Currently, China is using the SF6/N2 gas mixture to gradually replace SF6 in GIS and other equipment. However, gas-insulated equipment will inevitably have local overheating faults. The SF6/N2 gas mixture will decompose to some extent at high temperatures. Impurities such as moisture in the equipment can affect this decomposition process. At present, there are fewer studies on the moisture content of the superheated decomposition of the SF6/N2 gas mixture. Therefore, this paper carries out the SF6/N2 mixed gas superheat decomposition experiment on the constructed superheat decomposition simulation experiment platform. By changing the content of trace water, the influence of trace water on the decomposition of the SF6/N2 mixed gas insulation medium with superheat failure was initially investigated. It is found that trace H2O will promote the generation of SF6 characteristic decomposition products, especially for the generation of SO2F2. The generation of SO2 in the product is the largest, and its generation process needs the full participation of H2O. In addition, the addition of trace water will also improve the yield of nitrogen-containing products NO and NO2, and under the experimental conditions of this paper, by adding the microwater, the yield reaches 100–300 µl/l. The reaction mechanism of H2O decomposition and combining with N atoms to generate NO and NO2 at high temperatures was analyzed in this paper. The thermodynamic properties of the main reaction paths and the equilibrium constants were calculated based on the density functional theory, which provided theoretical references for the further study of the mechanism of SF6/N2 superheated decomposition. Hybrid aluminum dialkylphosphinates were synthesized from mixed diethyl-, ethylisobutyl-, and diisobutylphosphinates and Al3+ in water. The XRD, DSC, and TGA results of these Al phosphinates established that phosphinate ligands are randomly distributed in the species. The thermal and thermoxidative stabilities of the hybrid phosphinates were easily adjustable by varying the ratio of phosphinate ligands, a desirable feature for efficient flame retardants. The hybrid aluminum dialkylphosphinates with a relatively low ratio of diethylphosphinate demonstrated higher efficiency than Al diethylphosphinate and Al diisobutylphosphinate in flame-retarding polyamide 66. Detailed investigations on the thermal and thermoxidative stabilities of Al dialkylphosphinates and the morphologies of char obtained in UL-94 tests revealed that timely vaporization of degradation products of hybrid dialkylphosphinates at a temperature which closely matches the degradation temperature of polyamides and their ability to promote char formation of polyamides are two key factors which contribute to the excellent performance of hybrid aluminum dialkylphosphinates. The hard-healing chronic wounds of diabetics are still one of the most intractable problems in clinical skin injury repair. Wound microenvironments directly affect wound healing speed, but conventional dressings exhibit limited efficacy in regulating the wound microenvironment and facilitating healing. To address this serious issue, we designed a thermo-sensitive drug-controlled hydrogel with wound self-adjusting effects, consisting of a sodium alginate (SA), Antheraeapernyi silk gland protein (ASGP) and poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM) for a self-adjusting microenvironment, resulting in an intelligent releasing drug which promotes skin regeneration. PNIPAM has a benign temperature-sensitive effect. The contraction, drugs and water molecules expulsion of hydrogel were generated upon surpassing lower critical solution temperatures, which made the hydrogel system have smart drug release properties. The addition of ASGP further improves the biocompatibility and endows the thermo-sensitive drug-controlled hydrogel with adhesion. Additionally, in vitro assays demonstrate that the thermo-sensitive drug-controlled hydrogels have good biocompatibility, including the ability to promote the adhesion and proliferation of human skin fibroblast cells. Selenium (Se) is essential for the basic functions of life, but the low daily intake of Se urges us to find reliable ways to increase food Se content. Plant-growth-promoting bacteria (PGPB) have shown potential in enhancing plant growth and Se accumulation. In this study, the soils collected from a Se tailing were used to isolate Se-tolerant PGPB. The results showed that a total of three strains were identified. Strain LWS1, belonging to Priestia sp., grew well in M9 medium and exhibited typical PGP characteristics by an IAA-production ability of 24.3 ± 1.37 mg·L−1, siderophore-production ability of 0.23 ± 0.04 and phosphate-solubilizing ability of 87.5 ± 0.21 mg·L−1. Moreover, LWS1 strain tolerated selenite (SeIV) up to 90 mM by a LC50 of 270.4 mg·L–1. Further investigations demonstrated that the inoculation of strain LWS1 resulted in up to 19% higher biomass and 75% higher Se concentration in rice (Oryza sativa L.) than uninoculated treatments. Our study has provided evidence that microbial Se biofortification through inoculating with Priestia sp. strain LWS1 is an alternative way to improve Se uptake in crops and maintain human health.

Background: The L1 cell adhesion molecule (L1CAM, OMIM 308840) gene is primarily expressed in the nervous system and encodes the L1 adhesion molecule protein. Variations in L1CAM cause a wide spectrum of X‐linked neurological disorders summarized as the L1 syndrome. Methods: We report a 29‐year‐old pregnant woman who experienced multiple adverse pregnancy outcomes due to recurrent fetal hydrocephalus with an X‐linked recessive inheritance. Genomic DNA was extracted from the third aborted male fetus and analyzed via trio whole‐exome sequencing (WES). Total RNA was isolated from the pregnant woman to assess splicing variation at the mRNA level, and amniotic fluid was extracted from the woman for prenatal diagnosis on her fourth fetus. Results: All four male fetuses were affected by severe hydrocephalus. We identified a maternally derived hemizygous splicing variation NM_000425.5:[c.3046 + 1G > A]; NP_000416.1 p.(Gly1016AspfsTer6) (chrX:153130275) in Intron 22 of the L1CAM. This variation disrupts the donor splice site and causes the retention of Intron 22, which results in frame shift and a premature termination codon at position 1021 with the ability to produce a truncated protein without the fifth fibronectin‐repeat III, transmembrane, and cytoplasmic domains or to induce the degradation of mRNAs by nonsense‐mediated mRNA decay. The same hemizygous variant was also detected in the amniocytes. Conclusion: This report enhances our knowledge of genetic and phenotypic characteristics of X‐linked fetal hydrocephalus, providing a new genetic basis for prenatal diagnosis and pre‐implantation prenatal diagnosis. Context: SF6 gas has a strong greenhouse effect, and how to treat SF6 in an environmentally friendly way has been a hot topic of current research. In this paper, the adsorption behavior of SF6 on the surface of Pd-doped hydroxyl-terminated modified Ti3C2Tx (i.e., Ti3C2(OH)2) was investigated based on the density functional theory using two-dimensional MXene as the catalyst. The structures of different Pd-doped Ti3C2(OH)2 were analyzed and the most structurally stable doped structures were selected as the basis for subsequent calculations. A large number of adsorption configurations were constructed and geometrically optimized, and the adsorption energy, charge transfer, differential charge density, and density of states of the systems were calculated in order to analyze the gas–solid interactions and find the surface active sites; compared with the adsorption performance of undoped Ti3C2(OH)2 on SF6, it was found that Pd doping played a less inhibitory role in the adsorption of SF6 on the Ti3C2(OH)2 surface. The results of this study can provide theoretical support for the use of Pd-doped Ti3C2(OH)2 as a catalyst for the degradation of SF6. Methods: In this paper, simulations of SF6 adsorption on Ti3C2Tx surfaces are based on density functional theory and are carried out in the Dmol3 module of Material Studio. To better describe the non-uniform electron density of the actual system, the PBE functional in the generalized gradient approximation (GGA) was chosen for the optimization of the structure of the gas–solid interface system and the calculation of the relevant electronic properties, combined with the Grimme dispersion correction in the DFT-D dispersion correction for the electron exchange correlation term. Because both Pd and Ti are transition metal elements, the mode-conserving pseudopotential DNP basis set containing relativistic effects was chosen for the electronic wave function expansion. In this paper, an all-electron model is used for the inner core treatment of gas molecules and a density generalized semi-nuclear pseudopotential DSSP is used for the solid surface treatment. During the development of rural settlements, the loss of distinctive rural characteristics, caused by the contradiction between urban expansion and the ideal of pastoralism, has attracted widespread attention from researchers worldwide. To effectively understand the development and trends of the Research of Features and Characteristics of Rural Settlements (abbreviated as RFCRS), this paper uses the knowledge mapping software CiteSpace to conduct co-citation analysis, research collaboration analysis, keyword clustering, and keyword co-occurrence. The study analyzes the basic concepts, the literature distribution characteristics, research clusters, key issues, and development trends of RFCRS. The research found that the current key issues in RFCRS include "Eco-logical services and environmental protection of rural settlements", "Sustainable planning and architectural design issues of rural settlements", and "Human settlement environment and service facility construction of rural settlements". This paper predicts that future RFCRS research trends will focus on the study of landscape features and characteristics based on ecology, climate, and aesthetics; study of architectural features and characteristics based on characteristic factors and hierarchical structure; and research on rural revitalization based on sustainable development principles. To investigate the effect of Da-Bu-Yin-Wan and Qian-Zheng-San (DBYW and QZS) on mitochondrial mass in Parkinson’s disease (PD) cell model induced by 1-Methyl-4-phenylpyridinium Ion (MPP+). The SH-SY5Y cell was selected and treated with MPP+. The PD model was intervened with DBYW and QZS. CCK-8 method was used to detect the survival rate of cells in each group. Mitochondria was labeled by mitoTracker®Red CMXRos probe and observed by laser scanning confocal microscope, and ImageJ software was used to process images and measure mitochondrial form factors; Tetramethylrhodamine methyl ester was used to detect mitochondrial membrane potential (ΔΨm); Luciferase method was used to detect cellular ATP levels; Western-Blot technique was applied to detect the expression levels of Parkin protein, and the expression levels of Mfn1, Mfn2, OPA1, Drp1, and Fis1. We found that DBYW and QZS treatment significantly increased the cell survival rate, form factor (F-factor), mitochondrial activity and ΔΨm after MPP+ treatment, while the increase of ATP levels was not significant. In addition, the results of western blot analysis showed that the MPP+ induced increase in the expression of Drp1 and Fis1, as well as decrease in Parkin, Mfn1, Mfn2, and OPA1 were all partially revised by DBYW and QZS. In summary, our data strongly suggested that DBYW and QZS treatment can exert protective effects against PD related neuronal injury through regulation the homeostasis between mitochondrial fission and fusion.
