The Internet convulsed journalism and created new press models based on budgets radically different from those that traditionally shaped the performance of the profession. Existing literature ignores to consider multiple types of pollutants when analyzing energy efficiency and its convergence. Under this background, using SuperSBM-GML model, the improved entropy method, and convergence model, this paper calculates the green total-factor energy efficiency and its evolution trend of 35 China's industrial sub-sectors considering multiple pollutants, and analyzes its convergence. The results indicate that the average score of industrial green total-factor energy efficiency is low, and there are significant differences among sub-sectors: "Utilization of waste resources" is the highest, while "Manufacture of paper and paper products" is the lowest. The green total-factor energy efficiency shows an overall upward trend from 2006 to 2021, the main driving force comes from technological progress, but numerous sub-sectors have not sufficiently caught up with existing cutting-edge technologies. Specifically, the growth rate of green total-factor energy efficiency in high-energy-consumption sub-sectors is higher than low-to-medium-energy-consumption sub-sectors. There are both σ-convergence and β-convergence in low-to-medium-energy-consumption group, indicating that development of sub-sectors is stable and outstanding. Nevertheless, the high-energy-consumption group only exhibits conditional β-convergence, revealing an imbalance in energy efficiency development. Consequently, formulating the benchmark level of energy efficiency and developing energy efficiency "leader" system are suggested for low-to-medium and high-energy-consumption sub-sectors, respectively. The Last decade saw significant growth in the digital terrestrial television (DTT) subscribers. The High peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) of the transmitted signal is implied by the large fluctuations in its amplitude, which is a serious issue in the contemporary and next generation DTT broadcasting systems. These large fluctuations prevent feeding the high power amplifier (HPA) at an operating point near its non-linear (NL) saturation region, thereby lowering its power efficiency. For a better future, energy-efficient green communications is the need of hour. This paper focuses on digital predistortion (DPD), which is among the widely used techniques for HPA linearization in order to minimize the NL effects. DPD technique requires a feedback signal. This paper proposes a novel adding signal-based digital predistortion, where the output of the HPA is gradually linearized by adding a signal at the input in an iterative manner. By Taylor series approximation, the DPD problem can be posed as a convex one. We prove that a tighter upper bound exists for the convergence factor and instead of directly solving the convex problem, we pick a convergence factor value within its bounds that offers a good trade-off between convergence speed and residual error value. Shuffled frog-leaping algorithm (SFLA) is recently introduced memetic algorithm inspired by foraging behavior of frogs. SFLA partially follows particle swarm optimization in local search process and shuffled complex evolution algorithm in performing global search. The key concept about such algorithms is to gain an edge over traditional or deterministic mathematical techniques to achieve comparatively better solutions to the multimodal or multifaceted optimization problems. SFLA embeds the features of both particle swarm optimization (PSO) and shuffled complex evolution (SCE) algorithm. In this study SFLA named as O-SFLA is proposed. In general structure of SFLA, the frogs are divided into memeplexes based on their fitness values where they forage for food. In this study the opposition based learning concept is embedded into the memeplexes before the frog initiates foraging. The proposal is validated on performance optimization of the Paper Mill. Wang et al. in [1] are based essentially on Sobolev's inequality in one dimension and they cannot be extended to two dimensions. • All results based on Lemma 3.3 are false, in particular Theorem 3.3, Theorem 4.1, Theorem 5.1 and Theorem 5.2. • Regarding the conservation of mass and energy, the initial terms Q 0 and E 0 depends on U 0 and on U 1 and the authors consider only Eq. (4) without taking into account Eq. (7). Therfore, there is an error in Theorem 3.1 and Theorem 3.2. • In Theorem 4.1, the authors did not show that u1 is uniquely determined by Eq. (7). In the above article, a second-order convergence in the maximum norm of the two-dimensional regularized long-wave equation is proved. However, due to a wrong inequality in Lemma 3.3 used in X. Wang et al.[1], there are some fundamental errors in this paper, in particular the proof of Theorem 3.3 and the convergence Theorem are no longer correct. This paper describes digital cultural policy as a slow and ambivalent or reluctant revolution in a policy field. In investigates how cultural policy has gradually been affected by digitalization in the field of cultural production. I argue that digital cultural policy has developed in a sedimentary fashion, but that it also has been continuously marked by a certain ambivalence towards the digital revolution. Digital cultural policy is ultimately described as a field of hyperconvergence, where ideas, political tools, technology, and policy areas are entangled to an increasing degree. This challenges the research on and the analysis of digital cultural policy. The paper is primarily based on a close reading of Norwegian cultural policy documents. I have employed all the white papers on cultural policy from the Ministry of Culture between 1973 and 2019 – both the ones that explicitly deal with cultural policy and the ones that deal with a specific field of the arts (performing arts, visual arts, music etc.), as well as annual reports from Arts Council Norway between 1975 and 2018.
