In the globalization trend, China's cultural heritage is in danger of gradually disappearing. The protection and inheritance of these precious cultural resources has become a critical task. This paper focuses on the Miao batik culture in Guizhou Province, China, and explores the application of knowledge graphs, natural language processing, and deep learning techniques in the promotion and protection of batik culture. We propose a dual-channel mechanism that integrates semantic and visual information, aiming to connect batik pattern features with cultural connotations. First, we use natural language processing techniques to automatically extract batik-related entities and relationships from the literature, and construct and visualize a structured batik pattern knowledge graph. Based on this knowledge graph, users can textually search and understand the images, meanings, taboos, and other cultural information of specific patterns. Second, for the batik pattern classification, we propose an improved ResNet34 model. By embedding average pooling and convolutional operations into the residual blocks and introducing long-range residual connections, the classification performance is enhanced. By inputting pattern images into this model, their categories can be accurately identified, and then the underlying cultural connotations can be understood. Experimental results show that our model outperforms other mainstream models in evaluation metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score, achieving 94.46%, 94.47%, 93.62%, and 93.8%, respectively. Complex visual question answering holds the potential to enhance artificial intelligence proficiency in understanding natural language, stimulate advances in computer vision technologies, and expand the range of practical applications. However, achieving desirable answers is often hindered by factors such as inconsistent form and content of pre-training and fine-tuning tasks, and the involvement of external knowledge. In this paper, we propose a complex visual question answering model based on uniform form and content, which aims to achieve better feature consistency and enhance model performance. To guide the question answering task and compensate for inconsistencies in the form of pre-training and downstream tasks, an encoding and decoding model is employed to generate auto-prompt tuning templates with masks. Moreover, the intermediate process between pre-training and the downstream task, which is similar to the downstream task, helps to further bridge the content gap between the two modalities. Based on this foundation, we propose a novel APT-CVQA model that incorporates a hybrid architecture and a joint loss function for cross-entropy and SIMCLR. On the complex scenario KR-VQA dataset, the accuracy of our model surpasses the optimal performance by 2.45 % . On the universal dataset GQA, our model performs 6.87 % better than the optimal performance of the compared models. The whole process is divided into three phases. As the demand for edge services intensifies, text, being the most common type of data, has seen a significant expansion in data volume and an escalation in processing complexity. Furthermore, mobile edge computing (MEC) service systems often faces challenges such as limited computational capabilities and difficulties in data integration, requiring the development and implementation of more efficient and lightweight methodologies for text data processing. To swiftly extract and analysis vital information from MEC text data, an automatic generation scheme of multi-document text summarization based on knowledge graph is proposed in this paper, named KGCPN. For the text data from MEC devices and applications, the natural language processing technology is used to execute the data pre-processing steps, which transforms the MEC text data into a computationally tractable and semantically comprehensible format. Then, the knowledge graph of multi-document text is constructed by integrating the relationship paths and entity descriptions. The nodes and edges of the knowledge graph serve to symbolize the semantic relationships within the text, and the Graph Convolution Neural network (GCN) is used to understand the text and learn the semantic representation. Finally, a pointer-generator network model accepts the encoding information from GCN and automatically generate a general text summarization. The heating of high-voltage isolating switches above 110 kV will cause serious safety accidents. To identify the heating faults of isolating switches accurately, this study uses natural language processing technology, knowledge graph (KG) technology and machine learning algorithm to mine the structured and unstructured mixed data. Firstly, based on bidirectional encoder representations (BERT) pre-training model, a bidirectional long short-term memory network and conditional random field model are introduced to identify entities related to high-voltage isolating switches and the thermal failures from the text data. Further, a convolutional neural network fusion attention mechanism model is leveraged to recognize the corresponding entity relationships from the text records. Then, the KGs of isolating switches and the heating faults are constructed, and a path ranking algorithm is proposed to deduce and identify the possible factors causing overheating on the KGs. Combined with the structured data, a support vector machine model based on focal loss function (FL-SVM) is proposed to recognize the heating faults of isolating switches. Experiments show that the performances of all six models used in this paper on the hybrid dataset are higher than those on the structured dataset. Such results suggest that joint text-structured data mining can compensate for insufficient structured data and thus, achieving a better heating failure recognition, especially for the infrequent malfunctions. Text-to-GraphQL (Text2GraphQL) is a task that converts the user's questions into Graph + QL (Query Language) when a graph database is given. That is a task of semantic parsing that transforms natural language problems into logical expressions, which will bring more efficient direct communication between humans and machines. The existing related work mainly focuses on Text-to-SQL tasks, and there is no available semantic parsing method and data set for the graph database. In order to fill the gaps in this field to serve the medical Human–Robot Interactions (HRI) better, we propose this task and a pipeline solution for the Text2GraphQL task. This solution uses the Adapter pre-trained by "the linking of GraphQL schemas and the corresponding utterances" as an external knowledge introduction plug-in. By inserting the Adapter into the language model, the mapping between logical language and natural language can be introduced faster and more directly to better realize the end-to-end human–machine language translation task. In the study, the proposed Text2GraphQL task model is mainly constructed based on an improved pipeline composed of a Language Model, Pre-trained Adapter plug-in, and Pointer Network. This enables the model to copy objects' tokens from utterances, generate corresponding GraphQL statements for graph database retrieval, and builds an adjustment mechanism to improve the final output. And the experiments have proved that our proposed method has certain competitiveness on the counterpart datasets (Spider, ATIS, GeoQuery, and 39.net) converted from the Text2SQL task, and the proposed method is also practical in medical scenarios.
