanted trivalent influenza vaccine [Fluad; Seqirus UK, Maidenhead] for those ≥65 years), licensed, influenza vaccine on the opposite deltoid to that of the first study vaccine dose or placebo. The influenza vaccine was administered in an open-label manner and at the same time as the first study injection. Reactogenicity was evaluated via an electronic diary for 7 days after vaccination in addition to monitoring for unsolicited adverse events, medically attended adverse events, and serious adverse events. Immunogenicity was assessed with influenza haemagglutination inhibition and SARS-CoV-2 anti-spike protein IgG assays. Vaccine efficacy against PCR-confirmed, symptomatic COVID-19 was assessed in participants who were seronegative at baseline, received both doses of study vaccine or placebo, had no major protocol deviations affecting the primary endpoint, and had no confirmed cases of symptomatic COVID-19 from the first dose until 6 days after the second dose (per-protocol efficacy population). Immunogenicity was assessed in participants who received scheduled two doses of study vaccine, had a baseline sample and at least one post-vaccination sample, and had no major protocol violations before unmasking (per-protocol immunogenicity population). Reactogenicity was analysed in all participants who received at least one dose of NVX-CoV2373 or placebo and had data collected for reactogenicity events. Safety was analysed in all participants who received at least one dose of NVX-CoV2373 or placebo. Comparisons were made between participants of the substudy and the main study (who were not co-vaccinated for influenza). This study is registered with ClinicalTrials.gov, number NCT04583995. Findings Between Sept 28, 2020, and Nov 28, 2020, a total of 15 187 participants were randomised into the main phase 3 trial, of whom 15 139 received treatment (7569 received dose one of NVX-CoV2373 and 7570 received dose one of placebo). 431 participants were co-vaccinated with a seasonal influenza vaccine in the substudy (217 received NVX-CoV2373 plus the influenza vaccine and 214 received placebo plus the influenza vaccine). In general, the substudy participants were younger, more racially diverse, and had fewer comorbid conditions than those in the main study. Reactogenicity events were more common in the co-administration group than in the NVX-CoV2373 alone group: tenderness (113 [64·9%] of 174 vs 592 [53·3%] of 1111) or pain (69 [39·7%] vs 325 [29·3%]) at injection site, fatigue (48 [27·7%] vs 215 [19·4%]), and muscle pain (49 [28·3%] vs 237 [21·4%]). Incidences of unsolicited adverse events, treatment-related medically attended adverse events, and serious adverse events were low and balanced between the co-administration group and the NVX-CoV2373 alone group. No episodes of anaphylaxis or deaths were reported within the substudy. Co-administration resulted in no change to influenza vaccine immune response although a reduction in antibody responses to the NVX-CoV2373 vaccine was noted. Keberadaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) merupakan salah satu aspek yang mempengaruhi aktivitas sehari-hari. Sekolah Dasar adalah jenjang pendidikan dasar di Indonesia. Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) Panembangan Cilongok adalah sebuah sekolah dasar yang terletak di Desa Panembangan Cilongok, Kabupaten Banyumas. Kegiatan proses pembelajaran ditunjang melalui kegiatan guru yang akan menyampaikan materi kepada siswa. Pada saat proses pembelajaran guru menyampaikan materi berupa secara langsung atau menggunakan PowerPoint. Media lain yang digunakan selain power point yang dapat digunakan untuk penyampaian materi adalah prezi. Prezi merupakan aplikasi presentasi yang dapat digunakan secara offline maupun online. Aplikasi prezi dapat membantu untuk menyampaikan materi lebih menarik, sehingga memudahkan dalam menuangkan ide-ide untuk dikomunikasikan dengan siswa. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membekali guru-guru SDN Panembangan Cilongok dengan pengetahuan tentang media alternatif yang dapat mendemonstrasikan proses pembelajaran agar pembelajaran menjadi lebih menarik.

Pada proses tomografi diperlukan sinogram sebagai data pembentuknya. Sinogram dalam hal ini akan memberikan informasi intensitas radiasi pada setiap sudut proyeksi radiasi untuk masing-masing sensor. Hasil dari serapan radiasi yang diterima oleh setiap sudut proyeksi akan dibentuk dengan sinogram dan akan mengasilkan citra gambar untuk hasil akhirnya. Pada penelitian ini diajukan gagasan pembentukan sinogram menggunakan sensor tunggal. Sensor yang digunakan pada penelitian ini hanya mampu menerima paparan sumber radiasi pada satu arah. Pada penelitian ini akan dikembangkan metode pemecahan sensor menggunakan kurva distribusi normal. Hal ini bertujuan supaya sensor dapat menerima radiasi dari berbagai arah sehingga intensitas radiasi pada setiap sudut proyeksi radiasi akan diproyeksikan ke dalam sinogram. Algortima yang digunakan adalah membagi sensor menjadi 8 bagian titik serap radiasi. Pembagian sensor ini mengacu pada kurva distribusi normal, sehingga didapatkan 8 selang nilai sensor yaitu -0,05, -0,1, -0,15, -,2, 0 , 0,2, 0,15, 0,1, dan 0,05 terhadap nilai rata-ratanya. Ujicoba dilakukan dengan melakukan penyinaran awal pada sudut 0o sampai sudut 360o dengan kenaikan sudut sebesar 5o. Langkah berikutnya dilakukan penyinaran selama 60 detik. Data yang diambil adalah nilai yang diterima sensor pada saat detik ke 60. Hasil pengukuran semua sudut selanjutnya digunakan dalam pembentukan sinogram. Keberhasilan pembentukan sinogram dalam ujicoba ini menjadi langkah awal pembentukan tomografi yang lebih efisien pada tahap selanjutnya.

Nowadays, employment has become one of the focus of attention for developing countries, including Indonesia. This is one of the urgencies that must be addressed considering that the Indonesian population is entering the demographic divident period. Success in achieving the demographic divident is very dependent on the employment conditions of young people in realizing a low level of dependence. However, obstacles in terms of education and employment are still experienced by youth which can be seen from the percentage of NEET from Year-on-Year (YoY), especially in 2020 it is exacerbated by Covid-19 pandemic. Based on these problems, it is necessary to research NEET in Indonesia in 2020. This study uses 2020 National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) data which is analyzed by using multilevel binary logistic regression analysis. The unemployed status of young NEETs is influenced by gender, age, marital status, highest education completed, disability status, classification of the area of residence, and recent migrant status. There is a multilevel effect in the NEET assessment of young people as evidenced by the influence of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and Human Development Index (HDI). The research results are expected to be used as a reference in making policies to optimizing the mismatch program on the pre-employment card to bridge the young age of job seekers with available job opportunities and based on the province-level variable, the province government are expected to maximize the province-level variables that affect the tendency of NEETs to remain active in the labor market. that are targeted towards the NEET problem in Indonesia.
