Blockchain technology is widely used in the field of digital right protection technology. The traditional digital right protection scheme is not only inefficient and highly centralized but also has the risk of being modified. Due to its own characteristics, blockchain cannot completely store all the original files of digital resources. In this paper, a convolutional neural network algorithm based on visual priority rule is proposed (CNNVP). This algorithm can recognize facial expressions in the original files of digital resources (for short video of face class). The algorithm extracts facial expression features accurately and makes these features form log files that can represent the original files of digital resources. Then, the paper proposes a short video copyright storage algorithm based on blockchain and facial expression recognition and stores the log file into the blockchain. The above methods not only improve the efficiency of short video copyright storage, reduce the degree of storage centralization, and eliminate the risk that copyright is easy to be modified. Moreover, the computing operation of deep learning technology on short video not only ensures the privacy of storage certificate information but also ensures the possibility of blockchain storage of video information. In recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization and the implementation of compulsory education, the pressure on students' study and life has increased, and the phenomenon of psychological and behavioral problems has become increasingly prominent. Therefore, the school has regarded students' mental health education as the top priority in teaching work. Effective expression classification can assist psychology researchers to study psychology and other disciplines and analyze children's psychological activities and mental states by classifying expressions, thereby reducing the occurrence of psychological behavior problems. Most of the current mainstream methods focus on the exploration of text explicit features and the optimization of representation models, and few works pay attention to deeper language expressions. Metaphors, as language expressions often used in daily life, are closely related to an individual's emotion, cognition, and psychological state. This paper studies children's smiling face recognition based on deep neural network. In order to obtain a better identification effect of mental health problems of children, this paper attempts to use multisource data, including consumption data, access control data, network logs, and grade data, and proposes a multisource data-based mental health problem identification algorithm. The main research focus is feature extraction, trying to use one-dimensional convolutional neural network (1D-CNN) to mine students' online patterns from online behavior sequences, calculate abnormal scores based on students' consumption data in the cafeteria, and describe the dietary differences among students. At the same time, this paper uses the students' psychological state data provided by the psychological center as a label to improve the deficiencies caused by the questionnaire. This paper uses the training set to train five common classification algorithms, evaluates them through the validation set, and selects the best classifier as our algorithm and uses it to identify students with mental health problems in the test set. This paper extends our previous method for COVID-19 diagnosis, proposing an enhanced solution for detecting COVID-19 from computed tomography (CT) images using a lean transfer learning-based model. To decrease model misclassifications, two key steps of image processing were employed. Firstly, the uppermost and lowermost slices were removed, preserving sixty percent of each patient's slices. Secondly, all slices underwent manual cropping to emphasize the lung areas. Subsequently, resized CT scans (224 × 224) were input into an Xception transfer learning model with a modified output. Both Xception's architecture and pretrained weights were leveraged in the method. A big and rigorously annotated database of CT images was used to verify the method. The number of patients/subjects in the dataset is more than 5000, and the number and shape of the slices in each CT scan varies greatly. Verification was made both on the validation partition and on the test partition of unseen images. Results on the COV19-CT database showcased not only improvement from our previous solution and the baseline but also comparable performance to the highest-achieving methods on the same dataset. Further validation studies could explore the scalability and adaptability of the developed methodologies across diverse healthcare settings and patient populations. Additionally, investigating the integration of advanced image processing techniques, such as automated region of interest detection and segmentation algorithms, could enhance the efficiency and accuracy of COVID-19 diagnosis. In the foggy environment, the images collected outdoors are prone to problems, such as low contrast and loss of details. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes an algorithm based on multiscale parallel-depth separable convolutional neural network (MSP-DSCNN) to remove fog from foggy images and improve image quality. The multiscale feature extraction module extracts texture feature details from fog images at different scales and extracts high-dimensional and low-dimensional features from fog images by using parallel depth and shallow channels. In order to further optimize the network model, a split convolution method is proposed, which can split the feature graph into two categories, one is the main feature and the other is the secondary feature. The key information is extracted from the main features with high complexity, and the compensation information is extracted from the minor features with low complexity. Experiments show that compared with other algorithms, the model constructed in this paper has obvious advantages in defogging effect, natural color of restored images, good detail retention, and dominant indicators. Detection and recognition of traffic signs are the keys to creating advanced driving assistance systems. Making highly precise maps also requires the identification and extraction of such road elements as traffic signs. Traditional detection and recognition methods no longer meet today's needs, and object recognition algorithms based on deep learning have become the mainstream solution. However, current algorithms have limitations. The recognition speed of one-stage strategy algorithms is fast, but recognition accuracy is not satisfactory especially for small objects. The accuracy of two-stage algorithms is higher, but the recognition speed is extremely slow. This paper solves these problems with a proposed parallel attention convolution module, a channel attention pyramid network, and a loss function diagonal and center point IoU based on the YOLOv3 algorithm. The improved models in this paper are compared with SSD, YOLOv3, and Faster RCNN. Experimental results show that the proposed models have some improvement over the above models: the mAP of the models with PACM, CAFPN, and DCPIoU was 76.02%, compared with SSD300, SSD500, Faster RCNN, and YOLOv3, which had improvements of 9.27%, 6.93%, 2.94, and 5.3%, respectively. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is a summary of the diagnosis and treatment experience formed by the working people in the long-term struggle against diseases, so it is very important to protect the intangible cultural heritage of TCM. How to extract valuable knowledge accurately and conveniently from the massive medical records of TCM is one of the important issues in the current research on the development of TCM. Due to the large amount of data of TCM medical records, many feature attributes, and diverse patterns, the existing classification technology has high computational complexity, low mining efficiency, and poor universality. Therefore, this paper proposed to quantify the medical records of TCM and obtained the main symptoms according to the improved hierarchical clustering feature selection algorithm. This paper also proposed a support vector machine (SVM) classification method using improved particle swarm algorithm to classify TCM information, which not only improves the efficiency and accuracy of TCM information classification but also discovers the potential dialectical and symptom patterns in diagnosis and treatment, so that the intangible cultural heritage protection of TCM can be developed sustainably. This paper showed that the information acquisition accuracy of the improved algorithm was very high. Before the improved algorithm was used, the accuracy of information mining for TCM was 67.90% at the highest and 65.53% at the lowest, but after using the improved algorithm, the accuracy rate of information mining for TCM was 88.02% at the highest and 82.45% at the lowest. In this paper, the existing scenic spot recommendation algorithms ignore the implicit trust and trust transmission of users when dealing with user relationships, and the lack of historical browsing behavior data of users in new city scenes leads to an inaccurate recommendation. In this paper, a personalized scenic spot recommendation method combining user trust relationship and tag preference is proposed. Firstly, the trust degree is introduced when the recommendation quality is poor only considering the similarity of users. By mining the implicit trust relationship of users, the problem that the existing research cannot make recommendations when the direct trust is difficult to obtain is solved, and the data sparsity and cold start problems are effectively alleviated. Secondly, in the process of user interest analysis, the relationship between scenic spots and tags is extended to the relationship among users, scenic spots and tags, and users' interest preferences are decomposed into long-term preferences for different scenic spots tags, which effectively alleviates the problem of poor recommendation quality when users' historical tour records are lacking. The personalized tourism recommendation method proposed in this paper effectively integrates many features of social networks and effectively alleviates the problems of data sparseness and feature learning in tourism recommendation based on social networks by using vectorization and deep learning technology. With the development of deep learning theory and the decrease of the cost of acquiring massive data, the image semantic segmentation algorithm based on Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) is gradually replacing the conventional segmentation algorithm by its high accuracy segmentation performance. By increasing the amount of training data and stacking more convolutional layers to form Deep Convolutional Neural Networks (DCNNs), a neural network model with higher segmentation accuracy can be obtained, but it faces the problems of serious memory consumption and long latency. For some special application scenarios, such as augmented reality and mobile interaction, real-time processing cannot be performed. To improve the speed of semantic segmentation while obtaining the most accurate segmentation results as possible, this paper proposes a semantic segmentation algorithm based on lightweight convolutional neural networks. Taking the computational complexity and segmentation accuracy into account, the algorithm starts from the perspective of extracting high-level semantic features and introduces a position-attention mechanism with richer contextual information to model the relationship between different pixels, avoiding the convolutional local perceptual field to be too small. To recover clearer target boundaries, a channel attention mechanism is introduced in the decoding part of the model to mine more useful feature channel information and effectively improve the fusion of low-level features with high-level features. With the rapid development of deep learning, computer vision has also become a rapidly developing field in the field of artificial intelligence. Combining the physical training of deep learning will bring good practical value. Physical training has different effects on people's body shape, physical function, and physical quality. It is mainly reflected in the changes of relevant physical indicators after physical training. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to study the method of evaluating the impact of sports training on physical indicators based on deep learning. This paper mainly uses the convolutional neural network in deep learning to design sports training, then constructs the evaluation system of physical index impact, and finally uses the deep learning algorithm to evaluate the impact of physical index. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the algorithm proposed in this paper is significantly higher than that of the other three algorithms. Firstly, in the angular motion, the accuracy of the mean algorithm is 0.4, the accuracy of the variance algorithm is 0.2, the accuracy of the RFE algorithm is 0.4, and the accuracy of the DLA algorithm is 0.6. Similarly, in foot racing and skill sports, the accuracy of the algorithm proposed in this paper is significantly higher than that of other algorithms. Accurate recommendation of tourist attractions is conducive to improving users' travel efficiency and tourism experience. However, the choice of tourism feature factors and the difference of recommendation algorithm will affect the accuracy of scenic spot recommendation. Aiming at the problems of sparse data, insufficient tourism factors, and low recommendation accuracy in the existing tourism recommendation research, this paper puts forward a scenic spot recommendation method based on microblog data and machine learning by using the characteristics of personalized expression and strong current situation of microblog data and the intelligent prediction function of machine learning, so as to realize accurate and personalized scenic spot recommendation. This paper extracts rich tourism characteristic factors. Typical tourism recommendation algorithms choose tourism characteristic factors from scenic spots, tourists, and other aspects, without considering the travel time, tourism season, and other contextual information of tourists' destination, which can help understand users' tourism preferences from different angles. Aiming at the problem of sparse data and cold start of collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm, this paper introduces deep learning algorithm and combines the proposed multifeature tourism factors to build dynamic scenic spot prediction models (random forest preferred attraction prediction (RFPAP) and neural networks preferred attraction prediction (NNPAP)). The experimental results show that RFPAP and NNPAP methods can overcome the problem of data sparsity and achieve 89.61% and 89.51% accuracy, respectively. Computer vision-based motion target detection and tracking, which is widely used in video surveillance, human-computer interaction, range interpretation, and other fields, is one of the current research hotspots in the field of computer vision. In engineering scenarios, the two are inseparable and need to work together to accomplish specific tasks. The related research is progressing rapidly, but there is still room for improving its timeliness, accuracy, and automation. In this paper, we summarize and classify some classical target detection methods, analyze the basic principles of convolutional neural networks, and analyze the classical detection algorithms based on region suggestion and deep regression networks. After that, we improve the SSD algorithm for the shortage of low-level feature convolution layers, which has insufficient feature extraction and leads to poor detection of small targets. For the motion target tracking problem, this paper studies the motion target tracking method based on support vector machine and proposes the tracking method of support vector regression and the corresponding online support vector regression solution method based on the analysis of support vector tracking method and structural support vector tracking method. In this paper, we propose a tracking method that fuses structural support vector machines and correlation filtering. The structure is based on the idea of Inception, which adds and replaces some feature convolution layers of the original network while maintaining the original lightweight backbone. The final experiments on the VOC data set demonstrate that the improved algorithm improves the average detection accuracy by 2.6% compared to the original algorithm and basically maintains the real-time speed as well. Experimental simulations on a subset of VOC data (human set) show a significant improvement in AP values and more effective and reliable detection tracking of moving targets. The speech enhancement effect of traditional deep learning algorithms is not ideal under low signal-to-noise ratios (SNR). Skip connections-deep neural network (Skip-DNN) improves the traditional deep neural network (DNN) by adding skip connections between each layer of the neural network to solve the degradation problem of DNN. In this paper, the Multiresolution Cochleagram (MRCG) features in the gammachirp transform domain are denoised to obtain the improved MRCG (I-MRCG). The noise reduction method adopts the Minimum Mean-Square Error Short-Time Spectral Amplitude Estimator (MMSE-STSA) and takes I-MRCG as the input feature and Skip-DNN as the training network to improve the speech enhancement effect of the model. This paper also proposes an improved source-to-distortion ratio (SDR) loss function. When the loss function uses the improved SDR, it will improve the performance of Skip-DNN speech enhancement model. The experiments in this paper are performed on the Edinburgh dataset. When using I-MRCG as the input feature of Skip-DNN, the average perceptual evaluation of speech quality (PESQ) is 2.9137, and the average short-time objective intelligibility (STOI) is 0.8515. Compared with MRCG as Skip-DNN input features, the improvements are 0.91% and 0.71%, respectively. When the improved SDR is used as the loss function of the speech model, the average PESQ is 2.9699 and the average STOI is 0.8547. On the basis of the analysis of the evolution dynamics and the process of smart tourism service, this paper constructs the evolutionary game model of smart tourism service and reveals the evolution mechanism of smart tourism service based on the network platform. Based on the strategic main line of "advantages," it proposes the design ideas and overall framework of the smart tourism service model based on the network platform, including the smart tourism information interactive service model, the element collaborative service model, and the value cocreation service model. The comparison of recommendation results shows that the recommendation error of the genetically improved generalized regression neural network algorithm is reduced, and the recommendation accuracy is better than that of the unimproved generalized regression neural network algorithm. In the recommendation scenario of click-through rate recommendation, the existing recommendation models are difficult to meet the functions of memory and generalization at the same time and cannot fully mine and combine low-level features, and the model parameters of the deep learning model are difficult to learn under the high-dimensional sparse data set of the recommendation system. To solve the problem of generalization, this paper proposes a deep CTR recommendation model based on the gradient boosting tree and factorization machine. It can fully mine low-level feature information and automatically realize low-level feature combination, which can better learn model parameters on high-dimensional sparse data sets, and the recommendation results are no longer overgeneralized. With the emergence and vigorous development of 5G technology, there is a significant surge in network usage and traffic, resulting in heightened complexity within network and IT environments. This exponential increase in activity produces a plethora of events, making conventional systems inadequate for the efficient management of 5G networks. In comparison to 4G technology, 5G technology brings forth a host of new features, one of which is the network data analytics function (NWDAF). This function grants network operators the flexibility to either employ their own data analytics methodologies based on machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) into their networks. In this paper, we present a dataset named "NWDAF-NFPP" for network function performance time series prediction, collected from a laboratory at China Telecom. The dataset is carefully anonymized to ensure maximum realism and comprehensiveness, while safeguarding sensitive information. It encompasses eight categories of network functions, with data collected at five-minute intervals. The availability of this dataset provides valuable resources for researchers to conduct time series prediction research on network element performance. Following data collection, a total of six models were employed for network element performance prediction, encompassing both machine learning and deep learning approaches. This diverse set of models was carefully chosen to ensure comprehensive coverage of different techniques and algorithms. This paper constructs a sports action recognition model based on deep learning (DL) and clustering extraction algorithm. For the input detection image frame, athletes' movements are detected through DL network, and then athletes' sports movements are fused. Moreover, it expands new knowledge and improves learning ability through automatic learning training set. The neural network (NN) is applied to the sample set containing images of nonathletes, and the negative training sample set is iteratively enhanced according to the generated false positives, and the results are optimized by clustering method. Simulation experiments show that compared with other algorithms, the clustering extraction algorithm in this paper has achieved superior performance in recognition rate and false alarm rate, and the recognition speed is faster. The aim is to extract the athletes' training postures through the analysis of sports movements, so as to assist coaches to train athletes more professionally and provide some reference for sports movement recognition. Gesture recognition utilizes deep learning network model to automatically extract deep features of data; however, traditional machine learning algorithms rely on manual feature extraction and poor model generalization ability. In this paper, a multimodal gesture recognition algorithm based on convolutional long-term memory network is proposed. First, a convolutional neural network (CNN) is employed to automatically extract the deeply hidden features of multimodal gesture data. Then, a time series model is constructed using a long short-term memory (LSTM) network to learn the long-term dependence of multimodal gesture features on the time series. On this basis, the classification of multimodal gestures is realized by the SoftMax classifier. Finally, the method is experimented and evaluated on two dynamic gesture datasets, VIVA and NVGesture. Experimental results indicate that the accuracy rates of the proposed method on the VIVA and NVGesture datasets are 92.55% and 87.38%, respectively, and its recognition accuracy and convergence performance are better than those of other comparison algorithms. Irony recognition is an important research direction in text sentiment analysis, which contributes to discover ironic tone to judge text emotion correctly. The object of this paper is the application of deep learning to irony recognition, and the research aims to solve the problem that existing machine learning algorithms have difficulty in discriminating ironic tones. Aiming at the irony recognition of Chinese social comments, DC-BiGRU-CNN is proposed from the perspective of structural optimization rather than a text vectorization mechanism point of view, which is a dual-channel CNN combined with BiGRU, and incorporates attention mechanism and multigranularity convolutional neural network as the main framework. This paper first briefly discusses the difficulties of irony recognition and provides an overview of existing text sentiment analysis algorithms. This is followed by a detailed discussion of DC-BiGRU-CNN. The model structure includes dense convolution layer blocks and series structure, so that the network can achieve a better balance between feature extraction and detail preservation of interferogram. This is helpful to improve the phase unwrapping accuracy and training efficiency of the network. The experimental results show that the algorithm has a good expansion effect on the interferogram with high signal-to-noise ratio. The synthesis algorithm makes full use of the advantages of the branch cutting method and the finite element method. The phase reliable region and unreliable region are determined, and the transmission of phase error from the unreliable region to reliable region is effectively avoided. The communication recognition of mobile phone core is a test of the development of machine vision. The size of mobile phone core is very small, so it is difficult to identify small defects. Based on the in-depth study of the algorithm, combined with the actual needs of core identification, this paper improves the algorithm and proposes an intelligent algorithm suitable for core identification. In addition, according to the actual needs of core wire recognition, this paper makes an intelligent analysis of the core wire recognition process. This paper analyzes the simulation of special effects animation through fluid equations and data-driven methods. This paper also considers the needs of computer fluid animation simulation in terms of computational accuracy and simulation efficiency, takes high real-time, high interactivity, and high physical accuracy of simulation algorithm as the research focus and target, and proposes a solution algorithm and acceleration scheme based on deep neural network framework for the key problems of simulation of natural phenomena including smoke and liquid. With the deep development of artificial intelligence technology, deep neural network models are widely used in research fields such as computer image classification, speech recognition, and fluid detail synthesis with their powerful data learning capability. Its stable and efficient computational model provides a new problem-solving approach for computerized fluid animation simulation. In terms of time series reconstruction, this paper adopts a tracking-based reconstruction method, including target tracking, 2D trajectory fitting and repair, and 3D trajectory reconstruction. For continuous image sequences, a linear dynamic model algorithm based on pyramidal optical flow is used to track the feature centers of the objects, and the spatial coordinates and motion parameters of the feature points are obtained by reconstructing the motion trajectories. The experimental results show that in terms of spatial reconstruction, the matching method proposed in this paper is more accurate compared with the traditional stereo matching algorithm; in terms of time series reconstruction, the error of target tracking reduced. Finally, the 3D motion trajectory of the point feature object and the motion pattern at a certain moment are shown, and the method in this paper obtains more ideal results, which proves the effectiveness of the method. This paper proposes a deep learning-based method for mitosis detection in breast histopathology images. A main problem in mitosis detection is that most of the datasets only have weak labels, i.e., only the coordinates indicating the center of the mitosis region. This makes most of the existing powerful object detection methods hardly be used in mitosis detection. Aiming at solving this problem, this paper firstly applies a CNN-based algorithm to pixelwisely segment the mitosis regions, based on which bounding boxes of mitosis are generated as strong labels. Based on the generated bounding boxes, an object detection network is trained to accomplish mitosis detection. In this paper, a deep learning approach is used to conduct an in-depth study and analysis of intelligent resource allocation in wireless communication networks. Firstly, the concepts related to CSCN architecture are discussed and the throughput of small base stations (SBS) in CSCN architecture is analyzed; then, the long short-term memory network (LSTM) model is used to predict the mobile location of users, and the transmission conditions of users are scored based on two conditions, namely, the mobile location of users and whether the small base stations to which users are connected have their desired cache states, and the small base stations select the transmission. The small base station selects several users with optimal transmission conditions based on the scores; then, the concept of game theory is introduced to model the problem of maximizing network throughput as a multi-intelligent noncooperative game problem; finally, a deep augmented learning-based wireless resource allocation algorithm is proposed to enable the small base station to learn autonomously and select channel resources based on the network environment to maximize the network throughput. Simulation results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper leads to a significant improvement in network throughput compared to the traditional random-access algorithm and the algorithm proposed in the literature. In this paper, we apply it to the fine-grained resource control problem of user traffic allocation and find that the resource control technique based on the AC framework can obtain a performance very close to the local optimal solution of a matching-based proportional fair user dual connection algorithm with polynomial-level computational complexity. With the development of deep learning, target detection from vision sensor has achieved high accuracy and efficiency. However, small target detection remains a challenge due to inadequate use of semantic information and detailed texture information of underlying features. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes a small target detection algorithm based on Mask R-CNN model which integrates transfer learning and deep separable network. Firstly, the feature pyramid fusion structure is introduced to enhance the learning effect of low-level and high-level features, especially to strengthen the information channel of low-level feature and meanwhile optimize the feature information of small target. Secondly, the ELU function is used as the activation function to solve the problem that the original activation function disappears in the negative half axis gradient. Finally, a new loss function F-Softmax combined with Focal Loss was adopted to solve the imbalance of positive and negative sample proportions. Aiming at the high miss detection and false detection rate of traditional SSD (single shot multibox detector) target detection algorithm in target detection, this paper proposes a lightweight detection algorithm for deep learning target detection model in order to improve the detection accuracy. Firstly, the real-time and efficient target detection backbone network VoVNet is used to replace the feature extraction network VGG16. The residual structure is integrated to solve the problem of VoVNet network degradation to improve network performance. Secondly, self-attention mechanism is introduced to capture multiscale local and global information to obtain richer image semantic features. According to the characteristics of the target sample size, the anchor frame is designed by using a priori information. In the network training, the anchor frame by selection enhancement based on IoU optimization is used to fully train the target information and strengthen the reading ability of the network to small-scale targets. Experiments on the public data set AI-TOD to show that the target detection lightweight model of deep learning has stronger detection ability and higher average detection accuracy than other algorithms, which proves the applicability and effectiveness of this algorithm. Background and Aims. Diagnosing pediatric intussusception from ultrasound images can be a difficult task in many primary care hospitals that lack experienced radiologists. To address this challenge, this study developed an artificial intelligence- (AI-) based system for automatic detection of "concentric circles" signs on ultrasound images, thereby improving the efficiency and accuracy of pediatric intussusception diagnosis. Methods. A total of 440 cases (373 pediatric intussusception and 67 normal cases) were retrospectively collected from Children's Hospital affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January 2020 to December 2020. An improved Faster RCNN deep learning framework was used to detect "concentric circle" signs. Finally, independent validation set was used to evaluate the performance of the developed AI tool. Results. The data of pediatric intussusception were divided into a training set and validation set according to the ratio of 8 : 2, with training set (298 pediatric intussusception) and validation set (75 pediatric intussusception and 67 normal cases). In the "concentric circle" detection model, the detection rate, recall, specificity, and F 1 score assessed by the validation set were 92.8%, 95.0%, 92.2%, and 86.4%, respectively. Pediatric intussusception was classified by "concentric circle" signs, and the accuracy, recall, specificity, and F 1 score were 93.0%, 92.0%, 94.1%, and 93.2% on the validation set, respectively. Conclusion. The model established in this paper can realize the automatic detection of "concentric circle" signs in the ultrasound images of abdominal intussusception in children; the AI tool can improve the diagnosis speed of pediatric intussusception. The rapid development of communication and computer has brought many application scenarios to the fingerprint identification technology of communication equipment. The technology is of great significance in electronic countermeasures, wireless network security, and other fields and has been widely studied in recent years. The fingerprint identification technology of communication equipment is mainly based on the fingerprint characteristics represented on the transmitted signals of the equipment, which are different from other devices, and the connection between the characteristics and the hardware equipment is established, so as to realize the purpose of identifying the communication equipment. In this paper, the author studies the key technologies related to fingerprint recognition of communication equipment, including signal acquisition, signal feature extraction, and classifier design, and transient signal recognition equipment. In this paper, the integrated learning and deep learning based on fingerprint recognition are taken as the main research contents of communication equipment, and the fingerprint recognition scheme of communication equipment is given; the proposed scheme is verified by the measured data. Aiming at the transient signal of communication equipment, an algorithm using the short-term periodicity of signal is presented. The feature extraction of steady-state signal is realized. The autoencoder feature and four kinds of integral bispectrum feature are analyzed and visualized. Research on communication equipment individual recognition technology is based on ensemble learning. An individual recognition scheme for communication devices based on Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) classification model is studied. The Gradient Boosting Decision Tree (GBDT) model with different parameters was used as the primary learner of stacking classifier. Personalized recommendation is one of the important contents of personalized service in university libraries. Accurate and in-depth understanding of users is the premise of personalized recommendation. This paper proposes a personalized book recommendation algorithm based on deep learning models according to the characteristics and laws of user savings in university libraries. The method first uses the long short-term memory network (LSTM) to improve the deep autoencoder (DAE) so that the model can extract the temporal features of the data. Alzheimer's disease (AD) is the most generally known neurodegenerative disorder, leading to a steady deterioration in cognitive ability. Deep learning models have shown outstanding performance in the diagnosis of AD, and these models do not need any handcrafted feature extraction over conventional machine learning algorithms. Since the 2012 AlexNet accomplishment, the convolutional neural network (CNN) has been progressively utilized by the medical community to assist practitioners to early diagnose AD. This paper explores the current cutting edge applications of CNN on single and multimodality (combination of two or more modalities) neuroimaging data for the classification of AD. An exhaustive systematic search is conducted on four notable databases: Google Scholar, IEEE Xplore, ACM Digital Library, and PubMed in June 2021. Microexpressions have extremely high due value in national security, public safety, medical, and other fields. However, microexpressions have characteristics that are obviously different from macroexpressions, such as short duration and weak changes, which greatly increase the difficulty of microexpression recognition work. In this paper, we propose a microexpression recognition method based on multimodal fusion through a comparative study of traditional microexpression recognition algorithms such as LBP algorithm and CNN and LSTM deep learning algorithms. The method couples the separate microexpression image information with the corresponding body temperature information to establish a multimodal fusion microexpression database. This paper firstly introduces how to build a multimodal fusion microexpression database in a laboratory environment, secondly compares the recognition accuracy of LBP, LSTM, and CNN + LSTM networks for microexpressions, and finally selects the superior CNN + LSTM network in the comparison results for model training and testing on the test set under separate microexpression database and multimodal fusion database. The experimental results show that a microexpression recognition method based on multimodal fusion designed in this paper is more accurate than unimodal recognition in multimodal recognition after feature fusion, and its recognition rate reaches 75.1%, which proves that the method is feasible and effective in improving microexpression recognition rate and has good practical value. Software vulnerabilities are one of the important reasons for network intrusion. It is vital to detect and fix vulnerabilities in a timely manner. Existing vulnerability detection methods usually rely on single code models, which may miss some vulnerabilities. This paper implements a vulnerability detection system by combining source code and assembly code models. First, code slices are extracted from the source code and assembly code. Second, these slices are aligned by the proposed code alignment algorithm. Third, aligned code slices are converted into vector and input into a hyper fusion-based deep learning model. Frequency-domain monaural speech enhancement has been extensively studied for over 60 years, and a great number of methods have been proposed and applied to many devices. In the last decade, monaural speech enhancement has made tremendous progress with the advent and development of deep learning, and performance using such methods has been greatly improved relative to traditional methods. This survey paper first provides a comprehensive overview of traditional and deeplearning methods for monaural speech enhancement in the frequency domain. The fundamental assumptions of each approach are then summarized and analyzed to clarify their limitations and advantages. A comprehensive evaluation of some typical methods was conducted using the WSJ + Deep Noise Suppression (DNS) challenge and Voice Bank + DEMAND datasets to give an intuitive and unified comparison. The benefits of monaural speech enhancement methods using objective metrics relevant for normal-hearing and hearing-impaired listeners were evaluated. The objective test results showed that compression of the input features was important for simulated normal-hearing listeners but not for simulated hearing-impaired listeners. Convolutional neural network (CNN) is a very important method in deep learning, which solves many complex pattern recognition problems. Fruitful results have been achieved in image recognition, speech recognition, and natural language processing. Compared with traditional neural network, convolutional weight sharing, sparse connection, and pooling operations in convolutional neural network greatly reduce the number of training parameters, reduce size of feature map, simplify network model, and improve training efficiency. Based on convolution operation, pooling operation, softmax classifier, and network optimization algorithm in improved convolutional neural network of LeNet-5, this paper conducts image recognition experiments on handwritten digits and face datasets, respectively. A method combining local binary pattern and convolutional neural network is proposed for face recognition research. Through experiments, it is found that adding LBP image information to improved convolutional neural network of LeNet-5 can improve accuracy of face recognition to 99.8%, which has important theoretical and practical significance. Background and Objective. Breast cancer is a common malignant tumor that seriously threatens the health of women in my country and even around the world. The proliferation marker Ki-67 has been utilized to distinguish luminal B from luminal A tumors and is a reliable indicator of more aggressive breast cancer growth. If a reliable prediction method for breast cancer patients to avoid invasive damage can be found to predict Ki-67 before pathological examination, it will be very beneficial for doctors to formulate later treatment plans and provide more useful treatment options. Methodology. This paper proposes a tumor segmentation and prediction framework based on the combination of improved attention U-Net and SVM. The framework first improves on attention U-Net by introducing coefficients for learning multidimensional attention. Make the attention mechanism more aware of the main situation in the segmentation process. At the same time, the segmented breast MRI results and corresponding labels were input into the SVM classifier to accurately predict the expression of Ki-67. Results. The DSC, PPV, and sensitivity of our combined model are 0.94, 0.93, and 0.94, respectively, with better segmentation performance. And we compare with the segmentation frameworks of other papers and find that our combined model can make accurate segmentation of breast tumors. Conclusion. Our method can adapt to the variability of breast tumors and segment breast tumors accurately and efficiently. Smart nonintrusive load monitoring (NILM) represents a cost‐efficient technology for observing power usage in buildings. It tackles several challenges in transitioning into a more effective, sustainable, and digital energy efficiency environment. This paper presents a comprehensive review of recent trends in the NILM field, in which we propose a multiperspective classification of existing smart NILM techniques. More attention is devoted to describing the contributions of deep learning, feature extraction, computing platforms, and application scenarios for NILM development. Accordingly, NILM technical aspects are first investigated, including data collection devices and public data sets. Next, event‐based and non‐event‐based NILM algorithms are overviewed. Furthermore, potential limitations of existing solutions are identified, highlighting their technical challenges, especially those related to security and privacy preservation, data scarcity, results reproduction, and implementation and business difficulties. The latest development of neuroscience has deepened the understanding of the information-processing mechanisms in the human brain and inspired a couple of sophisticated computational methods, such as deep learning, memory networks, and hierarchical temporal memory. However, it remains a challenge to explore simpler models due to the high computational cost of the above-mentioned methods. This paper proposes recall network (RN), an intuitive and simple model, that initializes itself by constructing the network path derived from the correlation of features in the training dataset and then makes classification decisions by recalling the paths that are relevant to the features in the test set. The algorithm has been applied to 263 datasets available from UCI Machine Learning Repository, and the classification results of repeated 10-fold cross-validation experiments on Weka demonstrate its competitive performance with prestigious classification algorithms, such as ANN, J48, and KNN. As a complex machine learning algorithm, deep learning can extract object shape information and more complex and advanced information in images by using a deep learning model. In order to solve some problems of deep learning in image feature extraction and classification, this paper designs a modeling method of multifocus image segmentation algorithm based on deep learning. The acceleration effect of FPGA (field programmable gate array) on deep learning and weight sharing is analyzed. By introducing deep learning, the trouble of determining the weight coefficient is eliminated, and the energy function is simplified. Therefore, the relevant parameters of multifocus image segmentation can be easily set, and better results can be obtained. The multifocus image segmentation algorithm based on deep learning can not only obtain closed and smooth segmentation curves but also adaptively deal with topology changes due to high segmentation accuracy and stable algorithm. The results show that the model effectively combines the local and global information of the image, so that the model has good robustness. The super-resolution (SR) reconstruction of a single image is an important image synthesis task especially for medical applications. This paper is studying the application of image segmentation for lung cancer images. This research work is utilizing the power of deep learning for resolution reconstruction for lung cancer-based images. At present, the neural networks utilized for image segmentation and classification are suffering from the loss of information where information passes through one layer to another deep layer. The commonly used loss functions include content-based reconstruction loss and generative confrontation network. The sparse coding single-image super-resolution reconstruction algorithm can easily lead to the phenomenon of incorrect geometric structure in the reconstructed image. In order to solve the problem of excessive smoothness and blurring of the reconstructed image edges caused by the introduction of this self-similarity constraint, a two-layer reconstruction framework based on a smooth layer and a texture layer is proposed for a medical application of lung cancer. This method uses a global nonzero gradient number constrained reconstruction model to reconstruct the smooth layer. The proposed sparse coding method is used to reconstruct high-resolution texture images. Finally, a global and local optimization models are used to further improve the quality of the reconstructed image. An adaptive multiscale remote sensing image super-division reconstruction network is designed. The selective core network and adaptive gating unit are integrated to extract and fuse features to obtain a preliminary reconstruction. Through the proposed dual-drive module, the feature prior drive loss and task drive loss are transmitted to the super-resolution network. The proposed work not only improves the subjective visual effect but the robustness has also been enhanced with more accurate construction of edges. The widespread application of deep neural network (DNN) techniques is being challenged by adversarial examples—the legitimate input added with imperceptible and well‐designed perturbation that can fool DNNs easily in the DNN testing/deploying stage. Previous white‐box adversarial example generation algorithms used the Jacobian gradient information to add the perturbation. This imprecise and inexplicit information can cause unnecessary perturbation when generating adversarial examples. This paper aims to address this issue. We first propose to apply the more informative and distilled gradient information, namely, integrated gradient, to generate adversarial examples. To further make the perturbation more imperceptible, we propose to employ the restriction combination of L0 and L1/L2 second, which can restrict the total perturbation and the perturbation points simultaneously. Meanwhile, to address the nondifferentiable problem of L1, we explore a proximal operation of L1 third. On the basis of these three works, we propose two Integrated gradient‐based White‐box Adversarial example generation algorithms (IWA): Integrated gradient‐based Finite Point Attack (IFPA) and Integrated gradient‐based Universe Attack (IUA). IFPA is suitable for situations where there are a determined number of points to be perturbed. IUA is suitable for situations where no perturbation point number is preset to obtain more adversarial examples. We verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms on both structured and unstructured data sets, and compare them with five baseline generation algorithms. The results show that our proposed algorithms craft adversarial examples with more imperceptible perturbation and satisfactory crafting rate. The heart is one of the most important organs of the human body. The role of the heart is to promote blood flow and provide sufficient blood flow to organs and tissues. The research on the heart has important theoretical and clinical significance. Because of the noninvasive and intuitive display of ultrasound image, it can dynamically obtain the heart state and has become the main means to detect the heart dynamics. We analyze the characteristics of cardiac ultrasound image from the medical point of view and signal processing. The heart movement is periodic and rhythmic. The image signal can be decomposed. Colon and rectal cancers are the most common kinds of cancer globally. Colon cancer is more prevalent in men than in women. Early detection increases the likelihood of survival, and treatment significantly increases the likelihood of eradicating the disease. The Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) programme is an excellent source of domestic cancer statistics. SEER includes nearly 30% of the United States population, covering various races and geographic locations. The data are made public via the SEER website when a SEER limited-use data agreement form is submitted and approved. We investigate data from the SEER programme, specifically colon cancer statistics, in this study. Our objective is to create reliable colon cancer survival and conditional survival prediction algorithms. In this study, we have presented an overview of cancer diagnosis methods and the treatments used to cure cancer. This paper presents an analysis of prediction performance of multiple deep learning approaches. The performance of multiple deep learning models is thoroughly examined to discover which algorithm surpasses the others, followed by an investigation of the network's prediction accuracy. The simulation outcomes indicate that automated prediction models can predict colon cancer patient survival. Image text description is a multimodal data processing problem in the computer field, which involves the research tasks of computer vision and natural language processing. At present, the research focus of image text description task is mainly on the method based on deep learning. The work of this paper is mainly focused on the imprecise description of visual words and nonvisual words in the description of image description tasks in the image text description. An adaptive attention double-layer LSTM (long short-term memory) model based on coding-decoding is proposed. Compared with the algorithm based on the adaptive attention mechanism based on the coding-decoding framework, the evaluation index BLEU-1 is improved by 1.21%. The METEOR was 0.75% higher and CIDEr was 0.55%, while the indexes of BLEU-4 and ROUGE-L were not as good as those of the original model, but the index was not different. Although it cannot surpass all the performance indicators of the original model, the description of visual words and nonvisual words is more accurate in the actual image text description. Efficient localization plays a significant role in mobile autonomous robots' navigation systems. Traditional visual simultaneous localization systems based on point feature matching suffer from two shortcomings. First one is that the method of tracking features is not robust for environments with frequent changes in brightness. Another one is the large of consecutive visual keyframes can consume expensive computational and storage resources in complex environments. To solve these problems, an end-to-end real-time six degrees of freedom object pose estimation algorithm is proposed to solve the robust and efficient challenges through a deep learning model. First, preprocessing operations such as cropping, averaging, and timestamp alignment are performed on datasets to reduce computational cost and time. Second, the processed dataset is fed into our neural network model to extract the most effective features for matching. Finally, the robot's current 3D translation and 4D angle information are predicted and output to achieve an end-to-end localization system. A broad range of experiments are performed on both indoor and outdoor datasets. The experimental results demonstrate that the translation and orientation accuracy in outdoor scenes improved by 32.9% and 31.4%, respectively. The average improvement of localization accuracy in indoor scenes is 38.4%, and the angle improvement is 13.1%. Moreover, the effectiveness of predicting the global motion trajectories of sequential images algorithm has been verified and is superior to other convolutional neural network methods. In the process of wireless communication, the transmission of signals will be subject to various kinds of interference, which will affect the quality of communication. Interference detection is an important part of improving the reliability of communication. When the interfering signal has the same frequency as the original communication signal, with traditional methods, it is difficult to extract feature parameters. Aiming at this special cofrequency interference signal, this paper proposes a time series signal prediction model based on deep learning and uses the difference between the predicted signal and the received signal as the eigenvalue to detect interference. In order to improve the detection rate, the eigenvalues predicted by LSTM and Bi-LSTM networks are subjected to windowing experiments. The Support Vector Machine (SVM) is used to detect the interference of eigenvalues, and the comparison results are visualized by the confusion matrix. The experimental simulation results show that the Bi-LSTM model has better feature extraction ability for time series signals, and the prediction ability of the signal and the accuracy of interference detection are higher than those of the LSTM model. Neural network algorithms and intelligent algorithms are hot topics in the field of deep learning. In this study, the neural network algorithm and intelligence are optimized, and it is used in simulation experiments to improve the target image recognition ability of the algorithm in the machine vision environment. First, this paper introduces the application of neural networks in the field of machine vision. Second, in the experiment, the improved VGG-16 convolutional neural network (CNN) model is applied to metal block defect detection. Experimental results show that the optimized network can classify metal block defects with the maximum accuracy of 99.28%. Then, the intelligent algorithm based on neural network is studied, and the CIFAR-10 data set is taken as the experimental target for training test and verification test. Using BP algorithm, particle swarm optimization algorithm (PSO-BP), and improved neural network algorithm, respectively, the convergence speed of ICS algorithm based on BP neural network is compared.
