Objective To discuss the nursing strategy of dynamic navigation technology in the treatment of edentulous implantation with immediate restoration. Methods Totally 42 patients with edentulous jaws treated in First Clinical Division, Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology from January 2019 to May 2023 were analyzed retrospectively. All the patients were treated with implant-supported immediate restoration of edentulous jaws under dynamic navigation. Nursing care experience was analyzed. Results Through preoperative design and dynamic navigation-assisted surgery, all the patients achieved successful immediate restoration with accurate location of implants and no complication. All the implant were placed at the correct position and achieved good initial stability. Immediate fixation and repair were completed, with a complication rate of 1. 59% at 6 months after surgery. Conclusion Dynamic navigation-assisted edentulous implantation requires nursing staff to get a good knowledge of related theories, appliance installment and software operation. Effective nursing plays important role in the treatment of dynamic navigation-assisted edentulous implantation. This paper proposes a modeling and analysis method for a Caputo–Fabrizio (C-F) definition-based fractional-order Boost converter with fractional-order inductive loads. The proposed method analyzes the system characteristics of a fractional-order circuit with three state variables. Firstly, this paper constructs a large signal model of a fractional-order Boost converter by taking advantage of the state space averaging method, providing accurate analytical solutions for the quiescent operating point and the ripple parameters of the circuit with three state variables. Secondly, this paper constructs a small signal model of the C-F definition-based fractional-order Boost converter by small signal linearization, providing the transfer function of the fractional-order system with three state variables. Finally, this paper conducts circuit-oriented simulation experiments where the steady-state parameters and the transfer function of the circuit are obtained, and then the effect of the order of capacitor, induced inductor, and load inductor on the quiescent operating point and ripple parameters is analyzed. The experimental results show that the simulation results are consistent with those obtained by the proposed mathematical model and that the three fractional orders in the fractional model with three state variables have a significant impact on the DC component and steady-state characteristics of the fractional-order Boost converter. In conclusion, the proposed mathematical model can more comprehensively analyze the system characteristics of the C-F definition-based fractional-order Boost converter with fractional-order inductive loads, benefiting the circuit design of Boost converters. The rumen is divided into multiple rumen sacs based on anatomical structure, and each has its unique physiological environment. Tarim wapiti preserved roughage tolerance after domestication, and adaptation to the desertified environment led to the development of a unique rumen shape and intraruminal environment. In this work, six Tarim wapiti were chosen and tested for fermentation parameters, microbes, and histomorphology in four rumen areas (Dorsal sac, DS; Ventral sac, VS; Caudodorsal blind sac, CDBS; Caudoventral blind sac, CVBS). Tarim wapiti's rumen blind sac had better developed rumen histomorphology, the ventral sac was richer in VFAs, and the dominant bacteria varied most notably in the phylum Firmicutes, which was enriched in the caudoventral blind sac. The ventral sac biomarkers focused on carbohydrate fermentation-associated bacteria, the dorsal sac focused on N recycling, and the caudoventral blind sac identified the only phylum-level bacterium, Firmicutes; we were surprised to find a probiotic bacterium, Bacillus clausii, identified as a biomarker in the ventral sac. This research provides a better understanding of rumen fermentation parameters, microorganisms, and histomorphology in the Tarim wapiti rumen within a unique ecological habitat, laying the groundwork for future regulation targeting the rumen microbiota and subsequent animal production improvement.
