Abstract

In the title compound, [Zn(C4H2O4)(C14H8N4)]n, the ZnII atom is five-coordinate and exhibits a distorted trigonal-bipyramidal coordination. The ZnII atoms are further bridged by fumarate ligands, forming a two-dimensional network parallel to the ab plane. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
