Youyang folk songs represent a significant component of China's intangible cultural heritage from Youyang County in Chongqing Municipality, China. The study objective is to analyze the education literacy in preserving and transmitting Youyang Chinese folk songs within the cultural context of Chongqing Municipality, China. The research content encompasses various aspects, including integrating folk songs into educational curricula, artistic engagement in rural communities, government initiatives for transmission enhancement, and preservation through publication and book distribution. The research site primarily focuses on Youyang County, renowned for its cultural heritage and ethnic traditions. Three key informants include governmental bodies, educational institutions, private organizations, and individual custodians involved in preservation efforts. Data analysis involves qualitative methods such as document analysis and interviews with stakeholders. The research results highlight a concerted effort from stakeholders to preserve and transmit Youyang folk songs, emphasizing the importance of legislative support, increased funding, and community involvement in safeguarding intangible cultural heritage. Suggestions for further improvement include strengthening legislative support, increasing funding for preservation efforts, and enhancing community involvement in protecting intangible cultural heritage.

Wind-solar-electric vehicles coordinated optimization scheduling can effectively reduce the adverse effects of multiple uncertainties of wind-solar output and disorderly charging of electric vehicles on the power system. Most of the existing optimization scheduling models take the minimum equivalent load fluctuation as the optimization objective, which, only considering the overall fluctuation of equivalent load, cannot measure the matching degree of output-load, and do not consider the difference of output in different output scenarios. Therefore, a wind-solar-electric vehicles coordination scheduling method for high proportion new energy grid-connected scenarios is proposed. First, the disordered charging model of electric vehicles by Monte Carlo simulation is constructed. Then, a wind-solar output typical day classification model using Gap statistical and K-means++ is constructed based on the forecasting data of wind and solar power. Finally, taking the minimum equivalent load variance and load tracking coefficient as the double optimization objectives, a wind-solar-electric vehicles coordination optimization scheduling model is established, and the NSGA-II algorithm is used to solve it. The results demonstrate that the proposed model can effectively improve the matching degree of wind-solar output and load, and reduce the fluctuation of equivalent load, so as to reduce the adverse effects of multiple uncertainties of wind-solar output and disorderly charging of electric vehicles on the power system.

The higher the level of development of higher education, the larger its contribution to socioeconomic development. In order to predict the trend of higher education development in a country more accurately, a new methodology is employed in this study. A weakening buffer operator-based GM (1, 1) model is constructed using Kazakhstan's gross enrollment rate (GER) of higher education as the subject of study, which eliminates the disturbance of the shock perturbation system and increases prediction accuracy. Seven models with varying sample sizes are constructed. It is discovered that the short sequence prediction model outperforms the long sequence prediction model. To demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method, cubic curves and logistic models are chosen for comparison. The results of the study revealed that the cubic curve has a better fitting, but the prediction results are overly large due to the quick growth rate of the recent raw data, which is not in line with the realistic development; the logistic model has poor fitting and cannot be used for prediction; the buffer operator-based GM (1, 1) model can effectively deal with the issue of missing data or data outliers, and provide accurate predictions of the trend of higher education development. Dendrobium (Orchidaceae, Epidendoideae) plants have flowers with a wide variety of colors that persist for a long period throughout the year. The yellow coloration of Dendrobium flowers is mainly determined by the flavonol pathway and the flavone pathway, but the relevant biosynthesis mechanisms during vernalization remain unclear. To explore the similarities and differences in flavonoid biosynthesis in different tissues during vernalization, we selected two species of Dendrobium for a flower color study: Dendrobium capillipes Rchb (which has yellow flowers) and Dendrobium nobile Lindl (which has white flowers). We collected a total of 36 samples from six tissue types and both Dendrobium species during vernalization and subjected the samples to metabolic profiling and transcriptome sequencing. A total of 31,504 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified between different tissues of the two Dendrobium species by transcriptomic analysis. However, many differentially accumulated metabolites (DAMs) and DEGs were enriched not only in the general pathway of "flavonoid biosynthesis" but also in multiple subpathways of "flavone and flavonol biosynthesis". According to a combined transcriptome and metabolome analysis, Putrescine hydroxycinnamoyl transferase 1 (LOC110093422) may be the main gene responsible for the differences in flavonoid accumulation during vernalization, which is closely associated with yellow flowers. Taken together, the results of our study preliminarily revealed the metabolites responsible for and the key genes regulating flavonoid biosynthesis during vernalization. Reinforced concrete and steel (RCS) composite moment frame structures consist of reinforced concrete (RC) columns and steel (S) beams. Such systems combined with several advantages of the two structural members have larger structural stiffness, lower cost, and faster construction speed than the traditional concrete or steel frame system to be a particularly well viable alternative for use in seismic risk regions. The calculation of joint shear capacity is an essential step in seismic design. This study introduces the typical configuration characteristics of the RCS connection and reviews the state of the art of the shear bearing capacity in terms of failure models, shear distribution mechanisms, calculation mechanisms, and requirements given in the experimental and theoretical study to provide reference and foundation for the subsequent study. The practical applications of lithium metal anodes have been severely hindered by the Li dendrite issue. Herein, a dual structure‐material design strategy was developed to fabricate a new type of separator using interconnected hollow porous polyacrylonitrile (PAN) nanofibers (HPPANF), which delivered controllable and dendrite‐free Li depositions. The interconnected mesopores on HPPANF bridged the hollow interiors with the outside voids among the fibers, enabling outstanding electrolyte uptake capabilities for high ion conductivity, and nano‐level wetted electrolyte/anode interface for uniform Li plating/stripping. In parallel, the HPPANF separator enriched with polar groups acted as an exceptional polymer‐based solid‐state electrolyte, providing 3D ion channels for the transport of Li ions. Benefiting from the dual structure‐material design, the HPPANF separator induced uniform Li ion flux for dendrite‐free Li depositions, which caused enhanced cycling stability (1300 h, 3 mA cm−2). Given a query language, a Detection-based Vision-Language Understanding (DVLU) system needs to respond based on the detected regions (i.e.,bounding boxes). With the significant advancement in object detection, DVLU has witnessed great improvements in recent years, such as Visual Question Answering (VQA) and Visual Grounding (VG). However, existing DVLU methods always process each detected image region separately but ignore that they were an integral whole. Without the full consideration of each region's context, the image's understanding may contain more bias. In this paper, to solve the problem, a simple yet effective Region Collaborative Network (RCN) block is proposed to bridge the gap between independent regions and the integrative DVLU task. Specifically, the Intra-Region Relations (IntraRR) inside each detected region are computed by a position-wise and channel-wise joint non-local model. Then, the Inter-Region Relations (InterRR) across all the detected regions are computed by pooling and sharing parameters with IntraRR. The proposed RCN can enhance the features of each region by using information from all other regions and guarantees the dimension consistency between input and output. The RCN is evaluated on VQA and VG, and the experimental results show that our method can significantly improve the performance of existing DVLU models. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The incidence of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) has increased in recent years. Considering the potential side effects of conventional drugs, safe and efficient treatment methods for IBD are required urgently. Natural polysaccharides (NPs) have attracted considerable attention as potential therapeutic agents for IBD owing to their high efficiency, low toxicity, and wide range of biological activities. Intestinal microbiota and their fermentative products, mainly short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs), are thought to mediate the effect of NPs in IBDs. This review explores the beneficial effects of NPs on IBD, with a special focus on the role of intestinal microbes. Intestinal microbiota exert alleviation effects via various mechanisms, such as increasing the intestinal immunity, anti-inflammatory activities, and intestinal barrier protection via microbiota-dependent and microbiota-independent strategies. The aim of this paper was to document evidence of NP–intestinal microbiota-associated IBD prevention, which would be helpful for guidance in the treatment and management of IBD. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
