In this paper, we address various optical soliton solutions and demonstrate the different dynamics of solitary waves to a (3+1)-dimensional nonlinear Schrödinger equation (NLSE) with parabolic law (NLSE) using a newly created powerful and effective method named as the extended generalized Riccati equation mapping method. This technique presents an organized manner to reveal the essential dynamics. There is great significance of the nonlinear Schrödinger equations and their several formulations in numerous fields of science, particularly in nonlinear optics, optical fibers, quantum electronics, and plasma physics. Through the use of numerical simulations and mathematical analysis, we explore the characteristics and behavior of these solitary wave solutions in a variety of scientific contexts. These results demonstrate the essential complexity of the governing equation and yield novel derived solutions. These solutions contribute to a better understanding of nonlinear wave phenomena by highlighting the fundamental dynamics establishing solitary waves in the NLSE. To enhance our wider knowledge, we provide effective graphic representations of the nonlinear wave structures in the derived solutions utilizing a variety of graphs, including 3D, 2D, and density plots. Moreover, a specific transformation has been applied to transform the system into a planar dynamical system, and several phase portraits have been presented to examine its behavior. In this work, the new nonlinear (1 + 1) -dimensional Schrödinger (NLS) equation, which describes wave propagation in optical fibers, has been successfully studied using the (G ′ / G) -expansion method and the Unified method (UM). These techniques have been applied for the first time in extracting new analytic solutions for the mentioned NLS equation. The obtained solutions exhibit various types of optical solitons, including singular solitons, solitary waves, periodic solitons, and wave collisions. These solutions have wide-ranging applications in various fields such as fiber optics, telecommunication systems, plasma physics, hydrodynamics, and nonlinear optics. The behavior of the derived solutions has been visually represented using three-dimensional, two-dimensional, and contour plots, considering appropriate choices of the involved parameters within specific time intervals. These plots provide insights into the dynamics and characteristics of the solutions. The effectiveness, reliability, and ease of application of the (G ′ / G) -expansion method and the UM are demonstrated through the obtained solutions. The primary goal of this work is to derive newly constructed invariant solutions, conservation laws, and modulation instability in the context of the (2+1)-dimensional cubic nonlinear Schrödinger's equation (cNLSE), which explains the phenomenon of soliton propagation along optical fibers. The nonlinear Schrödinger equations and their various formulations hold significant importance across a wide spectrum of scientific disciplines, especially in nonlinear optics, optical fiber, quantum electronics, and plasma physics. In this context, we utilize Lie symmetry analysis to determine the vector fields and assess the optimality of the governing equation. Upon establishing the optimal system, we derive similarity reduction equations, thereby converting the system of partial differential equations into a set of ordinary differential equations. Through the simplification of these ordinary differential equations, we are able to construct several optically invariant solutions for the governing equation. Furthermore, through the utilization of the generalized exponential rational function (GERF) approach, we have derived additional intriguing closed-form solutions. Conservation laws are derived for the governing equation by utilizing the resulting symmetries introduced by the Ibragimov scheme. Furthermore, modulation instability and gain spectrum are derived for this equation to understand the correlation between nonlinearity and dispersive effects. To provide a comprehensive and insightful portrayal of our findings, we have created three-dimensional (3D) visualizations of these solutions, which reveal the periodic waves and the solitary wave structures. The main goal of this research work is to explore novel soliton solutions and dynamics of solitonic structures to asymmetric Nizhnik–Novikov–Veselov (ANNV) equations by two methods, namely, the generalized exponential rational function (GERF) method and the modified extended tanh expansion (METE) method. These techniques are the most effective and reliable tools for solving nonlinear equations with partial derivatives. The used methods provide a wide range of soliton solutions that can motivate applied scientists and researchers for these specific structures. These acquired solutions are in the form of exponential, trigonometric and hyperbolic functions including, tan , sin , sec , cot , csc , sinh , tanh , sech , cosh , coth , csch and of their combinations. It has also been observed that the obtained soliton solutions of the ANNV equations are bell-shape, anti-bell-shape, periodic solution, multisoliton and different types of soliton solutions. To illustrate the physical features and dynamics characteristics of some obtained solutions, three-dimensional (3D) and two-dimensional (2D) figures are exhibited through the Mathematica software. The methods applied in this paper are suitable to study the soliton solutions for the ANNV equation without producing the complexities in some other known analytical method. This work investigates a (2 + 1)-dimensional shallow water wave equation of ion-acoustic waves in plasma physics. It comprehensively analyzes Cole–Hopf transformations concerning dimensions x, y, and t and obtains the dispersion for a phase variable of this equation. We show that the soliton solutions are independent of the different logarithmic transformations for the investigated equation. We also explore the linear equations in the auxiliary function f present in Cole–Hopf transformations. We study this equation's first- and second-order rogue waves using a generalized N-rogue wave expression from the N-soliton Hirota technique. We generate the rogue waves by applying a symbolic technique with β and γ as center parameters. We create rogue wave solutions for first- and second-order using direct computation for appropriate choices of several constants in the equation and center parameters. We obtain a trilinear equation by transforming variables ξ and y via logarithmic transformation for u in the function F. We harness the computational power of the symbolic tool Mathematica to demonstrate the graphics of the soliton and center-controlled rogue wave solutions with suitable choices of parameters. The outcomes of this study transcend the confines of plasma physics, shedding light on the interaction dynamics of ion-acoustic solitons in three-dimensional space. In this work, we proposed a new modified generalized Riccati equation mapping approach to successfully extract several analytical soliton solutions for the (2+1)-dimensional nonlinear Schrödinger (NLS) equation with the help of symbolic computation works in Mathematica.The (2+1)-dimensional NLS equation is used in many fields, including plasma physics, nonlinear optics, and quantum electrodynamics. The main objective of the present work is to develop an effective methodology for solving highly nonlinear evolution equations that are influenced by the enhancement of a previously known method. The approach under consideration is a newly improved version of the classic generalized Riccati equation mapping. By taking advantage of this newly proposed method, we produced a wide range of closed-form solutions, including new optical solitons, traveling waves, and soliton-like solutions, all of which are crucial for nonlinear optics, optical fibers, and the physical propagation of electromagnetic waves. One may clearly argue that the novel method is highly effective and successful in finding exact solutions to nonlinear evolution equations. In this work, we use two extremely efficient methods, generalized Kudryashov (GK) and generalized Riccati equation mapping (GREM), to extract various optical wave soliton solutions to the (2+1)-dimensional Davey-Stewartson Fokas (DS-Fokas) system, which is an ideal model for nonlinear pulse propagation in monomode optical fibers. The employed methods are very efficient and robust mathematical approaches for solving various nonlinear models of a variety of nonlinear Schrödinger's equations (NLSEs) in mathematical physics and sciences. Firstly, the traveling wave transformation converts the given nonlinear equation with a partial derivative into an ordinary differential equation (ODE). Then, different novel types of optical soliton solutions are attained using the abovementioned methods. Indeed, the obtained solutions are beneficial and important for explaining the physical phenomena of the DS-Fokas model. In the literature survey, we have found that these acquired solutions are very new and have not been discussed earlier. Some numerical simulations of the solutions have been performed for a better understanding of the results obtained with the use of symbolic computations. Furthermore, these obtained solutions are discussed graphically to attain a deep knowledge and vision of the mechanisms of all nonlinear phenomena. As a result, the wave profiles of the lump soliton, bell-shaped soliton, anti-bell-shaped soliton, periodic soliton, multisoliton, and other solitons have been displayed using three-dimensional (3D) contour plots and two-dimensional (2D) plots created with the computer software Mathematica 11.3. This paper studies the optical soliton solutions of the Biswas–Arshed equation with the help of two different techniques, such as the generalised exponential rational function (GERF) technique and Kudryashov's simplest equation technique. The GERF technique extracts distinct families of exact solitary wave solutions involving trigonometric function solutions, hyperbolic function solutions, rational function solutions, etc. After that, we apply Kudryashov's simplest equation method in the context of Bernoulli and Riccati equations to attain different kinds of families of exact soliton solutions. All the acquired solutions of the equation have numerous applications in many branches of nonlinear sciences such as plasma physics, superconductivity, nonlinear optics, biophysics, star formation, quantum mechanics, etc. and many more connected fields of nonlinear wave sciences. The exact solitary wave solutions obtained by GERF technique and Kudryashov's simplest equation technique are in more generalised form as they contained several arbitrary parameters. This research finds an equation in a continuous domain and a discrete equation governing the system of cold bosonic atoms (CBA) in a zigzag optical lattice using a continuum approximation. Many solutions to the equation were obtained using two distinct methods: the three-wave approach (multi-wave interaction, rational solutions, and rational solution interaction) and the extended sub-equation method. These analytical approaches are more effective, consistent, and comprehensive mathematical tools for obtaining various exact closed-form solutions for a wide range of fractional space-time nonlinear evolution equations encountered in optical physics, condensed matter physics, and plasma physics. The solutions generated are in the form of hyperbolic and trigonometric solutions, and other-form solutions are obtained. Three-dimensional graphics and contour plots are often used to depict the graphical representations of the combined soliton solutions. In this paper, we investigate two different constant-coefficient nonlinear evolution equations, namely the Schamel Burgers equation and the Schamel equation. These models also have a great deal of potential for studying ion-acoustic waves in plasma physics and fluid dynamics. The primary goal of this paper is to establish closed-form solutions and dynamics of analytical solutions to the Schamel Burgers and the Schamel equations, which are special examples of the well-known Schamel–Korteweg-de Vries (S-KdV) equation. We derive completely novel solutions to the considered models using a variety of computation programmes and a newly proposed extended generalized ( G ′ G) expansion approach. The newly formed solutions, which include hyperbolic and trigonometric functions as well as rational function solutions, have been produced. The annihilation of three-dimensional shock waves, periodic waves, single soliton, singular soliton, and combo soliton, multisoliton as well as their three-dimensional and contour plots are used to show the dynamical representations of the acquired solutions. The prime objective of this paper is to obtain some new families of exact solitary wave solutions of the Klein–Gordon–Zakharov (KGZ) equations via computerised symbolic computation on Wolfram Mathematica. By applying the generalised exponential rational function method, numerous exact soliton solutions are constructed for the KGZ equations, which provide a model of the interaction between the Langmuir wave and the ion-acoustic wave in high-frequency plasma. Consequently, the exact solitary wave solutions are obtained in different forms of dynamical wave structures of solitons including multisolitons, lump-type solitons, travelling waves, kink waves, also trigonometric and hyperbolic function solutions, and rational function solutions. Moreover, the dynamical behaviour of the resulting multiple soliton solutions is discussed both analytically and graphically by using suitable values of free parameters through numerical simulation. In this work, the new optical soliton solutions and interaction solutions for the space-time fractional Fokas–Lenells equation with fractional M -derivatives are constructed via three mathematical analytical techniques, namely the extended SE method, unified solver method, and three-wave methods. The results have proved the efficiency of the suggested techniques for obtaining abundant optical soliton solutions to nonlinear evolution equations (NLEEs) and closed-form solutions in the forms of rational function solutions; hyperbolic and trigonometric function solutions and multi-wave interaction solutions are obtained. These techniques are more efficient, robust, and powerful mathematical tools for acquiring several optical soliton solutions for many other fractional space-time NLEEs that arise in optical physics and plasma physics. In soliton theory, the dynamics of solitary wave solutions may play a crucial role in the fields of mathematical physics, plasma physics, biology, fluid dynamics, nonlinear optics, condensed matter physics, and many others. The main concern of this present article is to obtain symmetry reductions and some new explicit exact solutions of the (2 + 1)-dimensional Sharma–Tasso–Olver (STO) equation by using the Lie symmetry analysis method. The infinitesimals for the STO equation were achieved under the invariance criteria of Lie groups. Then, the two stages of symmetry reductions of the governing equation are obtained with the help of an optimal system. Meanwhile, this Lie symmetry method will reduce the STO equation into new partial differential equations (PDEs) which contain a lesser number of independent variables. Based on numerical simulation, the dynamical characteristics of the solitary wave solutions illustrate multiple-front wave profiles, solitary wave solutions, kink wave solitons, oscillating periodic solitons, and annihilation of parabolic wave structures via 3D plots. In the present article, our main aim is to construct abundant exact solutions for the (2 + 1) -dimensional Kadomtsev–Petviashvili-Benjamin–Bona–Mahony (KP-BBM) equation by using two powerful techniques, the Lie symmetry method and the generalised exponential rational function (GERF) method with the help of symbolic computations via Mathematica. Firstly, we have derived infinitesimals, geometric vector fields, commutation relations and optimal system. Therefore, the KP-BBM equation is reduced into several nonlinear ODEs under two stages of symmetry reductions. Furthermore, abundant solutions are obtained in different shapes of single solitons, solitary wave solutions, quasiperiodic wave solitons, elastic multisolitons, dark solitons and bright solitons, which are more relevant, meaningful and useful to describe physical phenomena due to the existence of free parameters and constants. All these generated exact soliton solutions are new and completely different from the previous findings. This paper is devoted to obtaining some new types of exact solutions of the (2+1)-dimensional Date–Jimbo–Kashiwara–Miwa (DJKM) equation utilizing the Lie symmetry method. All the Lie symmetries, infinitesimal generators, and possible geometric vector fields have been obtained by using the invariance condition of the group-theoretic method. Meanwhile, the Lie symmetry reductions and explicit exact solutions are obtained by a one-dimensional (1D) optimal system. All the obtained exact solutions are absolutely new and completely different from the earlier established results in the literature. Moreover, the dynamical behavior of obtained solitons like doubly solitons, dark solitons, kink wave, curved shaped multi-solitons, parabolic waves, solitary waves, and annihilation of elastic multi-soliton profiles is depicted graphically via interesting 3D-shapes.
