Purpose: This study aims to identify key genes regulating tumor infiltrating plasma cells (PC) and provide new insights for innovative immunotherapy. Methods: Key genes related to PC were identified using machine learning in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) patients. A prognostic model called PC scores was developed using TCGA data and validated with GEO cohorts. We assessed the molecular background, immune features, and drug sensitivity of the high PC scores group. Real-time PCR was utilized to assess the expression of hub genes in both localized LUAD patients and LUAD cell lines. Results: We constructed PC scores based on seventeen PC-related hub genes (ELOVL6, MFI2, FURIN, DOK1, ERO1LB, CLEC7A, ZNF431, KIAA1324, NUCB2, TXNDC11, ICAM3, CR2, CLIC6, CARNS1, P2RY13, KLF15, and SLC24A4). Higher age, TNM stage, and PC scores independently predicted shorter overall survival. The AUC value of PC scores for one year, three years, and five years of overall survival were 0.713, 0.716, and 0.690, separately. The nomogram model that integrated age, stage, and PC scores showed significantly higher predictive value than stage alone (P < 0.01). High PC scores group exhibited an immune suppressing microenvironment with lower B, CD8 + T, CD4 + T, and dendritic cell infiltration. Docetaxel, gefitinib, and erlotinib had lower IC50 in high PC groups (P < 0.001). After validation through the local cohort and in vitro experiments, we ultimately confirmed three key potential targets: MFI2, KLF15, and CLEC7A. Background: Artery of Percheron (AOP) as main feeder artery of arteriovenous malformation (AVM) is extremely rare. Two cases of thalamic AVM fed by AOP have been reported to date and only one AVM been removed by microsurgery when attempt of intervention embolization failed. Midbrain AVM fed by AOP has not been reported yet. Case presentation: Here, we presented the first successful embolized case of midbrain AVM supplied by the AOP in a 10-year-old boy, who suffered dual oculomotor nerve palsy and secondary hemorrhage before embolization. During endovascular embolization, selective angiography by 1.2 Fr. Magic microcatheter showed an intranidal aneurysm located on the distal AOP. Two injections of a 1:4 ratio mixture of NBCA-MS completely occlude the nidus and intranidal aneurysm with no complications occurred. The child recovered well and the oculomotor deficits improved. Conclusion: This case highlighted that AOP is a clinically significant branch associated with AVM in midbrain and thalamus. In this article, an Improved Particle Swarm Optimization (IPSO) is proposed for solving global optimization and hyperparameter optimization. This improvement is proposed to reduce the probability of particles falling into local optimum and alleviate premature convergence and the imbalance between the exploitation and exploration of the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). The IPSO benefits from a new search policy named group-based update policy. The initial population of IPSO is grouped by the k-means to form a multisubpopulation, which increases the intragroup learning mechanism of particles and effectively enhances the balance between the exploitation and exploration. The performance of IPSO is evaluated on six representative test functions and one engineering problem. In all experiments, IPSO is compared with PSO and one other state-of-the-art metaheuristics. The results are also analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The experimental results show that IPSO is very competitive and often better than other algorithms in the experiments. This paper introduces a new metaheuristic algorithm called bacteria phototaxis optimizer (BPO). It is designed to solving optimization issues. Inspired by the bacteria phototaxis under the control of photosensory proteins in nature, and based on the basic law of bacterial colony growth and evolution, we have designed the photosensory protein concentration, phototaxis motion and growth operators. These three operators exhibit a highly adaptive and information interaction mechanism. The goal is to simulate the phototaxis process of bacteria and form a complete model of BPO. At the same time, BPO is compared with eight most representative as well as newly generated metaheuristics. Its performance is verified by using 23 well-known benchmark functions with three different types. Additionally, we have conducted several evaluation processes, such as qualitative and quantitative analysis as well as parametric and nonparametric tests. Finally, five classical engineering design problems are used to further test the effectiveness of the algorithm in solving constrained problems. The aforementioned experimental results show that compared with other algorithms, BPO has better accuracy, convergence, and robustness and shows strong competitiveness and optimization performance. Objective: Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell (BMSC)-derived extracellular vesicles (EVs) have been demonstrated as a potential therapeutic agent in acute kidney injury (AKI). However, little is known about the mechanisms of action of BMSC-derived EVs in AKI. Based on this, our research was designed to investigate the mechanism behind BMSC-derived EVs controlling inflammation and pyroptosis during AKI. Methods: Peripheral blood from AKI patients was used for detection of microRNA (miR)-223-3p, HDAC2, and SNRK expression. An AKI rat model was established, and HK-2 cell injury was induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) to establish a cellular model. Co-culture with BMSC-derived EVs and/or gain- and loss-of-function assays were conducted in LPS-treated HK-2 to evaluate the functions of BMSCs-EVs, miR-223-3p, HDAC2, and SNRK. AKI rats were simultaneously injected with EVs and short hairpin RNAs targeting SNRK. The interactions among miR-223-3p, HDAC2, and SNRK were evaluated by RIP, ChIP, and dual-luciferase gene reporter assays. Results: Patients with AKI had low miR-223-3p and SNRK expression and high HDAC2 expression in peripheral blood. Mechanistically, miR-223-3p targeted HDAC2 to accelerate SNRK transcription. In LPS-treated HK-2 cells, BMSCs-EVs overexpressing miR-223-3p increased cell viability and diminished cell apoptosis, KIM-1, LDH, IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α, NLRP3, ASC, cleaved caspase-1, and IL-18 expression, and GSDMD cleavage, which was nullified by HDAC2 overexpression or SNRK silencing. In AKI rats, BMSCs-EV-shuttled miR-223-3p reduced CRE and BUN levels, apoptosis, inflammation, and pyroptosis, which was abrogated by SNRK silencing. Fluorescence plays an important role in determining the color appearance of fluorescing minerals. This paper discusses the color mechanism in the red spinel and the color effects from the light source as well as the background on the spinel color. Excitation-Emission Matrices (EEMs) fluorescence spectroscopy was utilized to characterize the fluorescence of natural Cr-doped magnesia-alumina spinel from Myanmar. EMP, LA-ICP-MS, and optical spectroscopy were applied to study the spinel's chemical compositions and color mechanism. X-Rite Ci-7800 spectrophotometer, which is useful to measure colors for fluorescing minerals, was employed to acquire color data of spinel in daylight and incandescent light. The results indicated the higher value of Cr/Fe makes pinkish-red spinel has a much stronger red fluorescence effect than dark-red spinel. The two narrow absorption bands at ~ 25,500 cm−1 (with a broad absorption band at ~ 24,100 cm−1) and ~ 18,570 cm−1 in the optical absorption spectrum are assigned to spin-allowed electronic d-d transitions 4A2g → 4T1g(F) and 4A2g → 4T2g(F) in Cr3+ at the M site. The EEMs spectra of the pinkish-red spinels show twin emissions at 706 nm excited both by ~ 380 nm and ~ 535 nm radiations, which is the key to the bright neon red color in pinkish-red spinel. The colorimetry study suggests the strong red fluorescence produced by < 460 nm radiation contributes more than 10% lightness and chroma in pinkish-red spinel under daylight. The lightness and the chroma of the spinels grow with the decrease of the background grayscale. The differentiation of spinel colors in dark conditions is lower than that in a bright environment. Traditional thresholding methods are widely used to extract objects of interest from image backgrounds in various practical applications. However, these methods often face challenges in complex scenes due to poor uniformity, noise, and low contrast. To overcome these limitations, this paper proposes a peak-weaken Otsu method (PWOTSU) that improves the segmentation performance of the Otsu method for automatically extracting objects in complex scenes. The proposed approach uses a set of cross parameters as weights for the Otsu criterion function to adaptively weaken the between-class variance at the peak of the histogram. This ensures that an appropriate threshold value is always obtained for images with different types of histogram distribution. The improved criterion function has the advantage of obtaining a more accurate threshold value without the need for additional parameters, making it easily applicable to various practical applications. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method effectively improves the segmentation accuracy and robustness compared to the standard Otsu method and its modifications, as evidenced by qualitative and quantitative evaluations. Compressed ghost imaging method can effectively reduce the number of measurements required for ghost imaging reconstruction. The non-negative characteristics of measurement matrix in compressed ghost imaging method is inconsistent with the requirements of the measurement matrix in traditional compressed sensing theory, leading to low quality reconstruction. Aiming at the point, this paper proposes a singular value decomposition compressed ghost imaging method to improve the reconstruction quality of ghost imaging. First, the singular value decomposition is performed on the measurement matrix, and then the optimized measurement matrix and measurements are obtained, finally the reconstruction of the image is completed by the reconstruction algorithm. The landslide caused a huge disaster to the living environment and seriously threatened the lives and property safety of nearby residents. Assess or predict landslide-susceptible the landslide displacement through monitoring are great beneficial to guide landslide control and mitigate these hazards by taking appropriate preparatory measures. In this paper, a new water cycle algorithm optimization BP neural network (BPNN) dynamic prediction model (WCA-BPNN) was established to make up for the shortcoming of BPNN convergence speed. A typical step-wise landslide——Langshuwan Landslide happened in the Three Gorges Reservoir area of China is taken as a case, and the displacement monitoring data of 4 years was used for time series analysis and modeling. The long-term creep effect of the landslide and the short-term acceleration effect of the climate are considered in the model, and the accumulative displacement is divided into two kinds of trend displacement and periodic displacement. The key influencing factors of landslide periodic displacement were screened by gray relational grade analysis method, and then used as learning data. In addition to comparing the predicted value of the model with the measured value, it also compares the accuracy of the three models of BPNN, support vector machine, extreme learning machine under the training conditions of the same learning data set. The results show that the WAC-BPNN model has faster convergence speed and higher prediction accuracy than the traditional BPNN model, and it is also the most accurate of the four models. Modeling and simulation for multi-aircraft collision avoidance to understand the mechanistic behavior is an important activity. Building models using general programming language typically requires specialist knowledge, and this limits the spread of modeling and simulation approach among multi-aircraft collision avoidance scenario. Thus, a software environment is needed to support convenient development of models by assembling components, when analysis demands changes. In this work, the graphical composite modeling and simulation software (GMAS extended) for multi-aircraft collision avoidance is introduced, with the basic graphical components and a graphical assembly editor. We define the serial and parallel execution semantics of GMASE-based model and then introduce the high-level graphical modeling interface, the low-level runtime engine of GMAS, and the simulation-based decision tree, which transforms a complex decision-making process into a collection of simpler decisions of finding the no collision or optimal sequence from some initial state to the goal state. To validate its efficiency and practicability, a three-aircraft collision avoidance model with TCAS operations is built on GMAS, which shows that using GMAS increases reusability and hiding complexity in graphical programming by splitting complex behavior into data flow and function components. The experimental result proves that GMAS not only provides a better representation for multi-aircraft collision avoidance, but also a useful approach for analyzing the potential collision occurrences. Trajectory data can objectively reflect the moving law of moving objects. Therefore, trajectory prediction has high application value. Hurricanes often cause incalculable losses of life and property, trajectory prediction can be an effective means to mitigate damage caused by hurricanes. With the popularization and wide application of artificial intelligence technology, from the perspective of machine learning, this paper trains a trajectory prediction model through historical trajectory data based on a long short-term memory (LSTM) network. An improved LSTM (ILSTM) trajectory prediction algorithm that improves the prediction of the simple LSTM is proposed, and the Kalman filter is used to filter the prediction results of the improved LSTM algorithm, which is called LSTM-KF. Through simulation experiments of Atlantic hurricane data from 1851 to 2016, compared to other LSTM and ILSTM algorithms, it is found that the LSTM-KF trajectory prediction algorithm has the lowest prediction error and the best prediction effect. Recent studies reveal that glycerol monolaurate (GML) is regarded as an effective feed supplement in the production of broilers; however, the underlying mechanism remains unknown. The current study aimed to investigate how GML affected production performance and meat quality in yellow-feathered broilers. A total of 528 chicks were randomly assigned into four groups for a 56-day feeding trial. The control group received a basal diet, and the treated groups fed basal diet containing 300 (GML300), 450 (GML450), and 600 (GML600) mg/kg GML. Results revealed that dietary GML notably increased the average daily feed intake (p < 0.05) and body weight in broilers during 28–56 days of age and improved the duodenum and jejunum morphology. Dietary GML increased the total cholesterol in broilers (p < 0.05), but the hepatic, abdominal, and muscular fat deposition, as well as muscle fatty acids, were not affected. The flavor amino acids and total amino acids in muscle of GML300 and GML 450 groups were notably (p < 0.05) increased. GML supplementation selectively increased the colonization of an unclassified genus of Lachnospiraceae family and Bifidobacteriaceae, which were significantly (p < 0.05) correlated with the increase of muscle amino acids. Meanwhile, dietary GML notably increased short chain fatty acids content and the microbial DNA abundance of carbohydrate, amino acids and lipid metabolism pathway in cecum. These findings demonstrated that dietary GML improved performance, intestinal morphology, and muscle amino acids in broilers mainly by manipulating community, function and metabolites of gut microbiota. Graph convolutional network (GCN) has led to state-of-the-art performance for structured data. The superior performance would be partly due to the convolutional operations that operate over local neighborhoods. However, the distant long-range dependencies in data are still challenging to capture since it requires deep stacks of convolutional operations. Moreover, missing links in structured data might further hurt the performance. This paper introduces non-locality augmented graph convolution blocks into GCN to capture long-range or even disconnected dependencies. Specifically, we propose a dictionary-based non-locality encoding approach in which the non-local information is encoded by both graph convolution and dictionary-based implicit convolution. Unlike previous non-local approaches, our non-local block does not rely on the exhaustive computation of the relationship of data pairs. Thus, it is suitable for GCN, which typically models a large number of data samples. What's more, the proposed non-local blocks could be embedded into arbitrarily GCN architectures. Cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. capitata) is one of the most important cruciferous leafy vegetable crops and is widely cultivated all over the world. Its yield and quality are often affected by diseases such as cabbage black rot. 2R is a cabbage line that is newly resistant to black rot, which was created by radiation mutagenesis and backcross transfer. However, the underlying molecular bases and mechanisms of early-phase response of different resistant cabbage lines against black rot infections remain unknown. Here, we completed a comprehensive transcriptome profile analysis between resistant (2R) and susceptible (2T) cabbage lines after black rot inoculations. The results showed that the typical V-shaped lesions were found in inoculated plants after 15 days, and the symptoms in the susceptible cabbage lines (2T) were significant severe than that of the resistant 2R line. A total of 10,030 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified, of which 384 DEGs were found to overlap in resistant and susceptible cabbage lines after black rot infections, suggesting those DEGs may play more important roles in cabbage early responses to black rot infections. We ranked the expression levels of DEGs among the four comparison sets of resistant and susceptible cabbage lines and, interestingly, found the top ten differential expression genes contained NBS-LRR genes, protein kinase genes and expansin genes. These findings provide a comprehensive differential transcriptome profile between resistant and susceptible cabbage lines and indicate some genes play key roles in the regulation of early response to black rot infections, which will help to understand the molecular resistance of cabbage against these infections. This article presents a brief overview of recent advances in azo-containing supramolecular systems. In literature, it has been shown that azo supramolecular polymers and their composite materials exhibit fast and intelligent responses to various external stimuli, such as temperature, pH change, redox reagents, ligands, coupling reagents, etc. In applications, these systems are widely used for molecular motors, shape memory, liquid crystal, solar thermal energy storage, signal transmission, intelligent encryption, and other purposes. Furthermore, these systems can function as key components for device upgrade processing. However, the design and rules of azo supramolecular polymers are still not supported by an exact theory. Information about the relationship between the spatial structure and behavior is lacking, and new supramolecular materials cannot be designed by adding functional moieties to known azo polymers. Based on the current research status, this review mainly summarizes the structural design principles as well as structures and applications of known azo supramolecules; meanwhile, it highlights the emerging development fields, recent advances, and prospects in fabricating self-assembling intelligent supramolecular systems with azo supramolecular polymers as responsive units. The goal of this review is to bring new inspiration to researchers who want to optimize the chemical structure, steric conformation, electrostatic environment, and specific molecular functionalization. Played as an important nonlinear electric device, memristor is often used to build a variety of nonlinear circuits, which can produce a variety of modes in oscillation. Due to the memory effect, the dynamics of nonlinear circuits involved with memristor can show distinct transition in oscillation between periodic and chaotic states when the initial values are changed. As a result, a generic initial-dependent dynamical system is built and its memory on initial setting is explained. The physical properties and potential mechanism for resistor-based voltage coupling, memristor coupling, capacitor-based and inductor-based field coupling are explained, respectively. In this review, scale transformation, application of memristor on neurodynamics, time delay, synchronization pattern, particularly, electromagnetic induction and radiation, neuron model setting under field effect, field coupling on signal propagation between nonlinear circuits and neurons are summarized for readers' extensive investigation. Gold nanoparticles/785 porous silicon photonic crystals (Au NPs/785 PSi PhCs) were used as substrates in combination with a low-concentration serum surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) detection scheme to obtain spectral signals from healthy individuals and cervical cancer patients. The best principal component scores were selected by principal component analysis (PCA) combined with linear discriminant analysis (LDA) and support vector machine (SVM) to analyze the spectral differences distinguishing healthy and cervical cancer patients. Bisperoxovanadium (pyridine-2-carboxyl) [bpV(pic)] is a commercially available PTEN inhibitor. Previous studies from us and others have shown that bpV(pic) confers neuroprotection in cerebral ischemia injury. We set up to determine whether ERK 1/2 activation plays a role in bpV(pic)-induced neuroprotective effect in cerebral ischemia injury. We found that the phosphorylation levels of Akt (p-AKT) and ERK1/2 (p-ERK 1/2) were down-regulated after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. The injection of bpV(pic) after injury not only increased the level of p-AKT but also the level of p-ERK 1/2. While the inhibition of PTEN mediated the up-regulatation of p-AKT and p-ERK 1/2 by bpV(pic). Interestingly, the ERK 1/2 activation induced by bpV(pic) was also independent of the inhibition of PTEN. Our results indicate that bpV(pic) protects against OGD-induced neuronal death and promotes the functional recovery of stroke animals through PTEN inhibition and ERK 1/2 activation, respectively. In this study the method of source images for the problem of sound propagation in a penetrable wedge [G. Deane and M. Buckingham, J. Acoust. Soc. Am. 93 (1993) 1319-1328] is revisited. This solution is very important three-dimensional (3D) benchmark in computational underwater acoustics, since a wedge bounded from above by the sea surface and overlying a sloping penetrable bottom is the simplest model of a shallow-sea waveguide near the coastline. The corrected formulae for the positions of the source images and bottom images are presented together with the explanation of their derivation. The problem of branch choice in the reflection coefficient is thoroughly discussed, and the corresponding explicit formulae are given. In addition, numerical validation of the proposed branch choice schemes and the resulting wedge problem solutions are presented. Finally, source images solution is computed for a series of examples with different ratios of shear and bulk moduli in the bottom. Pore fluids control the diagenetic processes and storage spaces of deep clastic rock reservoirs and have become a major area of interest within the fields of sedimentology and petroleum geology. This paper aims to relate the diagenetic processes of the Oligocene Zhuhai sandstones in the Baiyun Sag to pore fluids varying with burial depth. The types and distribution patterns of authigenic minerals are investigated through analysis of petrographic, mineralogical, and geochemical features to illustrate the origin and flow patterns of pore fluids and their influences on reservoir diagenesis. Strong cementation of eogenetic carbonate cement near the sandstone–mudstone interface was a consequence of material migration from adjacent mudstones on a large scale. The pore fluids were mainly affected by microbial methanogenesis and carbonate mineral dissolution in adjacent mudstones during eogenesis. The pore fluids were diffusively transported in a relatively open geochemical system within a local range. Support for this model is provided by the heavier stable isotopic values present in eogenetic calcite and dolomite. Feldspar dissolution during early mesogenesis was spatially accompanied by the precipitation of authigenic quartz and ferroan carbonate cement. Pore fluids in this period were rich in organic acids and CO2, and their migration mechanism was diffusive transport. The obviously lighter carbon and oxygen isotopic compositions of the ferroan calcite support this inference. During late mesogenesis, the input of deep hydrothermal fluid might have been partly responsible for the precipitation of ankerite, barite and authigenic albite. Oil charging may have inhibited carbonate cementation and compaction, accordingly preserving porosity, and together with authigenic kaolinite, might have promoted the transition of the reservoir from water wet to oil wet to the benefit of oil entrapment. Three novel iridium complexes with dibenzo-18-crown-6 substituted 2-penylpyridine (ppy) ligand have been synthesized and characterized. In order to investigate the electroluminescent properties of the resulting iridium complexes, polymer light-emitting diodes (PLEDs) with device structure of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/Emissive Layer/LiF/Al are fabricated using soluble poly( N-vinylcarbazole) (PVK) as the host and the resultant iridium complexes as dopant. Consequently, the PLEDs with G1 as dopant exhibited the highest luminous efficiencies of 13.3 cd A and the maximal brightness of 13523 cd m at the doping concentration of 8 wt%. Moreover, the iridium complexes G1, G2 and G3 exhibited nearly identical Commission Internationale de L'Eclairage (CIE) coordinates of (0.34 ± 0.1, 0.62 ± 0.1), which are very close to the CIE coordinates of (0.33, 0.61) for Ir(ppy). This indicates that the CIE coordinates of the iridium complexes would not be influenced as the dibenzo-18-crown-6 groups pended on the meta-position of benzene ring of ppy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The cuticular wax covering epidermal cells causes the glaucous appearance in cabbage. As a protective barrier, cuticular wax plays various roles in protection against biotic and abiotic stresses. This is the first gene mapping report of a dominant glossy green cabbage mutant. In the present paper, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) demonstrated that the wax crystals were severely reduced in the mutant, which indicates that the glossy green phenotype is caused by cuticular wax reduction. Genetic analysis revealed that the glossy trait is controlled by a single dominant gene. Through primer screening and fine mapping, the mutant gene BoGL1 ( Brassica oleracea glossy 1) was delimited to the end of chromosome C08 by the flanking marker SSRC08-76 at a genetic distance of 0.2 cM. Two genes homologous to CER1 ( ECERIFERUM 1), a gene related to wax biosynthesis in Arabidopsis, were located in the mapped region. Expressional analysis revealed that the Bol018504 gene was severely suppressed but that no nucleotide variation was found by sequencing. A 2D vertical (2DV) numerical model, without σ-coordinate transformation in the vertical direction, is developed for the simulation of flow and sediment transport in open channels. In the model, time-averaged Reynolds equations are closed by the k-ε nonlinear turbulence model. The modified Youngs-VOF method is introduced to capture free surface dynamics, and the free surface slope is simulated using the ELVIRA method. Based on the power-law scheme, the k-ε model and the suspended-load transport model are solved numerically with an implicit scheme applied in the vertical plane and an explicit scheme applied in the horizontal plane. Bedload transport is modeled using the Euler-WENO scheme, and the grid-closing skill is adopted to deal with the moving channel bed boundary. Verification of the model using laboratory data shows that the model is able to adequately simulate flow and sediment transport in open channels, and is a good starting point for the study of sediment transport dynamics in strong nonlinear flow scenarios. Fluidization characteristics of quartz particles with different sizes are experimentally investigated in a fluidized bed with an inner diameter of 300 mm and height of 8250 mm. Results show that the average solid holdup increases with the increase in superficial gas velocity and the decrease in initial solid holdup in the dense zone of the fluidized bed. The average cross-sectional solid holdup decreases with increasing bed height and superficial gas velocity. The bed expansion coefficient increases with the increase in superficial gas velocity and the decrease in solid holdup. Correlations of average solid holdup, average cross-sectional solid holdup and bed expansion coefficient are also established and discussed. A rhodamine-benzimidazole based chemosensor was designed and prepared for Fe via opening of the spiro-ring to give fluorescent and colored species. L exhibited high selectivity and excellent sensitivity in both absorbance and fluorescence detection of Fe in aqueous solution with comparatively wide pH range (5.8-7.4). The detection limit of this newly developed probe was shown to be up to 2.74 μM. The reversibility establishes the potential of both probes as chemosensors for Fe detection. Rice spikelets display different grain-filling patterns depending on their position on a panicle. The superior spikelets (SS) elongated soon after flowering, whereas the inferior spikelets (IS) hardly elongate and are morphologically stagnant at early grain-filling stage. The developmental stagnancy of IS often leads to slow grain-filling and a low grain weight. To better understand the mechanism of the stagnancy, we took a two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE)-based proteomic and phosphoproteomic approach to profile the proteins with expression abundance as well as the phosphorylation of SS and IS at the early grain-filling stage. A total of 81 protein spots were found to be significantly different in expression abundance, and 27 protein spots significantly differed in phosphorylation. Bioinformatic analyses implicated that the proteins might be involved in the diverse cellular processes including sugar conversion, starch synthesis, energy pathway, signal transduction, cell growth/division, and protein synthesis and destination. Moreover, using the pull-down assay, we identified 29 14-3-3 binding proteins, and altogether, these 14-3-3 protein was found the important scaffold in the signaling networks of IS development. Our findings provided new proteomic and phosphoproteomic insights on the developmental stagnancy of rice IS that could be highly useful for the improvement of the grain-filling of rice and other cereal crops. The NF- $$\kappa$$ B signaling system regulates a number of cellular processes. Recent studies with simplified models found a damped function of the dual delayed feedback NF- $$\kappa$$ B signaling module. We use a computational model to investigate how multiple delayed feedback aids achieving damping oscillation in the system and how internal noise can influence the damping function. A curve-fitting method (CFM) is introduced to quantify the damped oscillation. Our results show that (1) the structure of multiple delayed feedback, containing double or triple significantly delayed feedback, determines achieving damped oscillation. This paper presents a collision avoidance (CA) algorithm for cooperative unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) sharing three-dimensional airspace. The method based on geometric optimization model aims to provide feasible optimal trajectory for the selected UAV, with a local optimization scope at operational level. It generates optimal flight trajectory by the objective function (the integration equation of distance, time and track adjustment costs) in response to a set of restrictions (performance, state and distance constraints) reducing the solution space. The WRKY transcription factor (TF) plays an important role in plant developmental processes and stress responses. However, little is known about the WRKY TF family in Chinese cabbage ( Brassica rapa ssp. pekinensis), although its genome has been completely sequenced. In this study, 145 genes of Chinese cabbage were identified that were anchored onto chromosomes 1-10 and further fractionated into three subgenomes. Organization and syntenic analysis indicated genomic distributions and collinear relationships of the BrWRKYs. Simultaneously, the selection pressures and evolutionary divergence of duplicated gene pairs were analyzed using nonsynonymous substitutions (Ka)/synonymous substitutions (Ks). Phylogenetic analyses showed that 145 BrWRKYs were clustered into three large groups and shared typical characters of WRKY TFs. In addition, Illumina RNA-Seq transcriptome of different tissues (i.e., roots, stems, and leaves) revealed tissue-specific and differential expression profiles of the BrWRKYs, and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction analysis showed the distinct and corresponsive expression patterns of the BrWRKYs in response to abiotic and biotic stresses in leaves. This study showed that these gene family members might play several roles in plant development, and abiotic and biotic stress responses might benefit from their functional characterization and utilization in the resistance engineering of Chinese cabbage. Kruppel like factor 15 (KLF15), a transcriptional factor belonging to the Kruppel-like factor (KLF) family of genes, has recently been reported as a tumor suppressor gene in breast cancer. However, the specific mechanisms by which KLF15 inhibits BrCa have not been elucidated. Here we investigated the role and mechanism of KLF15 in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). KLF15 expression and methylation were detected by RT-qPCR, RT-PCR and methylation-specific PCR in breast cancer cell lines and tissues. The effects of KLF15 on TNBC cell functions were examined via various cellular function assays. The specific anti-tumor mechanisms of KLF15 were further investigated by RNA sequence, RT-qPCR, Western blotting, luciferase assay, ChIP, and bioinformatics analysis. As the results showed that KLF15 is significantly downregulated in breast cancer cell lines and tissues, which promoter methylation of KLF15 partially contributes to. Exogenous expression of KLF15 induced apoptosis and G2/M phase cell cycle arrest, suppressed cell proliferation, metastasis and in vivo tumorigenesis of TNBC cells. Mechanism studies revealed that KLF15 targeted and downregulated C–C motif chemokine ligand 2 (CCL2) and CCL7. Moreover, transcriptome and metabolome analysis revealed that KLF15 is involved in key anti-tumor regulatory and metabolic pathways in TNBC. The finite element model was established to predict the thermal and stress fields in selective laser melting of Ti55531 alloy. The temperature distribution, melt pool dimension, and solidification parameters on the different scanning speeds were evaluated and analyzed. The results show that the temperature and dimension of the melt pool decrease as the scanning speed increases. The maximum cooling rate and solidification rate are about 1.38 × 104 ℃/s and 0.95 mm/s, respectively, obtained at scanning speed of 1000 mm/s, while the minimum cooling rate and solidification rate are approximately 5.80 × 103 ℃/s and 0.2 mm/s, respectively, obtained at scanning speed of 200 mm/s. Relatively high scanning speed improves the instability of the solid/liquid interface and is beneficial for obtaining fine grains. In addition, the thermal stress exhibits a tendency to increase with the laser moves forward, and the residual stress increases sharply mainly during the cooling period. The maximum residual stress reached 878 MPa with a scanning speed of 1000 mm/s. The simulations and experiment results exhibit good agreement. A surface heat source with Gaussian distribution was used to realize the numerical simulation of SLM under different scanning speeds, which provides a good reference for the optimization of deposition parameters of Ti55531 alloy and the production of good-quality deposited components in the future. A direct sampling method by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry was evaluated for determining trace elements (Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Se and Zn) in Chinese rice wine. The parameters of ICP (plasma power, nebulizer pressure and sampling speed) were optimized considering the complicated matrix. Both the nebulizer pressure and the sampling speed were kept low, and plasma power was set at a high value of 1.35 kW. The good accuracy was confirmed by the recovery test (>95 %). The relative standard deviation was less than 5 %. Comparing with the dry ashing and wet ashing method, direct sampling showed to be fast, reliable and simple. The non-negativity of the measurement matrix in the traditional compressed ghost imaging system and iterative optimization process leads to low imaging quality and slow reconstruction speed. This paper proposes a singular value decomposition compressed ghost imaging method based on deep unfolding. The measurement matrix and training data pairs are generated through numerical simulation to reduces the cost of data acquisition. This paper adds a preprocessing layer to the network, which performs singular value decomposition on the measurement matrix to simultaneously obtain an optimized semi-orthogonal measurement matrix and optimized measurements. Then, iterative shrinking threshold algorithm network (ISTA-Net +) is used to learn the mapping between the measurements to the original signal from the training data set. Finally, the trained deep neural network can achieve non-iterative real-time reconstruction of high-quality images from low sampling rate measurements. Iodine, Dragendorff's reagent, ninhydrin and Coomassie brilliant blue G-250 reagents were used to detect cyclotides from proteins, cyclopeptides, linear-peptides and amino acids in the thin layer chromatography (TLC). Cyclotides could be distinguished from the others by comparing the TLC coloring plots with G-250 and ninhydrin reagents. With this method, cyclotides were discovered in Viola labridorica, V. tricolor, V. hamiltoniana, Momordica charantia, and M. cochinchinensis and over 10 cyclotides were isolated, three of which were determined as known cyclotides cycloviolacin O2, kalata B1 and vary peptide A. Zircon CL imaging and SHRIMP U-Pb dating were carried out for migmatite in the Dabie orogen. Zircons from the Manshuihe migmatite show clear core-rim structures. The cores display sector or weak zoning and low Th/U ratios of 0.01 to 0.17, indicating their precipitation from metamorphic fluid. They yield a weighted mean age of 137±5 Ma. By contrast, the rims exhibit planar or nebulous zoning with relatively high Th/U ratios of 0.35 to 0.69, suggesting their growth from metamorphic melt. They give a weighted mean age of 124±2 Ma. Zircons from the Fenghuangguan migmatite also display core-rim structures. The cores are weakly oscillatory zoned or unzoned with high Th/U ratios of 0.21 to 3.03, representing inherited zircons of magmatic origin that experienced different degrees of solid-state recrystallization. SHRIMP U-Pb analyses obtain that its protolith was emplaced at 768±12 Ma, consistent with middle Neoproterozoic ages for protoliths of most UHP metaigneous rocks in the Dabie-Sulu orogenic belt. By contrast, the rims do not show significant zoning and have very low Th/U ratios of 0.01 to 0.09, typical of zircon crystallized from metamorphic fluid. They yield a weighted 206Pb/238U age of 137±4 Ma. Taking the two case dates together, it appears that there are two episodes of zircon growth and thus migmati- tization at 137±2 Ma and 124±2 Ma, respectively, due to metamorphic dehydration and partial melting. The appearance of metamorphic dehydration corresponds to the beginning of tectonic extension thus to the tectonic switch from crustal compression to extension in the Dabie orogen. On the other hand, the partial melting is responsible for the extensional climax, resulting in formation of coeval migmatite, granitoid and granulite. The electronic properties of the metal atoms encaged in a fullerence cage were investigated using synchrotron X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Systematic variations in photoemission of valence band of Gd@C82, Gd@C82(OH)12, and Gd@C82(OH)22 were observed in Gd 5p levels. The tumour suppressor p53 induces apoptosis or cell-cycle arrest in response to genotoxic and other stresses. In unstressed cells, the anti-proliferative effects of p53 are restrained by mouse double minute 2 (Mdm2), a ubiquitin ligase (E3) that promotes p53 ubiquitination and degradation. Mdm2 also mediates its own degradation through auto-ubiquitination. It is unclear how the cis- and trans-E3 activities of Mdm2, which have opposing effects on cell fate, are differentially regulated. Here, we show that death domain-associated protein (Daxx) is required for Mdm2 stability. Downregulation of Daxx decreases Mdm2 levels, whereas overexpression of Daxx strongly stabilizes Mdm2. Daxx simultaneously binds to Mdm2 and the deubiquitinase Hausp, and it mediates the stabilizing effect of Hausp on Mdm2. In addition, Daxx enhances the intrinsic E3 activity of Mdm2 towards p53. On DNA damage, Daxx dissociates from Mdm2, which correlates with Mdm2 self-degradation. These findings reveal that Daxx modulates the function of Mdm2 at multiple levels and suggest that the disruption of the Mdm2–Daxx interaction may be important for p53 activation in response to DNA damage. The chemical composition and influencing factors of the colour of 95 yellow to light blue iron-bearing beryl are studied through Electron Microprobe Analysis (EMPA), Energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence (ED-XRF) spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, ultraviolet–visible (UV–vis) spectroscopy and X-Rite SP62 spectrophotometer. The intensities of the three characteristic hydroxyl stretching bands of the beryl from 3500 cm−1 to 3800 cm−1 prove they are low to medium levels of alkali bearing natural beryl. The wide absorption edge of 320 ~ 465 nm caused by the ultra-violet charge transfer from O2− to Fe3+ and the 650 nm absorption band in E//c-polarization caused by the intervalence charge transfer between Fe2+ and Fe3+ are the main factors affecting the colour of beryl. By applying CIE D65 standard light source and N9 Munsell neutral background as testing conditions, the colour parameters of 82 gem-quality beryl are tested. According to the results, iron-containing beryl colours are classified into yellow, yellowish-green, bluish-green, greenish-blue, and blue by the K-means cluster analysis method. The blue tone has a greater influence on the hue of beryl, while the yellow tone has a greater influence on the chroma. Iron content is higher in yellow and blue beryl. Breast cancer is the leading cause of cancer death in female. Until now, advanced breast cancer is still lack effective treatment strategies and reliable prognostic markers. In the present article, we introduced the physiologic and pathologic functions and regulation mechanisms of ZBTB28, a tumor suppressor gene, in breast cancer. ZBTB28 is frequently silenced in breast cancer due to promoter CpG methylation, and its expression is positively correlated with breast cancer patient survival. The antineoplastic effect of ZBTB28 in breast cancer was elucidated through a series of in vitro and in vivo measurements, including cell proliferation, apoptosis, cell cycle, epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT), and growth of xenografts. Furthermore, ZBTB28 can directly regulate IFNAR to activate interferon-stimulated genes and potentiate macrophage activation. Ectopic ZBTB28 expression in breast cancer cells was sufficient to downregulate CD24 and CD47 to promote phagocytosis of macrophages, demonstrating that ZBTB28 was beneficial for the combination treatment of anti-CD24 and anti-CD47. Collectively, our results reveal a mode of action of ZBTB28 as a tumor suppressor gene and suggest that ZBTB28 is an important regulator of macrophage phagocytosis in breast cancer, holding promise for the development of novel therapy strategies for breast cancer patients. This study is nationwide multicenter epidemiological research, aimed at investigating the distribution changes and seasonal patterns of various airborne allergens among preschool children with allergic rhinitis (AR) in different regions of China, and analyzing the clinical correlation between sensitization to various airborne allergens and AR symptoms in children. Information on children was collected through standard questionnaires, and total IgE (tIgE) and specific IgE (sIgE) for 11 inhalant allergens were tested. The results showed that dust mites are the primary allergens for preschool AR children (39%). Among pollen allergens, Amb a had the highest positivity rate (8.1%), followed by Art v (7.8%). The sensitization rates for two mites peaked in May (46.9% and 40.6%). Art v peaked in August (21.5%), while Amb a had peaks in May (12.7%) and August (17.8%). The sensitization peaks for various tree pollens mainly occurred in August. In the Eastern monsoon region, the sensitization rate to mites was significantly higher than in the Northwest arid and semi-arid regions; whereas, for pollen allergens, the sensitization rates to Amb a, Pla a, Pin a, Pop d, and Bet v were significantly higher in the Northwest arid and semi-arid regions than in the Eastern monsoon region. The correlation among various tree pollens, specifically between Pla a, Pin r, Pop d, and Bet v was strong (0.63 ~ 0.79), with a cross-overlapping percentage of 53.9%. Children with multiple pollen sensitizations had higher cumulative nasal symptom scores than those negative for pollen (P < 0.01). Children with only pollen sensitization had higher cumulative rhinitis symptom scores than the all-negative group (P < 0.0001) and the mite-only sensitization group [P < 0.05], while the mite-only sensitization group also had higher scores than the all-negative group [P < 0.05], and the group sensitized to both pollen and mites had lower scores than the pollen-only group [P < 0.05]. This study indicates that sensitization to mites and grass pollens exhibits significant regional differences, with grass pollen allergies primarily occurring in autumn, sensitization to pollens in general exhibits a pronounced seasonal pattern. An in-depth roadmap outlining the future development of 2D electronics is presented, and the most accessible and promising avenues for 2D electronics are suggested. Due to the constraints imposed by physical effects and performance degradation, silicon-based chip technology is facing certain limitations in sustaining the advancement of Moore's law. Two-dimensional (2D) materials have emerged as highly promising candidates for the post-Moore era, offering significant potential in domains such as integrated circuits and next-generation computing. Here, in this review, the progress of 2D semiconductors in process engineering and various electronic applications are summarized. A careful introduction of material synthesis, transistor engineering focused on device configuration, dielectric engineering, contact engineering, and material integration are given first. Then 2D transistors for certain electronic applications including digital and analog circuits, heterogeneous integration chips, and sensing circuits are discussed. Moreover, several promising applications (artificial intelligence chips and quantum chips) based on specific mechanism devices are introduced. Finally, the challenges for 2D materials encountered in achieving circuit-level or system-level applications are analyzed, and potential development pathways or roadmaps are further speculated and outlooked. Accurately predicting prognosis subcutaneous leiomyosarcoma (LMS) is crucial for guiding treatment decisions in patients. The objective of this study was to develop prediction models for cancer-specific survival (CSS) in patients with subcutaneous LMS. The collected cases of diagnosed subcutaneous LMS were randomly divided into a training cohort and a validation cohort at a 6:4 ratio based on tumor location and histological code. The X-tile program was utilized to determine the optimal cutoff points for age index. Univariate and Cox multivariate regression analyses were conducted to identify independent risk factors for subcutaneous LMS patients. Nomograms were constructed to predict CSS, and their performance was assessed using C-index and calibration plots. Additionally, a decision tree model was established using recursive partitioning analysis to determine the total score for CSS prediction in subcutaneous LMS patients based on the nomogram model. A total of 1793 patients with subcutaneous LMS were found. X-tile software divides all patients into ≤ 61 years old, 61–82 years old, and ≥ 82 years old. The most important anatomical sites were the limbs (including the upper and lower limbs, 48.0%). Only 6.2% of patients received chemotherapy, while 44% had a history of radiotherapy and 92.9% underwent surgery. The independent risk factors for patients with subcutaneous LMS were age, summary stage, grade, and surgery. CSS was significantly decreased in patients with distant metastases, which showed the highest independent risk predictor (HR 4.325, 95% CI 3.010–6.214, p < 0.001). The nomogram prediction model of LMS was constructed based on four risk factors. The C-index for this model was 0.802 [95% CI 0.781–0.823] and 0.798 [95% CI 0.768–0.829]. The training cohort's 3-, 5-, and 10-year AUCs for CSS in patients with subcutaneous LMS were 0.833, 0.830, and 0.859, and the validation cohort's AUC for predicting CSS rate were 0.849, 0.830, and 0.803, respectively. Recursive segmentation analysis divided patients into 4 risk subgroups according to the total score in the nomogram, including low-risk group < 145, intermediate-low-risk group ≥ 145 < 176, intermediate-high-risk group ≥ 176 < 196, and high-risk group ≥ 196; The probability of the four risk subgroups is 9.1%, 34%, 49%, and 79% respectively. In this retrospective study, a novel nomogram or corresponding risk classification system for patients with subcutaneous LMS were developed, which may assist clinicians in identifying high-risk patients and in guiding the clinical decision. Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS), as a rapid, reliable and non-destructive spectral detection technology, has made a series of breakthrough achievements in screening and pre-diagnosis of various cancerous tumors. In this paper, high-performance gold nanoparticles/785 porous silicon photonic crystals (Au NPs/785 PSi PhCs) active SERS substrates were specially designed for serum testing, and realized highly sensitive detection of serum from healthy people, patients with cervical cancer and breast cancer. Based on the SERS spectra of the three groups of serum, the significant differences between the healthy group and cancer group at 1030 cm−1 and 1051 cm−1 were analyzed, and the similar but different serum SERS spectra of cervical cancer and breast cancer patients were compared. In addition, the spectral difference detected by SERS technology combined with a multivariate statistical algorithm was used to distinguish three kinds of serum. The serum SERS spectral sensitive bands were extracted by recursive weighted partial least squares (rPLS), and the three classification diagnosis models were established by combining orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA), linear discriminant analysis (LDA) and principal component analysis support vector machine (PCA-SVM) for synchronous classification and discrimination of the three groups of serum. The diagnostic results showed that the overall screening accuracy of three models were 93.28%, 97.77% and 94.78%, respectively. These above results confirmed that the Au NPs/785 PSi PhCs can realize super-sensitive detection of serum, and the established diagnostic model has great potential for pre-diagnosis and simultaneous screening of cervical cancer and breast cancer. Purpose: In previous studies, short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) have been found to regulate gut microbiota and change gut barrier status, and the potential positive effects of SCFAs on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1D), and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) have also been found, but the role of SCFAs in these three diseases is not clear. This review aims to summarize existing evidence on the effects of SCFAs on IBD, T1D, and NHFLD, and correlates them with gut barrier and gut microbiota (gut microbiota barrier). Methods: A literature search in PubMed, Web of Science, Springer, and Wiley Online Library up to October 2020 was conducted for all relevant studies published. Results: This is a retrospective review of 150 applied research articles or reviews. The destruction of gut barrier may promote the development of IBD, T1D, and NAFLD. SCFAs seem to maintain the gut barrier by promoting the growth of intestinal epithelial cells, strengthening the intestinal tight connection, and regulating the activities of gut microbiota and immune cells, which might result possible beneficial effects on the above three diseases at a certain dose. Conclusions: Influencing gut barrier health may be a bridge for SCFAs (especially butyrate) to have positive effects on IBD, T1D, and NAFLD. It is expected that this article can provide new ideas for the subsequent research on the treatment of diseases by SCFAs and help SCFAs be better applied to precise and personalized treatment. Polymer-impregnated silica sol-gel composite materials are hosts for organics in advanced optics application. An oligo-phenylene vinylene derivative 4,4′-(1,4- phenylene dithenylene)-bis-(N-methyl pyridinium iodide) (OPVD) was introduced to poly(hydroxyethyl methacrylate) (PHEMA)-impregnated silica composite film by the sol-gel process. By comparing the X-ray diffraction, U V-visible spectra, steady-state and time-resolved fluorescence spectra of OPVD in three solid matrices (PHEMA/silica composite film, pure PHEMA film, and pure silica film), the similar results of PHEMA/silica composite film and pure PHEMA film demonstrate that the OPVD is primarily surrounded by a PHEMA-like environment in the composite matrix. Auricularia is a genus of edible jelly fungi whose highly plastic fruiting bodies lack differentiation between stalks and caps, making accurate identification of similar species difficult. Auricularia villosula (A. villosula) is a wild edible mushroom that is also used in traditional Chinese medicine. Here, we sequenced and assembled its mitochondrial genome using Illumina short reads. The complete sequence is 230,069 bp in length with a GC content of 30.1%. It harbors 41 genes (25 tRNA, 2 rRNA, and 14 protein-coding): 2 on the N strand (−) and 29 on the J strand (+). Analysis of nucleotide composition revealed positive GC (0.027) and AT (0.002) skews. The mitochondrial genome included a very large intergenic region (22,840 bp) between cytochrome b (CytB) and tRNATyr, lacked overlapping nucleotides between genes, and used non-standard start codons for some genes. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that A. villosula was distant from other species of Polyporales, Agaricales, and Russulales. Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is a complex autoimmune disease with limited therapeutic targets or clinical outcome predictors. This study aimed to gain more insights into the underlying immunological pathways and prognostic biomarkers of SLE. Integrated analyses of RNA-seq data from 64 SLE and 62 healthy controls, examining 27 immune cell types to explore the key pathways and driver genes in SLE pathogenesis. Single-cell RNA sequencing data from the skin and kidney were used to determine the association of COX5A expression with organ damage. The associations of COX5A with SLE phenotypes were further evaluated in two independent cohorts, and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were constructed to assess the value of COX5A as a biomarker for disease activity and organ damage in SLE. We found that oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS) is the most significantly altered metabolic pathway in SLE, especially in effector T cells. Notably, we identified an OXPHOS-related enzyme, COX5A, whose expression was significantly higher in effector T cells than in naïve T cells and showed associations with disease activity, organ damage, and steroid treatment of SLE. Furthermore, ROC curves showed that COX5A is a robust biomarker for disease activity, kidney involvement, and new-onset skin lesions, with the area under the curve (AUC) values of 0.880, 0.801, and 0.805, respectively. The activities and gene expression of antioxidative enzymes and the ROS content were analyzed in two typical storage-tolerant cultivars (Xushu 32 and Shangshu 19) and another two storage-sensitive cultivars (Yanshu 25 and Sushu 16) to explore the association between the storage capacity of sweetpotato (Ipomoea batatas (L.) Lam) and ROS scavenging capability. The storage roots of the storage-tolerant cultivars maintained higher activities and expression levels of antioxidative enzymes, including ascorbate peroxidase (APX), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT), and superoxide dismutase (SOD); lower activity and expression of lipoxygenase (LOX); and lower accumulation of ROS metabolites compared with the storage-sensitive cultivars. The antioxidative capability and ROS parameters of leaves were positively correlated with those of storage roots. Our results provide valuable insight for evaluating the storability of sweetpotato cultivars by analyzing the capabilities of the antioxidative system and the contents of ROS metabolites. The microwave pyrolysis system was used to study the effects of mixed additives on the microwave pyrolysis of Dunaliella salina. The mixed additive is a mixture of SiC and Na2CO3. The different weights of addition (5%, 10%, and 20%) of mixed additives, different mixing ratios (SiC:Na2CO3 = 0:10, 3:7, 5:5, and 6:4), and different kinds of additives (single additive and mixed additive) were studied. According to the findings, when the catalyst was 5% Na2CO3, the total weight loss (Mt) was maximum. The minimum Mt occurred at the 5% SiC group; when the mixed additive weight of addition was 10% and the mixing ratio of SiC:Na2CO3 = 5:5, the average weight loss rate (Rv) and weight loss rate for the first peak (Rp1) were maximum, and the time corresponding to the first peak (tp1) was minimum. Besides, SiC and Na2CO3 had a cooperative action when the mixed additive weight of addition was 10% and the mixing ratio of SiC:Na2CO3 = 5:5. For the total electricity consumption in microwave pyrolysis and oil and gas production per unit of electricity consumption, the mixed additive group with the weight of addition was 10% and the mixing ratio of SiC:Na2CO3 = 5:5 was better. Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) has been in use for nearly 100 years and is the only licensed TB vaccine. While BCG provides protection against disseminated TB in infants, its protection against adult pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) is variable. To achieve the ambitious goal of eradicating TB worldwide by 2050, there is an urgent need to develop novel TB vaccines. Currently, there are more than a dozen novel TB vaccines including prophylactic and therapeutic at different stages of clinical research. This literature review provides an overview of the clinical status of candidate TB vaccines and discusses the challenges and future development trends of novel TB vaccine research in combination with the efficacy of evaluation of TB vaccines, provides insight for the development of safer and more efficient vaccines, and may inspire new ideas for the prevention of TB.
