El objetivo de este artículo es compartir el estudio llevado a cabo en la tesis de doctorado que propuso un nuevo Modelo de Alineamiento Estratégico Personal – MAEP – que pasa por la identificación de propósitos, valores y creencias, sueños, visión de futuro, objetivos y competencias para que el individuo asuma el protagonismo de su carrera y de su vida mediante las elecciones más conscientes pautadas en la reflexión de los aspectos que, integrados, permitan la construcción de una identidad y la ejecución de acciones pertinentes en busca de una plena realización del propósito individual. Este estudio demuestra cómo el modelo proporciona una mejora en la percepción de sí mismos, del planeamiento de la carrera y del desarrollo del pensamiento estratégico de la muestra investigada y contribuye con el desarrollo de las competencias de los profesionales en posiciones estratégicas en el área de Recursos Humanos, considerando los desafíos del actual escenario y las tendencias de esta función en el futuro del trabajo. The purpose of this article is to share the study developed in the doctoral thesis which proposed a new Model of Personal Strategic Alignment - MAEP - that goes through the identification of purposes, values and beliefs, dreams, future vision, goals and competencies, so that the individual assumes the protagonism of his career and life through the most conscious choices, guided by the reflection of the aspects that, integrated, allow the construction of an identity and the execution of relevant actions in search of a full realization of the individual purpose. This study shows how the model provided an improvement in the self-perception, career planning and development of strategic thinking of the sample investigated and contributed to the development of the competencies of professionals in strategic positions in the Human Resources area, considering the challenges of the current scenario and the trends of this function in the future of work.

This article focuses on the educational principle of action as a means for personality development. In a climate of self-improvement and reflection, well-prepared educators can guide children and young people to be able to learn from the experience of failure in their lives. In particular, we analyze the extent to which the doing-doing methodology proposed by Tomás Morales in his work Forja de Hombres [Forge of Men] can contribute to the development of the key personal, social and learning-to-learn competency, incorporating the Sustainable Development Goal of Health and Well-Being.

Exploring teachers’ identities while teaching in the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) is essential. Such assists teachers to reflect, improving their teaching through various networks. Identities are conscious thoughts interrogating subconscious thoughts that drive teachers to understand their personal needs. Eleven teachers, registered for a Master of Education degree at a university in South Africa, were purposively selected for this study. The objective of this study was to understand teachers’ identities while teaching mathematics in the 4IR. Focus-group discussions, reflective activities, and one-on-one semi-structured interviews, framed by a pragmatic case study, were used for data collection. The teachers’ identities revealed that the Three Tree Rings Theory with Currere was useful when applied as the teaching framework. Such application of the theories generated three categories of teaching identities within the 4IR. Categories were societal, professional, and personal identities. The university at which these participants were registered prescribed Moodle. However, the students mostly used social media sites such as Facebook and WhatsApp. As a result, students used digital technologies even during face-to-face classes. The study concluded that, although there were elements of both personal and professional identities, the societal identity was that which drove teaching. Consequently, this study recommends that teachers should learn to reflect on, in, and for their actions, in order to address the ‘what’, ‘how’, ‘who’, and ‘why’ questions of education, natural identity, and the 4IR/5IR.

The literature on microcredit programs has largely focused on positive socioeconomic outcomes and low accessibility issues in farming areas and has provided less insight into the effects of easily acquired microcredit in pastoral areas. Using a case study approach, and econometric models, this paper addresses this gap by examining why and how easily acquired microcredit loans in Inner Mongolian pastoral areas increase the risk to the financial security of households or livelihood risk. Results show that existing microcredit programs increase livelihood risk because loan and repayment requirements do not align with the husbandry production cycle of contemporary Inner Mongolian pastoralists. This misalignment forces pastoralists to borrow from usurers to repay bank loans. Furthermore, households that need to borrow from usurers typically own smaller numbers of livestock and are less likely to be able to repay the usurers by selling animals. Instead, they tend to increase their bank loans in the coming year to repay the previous year’s debt, trapping them in a vicious and ultimately impoverishing circle of annual loans they cannot fully pay back, and feeding increasing debt. We suggest that microcredit programs in semiarid areas should be in sync with the local production cycle and recognize environmental constraints that cause high variation in production seasonally and year to year. Our results supplement previous findings on microcredit applications and are particularly pertinent for other semiarid areas of the world. Rapid technological change and globalization have created new challenges when it comes to the protection and processing of personal data. In 2018, Brazil presented a new law that has the proposal to inform how personal data should be collected and treated, to guarantee the security and integrity of the data holder. The General Law Data Protection - LGPD, was sanctioned on September 18th, 2020. Now, the citizen is the owner of his personal data, which means that he has rights over this information and can demand transparency from companies regarding its collection, storage, and use. This is a major change and, therefore, extremely important that everyone understands their role within LGPD. The purpose of this paper is to emphasize the principles of the General Law on Personal Data Protection, informing real cases of leakage of personal data and thus obtaining an understanding of the importance of gains that meet the interests of Internet users on the subject and its benefits to the entire Brazilian society.

Zum 1. Januar 2019 trat das Gesetz zur „Weiterentwicklung der Qualität und zur Teilhabe in der Kindertagesbetreuung“ (KiQuTG) in Kraft, das unter der Bezeichnung „Gute-KiTa-Gesetz“ bekannt wurde. Im Beitrag wird die These vertreten, dass die durch dieses Gesetz bereitgestellten Mittel erstens gezielt und prioritär für die Verbesserung der Struktur-, Prozess- und Ergebnisqualität in Kindertageseinrichtungen genutzt werden sollten. Zweitens wird argumentiert, dass nur durch eine einrichtungs- und sozialraumbezogene Konzentration der Ressourcen wirksame Effekte hinsichtlich des Ausgleichs sozial bedingter Nachteile in Bezug auf Bildungs- und Teilhabechancen zu erwarten sind. Ein entsprechender Vorschlag wird am Beispiel Thüringen erläutert. (DIPF/Orig.), On 01.01.2019, the so-called „Further Development of Quality and Participation in Early Childhood Education and Care Act” (KiQuTG), known as “Good Day-Nursery Act”, came into effect. In this paper we support the position that the related state funding should primarily be used for improving the quality of structure, processes and out-comes of early childhood education and care. Furthermore, we argue that the consequences of social inequality (e.g., less educational and participatory opportunities) can only be effectively reduced by a funding model, which focusses on institutions with a high number of children living in disadvantaged circumstances or located in underprivileged areas. We explain our argument using Th uringia as an example. Such models can also be understood as signals for the school system, as effects of school’s social environment have been already pointed out for a long time. (DIPF/Orig.)

The work discusses a correlative relationship between the notions of the personal and the private in the context of biblical psalmist’s piety. Elements of anthropology (heart, soul, face) will obtain considerable importance, particularly the ideas of face and soul (פנה and נפש). These will be corresponding to the Greek idea of προσοπων (prosopon), person. The authors will insist on the distinction between the ideas of personal and private, but they will also recognize the interdependence of these ideas, in recognition that the individual and the societal, are both contributions in the building of the subject as the self. In Paul’s Hymn to Love (1 Cor. 13) the complementary nature between the personal and the private is evident. There we find both passive and active subject’s role claiming this double aspect of the human subject - personal and private. Discussion in this work follows long-term debates over the nature of the subject, its personality, and its privacy.

The purpose of this investigation was to deepen understanding of how farmer personal features and farm characteristics affect the profitability of backyard fish farms in south- south Nigeria. In order to achieve the aim of the study, primary data were collected on farmer and farm-based variables, using questionnaire from randomly selected fish farmers in 2018. Nested regression models were estimated to evaluate the separate and combined effects of farmer and farm characteristics of profitability. The results indicates that the mean age was 41 years, 84.4% of them were male and majority (90.0%) had secondary education and above. The mean farming experience was 8 years with mean household size of 9 persons. The findings revealed that backyard fish farming was profitable with a total revenue of N2, 233,800 (6111.63 USD), a total cost of N1, 404,280 (3842.08 USD) with a net income of N829520 (2269.55 USD) and BCR of 1.59. The benefit-cost ratio (BCR) of 1.59 implies that every N1.00 invested in backyard fish farming will yield additional income of N0.59k. The result shows that backyard fish farms profitability responds positively to farmers personal characteristics (age, years of experience, gender, education and family size). The growth of modern markets (supermarket) has big influence on traditional markets, especially regarding their consumers. Therefore the purposes of this research are analyzing the influence of personal factor to perception and motivation in purchasing tendency from traditional market to modern market. The research was using survey method with 257 respondents (modern market consumer) which are selected by accidental respondent method. Collected data then proceed to be analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model utilizing AMOS Software Ver. 18.0. Financial stress is the root cause of many adverse health outcomes among poor and low-income children and their families, yet few clinical interventions have been developed to improve health by directly addressing patient and family finances. Medical-Financial Partnerships (MFPs) are novel cross-sector collaborations in which health care systems and financial service organizations work collaboratively to improve health by reducing patient financial stress, primarily in low-income communities. Financial services provided by MFPs include individually tailored financial coaching, free tax preparation, budgeting, debt reduction, savings support, and job assistance, among others. MFPs have been shown to improve finances and, in the few existing studies available, health outcomes. We describe the rationale for MFPs and examine eight established MFPs providing financial services under 1 of 3 models: full-scope on-site service partnerships; targeted on-site service partnerships; and partnerships facilitating referral to off-site financial services. The services MFPs provide complement clinical social risk screening and navigation programs by preventing or repairing common financial problems that would otherwise lead to poverty-related social needs, such as food and housing insecurity. We identify common themes, as well as unique strengths and solutions to a variety of implementation challenges MFPs commonly encounter. Given that the financial circumstances and health outcomes of socially marginalized patients and families are closely linked, MFPs represent a promising and feasible cross-sector service delivery approach and a new model for upstream health care to promote synergistic financial well-being and health improvement.

A parallel is drawn with the specifics of this process directly when foreign students are included in the conditions of study at a university in another country. The factors influencing the success of this process and causing difficulties in it are determined.

Le présent article est une analyse de la problématique des effectifs du personnel dans les établissements d’enseignement conformément aux normes (377). Une recherche documentaire à partir des rapports des onze établissements du pool secondaire de MontNgafula a été réalisée pour se rendre compte du niveau d’exécution ou de respect de normes établies. Après analyse des données recueillies et consignées dans les rapports du Bureau de ce pool, il a été démontré que sur un total de 1.456 Classes organisées dans les 103 écoles, nous avons exploité les données en termes d’échantillon de 177 classes de 11 Etablissements. Les résultats sont tels que 421 agents ont été répertoriés parmi lesquels 252 seulement sont visibles (58%) et 169 (42%) sont inexistants. Les postes les plus négligés sont les suivants : Professeur, Intendant, Surveillant, Secrétaire, Employés de Bureau, Huissiers, Sentinelles et les Travailleurs. This article is an analysis of the problem of staffing in educational establishments in accordance with standards. A documentary search based on the reports of the eleven establishments of the secondary pool of Mont-Ngafula was carried out to realize the level of execution or compliance with established standards. After analyzing the data collected and recorded in the reports of the Bureau of this pool, it was shown that out of a total of 1,456 Classes organized in the 103 schools, we used the data in terms of a sample of 177 classes from 11 Establishments. The results are such that 421 agents were listed among which only 252 are visible (58%) and 169 (42%) are non-existent. The most overlooked positions are: Teacher, Steward, Warden, Secretary, Clerks, Bailiffs, Sentinels and Laborers.

In particular, the types of professional, practical competencies and their stages of development were discussed.

Background Patient online access to medical records is assumed to foster patient empowerment and advance patient-centred healthcare. Since July 2020, patients in the Netherlands have been legally entitled to electronically access their medical record in general practice. Experience from pioneering countries has shown that despite high patient interest, user rates often remain low. How to best support implementation depends on individual needs and expectations of patient populations, which are as yet unknown in the Dutch context. Objective To understand Dutch patients’ needs and expectations with regard to online access to their medical record in general practice. Method Twenty participants completed semi-structured individual interviews via video or telephone call. Transcripts of interviews underwent template analysis combining deductive and inductive coding using Atlas.ti software. Results Patients’ needs and expectations ranged across three overlapping areas: (i) prerequisites for getting online access; (ii) using online access; and (iii) the impact on interaction with healthcare providers. Patients expected benefits from online access such as better overview, empowerment and improved communication with their general practitioner but identified needs regarding technological difficulties, data privacy and complex medical language in their record. Conclusion The concerns and obstacles participants identified point towards the need for organisational changes in general practice, for example, adjusted documentation practices, and the key role of the general practitioner and staff in promoting and facilitating online access. Implications Implementation strategies addressing needs identified in this study may help to unlock the full potential of online access to achieve desired outcomes of patient involvement and satisfaction.

Today, the activities of military units become especially important in conditions of instability in the country. Consequently, the study of the psychological characteristics of such people becomes expedient. Modern types of combat are requirements that often exceed the capabilities and resources of the military. This, in turn, creates a need for a special type of personality - stable, socially active, with a high level of self-regulation and the ability to withstand pressure from adverse factors [9].In modern psychology, the individual way in which a person can cope with a complex, crisis situation is determined by the concept of coping behavior. The study of this concept is especially relevant for persons working in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Coping is a strategy of behavior in complex stressful situations, which is chosen by servicemen to deal with stress. This is a kind of response of the psyche, which is an adaptive mechanism at the time of negative impact. The choice of coping strategies is determined by a number of personality traits that determine the dominant pattern of behavior of a particular serviceman during decompression.

Objective: To identify the main causes of staff turnover in the hotel industry in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico. Method: The research is qualitative with descriptive scope and non-experimental design. Semi-structured interviews were applied to 67 hotel staff managers in Guanajuato capital. Relevance: In Mexico, tourism activity is considered an engine for economic development because of its great contribution to the Gross Domestic Product. This activity is characterized by the high employment of human resources involved in the process of providing services, however, in recent years there has been a high level of staff turnover in this industry, so study the causes of this phenomenon is relevant. Results: The main causes of staff turnover in the hotel industry in the state of Guanajuato Mexico are: a) the compensation system; b) recruitment and selection of personnel; and c) the demotivation of employees. Contributions: In addition to diagnosis, some low-cost strategies were designed to attack each of the triggers of staff turnover in this industry. Esta actividad se caracteriza por el alto empleo de recursos humanos que intervienen en el proceso de prestación de servicios, sin embargo, en los últimos años se ha observado un alto nivel de rotación de personal en esta industria, por lo cual estudiar las causas de este fenómeno resulta relevante. Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine the role of empathy in the student service experience. Taking a dyadic perspective, both students’ and staff’s perceptions are analyzed to determine if empathy matters to both actors alike; and which differences in perceptions about the role of empathy between these actors exist. Design/methodology/approach The authors adopt a multi-method approach and used data from 256 usable survey responses from 11 higher education service providers in Singapore. Empathy was operationalized by six cognitive and affective independent variables and multiple multivariate analyses are applied, such as multivariate analysis of variance, discriminant analysis and multiple regression analysis. Findings Results show that both students and staff alike evaluate empathy as important in the co-created service experience. The provision of individualized attention to students to positively influence student experience in learning was deemed important by both staff and students. Yet, there are also distinct differences. For students, it is essential that staff members have students’ best interests at heart; for staff members, knowledge of students’ needs and show of care and concern are important. Practical implications Students and staff perceive empathy in higher education service provision differently. Interestingly, whilst staff think caring for students is important, students feel that too much care and concern from staff has a negative effect on their experience. Hence, too much care and concern might cause potential issues with the students’ perception of “over-servicing” which might manifest as “spoon-feeding.” Instead, students are asking for individualized and professionalized attention to be taken seriously and to be involved in the co-creation of the education service experience. Originality/value This study advances the understanding of affective and cognitive aspects of empathy and their influence on students’ service experiences.

Mobile phones have become a highly personal tool for individuals and have revolutionized many aspects of travellers’ lives. Indeed, mobile phones can be considered an integral part of travellers’ trip routines, thus engendering strong feelings of attachment to them. Following the stimulus–organism– response model, this paper analyses how certain stimuli (travellers’ addiction to their device, perceived control, perceived entertainment, and subjective norms) influence travellers’ mobile phone attachment (MPA) and intention to purchase travel using the device. The results of this model show the importance of personal and environmental factors in increasing MPA and reveal how this attachment positively influences intention toward mobile shopping for travel-related purchases. This work proposes a model in both the mobile and travel contexts with MPA as the central variable. As such, this paper contributes to the academic literature and yields several recommendations for business practice., Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness (ECO2017-82107-R).

Für die Ganztagsschulentwicklung sind außerunterrichtliche Angebote am Nachmittag zentral. In der Fachdiskussion zur Ganztagsbildung wird konzeptionell diskutiert, inwiefern in diesen Angeboten ein anderes Lernen jenseits des Unterrichts ermöglicht wird. Einschlägige Befunde der standardisierten Ganztagsschulforschung liegen vor. Eine ethnografische Ganztagsschulforschung kann durch ihre Innensicht auf das Nachmittagsprogramm zur Empirie wie auch zur Theoriedebatte beitragen. In the debate on all-day education, questions on the extent to which these arrangements enable learning beyond the classroom are discussed. Relevant findings from standardized all-day school research are available. Dans un contexte de refondation de l’école en France, ces travaux de recherche s’inscrivent dans le cadre d’une expérimentation en REP+ qui vise l’accompagnement des professionnels par une équipe de recherche. Depuis la rentrée 2015, cette recherche- intervention au sein d’un réseau d’éducation Prioritaire de Vaucluse a été menée notamment auprès des personnels d’encadrement. à partir des outils et des méthodes utilisés et développés par l’équipe ERGAPE (ERGonomie de l’Activité de Professionnels de l’Education), ces travaux mettent en évidence en particulier les indices d’une activité surchargée et dispersée de ces personnels, qui affecterait leur santé au sens de G. Canguilhem. This research focuses on the problem whether there any differences in the average between social, personal and psychological factors on the decisions of students of Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Palembang and Universitas Muhammadyah Palembang in purchasing Islamic bank products or conventional banks. The model used for this study is comparative analysis of two free samples (Independent Sample T Test), the data is processed and tested using the SPSS Version 19. The results show that the value of t count on social factors is -2.304 and the significance value for social factors is 0.023, it can be concluded that there are differences in social factors between students of UIN Palembang and Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang in making purchasing decisions for Islamic bank products or conventional banks. The value of t count on personal factors is -2.912 and the significance value for personal factors is 0.004, it can be concluded that there are personal factor differences between students of UIN Palembang and Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang in making purchasing decisions for Islamic bank products or conventional banks. The value of t count on psychological factors is -3,187 and the significance value for psychological factors is 0,002, it can be concluded that there are psychological factors differences between students of UIN Palembang and Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang in making purchasing decisions for Islamic bank products or conventional banks. The value of t count for the purchasing decision factor is -4,538 and the significance value for the purchasing decision factor is 0,000, it can be concluded that there are differences in purchasing decision factors between students of UIN Palembang and Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang in making purchasing decisions for Islamic bank products or conventional banks.

Many older community-living persons with schizophrenia report unmet psychological and social needs. The Amsterdam-based New Club is a novel facility that intends to foster self-reliance and social participation in this group. To explore participants’ and staff perceptions, a naturalistic qualitative study combined participant observation with interviews. The results illustrate how the New Club contributes to the personal and social recovery of its participants. At the personal level, attending the facility, activation and feeling accepted were valued positively. At the social level, engaging with others, experiencing a sense of community, and learning from one another’s social skills were positive contributors. Next, various environmental factors proved important. The New Club demonstrates the feasibility of creating a facility that offers an accepting and non-demanding social environment to older community-living individuals with severe mental illnesses. It may offer a suitable alternative for the more demanding psychotherapeutic interventions offered to younger populations.

The paper aims to clarify and determine the definition of liability for tax evasion (financial, administrative. and criminal); to identify the main legal and financial problems of different types of liability in Ukraine; to define possible ways of solving these problems based on the law and economics theory and foreign legal experience of the countries that have already implemented corporate liability for tax evasion (the USA, the UK). The study investigates the gaps in legislation that enable tax violations and do not motivate corporations and managers to deter crime, including the uncertainty of legislation on types of liability and its non-compliance with international practice; a low level of fines for tax violations and a low level of criminal liability qualification; absence of corporate liability for tax evasion, which is essential to deter crimes; the lack of reporting and whistleblowing due to the low security level. It is grounded that the range measures has to be taken to reduce the number of tax offences and increase the effectiveness of tax penalties in Ukraine. It is necessary to create preconditions for financial and administrative liability application instead of criminal liability. There is a need for introducing a strict corporate administrative and criminal liability for tax evasion. The government has to increase the limits of criminal liability since they are too low compared to international practice. The strong legislative system of whistleblowers’ protection is needed to ensure the reporting of wrongdoings. Article received 27.04.2018

The support of the group facilitates the experience of traumatic memories, removes the uniqueness of a particular case, helps to adapt to peaceful conditions An important psychological aspect to pay attention to during decompression is the use of productive coping strategies to ensure effective psychological recovery. Conducting trainings allows to reveal potential possibilities of the person and to form adaptive strategies of coping behavior by means of the social and psychological mechanisms which are supported by functioning of group. Purpose: It is impossible to meet the guest's needs when employees come and go, and it is costly to find new employees to recruit. The study aims to find ways of retaining employees while also investigating why they leave their jobs. Design/Method/Approach: A descriptive-correlational method of research in a quantitative design was used to determine correlation between variables. The study was highly accepted in terms of a Cronbach α = .988 which indicates an excellent index of reliability. Survey questionnaires served as a tool to draw facts about employees’ satisfaction and employees’ level of job performance in the accommodation sector. Findings: The study revealed the existing relationship between employee satisfaction and job performance in the accommodation sector. Based on the research findings, employee satisfaction is an important aspect that affects job performance and organizational success. Hence, the accommodation sector may leap at a chance of increasing employee satisfaction since it is the best predictor of job performance in the accommodation sector. Theoretical Implications: This paper expanded the body of research on employee satisfaction in relation to Herzberg’s Theory: (1) hygiene factors such as work environment, wages and benefits, and job security if they are not present at work will lead to dissatisfaction; (2) motivator factors such as career and personal work will increase employee satisfaction; (3) employee satisfaction mediates relationship with job performance. Originality/Value: This research can act efficiently through an enhanced human resource plan providing an optimal balance of human capital leading to increased productivity and retained quality employees. espanolEl analisis de las fuentes documentales existentes en el Archivo Historico Nacional, de la serie Inquisicion, permite profundizar como estaba disenada la estructura interna del tribunal del Santo Oficio del reino de Mallorca a finales del siglo xviii. Su actividad ya apuntaba a que estaba en decadencia absoluta. Las unicas actuaciones se centraban en la persecucion de libros prohibidos o en la depuracion de responsabilidades entre los religiosos acusados de solicitaciones. Entre los objetivos previstos destacariamos valorar los gastos de personal y determinar quienes formaban parte de este y con quienes estaban vinculados. La principal conclusion que emana de este estudio es que en determinados casos existio una verdadera cooptacion en la transmision de los oficios, validada y permitida por el propio Consejo de la Suprema. Otra de las conclusiones que hemos alcanzado es la de valorar las conexiones que se dieron en la institucion inquisitorial, especialmente entre los altos cargos. Configuraban una verdadera red de poder que se extendia gradualmente por todos los territorios de la Corona. Finalmente, clarificamos las diferencias existentes, en materia de personal entre la isla mayor, Mallorca, y las dos mas pequenas. Ibiza y, especialmente, Menorca. EnglishThe analysis of the documentary sources existing in the National Historical Archive, from the Inquisition series, allows us to deepen how the internal structure of the court of the Holy Office of the kingdom of Mallorca was designed at the end of the 18th century, when its activity already indicated that it was in decline absolute and the only actions focused on the prosecution of prohibited books or the purging of responsibilities among religious accused of solicitations. Among the planned objectives we would highlight that of evaluating personnel costs and determining who was part of it, and with whom they were related. The main conclusion that emanates from this study is that in certain cases there was a true co-option in its transmission that was validated and allowed by the Supreme Council itself. Anàlisi i implementació d'un gestor de vacances de personal per una empresa mitjana-gran del sector de l'oci i la restauració. Es desenvolupa un mòdul software per al departament de recursos humans i s'integra a l'actual intranet de gestió corporativa. L'objectiu principal del projecte és optimitzar, simplificar i millorar el procés de petició de dies de vacances dels treballadors. Per al desenvolupament s'ha utilitzat la metodologia àgil Kanban. La planificació del projecte resulta en un total de 5 mesos, dels quals, 65 dies s'adjudiquen a la implementació, que es realitza en dues fases de 35 i 30 dies respectivament. Cada fase considera cada una de les dues aplicacions diferents del sistema, i es codifiquen mitjançant el patró de disseny Bridge Pattern. Pel que fa al disseny d'interfície, es realitzen diferents esbossos per aconseguir una eina intuïtiva, ràpida i incrementar l'experiència d'usuari. Sin embargo, detrás de todo autor existe un alter ego, la persona “real”. En este trabajo se demostrará la repercusión de las relaciones, así como los altibajos de la vida de la autora María Rosa de Gálvez sobre sus obras. Se escoge a esta autora del siglo XVIII, por razones de peso como: toda su aportación literaria –tanto traducciones como originales-, su intrigante vida personal –de la cual existe muy poca información y la que hay es confusa-, y su género, pues si existe poca investigación sobre las vidas de los autores, existe aún menos sobre las autoras. Con este trabajo se pretende acercar los autores a los estudiantes, que no los vean “desligados” o solo sepan sus nombres por sus obras, sino que encuentren el significado y la contribución de sus vidas en su trayectoria literaria. Una medición precisa de la IE parece ser especialmente útil para los contextos de selección de personal de las organizaciones. El objetivo de esta revisión bibliográfica es identificar aquellos instrumentos más relevantes y/o con mejores resultados para su aplicación en el contexto organizacional, centrándonos en el ámbito de la Selección de Personal, según su frecuencia de aparición en la literatura científica. Para llevar a cabo la investigación se han utilizado la base de datos Scopus y la base de datos Web Of Science (WOS) y una vez hecha la criba según los criterios de inclusión y exclusión marcados se han seleccionado 18 artículos. Los resultados muestran que los instrumentos más relevantes a la hora de medir la IE en contextos de selección personal son el Wong's and Lee Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS) y Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT), seguidos por el Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQue), el Trait Meta-Mood Scale (TMMS) y el Schutte Self-Report Emotional Intelligence Test (SSEIT). Si nos centramos en la clasificación inicial aquellos instrumentos más utilizados son los que se basan en una metodología autoinformada (14) frente al resto (6). Cabe destacar, por último, que estos instrumento son aplicados en diferentes contextos laborales, principalmente para predecir el futuro desempeño laboral. An accurate measurement of EI appears to be especially helpful in organizational recruitment contexts. The objective of this bibliographic review is to identify those instruments that are most relevant and / or with the best results for their application in the organizational context, focusing on the field of Personnel Selection, according to their frequency of appearance in the scientific literature. To carry out the research, the Scopus database and the Web Of Science (WOS) database were used, and once the screening was done according to the marked inclusion and exclusion criteria, 18 articles were selected. The results show that the most relevant instruments when measuring EI in personal selection contexts are the Wong's and Lee Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS) and the Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT), followed by the Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQue), the Trait Meta-Mood Scale (TMMS) and the Schutte Self-Report Emotional Intelligence Test (SSEIT). If we focus on the initial classification, those instruments most used are those based on a self-reported methodology (14) compared to the rest (6). Background Privacy-related concerns can prevent equitable participation in health research by US Indigenous communities. However, studies focused on these communities' views regarding health data privacy, including systematic reviews, are lacking. Methods We conducted a systematic literature review analyzing empirical, US-based studies involving American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) and Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander (NHPI) perspectives on health data privacy, which we define as the practice of maintaining the security and confidentiality of an individual’s personal health records and/or biological samples (including data derived from biological specimens, such as personal genetic information), as well as the secure and approved use of those data. Results Twenty-one studies involving 3234 AI/AN and NHPI participants were eligible for review. The results of this review suggest that concerns about the privacy of health data are both prevalent and complex in AI/AN and NHPI communities. Many respondents raised concerns about the potential for misuse of their health data, including discrimination or stigma, confidentiality breaches, and undesirable or unknown uses of biological specimens. Conclusions Participants cited a variety of individual and community-level concerns about the privacy of their health data, and indicated that these deter their willingness to participate in health research. Future investigations should explore in more depth which health data privacy concerns are most salient to specific AI/AN and NHPI communities, and identify the practices that will make the collection and use of health data more trustworthy and transparent for participants.

Purpose: This study assesses the mediating role of employee engagement and organisational citizenship behaviour in the relationship between employee empowerment (structural, psychological) and organisational performance in non-commercial banks in Ghana. Design/methodology: A structural equation modelling (SEM) was used to test the proposed hypothesis based on 304 employees selected from eight non-commercial banks in the Bono Region, Ghana. Findings: Neither structural nor psychological empowerment are a direct contributor to organisational performance but they positively influence organisational citizenship behaviour and employee engagement. Employee engagement and organisational citizenship behaviour show no effect on organisational performance. Organisational citizenship behaviour was also found to be a significant mediator in the relationship between employee empowerment (structural and psychological) and organisational performance but employee engagement is not a significant mediator. Practical implications: The study offers managers information to help deal with absenteeism, increase employee psychological health, promote better home life, improve employee retention and increase job satisfaction. Practitioners are offered insights to help involve their employees in decision-making and offer them the freedom to act on their own. Finally, practically, the results reveal the need to retain employees who have organisational citizenship behaviour to improve performance. Originality/value: The study serves two purposes: as a confirmatory and as a hypothesised model. The confirmatory model entails goodness of fit and chi-square test. The relevance of this study is due to significant changes in the field of modern education. In new aspects, the concepts of “equality” and “social justice” appeared on the background of the educational space. Modern society needs to build a qualitatively new system of training of a teacher, capable to solve fundamentally new tasks that meet the needs of the time. The psychological and pedagogical conditions of vocational training are based on a system of pedagogical actions that activate the creative, individual and personal abilities of students, ensuring the social and moral formation of the future generation. These actions are aimed at creating a cultural and educational space that forms the students' personal readiness to master a profession in the changing world of educational realities.The purpose of research is to work out a paradigm for the development of competence of pedagogical support of students in the course of multifunctional activity with its subsequent testing.Methods: theoretical (theoretical analysis of pedagogical, psychological, scientific methodological literature on the research topic), empirical (analysis, comparison, generalization, content choice, observation, questionnaire), pedagogical experiment (stating, forming and control stages of the experiment), method of expert assessments, statistical processing of quantitative research results.Results: students of different levels of intellectual, knowledge and professionally oriented development were studied in the first-year academic groups. As a result of the experiment (academic year 2019-2020), we worked out a paradigm for the development of the competence of pedagogical support in the process of a multifunctional activity of a teacher in the interests of equality and social justice. The following methods were used: a thoughtful attitude to all types of activity, individualization, personal orientation, personification.Practical relevance: a paradigm for the development of competence of pedagogical support was developed. It aims to educate future teachers with a careful and thoughtful attitude to all components of scientific and pedagogical educational resources, with capability to creatively find new aspects of situational conditioning and expediency in them, to independently use them in multifunctional pedagogical activities in the interests of equality and social justice with optimal results.

Gottleib et al present a systematic review with some economic evidence for using scribes. Improvements are seen in physician productivity and increased per-patient revenue in the United States of America, but not patient flow. The improvements are relatively small and this may or may not be economic for a facility depending on the location, true costs and gains/losses of the scribe program. Scribes are well tolerated by patients and most physicians have a better experience when allocated a scribe. There are gaps in our knowledge regarding scribes, including total costs of programs, quality and safety information, whether scribes reduce physician burnout and the impact of the role on the scribe. Scribe roles and locations of work have changed during the COVID-19 period. Future research should explore how best to spend health dollars to improve patient access to skilled providers in a timely fashion, including comparisons of various provider roles and explorations of how to make health information technologies work better for the end user.

OBJECTIVE:To examine the association between expansion of the Medicaid program under the Affordable Care Act and changes in healthcare spending among low income adults during the first four years of the policy implementation (2014-17). DESIGN:Quasi-experimental difference-in-difference analysis to examine out-of-pocket spending and financial burden among low income adults after Medicaid expansions. SETTING:United States. PARTICIPANTS:A nationally representative sample of individuals aged 19-64 years, with family incomes below 138% of the federal poverty level, from the 2010-17 Medical Expenditure Panel Survey. MAIN OUTCOMES AND MEASURES:Four annual healthcare spending outcomes: out-of-pocket spending; premium contributions; out-of-pocket plus premium spending; and catastrophic financial burden (defined as out-of-pocket plus premium spending exceeding 40% of post-subsistence income). P values were adjusted for multiple comparisons. RESULTS:37 819 adults were included in the study. Healthcare spending did not change in the first two years, but Medicaid expansions were associated with lower out-of-pocket spending (adjusted percentage change -28.0% (95% confidence interval -38.4% to -15.8%); adjusted absolute change -$122 (£93; €110); adjusted P

This is a compilation of 12 research trial reports from four land-grant universities in the Midwestern United States. Crops include cantaloupe, pickling cucumber, pepper, potato, pumpkin, summer squash and zucchini, sweet corn, tomato, and watermelon. Somecrops were evaluated in high tunnels or hoophouses. Most trials evaluated different cultivars or varieties. One report addressed plant spacing for sweet corn and one addressed soil block for production of tomato seedlings. A list of vegetable seed sources and a list of other online sources of vegetable trial reports are also included.

Weiter zurückreichende Wurzeln und Traditionen blieben damit ausgeklammert, die NS-Planungsgeschichte in Bayern brauchte man nicht zu thematisieren. In diesem Beitrag werden die Kontinuitäten ebenso kritisch betrachtet wie die Diskontinuitäten; die Zäsur des Jahres 1945 wird historisiert. Untersucht werden Rechtsgrundlagen und Personal der Landesplanung im Freistaat, danach folgt eine Skizze ihrer Aufgaben im Wandel der Zeit. Von besonderem Interesse ist dabei die Frage nach den Umständen, die in den 1960er-Jahren zu umfassenden und langfristig angelegten Plänen führten, zu denen es nur wenige Vorarbeiten gab. The legal foundations and personnel of Bavarian state planning are investigated and their changing tasks outlined. Of particular interest are the conditions that in the 1960s led to the development of comprehensive and long-term plans for which there were few precursors. Nonetheless, a closer look reveals clear continuities even here, for instance in the field of energy and transport policy. These continuities create a link between the late 1930s and the planning euphoria at the end of the 'economic miracle'.

The subject of the paper is to highlight the importance and role, competences play in our lives. Aim of research: We are not aware of the fact, either, how many competences we have, and we actually use day by day for our social contacts. Result of research: Personal competencies (can) enhance employability, the chances of being successful and competitive in the labour market together with some personality traits that make a powerful impact on hiring decisions. Communication skills and linguistic competence also add a lot to selecting the ideal candidate not to mention intercultural and multicultural communication together with cultural intelligence, all of which have become essential in our globalised world. Socio-cultural competences are also regarded as key issues nowadays. Conclusion: One of the objectives of the paper was to give an overview of the most frequent key competencies that are prevalent not only in the labour market, but also in everyday situations. The present analysis mainly contains key findings from professional literature.

Die vorliegende Untersuchung veranschaulicht die Bedeutung der 50 größten Unternehmen in Berlin mit Fokus auf ihre Beschäftigungsstrukturen. Haben sie ihren Hauptsitz in Berlin? Gibt es Branchenschwerpunkte? Wer sind die Eignerinnen und Eigner der Firmen? Welche Rolle spielt die Börsennotierung? Welchen finanziellen Impact haben sie durch ihre Personalausgaben? Wie verbreitet ist die Mitbestimmung in diesen Unternehmen? Inwiefern beteiligen sich die Unternehmen an der betrieblichen Ausbildung? Es geht darum einen tiefergehenden deskriptiven Blick auf Firmenebene zu bekommen. Denn wie die Studie zeigt, stehen die größten 50 Unternehmen in Berlin für mehr als jeden sechsten Beschäftigten und für jeden vierten Auszubildenden, insgesamt verausgaben die Unternehmen für Personal etwa halb so viel wie der Berliner Senatshaushalt. Den Unternehmen kommt daher eine enorme regionalwirtschaftliche Rolle zu. Hinsichtlich der Mitbestimmung zeigt sich, dass zwar Betriebsräte allgemein verbreitet sind, allerdings sind nur etwa sieben von zehn Beschäftigten durch Arbeitnehmervertreterinnen und Arbeitnehmervertreter in den Aufsichtsräten der allesamt großen Unternehmen repräsentiert. Immerhin sind fast zwei von fünf Unternehmen im Aufsichtsrat nicht mitbestimmt. Zugleich zeigt die Unter-suchung aber, dass speziell die paritätisch mitbestimmten Unternehmen im Verhältnis zu ihrer Zahl überproportional viele Beschäftigte haben und einen durchschnittlich höheren Personalaufwand verbuchen. Hinzu kommt, dass sich die Unternehmen mit einer starken Verankerung der Mitbe-stimmung besonders intensiv in der betrieblichen Ausbildung engagieren. Das ist besonders relevant, weil ein Großteil der Betriebe nur eine sehr geringe Ausbildungsquote hat. The present study illustrates the importance of the 50 largest employers in Berlin with a focus on their employment structures under the influence of differentiating firm characteristics. Do they have their headquarters in Berlin? Are there any industry specifics? Who are the owners of the companies? What role do stock market listings play? What is the financial impact of their personnel expenses? How widespread is co-determination in these companies? To what extent do companies participate in vocational training? As the study shows, the largest 50 companies in Berlin account for more than every sixth employee and for every fourth trainee, in total the companies spent for personnel expenses - about half as much as the Berlin Senate budget. The companies therefore have an enormous regional economic role. With regard to employee participation, it can be seen that although works councils are generally widespread at plant level, only about seven out of ten employees are represented by employee representatives on the supervisory boards of all the large companies. After all, almost two out of five companies have no co-determination in their supervisory boards. At the same time, the study shows that companies with parity co-determination have a disproportionately large number of employees in relation to their number and record an above average in personnel expenses. Finally, companies with a strong anchoring of co-determination in the supervisory board are more strongly involved in vocational training. This is particularly relevant because the majority of companies have very low training rates.

В статье отражён современный подход к обучению студентов по дисциплине «Исполнительская практика», особенностью которого является то, что, наряду с решением общих для вуза задач обучения, связанных с освоением знаний и умений в области музыкального исполнительства, дисциплина позволяет разработать систему индивидуальной траектории развития личности, самосовершенствования и мотивации для дальнейшего профессионального роста студентов. На взгляд автора статьи, данный подход позволит студенту в полной мере раскрыть индивидуальные качества, «окунуться» в мир своей будущей профессии, проанализировать и определить уровень подготовки к профессиональной деятельности, быстрее освоить исполнительские и педагогические приёмы, начать применять их на практике, получить позитивный опыт участия в концертных мероприятиях, научиться подбирать репертуар, исходя из тематики концерта и запросов аудитории., The article reflects a modern approach to teaching students the discipline "Performing practice", which is characterized by the fact that along with solving common educational tasks for the University, related to the development of knowledge and skills in the field of musical performance, the discipline allows to develop a system of individual trajectory of personal development, self-improvement and motivation for further professional growth of students. The article presents the forms of organization of the educational and creative process and innovative methods of work of the teacher with students in musical specialties, based on an individual-personal approach. According to the author of the article, this approach will allow the student to fully reveal individual qualities, "plunge" into the world of their future profession, analyze and determine the level of preparation for professional activity, quickly master performing and pedagogical techniques, and begin to apply them in practice. It will also allow to get a positive experience of participating in concert events, learn how to select a repertoire based on the theme of the concert and the requests of the audience.

Консерватизм государственной службы, приводит к снижению доверия в органах государственной власти. The conservatism of the civil service leads to a decrease in trust in government bodies. All this worsens the business climate in Russia, negatively affects the interaction between the state and society, and slows down the development of institutions. The key aspect of increasing the activity of civil servants, as practice shows, is the provision of the necessary environment for the employee. To improve management efficiency, personnel reserves are required. The employees of the state administrative apparatus remain the main lever of the civil service. The quality of decision-making depends on the level of their ability to work, competence, knowledge, readiness and interest. In the category of technologies for personnel management, it is possible to include a system of professional promotion, career management, thanks to the correct formation of a personnel reserve. The effectiveness of work lies in the professionalism and competence of specialists. The reform of the civil service being carried out to date has the goal of increasing the efficiency of its activities, which will be the result of improving the activities of executive authorities.
