Reports on a study which compared the effect of disposable and cloth diapers, laundered by various methods, on the incidence of diaper rash. Participation of mothers attending the well-baby clinic at William Beaumont General Hospital, El Paso, Texas; Lowest incidence of diaper rash in cloth diapers cleaned by a diaper service; Essentially the same performance of disposable diapers; Highest incidence of diaper rash in diapers laundered at home.
