With the rapid development and application of internet technology, people are gradually entering a state of digital life. However, it is difficult for digital assets to be circulated with a unified standard protocol. Blockchain has the characteristics of decentralization, trustworthiness, and immutability, which can be used to solve the above problems. Although virtual marketing technology shows great potential, as a form of organization that is difficult to manage, there is still a lack of experience in the form factors and operation mechanism of a virtual business model. Therefore, combined with the realistic background, this paper built a digital twin innovation and entrepreneurship virtual marketing interactive platform based on blockchain. The article analyzed the data structure of the blockchain and completed the construction of the platform operation mode. It studied the encryption and decryption process of cryptography and expanded the ciphertext space, then the blockchain is encrypted and decrypted again, and finally, a chi-square analysis is performed. After building the platform, it conducted market research and analyzed the main operating indicators of the A platform on the market. Then, it compared the uncertain string preprocessing enumeration length change and the index occupied space between the platform constructed in this paper and the platform in the literature. The comparison results have shown that the index proposed in this paper is 320 MB in 8 iterative calculations, while the bibliographic index starts at 10000 MB and keeps increasing during the iterative calculation process. In recent years, with the active development of various new media technologies, new media technologies represented by image technology and digital technology have gradually developed and are closely integrated with various fields. With the development and progress of image and digital technology, digital painting technology has had a great impact on the field of artistic creation. Of course, oil painting creation in the field of art has also encountered unprecedented challenges. This article introduces various functional methods in digital painting technology, and also introduces the preparation method of graphene graphite for printing. And through experiments, graphite with good performance was prepared, which showed that when ethylene glycol was used as a solvent and the mass fraction of graphene was 37.5%, the performance of the ink was relatively best. Finally, this paper designs a digital painting system and compares it with ordinary digital painting systems. It is concluded that the average satisfaction of painters in the designed system is 1.5 points higher than that of ordinary ones. With the increasing development of information science and technology and the vigorous use and promotion of new technologies, profound changes have taken place in all aspects of our daily life. With this huge change, the IoT industry was born. And it analyzes and processes the large amount of data generated between them, and finally, it helps the development of the economy. The RFID system studied in this paper is the radio frequency identification system, which is an automatic signal identification system. The relationship between the RFID system and the Internet of Things is that the former will obtain a large amount of Internet of Things information data by identifying the Internet of Things. However, it is difficult to guarantee the analysis and processing of data and the security of data in the RFID system. This paper aims to study the effective processing and security guarantee of a large amount of data obtained by the RFID system after processing the identification of the Internet of Things. It is expected to overcome the problems of conventional related art. This paper proposes the encryption technology for the Internet of Things RFID system, as well as the corresponding algorithm, and establishes a processing system for information data. The experimental results of this paper show that the cryptographic mechanism run by the algorithm PECC has better security performance compared with other cryptographic mechanisms, and its computational complexity can be reduced by 28.35%. With the acceleration of social modernization, the level of public management has also been significantly improved compared with previous times. As an important guarantee for a harmonious public life, public management occupies an extremely important position. However, the great changes in the economy and society have brought forth new problems in modern public management, and the tasks and burdens of public management have become heavier and heavier, which has had a huge impact on the effectiveness of social governance. On the basis of studying the factors affecting the development of public management and the problems of management, this paper integrates the new situation of reliability mathematics application, and explores and solves the problems of public management. In the experiment, the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper is tested from two aspects of management analysis and management effect, and the feasibility of this method is verified by comparing with the traditional management method. The final experimental data show that the innovation degree and coordination degree of management work under the traditional management method are 16.6% and 58.4%, respectively. This paper aims at identifying the causal relationship between the reform of the cultural system and the upgrading of industrial structure, revealing the causal relationship between the reform of the cultural system and the upgrading of industrial structure, which is of great significance for promoting the reform of the cultural system and the upgrading of industrial structure. The impact of cultural administrative reform on industrial structure upgrading is empirically tested using panel data from 261 prefecture-level cities in China from 2001 to 2017. The double difference model and PSM-DID method are used. This includes conducting placebo tests and examining the robustness of empirical findings using other methods. The findings indicated that (1) the influence coefficient of the cultural administrative system reform on industrial structure upgrading is positive and passed the significance level test, indicating that the cultural administrative system reform significantly promoted industrial structure upgrading, and on average, it can improve the level of the urban industrial structure by 11.81 percent. (2) Theoretical analysis of the mechanism demonstrates that the innovation level acts as a link between cultural administrative system reform and industrial structure upgrading, implying that cultural administrative system reform promotes industrial structure upgrading by stimulating the innovation level of cultural enterprises. (3) The results of the heterogeneity analysis indicate that the influence of cultural administrative reform on industrial structure upgrading is highly regionally and economically differentiated. The higher the economic level of the local community, the more effective the promotion effect on industrial structure upgrading. The reform of the cultural administrative system has a greater impact on industrial structure upgrading in the eastern region than in the central and western regions. On the basis of the foregoing research findings, this paper makes some policy recommendations for releasing the overall system reform dividend based on the cultural system and promoting regional industrial structure upgrading. This paper simulates the behavior mechanism of each subject in the equipment manufacturing industry-university-research (IUR) collaborative innovation system based on NetLogo, and constructs the input-output model of each subject. Secondly, the reasonable value of each parameter is determined through expert consultation, and finally 6 scenarios are selected to simulate the evolution of the IUR collaborative innovation system. The results show that different decision-making behaviors of each subject will lead to different operating states of the innovation collaborative system. When the conditions of each subject are exactly the same, the innovation system can achieve stable and continuous operation. However, if the initial conditions are different, the IUR collaborative innovation system needs an authoritative intermediary to coordinate the behavioral strategies of each subject, strengthen the willingness to cooperate, and ensure its stable operation. Reasonable reward and punishment measures are also an effective and important measure, which can mobilize the enthusiasm of all subjects for collaborative innovation. This review paper systematically synthesizes existing literature on knowledge sharing (KS) and knowledge transfer (KT) in the context of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the construction industry, updating previous research and making predictions about emerging issues. The comprehensive literature review employs three different bibliometric techniques: (1) textual analysis of keywords and abstracts to identify relevant research areas, (2) cocitation analysis of references to analyze the evolution of KS and KT in SMEs, and (3) bibliographic linkage analysis of documents to summarize the background and results. The resulting conceptual map outlines the historical development of KS and KT at individual, group, and organizational levels in the construction industry. The study emphasizes the critical significance of KS and KT for SMEs in this industry. It highlights the role of innovation and open innovation in facilitating the successful implementation of KS and KT. The analysis also reveals the need for enhanced knowledge management in SMEs through better data management, implementation of digital systems for internal management, identification of inefficiencies in KT in collaborative networks, and adjustment of knowledge management approaches to suit different cultural and geographic contexts. Finally, the paper suggests future trends in KS and KT, emphasizing the importance of collaboration, continuous learning, technological capabilities, and developing a suitable organizational culture and structure for open innovation in the construction industry. Under the background of the rapid development of digital economy, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of digital transformation on enterprise innovation and selects the panel data of China's Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2013 to 2021 as the research objective is to study the impact of digital transformation on enterprise innovation from theoretical and empirical perspectives. First, we find that digital transformation accelerates enterprise innovation, a conclusion that has been validated through robustness testing. Second, digital transformation impacts enterprise innovation by enhancing productivity and information transparency. Third, financing constraints and financial redundancy play distinct regulatory roles in the process. Fourth, heterogeneity analysis finds that the role of digital transformation in promoting enterprise innovation has different effects in state-owned and non-state-owned enterprises, high-tech and non-high-tech enterprises, and enterprises with different life cycles. Finally, the functional analysis suggests that further investigation is needed to determine whether digital transformation can significantly promote the sustainable development of enterprises through innovation while also recognizing that this function may have a lag effect. Overall, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of digital transformation and innovation-driven practices and encourages more significant integration of the real and digital economies. Introduction/Purpose. Behavior mapping is a crucial practice to capture precise data on human activities. Over the years, technological advancements have improved reliable data collection over the conventional "paper and pen"-based methods. Likewise, researchers increasingly utilize IVE (immersive virtual environment) technology in the built environment for its experiential capabilities. The aim of this research is to comprehensively investigate the most recent research and technological trends, data collection methods, and challenges and opportunities associated with IVE adoption for behavior mapping. Design/Methodology/Approach. This study investigates the current status of behavior mapping in the built environment through a mixed qualitative–quantitative study. A systematic background review was conducted on 353 articles, and a bibliometric analysis was performed on 123 journal articles retrieved from Scopus. The analysis generated science maps, unveiling technological advancements, data types, collection methods, research trends, and potential directions to address the research questions at hand. Findings. A thorough qualitative review presented deeper insight into major transitions and technological contributions, whereas the quantitative study revealed current research trends and future directions. Furthermore, it discussed the contribution, opportunities, and challenges of IVE technology for data collection. Research Limitations. The review and bibliometric study findings are circumscribed by literature data retrieved from Scopus data only, and potential research directions, opportunities, and obstacles are proposed based on analysis of review results, which might cause an incomprehensive nature. Practical Implications. This study highlights the importance of behavioral mapping research and the potential for technology to assist it. Recently, fifth-generation (5G) mobile connectivity has been launched in Bangladesh on a trial-run basis. 5G is a super-speed mobile network that is much faster than the existing fourth-generation (4G) technology. It is excruciatingly hard to deploy a fully functioning 5G in any country regardless of its available resources and technological advancements because of some apparent technological complexity and limitations. In addition, when deploying this technology in developing countries such as Bangladesh, the costs come into play. To cope with the world's advancement in science and technology, Bangladesh is planning to implement 5G covering the whole country. In this paper, we present the major challenges in implementing a wide area 5G network in Bangladesh and find some possible solutions. This research work has also tried to get a clear picture of the service quality of the existing 4G cellular communication by analyzing some of the mobile operators' download speeds over 24 hours. In addition, this paper presents the current comparison of Internet facilities in Bangladesh with those of other countries across the globe. To the best of our knowledge, there is no publicly available study that has focused on the deployment of the 5G network in Bangladesh after assessing the current state of the cellular network. The big data analysis plays a positive role in entrepreneurship, which can not only improve the success rate of entrepreneurial path selection, but also accumulate a lot of innovative practical experience for college students. Based on the importance of big data technology for entrepreneurial path, this paper proposes an innovative model of accurate support path for college students' entrepreneurship (CSE), in which the K-means algorithm is applied to the analysis of entrepreneurial support path. Finally, this paper makes an experimental analysis on the model, and the results show that K-means can greatly reduce the computational complexity of the algorithm, and the precision, recall, and F parameter of the model can be effectively improved. Efficient distribution process is the key for enterprises to improve logistics service level, gain competitive advantage, and win customers. In order to reduce the design error of the system and ensure the effective operation of the system, this paper establishes the system model and analyzes the properties of the model through the evaluation and analysis of various resources of the distribution system. The future development of intelligent logistics system is not only the key for logistics enterprises to win competition, but also a new measure to promote China's economic development. This is not only a typical NP hard problem, but also a major challenge for the rational and scientific development of the intelligent logistics industry. Based on the previous theoretical research results, this paper intends to explore the intelligent logistics distribution route selection scheme by using mathematical modeling methods such as particle swarm optimization, so as to provide new technologies and methods for logistics distribution operation and management decision-making. The results show that compared with the traditional genetic algorithm, the accuracy of the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is improved by 10.36%. This method effectively improves the operation cycle and link efficiency and achieves the purpose of optimization. The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm proposed in this paper is not only more suitable and effective for enterprise decision makers to deal with subjective judgments in an imprecise environment. What kind of method can effectively and quickly optimize trade union work (TUW) and improve satisfaction has become one of the research topics that has attracted much attention. Aiming at this problem, it has great research significance for the field of CU to participate in trade union activities. With the in-depth research on the work of trade unions in CU, the research on multivariate optimal design in the work of trade unions in CU is gradually carried out, and its advantages are of great significance for solving problems in the work of trade unions in CU. The purpose of this paper is to study the innovation of TUW mode in CU based on multivariate optimization. Through the analysis and research of the multivariate optimization idea, it can be applied to the innovation of the construction of the labor union work model in CU, and the multiobjective linear weighting method is used to solve the objective function, so as to solve the problem of improving the evaluation of labor union work satisfaction in CU. This paper analyzed the TUW in CU (it is abbreviated as TUW in this article) and the multivariate optimization design, conducted an experimental analysis on the improved TUW mode in CU, and used relevant theoretical formulas to explain. The results have shown that the overall evaluation score of the college TUW method proposed in this paper is higher than the traditional college TUW method, and the difference between the two is 18.7%. It can be seen that the university TUW based on mathematical modeling and multivariable optimal design can meet the innovation needs of university TUW, and the satisfaction and work efficiency are greatly improved. With the rapid development of science and technology, the proportion of nanomaterials is increasing. With the advantages of height, strength, high density, and lightweight, nanomaterials have become the preferred manufacturing materials in many industries. In the procurement business of e-commerce, the utilization rate of nanomaterials is getting higher and higher. However, due to the long manufacturing cycle, high consumption loss, and high transportation damage rate of nanomaterials, there are often many problems in the procurement process. In this paper, we use the methods of case investigation and experimental research to study the innovation of procurement mode of nanomaterials in e-commerce. The data show that the use of nanomaterials has become the first choice of many manufacturers and suppliers and has a more and more frequent trend in the use process. Nanomaterials are suitable for industrial application due to their low transportation and storage costs and high procurement efficiency. However, at present, nanomaterials need further innovation to achieve more applications. In this paper, the procurement model and marketing model are innovated to make the e-commerce procurement business of nanomaterials more convenient. From these studies, this paper concludes that the most important thing for the procurement of nanomaterials is to find out the customers' needs, and then according to the user specifications of nanomaterials, achieve the best logistics and distribution methods in the transportation process. The innovation of the e-commerce procurement mode of nanomaterials can greatly facilitate the development of business. Under the innovative mode, the transportation cost and procurement efficiency have been greatly improved, about 2 points higher than before, and the procurement value has also increased by 3 points to more than 6 points. Job insecurity reflects the desire and expectation of organizational managers for employees' exhibition of innovative behavior. Ubiquitous and inevitable, it has gradually become a concern psychological problem for job survival and stability. As a key driver of innovation, employee innovation depends heavily on knowledge workers, who are best able to spot problems and identify and capture opportunities. Based upon the transactional theory of stress and coping (TTSC), this paper discusses the influencing mechanism of knowledge workers' job insecurity and innovative behavior in enterprises, emphatically analyzes the mediating effects of two coping strategies, i.e., proactive work behavior and working withdrawal behavior, and verifies the moderating effect of organizational climate for innovation. With the data from 665 questionnaires of enterprise knowledge workers, this paper shows that job insecurity can influence knowledge workers' innovative behavior either positively through proactive work behavior or negatively through working withdrawal behavior, thus forming a dual-channel effect model of influencing their innovative behavior, and that organizational climate for innovation has a moderating effect on the relationship between job insecurity and proactive work behavior/working withdrawal behavior. Public technology collaborative innovation serves as an essential driving force to implement the innovation-driven strategy as well as promote national and regional economic sustainable development. Moreover, strengthening the construction of public technology collaborative innovation system is likewise of great significance for strengthening the quality and technology level of enterprises, enhancing their independent innovation capability, and achieving strategic transformation. Particularly, collaborative innovation of public technology in accordance with mature private technology enables the efficient allocation of technological and economic resources. In practice, there are still issues including high innovation costs, insufficient motivation, and low efficiency of innovation. Existing research typically ignores the technical cooperation among multiple parties. An evolutionary game model of public technology collaborative innovation is established in this paper to examine the interaction mechanism among the government, enterprises, and technology owners. For the purpose of analyzing the dynamic evolution of public technology collaborative innovation behavior and its influencing factors, numerical simulation experiments were conducted with meaningful results: (1) Setting the cost and benefit allocation coefficient in a scientific manner contributes to system stability and promotes cooperation among game players. (2) Reasonable government subsidies and penalties can assist in the formation of an active technological innovation between the firm and the technology owner. (3) The pricing method of private technology transfer is a significant factor influencing the evolution process. Besides, the adoption of a technology pricing method on the basis of government interests is conducive to the formation of a stable tripartite win-win situation. In this paper, a novel UAV path planning algorithm based on improved cellular ant colony algorithm and dynamic window algorithm (ICACO-IDWA) is proposed to solve the problem of dynamically changing threat during actual flight. The main innovations of this paper are as follows. (a) The hexagon grid method is proposed to model the UAV flight space, which solves the problem of inconsistent simulation time step. (b) A novel ICACO-IDWA algorithm is proposed. In the first stage, the optimal path is obtained by the improved cellular ant colony algorithm (ICACO). In the second stage, the improved dynamic window algorithm (IDWA) is used to optimize the optimal path considering dynamic threat. This paper investigates comprehensively the operational dynamics of a thermochemical heat storage (TCHS) reactor for low-temperature applications using polyaluminum sulfate and takes into consideration a developed simulation model with an experimentation validation. Significant concordances were found between the developed simulation model and the experimental results. Results reveal optimized conditions for the charging process using an electrical heater, with a heating temperature of 120°C at 10 K/min over 500 minutes. This achieves full material charging, with stabilized pressure drops at an equilibrium of 80 mbar, corresponding to a temperature of approximately 108°C, and yielding a thermal power of 950 W. An inlet vapor pressure of 18 mbar at 10°C for 5 hours is sufficient to completely discharge the bed, with pressure drops reaching around 30 mbar and a thermal power of 300 after reaction completion. Insights into conversion extents during both processes are provided, along with a remarkable thermal efficiency of 90% and a coefficient of performance (COP) of 97%, surpassing recommended theoretical values (50%). The study suggests further enhancing system performance through the design and implementation of a dedicated heat exchanger. The achievement of 75% of the targeted thermal power specification represents a significant milestone, offering valuable contributions towards the realization of sustainable technological advancements of both the reactor technology of TCHS and state-of-the-art thermal energy storage solutions. From the research, it is possible to infer further suggestions for enhancing this performance by designing and implementing a dedicated heat exchanger for both heat supply and retrieval mechanisms. 3D printing or additive manufacturing (AM) is considered to be the most important technology among the emerging technologies. 3D printing technology is considered as an alternative to the conventional manufacturer machine traditionally used in the manufacturing sector. 3D printing technology is generally classified into seven types. Each type of 3D printing technology has its separate own uniqueness (i.e., operation, material usage, and no wastage). The price of a manufactured item includes all its costs. The most important of these is to take into account the price of the machine being manufactured and the features of the machine. Moreover, the price of the product produced in AM will depend on all the costs required to produce it. Then, it is possible to reduce the cost of the product by choosing the AMM that has significant features and the right price. Therefore, this paper aims to solve a decision-making problem from the AMM selection by using one of the multicriteria decision-making (MCDM) tools, i.e., analytical hierarchy process (AHP). This paper outcome is meant to meet the expectation of end-users. As an initial step, the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) company gets quotations from some AM companies to choose a type of AM machine known FDM for its structure product and doll product. The first step is to select the most appropriate machines based on cost, size/volume, extruder type, and weight of the machine. Criteria for AHP are derived from decision-makers. Also, in AHP, the pair-wise matrix is obtained from the decision-makers by answering the standard Saaty's scale criteria questions. In this paper, such a selection method is explored. Venture capital syndication (VCS), an investment model, is gaining increasing attention. This paper uses a new perspective on knowledge transfer to explore the influence mechanism of knowledge heterogeneity in VCS on the innovation performance (IP) of entrepreneurial firms. We use firm-year panel data from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for 2000–2017 and find that the knowledge heterogeneity of VCS includes, at least, management knowledge heterogeneity, investment knowledge heterogeneity, and technical knowledge heterogeneity. In particular, management knowledge heterogeneity and technical knowledge heterogeneity positively affect the IP of entrepreneurial firms. We further find that the intellectual capital (IC) of entrepreneurial firms mediates these positive relationships. Moreover, the equity concentration of VCS positively moderates the relationship between knowledge heterogeneity and IP and negatively moderates the relationship between knowledge heterogeneity and IC. Innovation in the business model (BM) may be irreversible and therefore entails more significant risk and ambiguity compared to product, service, or process innovation. This paper focused on exploring the role of organizational learning in mediating the relationship between business model design and innovation performance using hierarchical hybridized linear regression analysis (HHLRA). Furthermore, this paper shows that organizational learning is based on variables that mediate the relationship between training and performance and improve performance through its positive effect on organizational learning. Furthermore, the study examines the multi-dimensional and contingent progressive impact on the corporate performance of organizational training through innovative conjunctive roles. However, this study determines that both organizational learning capabilities (OLC) and organization innovativeness (OI) have a positive effect on organizational performance (OP). Besides, organizational innovativeness mediates the relationship between OLC and OI. This paper aims to conduct an in-depth study on the evaluation and decision-making model of the effectiveness of enterprise transforming to digitalization based on data mining in order to address the shortcomings of self-evaluation, promote and improve the process and promote enterprise transforming to digitalization. First, it determines the evaluation index and uses triangular fuzzy numbers to clarify the index weight. It also gathers the opinions of various experts in the decision-making process. Afterward, the decision tree evaluation model is generated through the information gain and ROC curve. This paper explores the influence mechanism of the marketization process and financial technology on corporate investment preference using panel data from 2013 to 2019 for China's A-share listed companies. The study finds that both the marketization process and FinTech can facilitate increased R&D innovation and foreign equity investment by companies but discourage investment in their fixed assets, and FinTech has a "U-shaped effect" on corporate R&D and innovation. At the same time, the marketization process and FinTech show different threshold effects on corporate investment preferences with government subsidies as the threshold variable. It is found that market-based processes in small-scale enterprises are better able to promote investment in innovative R&D by companies—the marketization process for large enterprises has a greater impact on outward equity investment in the heterogeneity analysis. From the perspective of the nature of property rights, it is found that the marketization process and FinTech have a greater impact on non-state enterprises. At present, economic business activities occur to the accounting element confirmation link of the accounting information system (AIS), which still occupies a large amount of manpower and material resources of the enterprise to generate information. This has been restricting the development of modern AIS. Based on this, first, this paper studies the influence of the knowledge economy on accounting innovation and in the innovation economy. The process of confirmation for accounting elements in economic business, under the traditional AIS, is analyzed. Then, the model of the accounting element confirmation, i.e., BPNN, is constructed by combining the backpropagation (BP) neural network (NN) theory with the artificial intelligence (AI) algorithm. Finally, we simulate the confirmation process of accounting elements based on the economic business data of specific online stores. The experimental outcomes illustrate that under the proposed BPNN model, the output value of the accounting entry is also increasing and has been in the interval [0, 0.14] with the continuous increase in the input value of economic business activities. Moreover, the overall simulation error of economic business activity data does not exceed 0.3% in the simulation test of the proposed accounting business data confirmation model based on the BPNN algorithm. The empirical outcomes indicate that the model has high accuracy and reliability. The multiobjective ant colony improvement algorithm uses the way ants find food to find the best information resource route from the traces left by the information trend in the cloud platform. In order to test the effectiveness of these methods, this paper uses the simulation method to test. The results show that, sometimes, the load utilization rate of the innovation and entrepreneurship education and training system in colleges and universities exceeds 80%, which is in line with the expected settings. In this paper, we introduce ecology into industrial innovation and construct the symbiotic model to study the symbiotic evolution process of the high-tech industrial innovation ecosystem. This paper takes China's national high-tech industrial park as a case to study its symbiotic efficiency through empirical research, which uses a stochastic frontier analysis as a research method, constructs a complete index evaluation system, and analyzes the influencing factors. According to the results, we find that an environment conducive to the symbiotic efficiency has emerged, but development and efficiency of high-tech ecosystems in different regions of China are highly dispersed and unbalanced. There is room for improvement in symbiosis efficiency, but the difficulty is gradually increasing. The development of computer image data acquisition technology has realized the continuous extension of artistic space design and creation. Based on the computer image data collection technology, this paper realizes the innovative design of real and virtual environment in the exhibition of art space, centering on the interactive integration of the three elements of "human-objects-space." Through the experimental design, from the space, color data collection, display space moving line, and space function design scheme were the four aspects of exploration and analysis. Based on the data of China's listed companies from 2007 to 2020 and the financial license of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, this paper analyzes the influence of bank competition on enterprise innovation investment and its mechanism. It is found that bank competition can improve the enterprise innovation investment, which still holds true after endogenous treatment and robustness test. Further research demonstrates that bank competition plays a stronger role in enterprise innovation for non-state-owned enterprises and small-scale enterprises. The mechanism analysis shows that bank competition can promote enterprise innovation investment and enterprise financialization by easing financing constraints. Moreover, enterprise financialization has a crowding-out effect on enterprise innovation investment. By combining the main characteristics of a park and a place, this paper determines the composition of its tourism capacity and the corresponding calculation methods. At the same time, in order to control the number of tourists in peak hours within a reasonable range, the peak constraint method is proposed to improve the traditional algorithm of daily space capacity; then this paper calculates the tourism capacity of a park and a place by combining the relevant data obtained by investigation and observation methods. The experimental results show that according to the given number, the instantaneous tourism capacity of a park can be accurately calculated as 11841 person times/day and the daily tourism capacity as 21313 person times/day. Based on the theoretical knowledge of technological innovation, this paper designs a sensor data value incubation model and a sensor data collection model to collect the original data on green innovation efficiency. In order to explore the spatial and temporal differentiation characteristics of China's provincial green innovation efficiency and the spatial spillover effect of China's provincial green innovation efficiency, the entropy weight TOPSIS model is adopted to measure the green innovation efficiency of China's 30 provinces (cities) from 2005 to 2021 and analyze its temporal and spatial evolution characteristics. This paper uses an exploratory spatial data analysis method to prove the agglomeration phenomenon of China's provincial green innovation efficiency in the ground space. Finally, a spatial econometric model is introduced to study the impact of government R&D investment, green supervision, and green innovation efficiency on spatial spillover effects. The study found the following three conclusions: First, the efficiency of green innovation in China's provinces has been fluctuating in stages, and the overall trend has been increasing year by year. The overall efficiency of green innovation in China's provinces is low, and the overall development is uneven and uncoordinated. Second, from the results of the spatial autocorrelation test, there is a clear and positive spatial correlation between China's provincial green innovation efficiency and agglomeration in the geospatial space. Third, government R&D inputs and different types of green regulations have a significant impact on green innovation efficiency and have significant spatial spillover effects. Along from the eastern region to the central region, then to the northeast and western regions, the degree of effect on green innovation efficiency and the intensity of spatial spillover effects have gradually weakened. It is believed that the government should reduce R&D investment in the eastern region and increase green sewage charges. Digital twin (DT), aiming to characterise behaviors of physical entities by leveraging the virtual replica in real time, is an emerging technology and paradigm at the forefront of the Industry 4.0 revolution. The implementation of DT in predictive maintenance has facilitated its growth. As a major component of predictive maintenance, condition monitoring (CM) has great potential to combine with DT. To describe the state-of-the-art of DT-driven CM, this paper delivers a systematic review on the theoretical and practical development of DT in advancing CM. The evolution of concepts, main research areas, applied domains, and related key technologies are summarised. The driver of DT for CM is detailed in three aspects: data support, capability enhancement, and maintenance mode shift. The implementation process of DT-driven CM is introduced from the classification of DT modelling and the extension of monitoring algorithms. Finally, current challenges and opportunities for future research are discussed especially concerning the barriers and gaps in data management, high-fidelity modelling, behavior characterisation, framework standardisation, and uncertainty quantification. Digitalization is a long-standing concern in modern industrial engineering. At present, there is no widely recognized standard for the connotation and definition of digital economy, the scope of digital economy is difficult to be defined. This paper conducts an evaluation study on the development level of the digital economy, which mainly contains two parts: first, a comprehensive digital economy; second, a study on the influencing factors. This paper first summarizes the connotation of the digital economy and digital economy evaluation-related research, extracts the influencing factors of digital economy development, and adopts partial least squares (PLS) path model to verify the hypotheses from five dimensions: basic resources, integration development, innovation capacity, social benefits, and network security. It also has an indirect impact on integrated development by influencing innovation ability; innovation capability has a significant positive impact on convergence development; convergence development has a significant positive impact on social benefits; both convergence development and social benefits have a significant negative impact on cybersecurity. Since sustainable development has become the dominant mode of human development at the present stage, green technology has received more and more attention under this background. The development of green technology has become an important means to achieve sustainable development. Green technological innovation is a kind of technological innovation. However, because the goal of green technological innovation is different from that of traditional technological innovation, the dynamic mechanism of green technological innovation lies in the similarities and differences of traditional technological innovation. This paper focuses on data mining technology to design and optimize the enterprise green technology creation model. At present, clustering algorithm and association rule algorithm are important research contents in big data mining technology. Among them, the clustering algorithm refers to the process of grouping similar data objects in a large amount of data information, so that the approximate data information can be aggregated and clustered, which is convenient for data mining calculation. In the algorithm, the shortcomings of the original clustering algorithm, such as insufficient data processing and incomplete analysis, are improved, and the data processing is improved by 51.7%, which has a good processing effect on subsequent data preprocessing and dynamic incremental clustering. Building a new development pattern based on the "double-cycle" is a major strategic plan of China. Under the background of the new development pattern of the "double-cycle" and the context of environmental constraints, this paper tries to explore the impact of marine economic development on marine cultural industry and marine innovation development, the extent of the impact of marine cultural industry on marine economic growth, and the internal relationship between them under the new development pattern of double circulation. In this paper, Fujian Province is taken as the research object to construct an indicator system of the marine culture development to reflect the living standard, employment level, and spiritual and cultural levels of people in the marine area, and the external influence of the marine economy and marine culture industry is taken as the indicator variable to measure the integrated development. The internal changes are regarded as the index to assess the integration level of the two, and the evaluation theoretical model of the dynamic evolution level of the marine economy and marine cultural industry is constructed. The vector autoregression model and impulse response function are used to study the interactive correlation between the growth of the marine economy and the development of the cultural industry. The results show the following: In the long run, there is a cointegration relationship between the marine culture industry and the gross ocean product (GOP), which is a long-term balanced and stable relationship. The utilization and accessibility of big data and digital media technology by common people have decreased technological prices. Professional education has been pushed to modernize curricula and boost talent development efficiency. The vocational education curriculum system must take into account the usage of new technologies in a comprehensive manner to ensure the availability of knowledge and ability structure. To accomplish the goal, the application techniques and approaches of teaching and practice utilizing big data and digital media technologies in vocational education are explored and researched. To improve the teaching quality of higher vocational education, with the help of big data, this paper aims to conduct an in-depth study on the application of digital media technology in higher vocational education. Firstly, the teaching management system of higher vocational education is constructed. Secondly, the structure, efficient units, architecture, and database of the teaching management system are pronounced. Thirdly, fuzziness mining and teaching data scheduling are used to optimize and regulate the storage structure. According to the multiparameter optimization method, the teaching feature screening and resource scheduling are completed improving the capability of parameter recognition and online identification related to teaching resources. The simulation results show that the method proposed in this paper can make the teaching methods of higher vocational education more diverse. It is anticipated that it can help the reform process and growth of vocational education, as well as the development of innovative and entrepreneurial skills. Based on deep learning algorithms, this paper studies the cultural and creative design of Dunhuang frescoes in the Western Xia period. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current cultural and creative market and the characteristics of high-quality cultural and creative design, analyzes the principles of cultural and creative design of cultural relics, etc., proposes a generative confrontation network model, establishes a modern cultural and creative design model, and provides a three-level cultural model for cultural and creative design. The process is analyzed. In the evaluation and analysis of users, it is concluded that the integration of traditional culture design factor score is 4.80, conforming to the modern aesthetic situation is 4.63, conforming to the user's expectation of "elegant" is 4.73, and the comprehensive score is 4.72.
