Patients with infections in the department of critical care medicine have complex sources and diverse sites of infection, which may be associated with multiple pathogenic bacteria and have a high rate of drug resistance, posing a significant challenge to clinical diagnosis and treatment. Infections in the department of critical care medicine can be divided into two types: hospital acquired infections and non-hospital acquired infections, with significant differences in clinical characteristics between the two. This article discusses the relevant concepts, risk factors, pathogenesis, and common characteristics of severe infections such as bloodstream infections, pulmonary infections, intra-abdominal infections, and intracranial infections, as well as diagnostic and treatment plans and prevention and control strategies from the perspectives of hospital acquired and non-hospital acquired infections, aiming to provide valuable guidance for the clinical management of critically ill patients.

In the process of traditional classroom teaching, the classroom atmosphere is generally dull, which greatly restricts the teaching quality and learning efficiency. As the only school-enterprise cooperation major, the information security technology application major in Shandong Electric Power College, together with NARI, 360 and other companies, makes full use of existing resources and builds a classroom based on skills competition that is goal-oriented guidance, close to job requirements, competition and cooperation coexisting. Meanwhile, this paper forms a three-dimensional construction model focus on knowledge, ability and quality. Based on the three-dimensional construction model mentioned before, this paper has explored on three aspects: teaching model, combination of competition and training, and multi-level competition mechanism, which is of great significance to the construction of a vitality classroom centered on student learning.

With the rapid development of e-commerce, online shopping has gradually become the mainstream method. At the same time, the return rate of commodities is also much higher than the traditional business model, and the reverse logistics problem of e-commerce has attracted much attention. This paper discusses the cost of reverse logistics in depth and extends to the general situation, taking Jingdong Self-operated Mall as an example. Reverse logistics is more expensive, more difficult and involves more complex factors than forward logistics, making it challenging to control costs while ensuring customer satisfaction. Several solutions to the cost problem of reverse logistics are currently available in the market, but they have certain limitations and drawbacks. This paper proposes some optimization strategies, including introducing self-mailing and self-pick-up, strengthening quality inspection mechanisms, setting up specialized commodity certification and secondary sales centers, and commissioning third-party reverse logistics to improve the efficiency of reverse logistics, reducing costs, minimizing losses and regulating order. It is also recommended that the fairness and reasonableness of the platform be maintained by strengthening the audit mechanism, adjusting the return and exchange policy and taking stringent measures against negative returns.

With a high proportion of distributed source-grid-load-storage resources penetrating into the distribution network, multi-flow aggregated energy dispatch is essential to enhance renewable energy consumption capacity and maintain grid stability. However, intelligent energy dispatch has stringent requirements for low latency and security, which necessitates the development of secure and rapid response methods. In this paper, we combine the edge-end collaboration with container microservices architecture and propose a container and microservice empowered edge-end collaborative secure and rapid response framework for multi-flow aggregated energy dispatch service in a distribution grid. Then, a container selection optimization problem is formulated to minimize the total microservices execution delay. To cope with the dynamic environment such as electromagnetic interference, noise, and workload variation, we propose a microservice container selection algorithm based on an enhanced ant colony with empirical SINR and delay performance awareness. The proposed algorithm benefits from the local and global integrated pheromone updating methods and the empirical performance-based dynamic pheromone and heuristic information updating mechanism. The triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG), as a novel energy harvesting technology, has garnered widespread attention. As a relatively young field in nanogenerator research, investigations into various aspects of the TENG are still ongoing. This review summarizes the development and dissemination of the fundamental principles of triboelectricity generation. It outlines the evolution of triboelectricity principles, ranging from the fabrication of the first TENG to the selection of triboelectric materials and the confirmation of the electron cloud overlapping model. Furthermore, recent advancements in TENG application scenarios are discussed from four perspectives, along with the research progress in performance optimization through three primary approaches, highlighting their respective strengths and limitations. Finally, the paper addresses the major challenges hindering the practical application and widespread adoption of TENGs, while also providing insights into future developments. In this study, we synthesized and characterized a new Co(II)‐based coordination polymer, denoted as {[Co(HL)(dpa)]·H2O}n (1), derived from the H3L ligand and dpa co‐ligand. Single crystal X‐ray diffraction revealed that 1 forms a two‐dimensional (2D) layer and a three‐dimensional (3D) supramolecular structure via hydrogen bonding interactions. Presence of carboxylic acid groups in 1 was confirmed by X‐ray crystallography, prompting investigation into its proton transport properties. Additionally, electrostatic potential surface and nucleophilic index analyses were conducted to simulate potential proton transfer pathways. Furthermore, we prepared nine modified encapsulated materials using 1 as the base material (SDA@1, APH@1, APY@1, TA@1, BA@1, DIC@1, IDZ@1, SCA@1, and TYD@1), and tested their proton conductivity and activation energy compared to pure Nafion membrane and 1, analyzing the influence of different small molecule structures on proton conductivity. Comparative analysis revealed that only SDA@1 exhibited enhanced proton conductivity and reduced activation energy at 303 K, with an improvement rate of 220.8%. We hope that the methods presented herein can provide valuable insights for the design and development of high‐performance proton‐conducting materials, as well as for the exploration of proton conduction mechanisms. The investigation of multifunctional bright materials is a popular research topic. The first report of the Bi3+, Tb3+, and Eu3+ triple‐doped garnet‐derived structure Lu2Mg2Al2Si2O12 phosphor is presented in this study. The energy transfer system was constructed with unique ultraviolet (UV) emission of Bi3+ ions, which allows phosphor to be used for temperature sensing with self‐calibration capability, Sa = 0.26% (148 K) and 0.56% (98 K), Sr = 0.15% (98 K), and 0.21% (148 K), indicating a high sensitivity in the low‐temperature region. Tb3+ and Eu3+ ions with better thermal stability under 325 nm excitation were chosen to achieve higher pressure sensing performance, the sensitivity was calculated by fluorescence intensity ratio technique and has maximum sensitivities of up to 0.1887 (SPa) and 0.1621 G/Pa (SPr). This provides a new idea for the ensuing design of brand‐new phosphors for optical pressure sensing. This study provides a new perspective on the versatile applications of phosphors. The association between fasting plasma glucose (FPG), an important indicator of overall glycemic status, and the risk of cardiovascular mortality has been well investigated. The longitudinal study can repeatedly collect measured results for the variables to be studied and then consider the potential effects of intraindividual changes in measurement. This study aimed to identify long-term FPG trajectories and investigate the association between trajectory groups and cardiovascular and all-cause mortality. A latent class growth mixture modeling (LCGMM) was used to identify FPG trajectories. Cox proportional hazard models were used to estimate associations between FPG trajectories and the risk of all-cause and cardiovascular mortality. A U-shaped relationship between FPG and all-cause and cardiovascular mortality was observed in the restricted cubic spline regression models. Two FPG longitudinal trajectories of low-level (mean FPG = 5.12mmol/L) and high-level (mean FPG = 6.74mmol/L) were identified by LCGMM. After being adjusted for potential confounders, compared with the low-level category, the hazard ratios (HRs) for all-cause and cardiovascular mortality were 1.23(1.16–1.30) and 1.25(1.16–1.35), respectively, for the high-level group. Simple Summary: Uridine diphosphate (UDP)-glycosyltransferases (UGTs) are significant phase II detoxification enzymes in insects. In this study, we have utilized CRISPR/Cas9 to generate SfUGT50A15 knockout strains to explore its possible function in governing sensitivity to chemical insecticides or benzoxazinoids. The bioassay results indicated that the SfUGT50A15 knockout strains were significantly more sensitive to chlorantraniliprole, emamectin benzoate, and benzoxazinoids than the wild-type strains. This finding highlights the involvement of SfUGT50A15 in the resistance of Spodoptera frugiperda to chlorantraniliprole, emamectin benzoate, and benzoxazinoids. This study not only presents new molecular targets for controlling S. frugiperda but also establishes a foundation for the control of lepidopteran pests. UDP-glycosyltransferases (UGTs) are a diverse superfamily of enzymes. Insects utilize uridine diphosphate-glucose (UDP-glucose) as a glycosyl donor for glycosylation in vivo, involved in the glycosylation of lipophilic endosymbionts and xenobiotics, including phytotoxins. UGTs act as second-stage detoxification metabolizing enzymes, which are essential for the detoxification metabolism of insecticides and benzoxazine compounds. However, the UGT genes responsible for specific glycosylation functions in S. frugiperda are unclear at present. In this study, we utilized CRISPR/Cas9 to produce a SfUGT50A15-KO strain to explore its possible function in governing sensitivity to chemical insecticides or benzoxazinoids. The bioassay results suggested that the SfUGT50A15-KO strain was significantly more sensitive to chlorantraniliprole, emamectin benzoate, and benzoxazinoids than the wild-type strains. This finding suggests that the overexpression of the SfUGT50A15 gene may be linked to S. frugiperda resistance to pesticides (chlorantraniliprole and emamectin benzoate) as well as benzoxazinoids (BXDs). Background: Large‐scale observational studies have summarized transfusion practice using traditional measures of central tendency (e.g., the mean hemoglobin concentration at the time of transfusion). However, the mean hemoglobin concentration fails to identify specific hemoglobin concentration thresholds that drive practice. In the following brief report, we propose a novel measure of "practice discontinuity" that identifies specific practice‐defining hemoglobin thresholds. Study Design and Methods: We used the PINC AI Database (2016–2022) to identify adult patients admitted to an intensive care unit with at least one hemoglobin concentration measurement. For each day that hemoglobin was measured, we identified whether the patient received a red blood cell transfusion using hospital charge codes. We defined the "practice discontinuity" measure as the hemoglobin concentration at which there was the largest increase in transfusion use going from a higher to an incrementally lower hemoglobin concentration. We also calculated the mean and median pretransfusion hemoglobin concentrations. Results: We identified 1,298,367 patients and 4,905,839 patient‐days for inclusion. RBC transfusion occurred in a total of 530,654 (10.8%) patient‐days. The overall pre‐transfusion mean and median hemoglobin concentrations were 8.4 and 8.0 g/dL, respectively. The practice discontinuity measure identified 7.0 g/dL as the hemoglobin concentration at which transfusion use increased the most, from 46.6% of patient‐days at a concentration of 7.0 g/dL to 74.8% of patient‐days at a concentration of 6.9 g/dL. Discussion: We propose that future studies of red blood cell transfusion practice consider inclusion of the practice discontinuity measure to more fully summarize clinical practice. The combination of internet of things (IoT), 5G, and power line communication (PLC) provides real-time and low-cost data transmission services to meet the quality of service (QoS) requirements for distribution grid energy dispatch. However, the IoT-empowered communication resource management system faces challenges in optimizing delay and traffic cost for distribution grid energy dispatch. There is a contradiction between the long-term performance guarantee and short-term optimization objectives, compounded by competition for communication resources. In this paper, we construct the minimization problem of the weighted sum of data transmission delay and traffic cost. Utilizing Lyapunov optimization, we aim to decouple the long-term constraint of average queuing delay with the short-term optimization objective. Then, a delay and cost-balanced communication resource management algorithm based on two-layer iterative matching is proposed. It optimizes the communication mode selection by I-to-2 bidding matching in a large timescale and subchannel allocation by many-to-many deferred acceptance matching in a small timescale. The impulse noise generated by a large volume of power electronics devices imposes a hazardous impact on information interaction reliability in low-voltage distribution grids. In this paper, we propose a two-stage collaborative information interaction reliability improvement algorithm to minimize the bit error rate (BER) of the information interaction under impulse noise. In the first stage, the transmission-side peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) is reduced based on the adaptive particle swarm optimization (PSO)- enabled partial transmit sequence (PTS). In the second stage, the reception- side dual-signal blanking is proposed based on the transmission-side PAPR and reception-side useful signal power estimation and peak median ratio. The transmission-reception collaborative information interaction reliability improvement is realized through two aspects. First, transmission-side PAPR reduction improves the performance of reception-side signal blanking by making it easier to distinguish useful signals from impulse noise. Second, the transmission-side PAPR is utilized to improve the estimation accuracy of both coarse and precise thresholds in dual-signal blanking. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms existing algorithms in both PAPR reduction and BER performances to achieve information interaction reliability improvement effectively. Family has a significant impact on individual mental health. Based on social support theory, family system theory and the Mental Health Continuum Short Form (MHC-SF), this research constructed a model of the pathway of perceived family support on psychological well-being and the results empirically clarified that perceived family support has a significant positive relationship with emotional well-being, social well-being, and psychological well-being (P < 0.001). Emotional well-being positively influences social well-being and psychological well-being (P < 0.001). Social well-being positively affects psychological well-being (P < 0.001). There were direct mediating effects of emotional well-being (13.45%), direct mediating effects of social well-being (32.82%) and a serial mediating effect (28.07%) between perceived family support and psychological well-being (P < 0.001). The flexural behavior of beams strengthened with GFRP bars and high‐performance fiber‐reinforced concrete (HPFRC) was investigated in this paper. The four‐point flexural response of one reference beam and four beams strengthened with high‐performance fiber‐reinforced concrete was investigated by experimental research and theoretical calculation. The experimental and theoretical data (strain, load, etc.) are discussed. Parameters varied included the strengthening scheme (bottom‐side strengthening and three‐side strengthening) and the type of high‐performance fiber‐reinforced concrete (engineered cementitious composite [ECC] and ultra‐high‐performance concrete [UHPC]). The results showed that the cracking load and ultimate load of beams strengthened with UPFRC material were 31.3%–170% and 9.6%–20.7% higher, respectively, relative to the reference beam. Beams with three‐side strengthening (without interfacial debonding) had higher ultimate load, smaller crack width, and better durability relative to beams with bottom‐side strengthening. The UHPC layer was more effective in increasing the ultimate bearing capacity, and ECC strengthening layer was more effective in inhibiting cracking development of beams. Based on the experimental results, a model was proposed to predict the ultimate bearing capacity of beams strengthened with high‐performance fiber‐reinforced concrete, which could provide good agreement between the experimental and predicted results. Two-dimensional (2D) covalent organic frameworks (COFs) and their derivatives have been widely applied as electrocatalysts owing to their unique nanoscale pore configurations, stable periodic structures, abundant coordination sites and high surface area. This work aims to construct a non-thermodynamically stable Pt-N2 coordination active site by electrochemically modifying platinum (Pt) single atoms into a fully conjugated 2D COF as conductive agent-free and pyrolysis-free electrocatalyst for the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER). In addition to maximizing atomic utilization, single-atom catalysts with definite structures can be used to investigate catalytic mechanisms and structure-activity relationships. In this work, in-situ characterizations and theoretical calculations reveal that a nitrogen-rich graphene analogue COF not only exhibits a favorable metal-support effect for Pt, adjusting the binding energy between Pt sites to H* intermediates by forming unique Pt-N2 instead of the typical Pt-N4 coordination environment, but also enhances electron transport ability and structural stability, showing both conductivity and stability in acidic environments. Immune microenvironment and immunotherapy have become the focus and frontier of tumor research, and the immune checkpoint inhibitors has provided novel strategies for tumor treatment. Malignant pleural effusion (MPE) is a common end-stage manifestation of lung cancer, malignant pleural mesothelioma and other thoracic malignancies, which is invasive and often accompanied by poor prognosis, affecting the quality of life of affected patients. Currently, clinical therapy for MPE is limited to pleural puncture, pleural fixation, catheter drainage, and other palliative therapies. Immunization is a new direction for rehabilitation and treatment of MPE. The effusion caused by cancer cells establishes its own immune microenvironment during its formation. Immune cells, cytokines, signal pathways of microenvironment affect the MPE progress and prognosis of patients. The interaction between them have been proved. The relevant studies were obtained through a systematic search of PubMed database according to keywords search method. Then through screening and sorting and reading full-text, 300 literatures were screened out. Exclude irrelevant and poor quality articles, 238 literatures were cited in the references. In this study, the mechanism of immune microenvironment affecting malignant pleural effusion was discussed from the perspectives of adaptive immune cells, innate immune cells, cytokines and molecular targets. Synchronization in microstructures is a widely explored domain due to its diverse dynamic traits and promising practical applications. Within synchronization analysis, the synchronization bandwidth serves as a pivotal metric. While current research predominantly focuses on symmetric evaluations of synchronization bandwidth, the investigation into potential asymmetries within nonlinear oscillators remains unexplored, carrying implications for sensor application performance. This paper conducts a comprehensive exploration employing straight and arch beams capable of demonstrating linear, hardening, and softening characteristics to thoroughly scrutinize potential asymmetry within the synchronization region. Through the introduction of weak harmonic forces to induce synchronization within the oscillator, we observe distinct asymmetry within its synchronization range. Additionally, we present a robust theoretical model capable of fully capturing the linear, hardening, and softening traits of resonators synchronized to external perturbation. Further investigation into the effects of feedback strength and phase delay on synchronization region asymmetry, conducted through analytical and experimental approaches, reveals a consistent alignment between theoretical predictions and experimental outcomes. These findings hold promise in providing crucial technical insights to enhance resonator performance and broaden the application landscape of MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) technology. Objective response rate (ORR) and disease control rate (DCR) were 60% and 100%, respectively. The median progression-free survival (PFS) was 9.9 months [95% confidence interval (CI) 5.6– 14.1 months], and the median overall survival (OS) was 18.5 months (95% CI 14.2– 22.8 months). We further confirmed that higher baseline lymphocyte-C-reactive protein ratio (LCR) (≥ 2361.11) was positively related to both longer PFS (12.0 vs 4.3 months, P = 0.002) and OS (21.9 vs 11.4 months, P = 0.022). Moreover, patients with diabetes and higher alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) (≥ 400 ng/mL) were also found to be associated with worse OS. The most common hepatotoxicity was elevated gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT) (84.0%). Conclusion: In conclusion, for patients with inoperable HCC, SBRT resulted in satisfactory local control, survival benefits, and acceptable liver toxicity. This study aims to explore factors related to optical navigation that interfere with the accuracy of robot-assisted surgery, specifically focusing on the TIANJI Robot system. A measurement model was created to assess the accuracy of the TIANJI Robot system in simulated screw placement. Deviation between actual and planned positions was measured using a three-coordinate machine. Various experiments were conducted to investigate the impact of different optical navigation factors on screw placement accuracy. Deviations were measured at different distances (ranging from 1.2 to 2.2 m) between the optical navigation stereo camera and the tracker, with each distance being tested 50 times. The distance between the optical camera and patient tracker was set at 1.4 m. Deviations were also measured at different angles between the camera and robot tracker, repeated over 25 times for each angle. Data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation, with line charts illustrating deviation changes based on distance and angle details. Within the range of the TIANJI Robot system’s optical navigation (1.2–2.2 m), deviation increased as distance increased (χ2 = 479.107, P < 0.001). The robotic system demonstrated high and consistent accuracy (mean deviation: 0.332 mm ± 0.067 mm) when the relative angle between the optical camera and tracker was below 40°. The accuracy of the TIANJI Robot system was found to be influenced by relative distance and angle between the optical camera and tracker during screw placement procedures. Surgeons are recommended to set a relative distance of 1.4–1.5 m between the optical camera and patient tracker, with a relative angle below 40° when placing and adjusting optical tracking devices. The shuttle effect of polysulfides poses a significant obstacle to the commercialization of lithium-sulfur (Li–S) batteries. Covalent organic frameworks have been widely used in Li–S batteries as porous crystalline materials to suppress the shuttle effect. Herein, a 3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)benzyl (BTFMB-TzDa) modified triazine-based covalent organic framework was synthesized. The high electronegativity and large steric hindrance of the BTFMB-TzDa modified separator successfully suppressed the diffusion of polysulfides, leading to improved capacity and cyclic stability of Li–S batteries. Cells with the BTFMB-TzDa modified separator exhibited a high initial capacity of 1205 mA h g−1 at 0.2C and 657 mA h g−1 at 3.0C. Furthermore, the capacity still remained at 501 mA h g−1 after 500 cycles. The BTFMB-TzDa modified separator provides an alternative strategy for the construction of high-performance Li–S batteries. Cytokine expression is an important biomarker in understanding hypoxia microenvironments in tumor growth and metastasis. In-droplet-based immunoassays performed above the target cell membrane were employed to track the cytokines of single cells with the aid of three types of immuno-nanoprobes (one capture nanoprobe and two reporter nanoprobes). Single cells and nanoprobes were co-packaged in water-in-oil microdroplets (about 100 μm in diameter) using a cross-shaped microfluidic chip. In each droplet, capture nanoprobes would be first fixed to the cell surface by linking to membrane proteins that have been streptavidinized. Then, the capture nanoprobes can collect cell-secreted cytokines (VEGF and IL-8) by the antibodies, followed by two reporter nanoprobes that emit distinguishable fluorescence. Fluorescence imaging was utilized to record the signal outputs of two reporter probes, which reflect cytokine expressions secreted by a single tumor cell. The cytokine levels at different degrees of hypoxia induction were assessed. Multiple chemometric methods were adopted to distinguish differences in the secretion of two cytokines and the results demonstrated a positive correlation. Addressing the global challenge of energy sustainability and global directives on farming emissions, the United Nations, the European Union, and China have led with strict targets for clean energy, renewable share growth, and carbon neutrality, highlighting a commitment to collective sustainability. This work is situated within the ambit of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), advocating for a transition towards renewable energy sources. With substantial and accessible bioenergy resources, notably in Hubei Province, China, biogas technology has emerged as an emission-cutting solution. This research, focused on the Jianghan Plain, employs an integrated approach combining spatial analyses with machine learning tools to evaluate crop yield stability over two decades, with the aim of maximising the biogas yield from agricultural byproducts, i.e., crop straw and livestock manure. Using Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA), which is informed by grey-based DEMATEL, 9 constraints and 13 environmental, social, and economic criteria were assessed to identify optimal sites for biogas facilities. The findings underscore the significant bioenergy potential of agricultural byproducts from the plain of 6.3 × 10 12  kJ/year at an 11.4 kJ/m 2 density. Stability analyses revealed consistent biomass availability, with rice in Gongan and Shayang and wheat in Jiangling being the primary contributors. Through the MCDA, 45-66 optimal biogas plants were identified across 4 critical counties (Zhongxiang, Shangyang, Jingshan, and Yichen), balancing the energy supply and demand under various stable scenarios. Furthermore, this study demonstrated the criticality of moderate biomass stability for stakeholder consensus and identified areas of high stability essential for energy demand fulfilment. Since the discovery in 2000, conversion-type materials have emerged as a promising negative-electrode candidate for next-generation batteries with high capacity and tunable voltage, limited by low reversibility and severe voltage hysteresis. Heterogeneous construction stands out as a cost-effective and efficient approach to reducing reaction barriers and enhancing energy density. However, the second term introduced by conventional heterostructure inevitably complicates the electrochemical analysis and poses great challenges to harvesting systematic insights and theoretical guidance. A model cell is designed and established herein for the conversion reactions between Na and TMSA-SnO2, where TMSA-SnO2 represents single atom modification of eight different 3d transition elements (V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu or Zn). Such a model unit fundamentally eliminates the interference from the second phase and thus enables independent exploration of activation manifestations of the heterogeneous architecture. For the first time, a thermodynamically dependent catalytic effect is proposed and verified through statistical data analysis. The mechanism behind the unveiled catalytic effect is further elucidated by which the active d orbitals of transition metals weaken the surface covalent bonds and lower the reaction barriers. Machine learning algorithms are frequently used to clinical risk prediction. Our study was designed to predict risk factors of prolonged intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) use in patients with coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) through developing machine learning-based models. Patients who received perioperative IABP therapy were divided into two groups based on their length of IABP implantation longer than the 75th percentile for the whole cohort: normal (≤ 10 days) and prolonged (> 10 days) groups. Seven machine learning-based models were created and evaluated, and then the Shapley Additive exPlanations (SHAP) method was employed to further illustrate the influence of the features on model. In our study, a total of 143 patients were included, comprising 56 cases (38.16%) in the prolonged group. The logistic regression model was considered the final prediction model according to its most excellent performance. Furthermore, feature important analysis identified left ventricular end-systolic or diastolic diameter, preoperative IABP use, diabetes, and cardiac troponin T as the top five risk variables for prolonged IABP implantation in patients. The SHAP analysis further explained the features attributed to the model. Machine learning models were successfully developed and used to predict risk variables of prolonged IABP implantation in patients with CABG. Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disease accompanied by cognitive impairment. Early diagnosis is crucial for the timely treatment and intervention of AD. Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI) records the temporal dynamics and spatial dependency in the brain, which have been utilized for automatically diagnosis of AD in the community. Existing approaches of AD diagnosis using rs-fMRI only assess functional connectivity, ignoring the spatiotemporal dependency mining of rs-fMRI. In addition, it is difficult to increase diagnosis accuracy due to the shortage of rs-fMRI sample and the poor anti-noise ability of model. To deal with these problems, this paper proposes a novel approach for the automatic diagnosis of AD, namely spatiotemporal graph transformer network (STGTN). The proposed STGTN can effectively extract spatiotemporal features of rs-fMRI. Furthermore, to solve the sample-limited problem and to improve the anti-noise ability of the proposed model, an adversarial training strategy is adopted for the proposed STGTN to generate adversarial examples (AEs) and augment training samples with AEs. Experimental results indicate that the proposed model achieves the classification accuracy of 92.58%, and 85.27% with the adversarial training strategy for AD vs. normal control (NC), early mild cognitive impairment (eMCI) vs. late mild cognitive impairment (lMCI) respectively, outperforming the state-of-the-art methods.
