After the renovation of the low NOx combustion, furnace combustion environment has been changed, reducing atmosphere of the furnace is enhanced that made coal ash fusion point temperature reduced. At the same time by the impact of the changing of the aerodynamic field in furnace, some boiler’s water-coll wall get serious coking phenomenon. This paper takes a 1025t/h tangentially fired boiler as an example, takes an analysis of its coking phenomenon, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.

Based on the different physiological characteristics of the mastoid skin and soft tissue of Chinese congenital microtia malformation, the Nagata two-stage method was respectively applied for ear reconstruction, and the clinic experience were investigated in this study.According to the mastoid skin and soft tissue difference in the thickness and tightness, 280 patients diagnosed with congenital microtia were divided into four types: thin and tight, thin and loose, thick and tight, thick and loose type. 90 cases of thin and loose type accepted the Nagata method of ear reconstruction surgery.With average 7.8 months follow up, 84.4% (76/90) cases using Nagata two-stage method were satisfied with the outcome of the reconstructed ear including three dimensional position and subunit appearance. There were no postoperative complication related to chest wall deformity or affected normal physical function.The Nagata two-stage method is appropriate management choice for Chinese congenital microtia. Based on the different physiological characteristics of the mastoid skin and soft tissue, the selection of different operational should be beneficial to the ear reconstruction of Chinese congenital microtia malformation.

Digital mockup of segment erector has been built in PRO/E and imported into ADAMS through Mechanism/Pro for building the virtual prototype. Step function is applied for fitting the segment erector’s main drivers, single segment erected time in Qinling tunnel is calculated as an example, the dynamic simulation of segment erecting under different operating conditions has been made. Comparing the analyzed results then the loading condition of the erector's bridge can be gotten. The finite element analysis of the erector's bridge is made by software ANSYS, structure strength checking which can provides support for the optimal design of segment erector has been made.

The function, operating principle and the whole design scheme of synthetic detector for oxygen system are presented. Silicon resonant pressure sensor and two-dimensional surface fitting data fusion algorithm are used to implement the measurement of simulated pressure altitude with high accuracy. This synthetic detector for oxygen system possesses high accuracy, good reliability and high accuracy which meets the military need. In addition, detection ability is improved markedly.

Adopting Forward Error Correction (FEC), technologies for the laser communication system such as encode, interleaving, decode have been discussed in detail in the system. TURBO code is applied in this system which can reduce the system BER effectively. We make a detailed analysis of principle and performance of encoder, interleaver and decoder. Meanwhile, we compare their performance and computational complexity in three algorithms: MAP, Log-MAP and Max-log-MAP. Besides, principle and process of Max- log-MAP decoding algorithm are emphatically discussed. On this basis, a TURBO codec with fixed frame length was designed based on Max-log-MAP decoding algorithm and FPGA technique. MATLAB simulation shows BER of codec at different bit rates and with different length of frame can reach to the order of 10−5∼10−6.

In this paper, a method of automatic Chinese keyword extraction based on KNN is proposed. Firstly, it preprocesses the document by vector space model. Secondly, it constructs a set of candidate keywords based on KNN method and the labeled dataset. Finally, it post-processes on candidate keywords by the character of keyword to meet readers' requirements Experimental results show the method proposed can not only improve the precision and recall of keyword extraction, but also extract implicit subject efficiently.

Topic digital library is a special domain digital library based on topic features. This paper is to introduce a new approach to build topic navigation in the topic digital library using topic extraction and clustering. Topic digital library is an important application of knowledge service and it is a special domain digital library based on topic or concept features. Firstly, documents in a special domain are automatically produced by document classification approach. It integrates the rule-based and statistical method to classify the documents in the large-scale collection. Then, the keywords of each document are extracted using the machine learning approach. The keywords are used to cluster the documents subset. The clustered result is the taxonomy of the subset. Lastly, the taxonomy is modified to the hierarchical structure for user navigation by manual adjustments. The topic digital library is constructed after combining the full-text retrieval and hierarchical navigation function. The construction method of topic digital library is significant to build the topic databases or special resource databases.
