The devastating impacts of coronavirus have recently shaken up the world. This pandemic has changed every individual's life, forcing them to adapt to a new normal to survive the deadly disease. With these adjustments, technology has never been more needed than today to stay connected, stay productive, and receive important news. Though people are getting used to the new normal, it is essential to understand technology's role. Resiliency is an important concept to look at during the pandemic. It is crucial to understand how technology has helped individuals, communities, and infrastructures become more resilient. The purpose of this paper is to gain a deeper understanding of resiliency through previous literature. Though resiliency has become a study over the years, it is relatively new in artificial intelligence (AI). By reviewing different resilient models and systems from preceding literature and their impact on various kinds of situations, there will be an understanding of the term resilience and how various frameworks and scales will help create a pandemic management model. Discussing how the various kinds of resilience have helped people and Infrastructure during the pandemic will allow researchers and other professionals to understand resiliency and prepare for future disturbances. As a key enabler of international trade, the container shipping market experienced port congestion, space shortages, and skyrocketing freight rates following the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, this paper first utilizes the vector autoregressive model with exogenous variables (VARX) to analyze the interactive mechanisms of economy, capacity, freight rate, and port congestion during the pandemic to identify the causes behind the excessive market volatility. We then introduce government supervision to improve the policy deficiencies in pricing rules and assess whether prohibiting liner companies from charging excessive surcharges can solve market dilemmas by constructing a tripartite evolutionary game model. The results show that liner companies deliberately maintained congestion by using strict control over shipping capacity to raise freight rates and obtain high profits, which is one of the main reasons for the problems. However, we also conclude that relying solely on the spontaneous behavior of the market is unlikely to resolve the predicament. Instead, government intervention can play a crucial role in encouraging liner companies to increase appropriate container capacity, stabilize freight rates, and mitigate the risk of supply chain disruptions due to port congestion. The energy sector provides fuel for much of everyday life, particularly economically and socially. Fighting against the COVID-19 pandemic, a well-functioning and resilient energy sector is vital for maintaining the operation of critical infrastructures, including, most importantly, the health sector, and timely economic recovery. Notwithstanding its importance in everyday life and crises, the energy sector itself is currently in a complex and far-reaching transformation to combat climate change whilst supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy and society, mainly through the development of variable renewable energy sources (RES) such as wind and solar photovoltaics. This paper highlights the need for energy resilience as countries face the triple challenge of the COVID-19 health crisis, the consequent economic crisis, and the climate crisis. Focusing on Europe, it is advanced here that with the ability to balance fluctuating electricity generation and demand, flexibility allows the energy sector to utilise low-carbon RES reliably, ensuring a more resilient and sustainable energy future.
