为了探究二维材料在片上可调有源光学器件领域的应用潜力，通过干法转印将由机械剥离法得到的高品质单层二硒化钼转移到正面涂有150 nm厚聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的双轴压电陶瓷上，制作出可应力调控发光性质的单层二硒化钼光源.对双轴压电陶瓷施加驱动电压，使电信号转化为应力信号，观察低温下（~5 K）二硒化钼光致发光光谱中本征激子态、带电激子态信号峰随应力变化的规律.结果表明：在应力由拉伸应力转变为压应力并逐渐增大的过程中，本征激子态、带电激子态信号峰分别出现了~3.8 meV、~3.7 meV的波长蓝移.增大压应力、拉伸应力都会导致本征激子态、带电激子态信号峰光强线性降低.同时，与泵浦光圆极化相关的圆偏振度也随应力变化表现出规律性改变.此项研究证明了应力调控与单层二硒化钼光学性质之间的紧密关系，为开发各类基于二维材料的片上可调有源光学器件提供支持.

Travel route recommendation is an important part of the field of intelligent transportation, which can provide the guidance of travel mode and travel route for travelers. However, the current travel route recommendation methods are single mode, which make the traveler choose only one kind of traffic mode when traveling. And because of the complexity of urban transport modes, such a single traffic plan recommendation often fails to meet the expected requirements. In order to solve the limitation of the single vehicle travel method, we propose a travel route recommendation method which includes three modes of transportation, including rental, subway, and walking. By constructing a travel route recommendation model in mixed traffic model, the problem of route recommendation is transformed into a shortest path problem in the travel route map, and we can get the travel route according to the shortest path. According to this route recommendation method, we have created an APP to recommend routes for travelers, and considering the traveler's requirements for travel time and travel expenses are various, we can recommend a most suitable route according to travelers' preference for time or cost.

The Acrylate resin layer has lower dielectric constant(e≈3.5),better optical transparency,and can be spin-coated as a flat surface film easily.By using resin as passivation layer in the array process,the vertical gap is increased between the Common ITO and bus line and plannar the devices.This reduces unwanted capacitive coupling and enables the pixel electrode to be extended over the gate and data lines,thus increasing aperture area,specifi-cally decreases power.In this work,there were some problems between the resin passivation layer and pixel ITO,such as Mo attack,missing ITO and so on.After optimizing the process of ITO Etching,photosensitive resin and non-photosensitive resin perfectly match with ITO etchant and Resin Coating,the resin passivation layer is sucessfully applied to the TFT-LCD.

In this paper, an experimental research the effect of ablating material on the reflection and the transmission of microwaves in arc-heated plasma flow is presented by using the C band microwave measuring system. The results show that the ablating material with accidented surface and its high temperature have remarkably affected the reflection and the transmission of microwaves. The experiment proves that the system has outstanding precision and reliability.

MATLAB is a mathematics software applied broad in high-powered numerical value calculations and control, while virtual reality technology is a high-powered visual and interactive simulation technology. The paper discusses how to combine the two.

We compare the classical method and Gauss' method for deriving secular inequalities and find the latter to be more accurate, especially in cases where the orbital eccentricities and inclination are moderate or large. Based on Gauss' method, we derive some practical algorithms and then Investigate numerically the orbital evolution of the nine major planets over the last 2,100,000 years or so, taking into account all their secular perturbations. The main results are shown in TABLE 3, alongside with Stockwell's results for easy comparison. Detailed variations of the elements are plotted in Figs. 1 and 2.
