This study аims tо аssess the imрасt оf СОVID-19 pandemic оn the businesses of MSMEs аnd рrоvide роliсy reсоmmendаtiоns tо helр MSMEs in reduсing business lоsses аnd survive thrоugh the сrisis. Finаnсiаl engineering is а multidisсiрlinаry field invоlving finаnсiаl theоry, methоds оf engineering, tооls оf mаthemаtiсs аnd the рrасtiсe оf рrоgrаmming. It hаs аlsо been defined аs the аррliсаtiоn оf teсhniсаl methоds, esрeсiаlly frоm mаthemаtiсаl finаnсe аnd соmрutаtiоnаl finаnсe, in the рrасtiсe оf finаnсe. Islamic Finаnсiаl Engineering (IFE) рlаys а key rоle in the сustоmer-driven derivаtives business whiсh enсоmраsses quаntitаtive mоdeling аnd рrоgrаmming, trаding аnd risk mаnаging derivаtive products. The aimof the study is tо exрlоre whether the Islаmiс finаnсiаl engineeringсоntributes or not tо resоlve the issues of СОVID-19 in Раkistаn i.e: (а) tо identify the imроrtаnt rоle оf Islаmiс finаnсiаl engineering tоwаrd СОVID-19 Issues remedies in Раkistаn (b) tо identify the imроrtаnt rоle оf IFE tо соmbаt СОVID-19 issues in Раkistаn (с) tо exрlоre mоre finаnсiаl рrоduсts tо соver uр the dent оn рооr рeорle due tо соvid-19 (d) tо imрrоve the rоle оf Islаmiс miсrоfinаnсe institutiоns with the help of IFE tools tо help the рeорle get rid of роverty (e) tо analyze роliсy imрliсаtiоns under IFE аnd reсоmmendаtiоn tо ассelerаte in аttаining the revivаl аfter СОVID-19. This study аdорts аn exрlоrаtоry methоdоlоgy that reviewes the аvаilаble literаture соmрrehensivelyon роliсy dосuments, reseаrсh рарers аnd reроrts. The study focuses on the above discussed objectives by examining the performance of MSMEs during and after COVID-19 pandemic. A comparision is given to depict the main variables in these periods i.e prior -during and after COVID-19 pandemic till July 2021. Recommndations hasbeengiven to the Government and regulators of financial and non-financial sectors to arm them to cope with such plausible issues in future.

This article explores a combined approach of Qur’ānic counseling with psychotherapy to deal with the process of trauma recovery by highlighting spiritual wisdom with evidence-based psychological interventions. Trauma can leave deep wounds inside a person, affecting their mind and emotions. To heal these wounds, we look at two different approaches: Qur’ānic counseling and psychotherapy. The Qur’ān, a holy book in Islam, offers guidance and wisdom on how to cope with difficulties and find strength in hard times. Stated Allah Almighty in the Holy Qur’ān "And We send down of the Qur'an that which is healing and mercy for the believers, but it does not increase the wrongdoers except in loss," (Qur’ān, 17: 82). Islamic teachings provide wealth of insight and direction for dealing with adversity. Psychotherapy, on the other hand, offers strategies for understanding and managing trauma-related symptoms to help people overcome their psychological struggles. By combining psychotherapy with Qur'ānic teachings, a holistic approach to trauma recovery is created. This integrated method uses proven psychotherapy techniques and spiritual guidance from the Qur'ān to support trauma survivors effectively. Overall, this article aims to show how blending spiritual guidance with psychological support can offer hope and healing to those who have experienced trauma.

Islam is the religion of peace and it preaches peace throughout the world. It's major purpose is to eradicate the evils and the troubles because of disbelief in the God Almighty and ethics. Islam promotes this ideology to raise the mankind to its true high level as a noble creation. Some less educated and shallow natured Muslims use the religion as a tool for destruction and ill-treat the non Muslims and cause their humiliation. Their cruel attitude causes disrepute of Islam. If someone does not feel himself or herself safe in an Islamic society then it is a question mark on the nobleness and the peacefulness of that society. If a non Muslim does anything against the Islamic values or commits anything which is disrespectful to Islam, it's a condemnable act but before inflicting any punishment there should be solid proofs. Such persons can be killed or punished freely without any judgement by the court of law because some Islamic laws can not be applied on the non Muslims.

Islam is a complete code of life that provides guidance to its followers in all Fields of life. Islam emphasizes the development of an ideal society. The family system is the fundamental unit of any society. if excellent and healthy principles are instilled in the family structure, the resulting society will undoubtedly shine with the brilliance of righteous ideals. The holy Qur'an also emphasises the importance of family relationships and relations with relatives. Basically a family consists of men, women and their children. In any society this relationship as much as will be stronger and more stable then there will be the most peace and prosperity in the society. In Islam there are two types of family systems Joint and separate family systems. Islam has emphasized family stability, but in our society, most of the joint family system is prevalent. In this system, husband and wife, father-in-law, sister-in-law and brother-in-law etc. live in the same house. Everyone has a common food and living arrangement, which creates a lot of problems and confusions. the present article will focus on “what is the basic concept of joint and separate family systems and its solution in Islam. And what are the problems that arise in the joint family system and how can it be solved in the light of the teaching of Islam and from the way of Islam it will be tried to see which of the joint and separate family systems is better. However, the advantages and disadvantages will be evaluated.

Allah Almighty gives righteousness and aberration by His knowledge, power and wisdom. Allah Almighty does not appoint righteousness, but He wants voluntary devotion. In spite of having the power and supreme control He does not force righteousness. We have the choice of opting or rejecting righteousness.Allah Almighty has made righteousness clear to its full extent in the Holy Qur'an but, does not force to accept it and having the power of stopping mankind forcefully from, He does not do so He wants intentional righteousness. Allah Almighty has given all the means to accept or reject it. The power of logic is irrefutable fact, but if the quest for righteousness is not available then one cannot get righteousness. If the man is headstrong, egotist and reluctant then these attitudes leads to aberration. The man who is on the right path should not think that he got this by his hard work. It is only grace of Allah Almighty. Righteousness may be given to someone who is not eager of it by the grace of Allah Almighty, but aberration is only given to those who deserve it.

The devotion of Muslims to Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is not only on the basis that he is a religious figure of Muslims, but Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is a role model for all humanity. In today's social, political, and economic situation, guidance can only be taken from the life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) because the study of the Seerah is not just an academic hobby. Still, the salvation of humanity lies in it. One aspect of the Seerah of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) is Mushkilat ul Seerah (Difficulties of biography). From the time of the companions to the present day, countless authors have written on the biography of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Every aspect of the life of the Prophet (PBUH) and every act have been preserved in the original form by the Companions of the Prophet (PBUH). They conveyed them to their followers through written and verbal communication. In the same way, they gave the message further to their faithful disciples with great honesty. In the beginning, the biographers have recorded the events of the life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) with utmost sincerity. Still, in some places, the biographers have written and presented the same event in different styles and ways. In this research paper, we will examine the difficulties of the Seerah regarding Maulana Safiullah Mubarak Puri's famous book "Al-Raheeq Al-Maktoum" and present their solution through their priority and application.

Honesty is a good attribute and a blessing of Almighty Allah. Almighty Allah gives this attribute to whomever He wills. Honesty and integrity are the best qualities. Islam is the religion of peace and security, so it wants a peaceful society. Islam dislikes dishonesty, betrayal, deception, corruption, lies, and deception. Islam has pointed out the right and wrong paths and now it is the responsibility of a person to choose one of these paths, whether he adopts the good path or the bad path. But it is a fact that the people of a society who become virtuous and honest, spend their lives with prosperity and peace in society. If we talk about contemporary society, it is a fact that we are going to downfall with time. Because we have ignored the teachings of Islam due to which we see everywhere in society unethical values, i.e., dishonesty, robbery, lies, betrayal, kidnapping, murder, violence, corruption, etc. The progress and prosperity of a society depend upon people’s honesty and integrity, when people will be honest then the environment of society will be peaceful. This research work aims to explain that honesty plays an important role in the establishment of a peaceful society.

In the present day, the acquisition of mixed animals has become common. In the light of the principles of cross breeding, GMO or cloning, a new species of new qualities is obtained by interlinking forbidden and Halāl animals. It is a problem to decide status of mixed race. The Jurisprudence of Aḥnāf believes that if the mother of such an animal is Halāl and the child is similar to the mother, such an animal is lawful. The religion of jurists except Aḥnāf is more, that is, if one of the two is lawful, this animal will still be lawful in every condition. The Fuqhā of Shāfa'ī and Ḥanāblāh do not consider it to be subservient to anyone, but the Shāfa'ī do not consider it to be subject to the mother in Zakāt. Although all these jurist scholars justify the combination of one species of animal with another. There is more complexity in the religion of jurisprudence and jurisprudence. On the one hand, they give these animals a new identity, while on the other hand they consider mules to be lawful. According to Ẓāhriah, such animals have an element of sanctity, so since the texts are silent about all such new species, these animals will not be lawful. The main argument for such animals to be lawful is the change of the meaning and reality. When the element changes, the order will also change.

Makhdoom Ali Mahaimi (835 AH) was a great mufassir, jurist, sufi and philosopher. He had a great insight on Islamic theology. He was influenced by Muslim scholars Sheikh Sadru-din- koni, Ibn-e-arabi and Imam Ghazali. He belonged to Indian sub-continent and spent all his life there. He influenced his contemporary Muslim scholar by his extra ordinary command on Quran and knowledge relates to it. He elaborates the excellent points from Quran that did not stop surprising the scholars even of our age. He is famous for his exegesis named TAFSIR MUHAIME. Methodology adopted by him in Tafseer is that one should opt the apparent meaning of Quranic words. Mufassir should give priority to narration of Prophet Muhammad to explain verses of Quran. Beside this Mufassir must use linguistic tool and analytical approach to understand the spirit of Quran so may Quranic message be explored well. Tafseer Mahaimi has been considered Tafseer bilray mahmood. According to Makhdoom Ali Muhaimi Quranic message can be understood by its whole rhythm as it is all interlinked. So without going deep into linguistically and grammatically debate Makhdoom Ali Mahaimi focuses on message of Quran simply. Matters which need detail are explained briefly very well. Some other characteristics and distinctions of this exegesis will be discussed in this article.

Imam ibn-e-hadam was a renowned Jurist and Scholar of the Ninth century. He belonged to Undlus but by origin, he was Persian. His father was an important adviser of that time Govt. /kingdom. Previously, he adopted Shaafi creed but later on, due to his broad vision, he embraced the Dahri School of thought. Actually he was a great jurist and the author of numerous books. “AlMuhalla” is a great master piece compiled ever by him. “Al Muhalla” is a great book of Islamic jurisprudence containing Quran, Hadith, and Sayings of companions of the Holy prophet, their Successors and the jurisprudent verdicts of the scholars of first half of the Fifth Hijri. It also contains the arguments of the different Schools of Thoughts and criticism on those arguments as well. These qualities make “Al Muhalla” an Encyclopedia for the understanding of Quran and Hadith. Ibn e Hadam may also be wrong sometimes in his diligence just like other scholars as only the Prophets of Allah are impeccable. Ibn e Hadam had all the qualities of an Independent Jurist and in this way; he presented the solution to 2308 Queries/Problem in his “Muhalla”. He may be criticized for some of his views and this criticism shall make his book more fruitful.

Man has always been fond of stories. Since man is the central concern of the Holy Quran, the Holy Quran, keeping in view human psychology, also adopt the pattern of stories to educate man. One of the most importance stories in the Holy Quran is the story of Hazrat Adam(AS) who is the first man on the earth and the first prophet of Allah. The importance of his story can be access by the fact that it is one of the longest story in the Holy Quran. The storys tell us about the creation of Adam (AS) as well as the conversation between Allah and angels prior to his creation. The events and circumstances related to Hazrat Adam (AS) are also found in early Holy books. In the present article, the purpose of comparison between the narration of the story of Hazrat Adam (AS) in the Holy Quran and in the early holy books is to understand the patters of narration of the holy books and to indicate the changes made in the story of Hazrat Adam (AS) owing to the changes made in the early Holy books.
