Facing the development trend of electrification of construction machinery, in view of the drawbacks of the existing electro-hydraulic-load-sensitive system in terms of dynamic characteristics and usage of energy, based on the drive source of a servo motor-driven quantitative pump, an electro-hydraulic-load-sensitive system on the basis of torque open-loop control was proposed. Firstly, the working principle of the system was introduced and the system's operating characteristics and energy consumption characteristics were theoretically analyzed. Secondly, in order to balance the system's energy usage and maneuverability, a control strategy with a variable pressure margin was designed. Meanwhile, in order to solve the problem that the hydraulic pump's mechanical efficiency causes system pressure control deviation, a torque compensation method based on offline data and speed prediction was proposed. Finally, simulation and testing were used to confirm the viability of the control strategy. The test results show that: the system could realize stable pressure margin control, and the response rise time was within 0.7 s under a variety of flow circumstances; the system could follow the control instruction to change linearly and the flow rate changed smoothly in the adjustable pressure gap control; after using the compensation method, the deviation of the pressure gap control was within 2%. Magnetic fluid seals have long been thought to be a successful sealing form while sealing liquids are always a challenge. The instability of the liquid–liquid interface under the washout has become the key technical problem that hinders the realization of sealing liquid. This work mainly presents an experimental study about the influence of high viscosity and magnetoviscous effects on washout resistance. Three engine oil-based magnetic fluids of different viscosities were prepared with two kinds of surfactants. The magnetoviscous effects of the prepared magnetic fluids under different working conditions were found through rheological experiments. The viscosity of the three samples decreased at most by about 100 times with the shear rate increasing. An experimental platform was designed and built for the washout tests. The entire process of magnetic fluids being washed away was obtained experimentally. The magnetic fluid of higher viscosity can remain stationary with lower magnetic force. The quantitative results show that the viscosity of the magnetic fluid has a significant influence on washout resistance under a magnetic field. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Context: Among the Tujia people, the root or rhizome of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim.in Bull.Acad (TTM) is considered a miraculous herb for headaches. Previous studies have shown ethyl acetate extract (TTM1) can protect SH-SY5Y cells against glutamate injury. Objective: This study clarified TTM1's mechanism against glutamate-induced cell damage, focusing on the regulation of apoptosis. The compounds were separated, identified, and performed molecular docking with pro-apoptotic proteins. Materials and Methods: SH-SY5Y cells were treated with glutamate (2 mM) for 12 hour, and the effect of TTM1 (2.5, 5, 10, and 20 μg/mL) was evaluated with MTT and LDH release assays, taking EGb761(40 μg/mL) as a control. Cell apoptosis was detected with Hoechst 33258 and Annexin V-FITC and measurements of intracellular calcium and caspase-3. The major components were separated and identified by LCMS-IT-TOF and NMR, then the proapoptotic activity of TTM1 was confirmed by molecular docking method. Results: TTM1 protected SH-SY5Y cells by resisting apoptosis, TTM1 (10 and 20 μg/mL) decreased apoptotic bodies and nuclear fragments, increased the proportion of normal cells to 68.38 ± 5.63% and 92.80 ±.88%, decreased VA cells to 4.30 ±.76% and 3.58 ±.45% and caspase-3 to.365 ±.034 and.344 ±.047 ng/mL.TTM1 (10 μg/mL) decreased intracellular free calcium to 2.77 ±.40. Polyphyllin VI and pennogenin 3-O-β-chacotrioside were identified in TTM1 at 15.04% and 2.84%, and had potential anti-apoptosis activities. Discussion and Conclusions: Folk records of TTM for headache may be related to its anti-apoptosis of nerve cells. Galleria mellonella (greater wax moth) larvae are used widely as surrogate infectious disease models, due to ease of use and the presence of an innate immune system functionally similar to that of vertebrates. Here, we review G. mellonella– human intracellular bacteria pathogen infection models from the genera Burkholderia, Coxiella, Francisella, Listeria , and Mycobacterium. For all genera, G. mellonella use has increased understanding of host–bacterial interactive biology, particularly through studies comparing the virulence of closely related species and/or wild-type versus mutant pairs. In many cases, virulence in G. mellonella mirrors that found in mammalian infection models, although it is unclear whether the pathogenic mechanisms are the same. The use of G. mellonella larvae has speeded up in vivo efficacy and toxicity testing of novel antimicrobials to treat infections caused by intracellular bacteria: an area that will expand since the FDA no longer requires animal testing for licensure. Further use of G. mellonella –intracellular bacteria infection models will be driven by advances in G. mellonella genetics, imaging, metabolomics, proteomics, and transcriptomic methodologies, alongside the development and accessibility of reagents to quantify immune markers, all of which will be underpinned by a fully annotated genome. The accurate segmentation of apple leaf disease spots is the key to identifying the classification of apple leaf diseases and disease severity. Therefore, a DeepLabV3+ semantic segmentation network model with an actors spatial pyramid pool module (ASPP) was proposed to achieve effective extraction of apple leaf lesion features and to improve the apple leaf disease recognition and disease severity diagnosis compared with the classical semantic segmentation network models PSPNet and GCNet. In addition, the effects of the learning rate, optimizer, and backbone network on the performance of the DeepLabV3+ network model with the best performance were analyzed. The experimental results show that the mean pixel accuracy (MPA) and mean intersection over union (MIoU) of the model reached 97.26% and 83.85%, respectively. After being deployed into the smartphone platform, the detection time of the detection system was 9s per image for the portable and intelligent diagnostics of apple leaf diseases. The transfer learning method provided the possibility of quickly acquiring a high-performance model under the condition of small datasets. Asparagus belongs to the Liliaceae family and has important economic and pharmacological value. Lignin plays a crucial role in cell wall structural integrity, stem strength, water transport, mechanical support and plant resistance to pathogens. In this study, various biological methods were used to study the mechanism of shading on the asparagus lignin accumulation pathway. The physiological results showed that shading significantly reduced stem diameter and cell wall lignin content. Microstructure observation showed that shading reduced the number of vascular bundles and xylem area, resulting in decreased lignin content, and thus reducing the lignification of asparagus. Cinnamic acid, caffeic acid, ferulic acid and sinapyl alcohol are crucial intermediate metabolites in the process of lignin synthesis. Metabolomic profiling showed that shading significantly reduced the contents of cinnamic acid, caffeic acid, ferulic acid and sinapyl alcohol. Transcriptome profiling identified 37 differentially expressed genes related to lignin, including PAL, C4H, 4CL, CAD, CCR, POD, CCoAOMT, and F5H related enzyme activity regulation genes. The expression levels of POD, CCoAOMT, and CCR genes were significantly decreased under shading treatment, while the expression levels of CAD and F5H genes exhibited no significant difference with increased shading. The downregulation of POD, CCoAOMT genes and the decrease in CCR gene expression levels inhibited the activities of the corresponding enzymes under shading treatment, resulting in decreased downstream content of caffeic acid, ferulic acid, sinaperol, chlorogenic acid and coniferin. A significant decrease in upstream cinnamic acid content was observed with shading, which also led to decreased downstream metabolites and reduced asparagus lignin content. In this study, transcriptomic and metabolomic analysis revealed the key regulatory genes and metabolites of asparagus lignin under shading treatment. This study aims to numerically investigate the behaviour of corroded circular reinforced concrete (RC) columns strengthened by carbon-fabric-reinforced cementitious matrix (C-FRCM) composites. Three-dimensional finite element (FE) models of the corroded circular RC columns with and without strengthening were set up and validated against previous experimental results. Based on the validated FE models, the parametric studies were carried out to investigate the effects of axial compression ratio, degree of corrosion and layer of carbon fabrics on the behaviour of corroded RC columns under cyclic loading. It shows that the lateral load resistance increased when the axial compression ratio ranged from 0.3 to 0.4, but decreased when the axial compression ratio ranged from 0.4 to 0.6; also the ductility of the corroded RC columns reduced with increasing axial compression ratio. The ultimate capacity of corroded RC columns decreased gradually with the increasing degree of corrosion. Based on the results of parametric studies, equations were developed to estimate the ultimate capacity and displacement of the corroded RC columns repaired by the C-FRCM. In this paper, we present an improved lattice Boltzmann model for fluid–fluid–solid (FFS) flows with a high viscosity ratio. The bounce-back particle model is combined with the Shan–Chen (SC) multicomponent model. We extend the bounce-back scheme based on velocity interpolation and a fresh-node initialization approach with second-order accuracy to moving particles within the framework of the multicomponent model. An improved virtual solid density model for wetting boundary conditions is employed to implement contact angles on curved boundaries. We examine the factors that lead to the violation of mass conservation, and an easy redistributing method is developed to fix the mass leakage issue. The combined multiphase particle model is able to simulate FFS flows with a high viscosity ratio of up to 1000 while preserving the total mass of the two fluids. The performance of the approach is tested by a variety of numerical experiments. The dynamic behaviors of moving contact lines on the curved boundary are validated by a droplet wetting on a solid particle. The model is then applied to simulate dynamic FFS problems, such as particle wetting at the fluid interface and particle motion through a fluid–fluid interface. According to the simulation results, the present model is capable of capturing the total force exerted on a particle by the fluid and the interface. However, the SC-type fluid–solid interaction force does not equal the capillary force in the present model. This paper studies the interface bonding performance of carbon-fabric-reinforced cementitious matrix (C-FRCM) composites with the impressed current cathodic protection (ICCP) technique. Single shear tests and pull-out tests on the C-FRCM composites are launched. Three current densities of 0, 100 and 150 mA/m2 in the ICCP technique are considered. The resistance–slip relationships for all the composites are presented. It is found that the maximum resistance of the specimens in the pull-out tests decreases significantly with the increase of current density in the ICCP technique. Moreover, numerical analyses are conducted to obtain a simplified interface bonding stress–slip relationship of the specimens in the pull-out tests. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The obscure theory of passive subambient daytime radiative cooling (PSDRC) was deduced in a more understandable way using an arithmetic formula rather than integro-differential equations. Based on two boundary conditions of the equations, an innovative radiative cooler was successfully developed to qualitatively observe PSDRC phenomena and quantitatively characterize the cooling effect and cooling power of radiative cooling coatings (RC coatings). The remarkable subambient temperature reduction over 4.0 °C was successfully achieved in a completely open environment without minimizing the parasitic conduction and convection from the ambient. Prominent PSDRC phenomena could even be observed in such an open environment on very cloudy days, which generally compromise the RC. A much more prominent subambient cooling depression of 10.0 °C was observed when a wind shield was employed to minimize the convection. With suppression of convection, the subambient daytime cooling effect on cloudy days was even more noticeable than that occurred on clear sunny days. The subambient cooling effect was still very remarkable even on clear sunny days in the winter. The average cooling power measured on a clear sunny day was 154.8 ± 9.7 W/m2, corresponding to an average solar irradiance of 680 ± 90 W/m2 with a peak value of ∼820 W/m2. Both the subambient RC effect and the cooling power measured under real weather conditions using the radiative cooler agreed excellently with the theoretical prediction, sufficiently demonstrating the great innovation, validity, and effectiveness of the device. The release of the complete genome sequences of Neisseria meningitidis MC58 and Z2491 along with access to the sequences of N. meningitidis FAM18 and Neisseria gonorrhoeae FA1090 allowed the construction of a pan-Neisseria microarray, with every gene in all four genomes represented. The microarray was used to analyse a selection of strains including all N. meningitidis serogroups and commensal Neisseria species. For each strain, genes were defined as present, divergent or absent using GACK analysis software. Comparison of the strains identified genes that were conserved within N. meningitidis serogroup B strains but absent from all commensal strains tested, consisting of mainly virulence-associated genes and transmissible elements. The microarray was able to distinguish between pilin genes, pilC orthologues and serogroup-specific capsule biosynthetic genes, and to identify dam and drg genotypes. Previously described N. meningitidis genes involved in iron response, adherence to epithelial cells, and pathogenicity were compared to the microarray analysis. The microarray data correlated with other genetic typing methods and were able to predict genotypes for uncharacterized strains and thus offer the potential for a rapid typing method. The subset of pathogen-specific genes identified represents potential drug or vaccine targets that would not eliminate commensal neisseriae and the associated naturally acquired immunity.

We have identified genes required for competence ofNeisseria meningitidis, a naturally transformable human pathogen. Although not comprehensive, our analysis identified competence-defective mutants with transposon insertions in genes not previously implicated in this process in Neisseria.

Historically, the MISTEACHING (microbiome, immunity, sex, temperature, environment, age, chance, history, inoculum, nutrition, genetics) framework to describe the outcome of host−pathogen interaction, has been applied to human pathogens. Here, we show, using Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae as an exemplar, that the MISTEACHING framework can be applied to a strict veterinary pathogen, enabling the identification of major research gaps, the formulation of hypotheses whose study will lead to a greater understanding of pathogenic mechanisms, and/or improved prevention/therapeutic measures. We also suggest that the MISTEACHING framework should be extended with the inclusion of a 'strain' category, to become MISTEACHINGS. We conclude that the MISTEACHINGS framework can be applied to veterinary pathogens, whether they be bacteria, fungi, viruses, or parasites, and hope to stimulate others to use it to identify research gaps and to formulate hypotheses worthy of study with their own pathogens. Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae is the etiological agent of porcine pleuropneumonia, a disease of major impact on pig health, welfare, and productivity globally. Serovar 8 (APP) is the predominant clinical serovar in Norway and the United Kingdom (UK), and has been isolated from clinical cases in Denmark. The primary objective of this study was to characterize the genetic variability of isolates of A. pleuropneumoniae APP8 in the Norwegian population. The secondary objectives were to determine the within-host variability of APP8; to compare the APP8 bacterial populations in Norway, Denmark, and the UK, including antimicrobial resistance (AMR) gene profiles and to assess the effect of national differences in antimicrobial drug use and restricted animal movement on the occurrence of resistance. Isolates of APP8 from the UK (n =67), Denmark (n =22), and Norway (n =123) collected between 1983 and 2020 were compared using whole genome sequencing. To investigate genetic variability within individual hosts, an additional 104 APP8 isolates from the lungs of six Norwegian pigs were compared. Very low within-host variation was observed (≤ 2 single nucleotide polymorphisms). The phylogeny of 123 Norwegian APP8 isolates from 76 herds revealed some within-herd genetic variation, but substantial geographical clustering. When inferring the relatedness of the three international APP8 collections, the topology highlighted the existence of two distinct monophyletic branches characterized by the Norwegian and UK isolates, respectively. Three Danish isolates were scattered across the UK branch, whereas the remaining 19 Danish isolates clustered in two monophyletic groups nested in the Norwegian branch. Coalescence analysis, performed to estimate the divergences from a common ancestor, indicated a last common ancestor several centuries ago. The phylogenetic analyses also revealed striking differences in occurrence of AMR genes, as these were 23-times more prevalent among the UK isolates than among the Norwegian isolates. Wound exudate holds great clinical and research potential in wound repair via paracrine signaling. In essence, exudate is modified serum that contains a high concentration of exosomes. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of serum-derived exosomes in scald wound healing of NIH mice skin and to explore the underlying mechanisms. Hence, we constructed a deep second-degree scald model in NIH mice, testing the benefits of exosomes in the scald wound healing. The scratch wound assay, apoptosis assay and MTT assay were conducted to assess the effects of serum-derived exosomes on migration, apoptosis and proliferation of HaCaT cells and fibroblasts. Our results showed that serum-derived exosomes injected subcutaneously entered cells and effectively accelerated wound healing processes in mice. Additionally, serum-derived exosomes optimized functions of cells related to skin injury repair by stimulating fibroblast proliferation, promoting HaCaT cell migration, and suppressing apoptosis of HaCaT cells induced by heat stress. Further study revealed that serum-derived exosomes enhanced phosphorylation of the serine-threonine kinase Akt in scalded skin tissue. Introduction: Several studies explored the effects of exposure to radiofrequency-electromagnetic field (RF-EMF) and extremely low frequency (ELF) EMF emitted from mobile phones on meningioma among adults. However, the results could not reach an agreement. This meta-analysis was conducted to confirm the relationship between adult meningioma risk and the use of a wireless phone. Methods: Pertinent studies were identified by searching PubMed and Embase up to August 2018. The random- or fixed-effects model was used to combine the results depending on the heterogeneity of the analysis. The publication bias was evaluated using Egger's regression asymmetry test. The subgroup analysis was performed by time since the first use of wireless phone and laterality (ipsilateral/contralateral). Results: Eight studies were enrolled in this meta-analysis. The pooled results suggested that the ever use of wireless phone led to a borderline decreased adult meningioma risk [odds ratio (OR) 0.90; 95% confidence interval (CI) 0.83–0.99] with no heterogeneity (I2 = 5.3%; p = 0.391). A decreased risk of meningioma was seen in short-term (OR = 0.85; 95% CI = 0.77–0.94) users. Neither decreased nor increased risk of meningioma was observed in mid-term (OR = 0.93, 95% CI = 0.75–1.16) and long-term (OR = 1.05, 95% CI = 0.93–1.19) users. Neither ipsilateral (OR = 1.05, 95% CI = 0.90–1.22) nor contralateral (OR = 0.86, 95% CI = 0.62–1.18) wireless phone use was associated with the risk of meningioma. Abstract Background Elevation of soluble major histocompatibility complex class I chain-related gene A (sMICA) products in serum has been linked to tissue/organ transplantation, autoimmune diseases and some malignant disorders. Cells infected by microbiological pathogens may release sMICA, whereas less is known whether and to what extent serum sMICA levels may change in infectious diseases. Methods The present study determined serum sMICA levels by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in a southern China population, including patients (n = 1041) suffering from several types of malignant and infectious diseases and healthy controls (n = 141). Results Relative to controls, serum sMICA elevation was significant in patients of hepatic cancer, and was approaching statistical significance in patients with lung, gastric and nasopharyngeal cancers. sMICA elevation was also associated with some bacterial (Enterobacteriaceae, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, non-fermenting Gram-negative bacteria and Gram-positive cocci), viral (hepatitis B and C) and the Microspironema pallidum infections. Conclusion Serum sMICA levels may be informative for the diagnosis of some malignant and infectious diseases. The results also indicate that microbiological infections should be considered as a potential confounding clinical condition causing serum sMICA elevation while using this test to evaluate the status of other disorders, such as cancers, host-graft response and autoimmune diseases.

The larvae of the insect Galleria mellonella , have recently been established as a non-mammalian infection model for the Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex (MTBC). To gain further insight into the potential of this model, we applied proteomic (label-free quantification) and transcriptomic (gene expression) approaches to characterise the innate immune response of G. mellonella to infection with Mycobacterium bovis BCG lux over a 168 h time course. Proteomic analysis of the haemolymph from infected larvae revealed distinct changes in the proteome at all time points (4, 48, 168 h). Reverse transcriptase quantitative PCR confirmed induction of five genes (gloverin , cecropin , IMPI , hemolin , and Hdd11), which encoded proteins found to be differentially abundant from the proteomic analysis. However, the trend between gene expression and protein abundance were largely inconsistent (20%). Overall, the data are in agreement with previous phenotypic observations such as haemocyte internalization of mycobacterial bacilli (hemolin/β-actin), formation of granuloma-like structures (Hdd11), and melanization (phenoloxidase activating enzyme 3 and serpins). Furthermore, similarities in immune expression in G. mellonella , mouse, zebrafish and in vitro cell-line models of tuberculosis infection were also identified for the mechanism of phagocytosis (β-actin). Cecropins (antimicrobial peptides), which share the same α-helical motif as a highly potent peptide expressed in humans (h-CAP-18), were induced in G. mellonella in response to infection, giving insight into a potential starting point for novel antimycobacterial agents. We believe that these novel insights into the innate immune response further contribute to the validation of this cost-effective and ethically acceptable insect model to study members of the MTBC. Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is a kind of malignancy generated from the nasopharyngeal epithelium. Recently, long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) has been shown to be involved in the regulation of many signaling pathways and is closely associated with carcinogenesis and tumor progression. However, the precise role of lncRNA Opa-interacting protein 5 antisense RNA 1 (OIP5-AS1) in NPC is not well understood. Here, we find that OIP5-AS1 is overexpressed in NPC patient specimens and NPC cell lines. Further investigations reveal that knockdown of OIP5-AS1 significantly inhibits the proliferation, migration, and invasion and accelerates the apoptosis of NPC cells in vitro. Consistent with these findings, NPC progression is significantly slowed in mice when OIP5-AS1 is knocked down. Interestingly, there is a functional link between OIP5-AS1 and microRNA-203 (miR-203), a tumor suppressor, in NPC cells. In conclusion, our data demonstrate that OIP5-AS1 plays an important role in the development and progression of NPC by targeting miR-203 and therefore provide a promising target for the treatment of NPC. Sound source localization in noisy and reverberant rooms using microphone arrays remains a challenging task, especially for small-sized arrays. Recent years have seen promising advances on deep learning assisted approaches by reformulating the sound localization problem as a classification one. A key to the deep learning-based approaches lies in extracting sound location features effectively in noisy and reverberant conditions. The popularly adopted features are based on the well-established generalized cross correlation phase transform (GCC-PHAT), which is known to be helpful in combating room reverberation. However, the GCC-PHAT features may not be applicable to small-sized arrays. This paper proposes a deep learning assisted sound localization method using a small-sized microphone array constructed by two orthogonal first-order differential microphone arrays. An improved feature extraction scheme based on sound intensity estimation is also proposed by decoupling the correlation between sound pressure and particle velocity components in the whitening weighting construction to enhance the robustness of the time-frequency bin-wise sound intensity features. Simulation and real-world experimental results show that the proposed deep learning assisted approach can achieve higher spatial resolution and is superior to its state-of-the-art counterparts using the GCC-PHAT or sound intensity features for small-sized arrays in noisy and reverberant environments. The RNA chaperone Hfq regulates diverse processes in numerous bacteria. In this study, we compared phenotypes (growth rate, adherence, response to different stress conditions and virulence in Galleria mellonella) of wild-type (WT) and isogenic hfq mutants of three serovars (1, 8 and 15) of the porcine pathogen Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae. Similar growth in rich broth was seen for all strains except Ap1∆ hfq , which showed slightly reduced growth throughout the 24 h time course, and the complemented Ap8∆ hfq C mutant had a prolonged lag phase. Differences were seen between the three serovar WT strains regarding adherence, stress response and virulence in G. mellonella , and deletion of hfq affected some, but not all of these phenotypes, depending on serovar. Complementation by expression of cloned hfq from an endogenous promoter only restored some WT phenotypes, indicating that complex regulatory networks may be involved, and that levels of Hfq may be as important as presence/absence of the protein regarding its contribution to gene regulation. Our results support that Hfq is a pleiotropic global regulator in A. pleuropneumoniae , but serovar-related differences exist. These results highlight the importance of testing multiple strains/serovars within a given species when determining contributions of global regulators, such as Hfq, to expression of complex phenotypes. Heat shock transcription factor (HSF) is ubiquitous in the whole biological world and plays an important role in regulating growth and development and responses to environment stress. In this study, a total of 60 HSF transcription factors in Brassica juncea genome were identified and analyzed. Phylogenetic analysis showed that HSF genes were divided into three groups namely: A, B, and C, of which group A was further divided into nine subgroups (A1–A9). The analysis of gene structure and conserved motifs showed that some homologous genes are highly conserved. There was strong conservative microcollinearity among Brassica rapa, B. juncea, and Brassica oleracea, which provides a basis for studying the replication of gene families. Moreover, the results revealed that the promoter regions of BjuHSF genes were rich in cis-elements related to growth and development, hormone signal, and stress response. The prediction of protein interaction results showed that HSFs could interact with multiple transcription factors and proteins in the genome, while functional annotation revealed that BjuHSF genes were involved in many biological processes. The expression patterns of BjuHSF genes were analyzed by qPCR, and the results showed that these genes were closely linked to stress response, hormones, and development process. Guaranteeing safety is always a prerequisite in the process of realizing various automotive applications. However, the automotive functional safety design has been challenged by multiple factors, such as the complexity of the new generation automotive electrical and electronic (E/E) architecture, the continuous release and update of automotive functional safety standard International Standardization Organization (ISO) 26262, the release of new AUTOSAR adaptive platform standard, and the increase in different types of costs. In this article, we summarize the recent advances of automotive functional safety design methodologies through analysis, design, optimization, and runtime phases, respectively: 1) functional safety analysis; 2) functional safety guarantee; 3) safety-aware cost optimization; and 4) safety-critical multifunctional scheduling. Then, we provide the future trends in functional safety design methodologies that will be directly oriented to autonomous vehicles and adapt to the next generation functional safety standard ISO 21448.
